中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)研(yan)(yan)院始終把(ba)服務公(gong)益事(shi)業(ye)、推進行業(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)進步(bu)作為(wei)己任,面向全國(guo)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設事(shi)業(ye),以建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)要研(yan)(yan)究對(dui)象,以應用(yong)研(yan)(yan)究和開發研(yan)(yan)究為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu),致力于解決(jue)我國(guo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)關鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)問題(ti);負責編制與(yu)管理我國(guo)主(zhu)(zhu)要的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)標準和規范,開展(zhan)行業(ye)所需的(de)(de)(de)共性、基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)性、公(gong)益性技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)究,承擔國(guo)家建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、空調設備、太陽能(neng)熱水器、電(dian)梯、化學建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量監(jian)督檢驗(yan)和測(ce)試任務。科研(yan)(yan)及(ji)業(ye)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)作涵蓋(gai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)結構、地(di)基(ji)(ji)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)抗震、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)環(huan)境與(yu)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)軟件、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機械化、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)防火、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)料等專業(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)70個(ge)研(yan)(yan)究領域(yu),近年來又(you)加強了綠色建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)成(cheng)套技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)、新能(neng)源應用(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)、防災減災技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)以及(ji)智能(neng)化集成(cheng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)等的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)究與(yu)開發。目前(qian)擁(yong)有北京和廊坊兩個(ge)研(yan)(yan)發基(ji)(ji)地(di),北京通州基(ji)(ji)地(di)是建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)安全與(yu)環(huan)境國(guo)家重點(dian)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)所在地(di),已(yi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)并(bing)投入使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)有國(guo)內最大(da)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)抗震實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)、風洞實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)、防火實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)幕墻實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)料實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)環(huan)境與(yu)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)、未(wei)來建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)。
