中(zhong)國(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)研究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)有限公(gong)司(原中(zhong)國(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)研究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan),簡稱“中(zhong)國(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)研院(yuan)”)成立于1953年(nian)(nian),原隸屬(shu)于建(jian)(jian)(jian)設部,2000年(nian)(nian)由科(ke)(ke)(ke)研事業單位轉(zhuan)制為科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)型企業,2017年(nian)(nian)12月完(wan)成公(gong)司制改制,隸屬(shu)于國(guo)務院(yuan)國(guo)有資產監督管(guan)理委員會,是(shi)全國(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)行(xing)業知(zhi)名(ming)的綜合性(xing)研究(jiu)(jiu)和(he)開發機構(gou),具有土(tu)木工(gong)程一級(ji)學(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)博(bo)士(shi)、碩士(shi)學(xue)位授予(yu)權和(he)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)技(ji)術科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)二級(ji)學(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)碩士(shi)學(xue)位授予(yu)權,建(jian)(jian)(jian)有土(tu)木工(gong)程博(bo)士(shi)后科(ke)(ke)(ke)研流(liu)動站,擁有包括(kuo)院(yuan)士(shi)、設計(ji)大(da)師、數百名(ming)各領域知(zhi)名(ming)專(zhuan)家和(he)一大(da)批(pi)中(zhong)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)骨(gu)干在內的優秀(xiu)人才隊伍(wu)。
中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)研(yan)(yan)院(yuan)始終(zhong)把服務公益事(shi)業(ye)、推(tui)進(jin)行業(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)進(jin)步作為己任,面向全國(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)事(shi)業(ye),以建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)為主要研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)對象,以應(ying)用(yong)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)和(he)開(kai)發研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)為主,致力于解決(jue)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)的(de)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)問題;負責(ze)編制與管理我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)主要的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)標準和(he)規范,開(kai)展行業(ye)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)共性、基(ji)礎性、公益性技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),承擔國(guo)(guo)(guo)家建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、空調設(she)(she)備(bei)、太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱水器、電梯、化(hua)學建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)節能(neng)(neng)的(de)質量監督檢驗(yan)(yan)和(he)測試任務。科研(yan)(yan)及(ji)業(ye)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作涵蓋(gai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)結構、地(di)基(ji)基(ji)礎、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)抗震(zhen)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)環境(jing)與節能(neng)(neng)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)軟件、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)機械(xie)化(hua)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)防火、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)料(liao)等(deng)專業(ye)中(zhong)的(de)70個(ge)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)領(ling)域(yu),近年來(lai)又加(jia)強了綠色(se)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)成套技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源應(ying)用(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、防災減災技(ji)(ji)術(shu)以及(ji)智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)集成技(ji)(ji)術(shu)等(deng)的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與開(kai)發。目前擁(yong)有(you)北京和(he)廊坊兩個(ge)研(yan)(yan)發基(ji)地(di),北京通州基(ji)地(di)是建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)安全與環境(jing)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家重點實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)所(suo)在地(di),已(yi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)成并投入使用(yong)的(de)有(you)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內最大(da)的(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)抗震(zhen)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、風洞實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、防火實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)幕(mu)墻實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)料(liao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)環境(jing)與節能(neng)(neng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、未(wei)來(lai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)。
