項目在現有(you)的(de)(de)(de)低效(xiao)(xiao)三相異步舊(jiu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)材料(liao)和(he)(he)原(yuan)理上(shang)進(jin)行改造,充分利(li)用現有(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)殼、轉子和(he)(he)定(ding)子,結合自主研(yan)發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)系(xi)列新(xin)型磁(ci)(ci)鋼和(he)(he)磁(ci)(ci)阻材料(liao),再(zai)加(jia)上(shang)我們的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)利(li)技術,三相異步電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)永磁(ci)(ci)化(hua)再(zai)制造技術、電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)調速裝置(zhi)、滿(man)載啟(qi)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,形成了轉子永磁(ci)(ci)化(hua)再(zai)制造和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)整體節能(neng)(neng)系(xi)統再(zai)制造的(de)(de)(de)成套關鍵工藝技術,磁(ci)(ci)鋼的(de)(de)(de)極弧(hu)比可(ke)以靈活(huo)調整,使電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)動轉矩根據(ju)需要(yao)靈活(huo)調整以達(da)到(dao)能(neng)(neng)在滿(man)載條件下可(ke)靠啟(qi)動,機(ji)(ji)(ji)械強(qiang)度(du)和(he)(he)可(ke)靠性大大增強(qiang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)率可(ke)以達(da)到(dao)并(bing)超過國家(jia)標準電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)耗一(yi)級(ji)能(neng)(neng)效(xiao)(xiao),節電(dian)(dian)(dian)率實際(ji)可(ke)達(da)10-30%。已獲得發(fa)明專(zhuan)利(li)5項,實用新(xin)型專(zhuan)利(li)30余項,為(wei)國家(jia)推進(jin)能(neng)(neng)效(xiao)(xiao)提升、綠色(se)發(fa)展奠(dian)定(ding)了技術基礎(chu),作(zuo)出了積極貢獻。
公司產(chan)品(pin)達到國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)能效(xiao)一級標(biao)準,被國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)信部列入(ru)“再制造產(chan)品(pin)目(mu)錄”、“國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業節(jie)能技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術裝備目(mu)錄及應用(yong)指南(nan)與案例”,產(chan)品(pin)和技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術得到院(yuan)(yuan)士(shi)(shi)專家(jia)(jia)(jia)和同行業的充分(fen)肯(ken)定,先后(hou)與徐濱士(shi)(shi)、顧國(guo)(guo)(guo)彪、唐(tang)任遠(yuan)3名(ming)院(yuan)(yuan)士(shi)(shi)進行技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術合作(zuo),建(jian)立院(yuan)(yuan)士(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)站,并獲批江西省工(gong)(gong)(gong)程研究(jiu)中心。國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)稀土永(yong)磁(ci)電(dian)機(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術研究(jiu)中心主任唐(tang)任遠(yuan)院(yuan)(yuan)士(shi)(shi)說:“該技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術廣(guang)(guang)泛(fan)推(tui)廣(guang)(guang)應用(yong)后(hou),可(ke)以形成(cheng)一個新興產(chan)業,促進經(jing)濟高(gao)質量增長。”2018年獲批國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)信部“電(dian)機(ji)永(yong)磁(ci)化再制造綠(lv)色(se)(se)設(she)計(ji)平臺(tai)建(jian)設(she)項目(mu)”,立項總經(jing)費1.53億元,將對電(dian)機(ji)再制造廣(guang)(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)起到示范和引(yin)領作(zuo)用(yong)。2020年公司系列產(chan)品(pin)列入(ru)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)綠(lv)色(se)(se)制造目(mu)錄,為國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)綠(lv)色(se)(se)設(she)計(ji)產(chan)品(pin),技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術及產(chan)品(pin)均進入(ru)《國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業節(jie)能技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術裝備目(mu)錄(2020)》及《“能效(xiao)之星”產(chan)品(pin)目(mu)錄(2020)》。
