公(gong)司(si)成立以(yi)(yi)來,堅持走產(chan)(chan)(chan)學研(yan)相結合的(de)高(gao)新技(ji)術之(zhi)路,與北(bei)京(jing)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)大學共同(tong)建立省部級技(ji)術創(chuang)新平(ping)臺(tai)“北(bei)京(jing)市軌(gui)道交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)氣(qi)工程技(ji)術研(yan)究中(zhong)心(xin)”及共同(tong)建立研(yan)究生(sheng)聯合培養基地、與北(bei)京(jing)城(cheng)(cheng)建設計發展(zhan)集團、中(zhong)節能共同(tong)出資設立“軌(gui)道交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)節能北(bei)京(jing)市工程研(yan)究中(zhong)心(xin)有(you)限公(gong)司(si)”,同(tong)時與北(bei)京(jing)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)大學、中(zhong)鐵電(dian)化院(yuan)、北(bei)京(jing)城(cheng)(cheng)建設計發展(zhan)集團、長客股份(fen)、中(zhong)鐵電(dian)化局(ju)、西信公(gong)司(si)、西安沙爾特寶等(deng)高(gao)校(xiao)、科研(yan)單(dan)位及大中(zhong)企業(ye)緊(jin)密合作,構(gou)成有(you)序的(de)聯合體,形成集基礎研(yan)究、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)制造、系統設計、試驗測試、運用(yong)維護、售后服(fu)務于一(yi)體的(de)城(cheng)(cheng)市軌(gui)道交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)氣(qi)裝(zhuang)備創(chuang)造能力。以(yi)(yi)電(dian)力電(dian)子技(ji)術、網(wang)絡與控(kong)制技(ji)術、計算機應用(yong)等(deng)技(ji)術綜合的(de)核心(xin)技(ji)術,實現在(zai)軌(gui)道交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)牽引供(gong)電(dian)、牽引傳動及輔助供(gong)電(dian)等(deng)裝(zhuang)備制造的(de)核心(xin)競(jing)爭(zheng)力。歷經多年,造就了一(yi)支以(yi)(yi)教授、博士后、博士為主(zhu)要(yao)骨干的(de)創(chuang)新隊伍(wu),以(yi)(yi)工程師加充滿(man)活力的(de)中(zhong)青年技(ji)術人(ren)員組成的(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品設計、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)組織與售后服(fu)務的(de)隊伍(wu)。
公(gong)司先后開(kai)發(fa)了(le)礦用(yong)(yong)(yong)牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)逆變(bian)器、地鐵(tie)及輕(qing)軌用(yong)(yong)(yong)應(ying)急通風電源、100%低地板車牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)及輔助(zhu)變(bian)流器、能饋式牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)供電裝置(zhi)(中壓能饋裝置(zhi))、地鐵(tie)A型車牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)逆變(bian)器、地鐵(tie)列車高(gao)頻(pin)輔助(zhu)逆變(bian)器及充電機(ji)(ji)、直(zhi)線(xian)電機(ji)(ji)牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)系統(tong)等(deng)具有(you)自主知識產(chan)權的高(gao)新技(ji)術(shu)產(chan)品。按IRIS質量保障體(ti)系生產(chan)的產(chan)品已大量應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于北京、上海、天津(jin)、深(shen)圳、長春等(deng)城市地鐵(tie)、輕(qing)軌及內蒙古煤礦運輸等(deng)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)領域。
公司研制的城市軌道交通電氣裝備:
(1)能(neng)饋式牽引供電裝置(zhi)(中壓能(neng)饋裝置(zhi)),集(ji)牽引供電、制動能(neng)量回饋、改善(shan)供電品質、提(ti)高(gao)系統(tong)功率因數等(deng)功能(neng)于一體,系統(tong)綜合性價比高(gao),關(guan)鍵技(ji)術指標處(chu)于國際前列水(shui)平。該裝置(zhi)已在北京(jing)、深圳、鄭州、天津(jin)、成都、南寧(ning)、貴陽、呼(hu)和(he)浩特、佛山等(deng)多個城市的近20條地(di)鐵線路上推(tui)廣應用,設備運行安全穩定;
(2)低(di)地(di)板(ban)車(che)牽引及輔助變流器,用于為100%低(di)地(di)板(ban)輕(qing)軌(gui)車(che)上的(de)牽引電機及輔助設(she)備提供(gong)所需的(de)交直流電源,具有結構(gou)緊湊、模塊化(hua)(hua)、輕(qing)量化(hua)(hua)、低(di)噪聲、人性化(hua)(hua)等特點。該設(she)備已通過鐵(tie)道(dao)部(bu)產品質量監(jian)督(du)檢驗(yan)(yan)中心(xin)機車(che)車(che)輛檢驗(yan)(yan)站型式試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),并在(zai)長春輕(qing)軌(gui)完成運(yun)行調試(shi),正進行中試(shi)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),運(yun)行狀態良好;
(3)直(zhi)線電(dian)機(ji)牽(qian)引變流器,用(yong)(yong)于為直(zhi)線電(dian)機(ji)提供(gong)所需(xu)交(jiao)流電(dian)源,采用(yong)(yong)帶邊(bian)端效應補償的矢量控制方(fang)法,實現高(gao)性能(neng)直(zhi)線電(dian)機(ji)牽(qian)引控制;
(4)地(di)鐵(tie)牽引(yin)變流(liu)器(qi),具有自(zi)主知識產(chan)權,應用(yong)于地(di)鐵(tie)牽引(yin)傳動(dong)系(xi)統,實現牽引(yin)電機驅(qu)動(dong)及(ji)控制,具有模塊(kuai)化、輕量化、低噪(zao)聲等特(te)點(dian),可替(ti)代國外進口系(xi)統。該設備已通過鐵(tie)道部(bu)產(chan)品質量監督檢驗(yan)中(zhong)心機車(che)(che)車(che)(che)輛(liang)檢驗(yan)站(zhan)型式試驗(yan),并在(zai)廣州(zhou)地(di)鐵(tie)1號線完(wan)成裝車(che)(che)試驗(yan);
(5)地(di)鐵高(gao)頻(pin)輔助(zhu)逆變器(MSIV-77/1500),用于為車(che)載設備提(ti)供所需(xu)的(de)交流電源,采用全數字控制的(de)高(gao)頻(pin)模式,具有體積小(xiao)、重量(liang)輕、效率高(gao)等特點,可替代國外(wai)進口系統。該設備已通過鐵道部產品質量(liang)監督檢驗(yan)中心機車(che)車(che)輛(liang)檢驗(yan)站(zhan)型式試驗(yan),并在(zai)廣州地(di)鐵1號線(xian)完成裝車(che)試驗(yan);
(6)地(di)鐵(tie)高頻(pin)充電機(MBCC-30/1500),用(yong)于為車載蓄電池充電,采用(yong)全(quan)數字控(kong)制的高頻(pin)模(mo)式,具有體積小、重量輕、效率高等特點,可替代國外進口系統,該設(she)備已通過鐵(tie)道(dao)部產品質量監督檢(jian)驗(yan)中心機車車輛檢(jian)驗(yan)站型(xing)式試(shi)驗(yan),并在廣(guang)州地(di)鐵(tie)1號線完成裝(zhuang)車試(shi)驗(yan);
(7)地(di)鐵車輛應(ying)急(ji)通(tong)風(feng)(feng)電源(yuan)(yuan),它是在地(di)鐵通(tong)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)主電源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)生故障(zhang)后緊急(ji)啟用(yong)的(de)備用(yong)電源(yuan)(yuan),以保障(zhang)車廂內通(tong)風(feng)(feng)順暢(chang)。該應(ying)急(ji)通(tong)風(feng)(feng)電源(yuan)(yuan)由(you)蓄(xu)電池供電,采用(yong)降壓降頻的(de)方式運行,額定工作時(shi)間(jian)45分(fen)鐘(zhong);
(8)CJ5型混(hun)合(he)動(dong)力動(dong)車(che)(che)組牽引(yin)系統(tong):該車(che)(che)整車(che)(che)由(you)(you)中車(che)(che)長(chang)春軌道客車(che)(che)股份有(you)限公司制(zhi)造,牽引(yin)系統(tong)由(you)(you)公司提(ti)供(gong),該車(che)(che)有(you)兩種車(che)(che)型,蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池-接觸網(wang)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(EEMU)和(he)(he)接觸網(wang)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)-內(nei)燃機(ji)(DEMU)兩種動(dong)力制(zhi)式(shi)各(ge)一列。兩種類(lei)型的混(hun)合(he)動(dong)力動(dong)車(che)(che)組均可在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)(hua)和(he)(he)非電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)(hua)鐵路不間(jian)斷跨線運(yun)營。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)(hua)鐵路區段運(yun)行(xing)時(shi),采用機(ji)車(che)(che)受(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弓(gong)受(shou)流,由(you)(you)25kV高壓接觸網(wang)提(ti)供(gong)動(dong)力。在(zai)非電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)(hua)鐵路區段運(yun)行(xing)時(shi),采用動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組或油(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)混(hun)合(he)動(dong)力系統(tong)提(ti)供(gong)動(dong)力。
