公司先(xian)后開發了(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)用(yong)牽(qian)引逆變器(qi)(qi)(qi)、地(di)鐵及(ji)輕(qing)軌用(yong)應(ying)急(ji)通風電源、100%低地(di)板(ban)車(che)牽(qian)引及(ji)輔助(zhu)變流器(qi)(qi)(qi)、能饋(kui)式牽(qian)引供電裝置(中壓能饋(kui)裝置)、地(di)鐵A型車(che)牽(qian)引逆變器(qi)(qi)(qi)、地(di)鐵列(lie)車(che)高(gao)頻(pin)輔助(zhu)逆變器(qi)(qi)(qi)及(ji)充電機、直線電機牽(qian)引系統等具有自主知識產權的(de)高(gao)新技(ji)術產品。按IRIS質量(liang)(liang)保障體系生產的(de)產品已大量(liang)(liang)應(ying)用(yong)于北京(jing)、上(shang)海、天(tian)津、深(shen)圳、長(chang)春(chun)等城市地(di)鐵、輕(qing)軌及(ji)內蒙古煤礦(kuang)(kuang)運輸等應(ying)用(yong)領域。
公司研制的城市軌道交通電氣裝備:
(1)能(neng)饋(kui)式牽引供(gong)電(dian)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(中壓能(neng)饋(kui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)),集牽引供(gong)電(dian)、制動能(neng)量回饋(kui)、改(gai)善供(gong)電(dian)品質、提高系統功率因數(shu)等功能(neng)于一(yi)體(ti),系統綜合(he)性價(jia)比(bi)高,關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術指(zhi)標處于國際前列水(shui)平。該裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)已在北(bei)京(jing)、深(shen)圳、鄭州、天津、成都、南寧、貴陽、呼和浩特、佛山等多個城市的近20條地鐵線路(lu)上推廣(guang)應用,設備運行安全穩定;
(2)低地板車(che)牽引及(ji)輔助(zhu)變流器,用于為100%低地板輕軌(gui)車(che)上(shang)的牽引電機及(ji)輔助(zhu)設備提(ti)供所(suo)需的交(jiao)直流電源,具(ju)有結構緊湊、模塊化、輕量化、低噪聲、人(ren)性化等特點。該設備已(yi)通過鐵(tie)道部產品(pin)質量監督檢(jian)驗中心機車(che)車(che)輛(liang)檢(jian)驗站型式試驗,并在長春輕軌(gui)完成運行調試,正(zheng)進行中試試驗,運行狀態(tai)良好;
(3)直線(xian)電機(ji)牽(qian)引(yin)變流器,用(yong)于為直線(xian)電機(ji)提供所(suo)需交流電源,采用(yong)帶邊端效應補(bu)償的(de)矢量控(kong)制方法,實現高性(xing)能(neng)直線(xian)電機(ji)牽(qian)引(yin)控(kong)制;
(4)地(di)鐵牽(qian)引(yin)變流(liu)器,具(ju)有自(zi)主知識產(chan)權,應用于(yu)地(di)鐵牽(qian)引(yin)傳動系統,實現牽(qian)引(yin)電(dian)機驅動及控制,具(ju)有模塊(kuai)化(hua)、輕量化(hua)、低噪聲等特點,可替(ti)代國(guo)外進口系統。該設備已(yi)通過鐵道部產(chan)品質量監督檢驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中心機車車輛檢驗(yan)(yan)(yan)站型式試驗(yan)(yan)(yan),并在廣(guang)州地(di)鐵1號線完成(cheng)裝車試驗(yan)(yan)(yan);
(5)地鐵高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)輔(fu)助(zhu)逆變器(qi)(MSIV-77/1500),用(yong)于為(wei)車載設(she)備提供所需(xu)的交流電源,采用(yong)全數字控制的高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)模式,具有(you)體(ti)積小、重量(liang)輕、效率(lv)高(gao)等特點,可替代國外進口系統。該設(she)備已通過鐵道部產品(pin)質量(liang)監(jian)督(du)檢驗中心(xin)機車車輛檢驗站型(xing)式試(shi)驗,并在廣州地鐵1號線完成裝車試(shi)驗;
(6)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)高(gao)頻充電機(MBCC-30/1500),用(yong)于為車載蓄電池充電,采用(yong)全(quan)數(shu)字控制(zhi)的高(gao)頻模式,具有體(ti)積小、重量輕(qing)、效率高(gao)等特點,可替代國外進口系統(tong),該(gai)設備已通過鐵(tie)(tie)道部產(chan)品(pin)質(zhi)量監督檢(jian)驗中心機車車輛檢(jian)驗站(zhan)型式試(shi)驗,并在廣州地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)1號線完成裝車試(shi)驗;
(7)地鐵(tie)車(che)輛(liang)應(ying)(ying)急(ji)(ji)通(tong)風(feng)(feng)電(dian)源,它是在(zai)地鐵(tie)通(tong)風(feng)(feng)機主電(dian)源發生故障后緊急(ji)(ji)啟(qi)用的備用電(dian)源,以保障車(che)廂內通(tong)風(feng)(feng)順(shun)暢。該應(ying)(ying)急(ji)(ji)通(tong)風(feng)(feng)電(dian)源由蓄(xu)電(dian)池供電(dian),采用降壓降頻(pin)的方式運(yun)行,額定工(gong)作時間45分(fen)鐘;
(8)CJ5型混合動(dong)力動(dong)車(che)組(zu)牽引(yin)系(xi)統:該車(che)整車(che)由(you)中車(che)長春軌(gui)道(dao)客車(che)股份有(you)限(xian)公司制(zhi)造,牽引(yin)系(xi)統由(you)公司提(ti)供,該車(che)有(you)兩(liang)種車(che)型,蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)-接(jie)觸網供電(dian)(dian)(EEMU)和接(jie)觸網供電(dian)(dian)-內燃(ran)機(DEMU)兩(liang)種動(dong)力制(zhi)式各(ge)一列。兩(liang)種類型的混合動(dong)力動(dong)車(che)組(zu)均可(ke)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua)和非(fei)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua)鐵路不間斷跨線運營。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua)鐵路區(qu)段(duan)(duan)運行時(shi),采(cai)用機車(che)受(shou)電(dian)(dian)弓受(shou)流,由(you)25kV高壓接(jie)觸網提(ti)供動(dong)力。在(zai)非(fei)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua)鐵路區(qu)段(duan)(duan)運行時(shi),采(cai)用動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)或(huo)油電(dian)(dian)混合動(dong)力系(xi)統提(ti)供動(dong)力。
