公(gong)司先后開發了礦用(yong)牽引逆(ni)(ni)變器、地(di)鐵(tie)及(ji)輕(qing)軌用(yong)應(ying)(ying)急通(tong)風電(dian)源、100%低地(di)板車牽引及(ji)輔助變流器、能饋(kui)式牽引供電(dian)裝置(zhi)(中壓能饋(kui)裝置(zhi))、地(di)鐵(tie)A型車牽引逆(ni)(ni)變器、地(di)鐵(tie)列(lie)車高頻輔助逆(ni)(ni)變器及(ji)充電(dian)機、直線(xian)電(dian)機牽引系(xi)統等(deng)具有(you)自主知(zhi)識產(chan)權的(de)高新技術產(chan)品。按(an)IRIS質量保障體系(xi)生產(chan)的(de)產(chan)品已大量應(ying)(ying)用(yong)于(yu)北京、上海、天津(jin)、深(shen)圳、長(chang)春等(deng)城市地(di)鐵(tie)、輕(qing)軌及(ji)內蒙古(gu)煤礦運輸等(deng)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)領(ling)域。
公司研制的城市軌道交通電氣裝備:
(1)能饋式牽引供(gong)電(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)(中壓能饋裝置(zhi)),集牽引供(gong)電(dian)(dian)、制動能量回(hui)饋、改善(shan)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)品(pin)質、提高系(xi)統功(gong)率因數等功(gong)能于(yu)一(yi)體(ti),系(xi)統綜合性價比高,關(guan)鍵技術指標處于(yu)國際前列水平。該裝置(zhi)已在北京、深圳、鄭州、天津(jin)、成都、南寧、貴陽、呼(hu)和浩特、佛山等多個城市的近20條地鐵線路上推(tui)廣(guang)應用,設(she)備運(yun)行安全穩定;
(2)低地板車(che)牽引及(ji)輔助變流器(qi),用于為100%低地板輕軌(gui)車(che)上的(de)牽引電(dian)(dian)機及(ji)輔助設備提供所需的(de)交直流電(dian)(dian)源,具有結(jie)構緊湊、模塊化(hua)、輕量(liang)化(hua)、低噪聲、人性(xing)化(hua)等特點。該(gai)設備已通過鐵(tie)道部產品(pin)質(zhi)量(liang)監督檢(jian)(jian)驗中心機車(che)車(che)輛檢(jian)(jian)驗站型式試(shi)驗,并在長春輕軌(gui)完(wan)成運(yun)行調試(shi),正(zheng)進(jin)行中試(shi)試(shi)驗,運(yun)行狀態(tai)良好;
(3)直線電(dian)(dian)機(ji)牽(qian)引變流(liu)器,用(yong)于為直線電(dian)(dian)機(ji)提供所需交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源,采用(yong)帶邊端效應補償的矢量控制方法(fa),實現高性能直線電(dian)(dian)機(ji)牽(qian)引控制;
(4)地鐵(tie)牽引變流器,具(ju)有自主知識產權,應用于地鐵(tie)牽引傳動系統(tong),實現牽引電機驅動及控制,具(ju)有模(mo)塊化、輕(qing)量化、低噪聲等特點,可替(ti)代國外(wai)進口系統(tong)。該設備已通過(guo)鐵(tie)道部(bu)產品質量監督檢(jian)驗(yan)中心機車(che)車(che)輛檢(jian)驗(yan)站型式試驗(yan),并在廣州地鐵(tie)1號(hao)線完成裝車(che)試驗(yan);
(5)地鐵(tie)高(gao)頻輔助逆變(bian)器(MSIV-77/1500),用于為車(che)載(zai)設(she)備(bei)提(ti)供所需的(de)(de)交流電(dian)源,采用全數字控(kong)制的(de)(de)高(gao)頻模式,具有體積小、重量(liang)輕(qing)、效率(lv)高(gao)等特點,可替代國外(wai)進口系統。該設(she)備(bei)已通(tong)過鐵(tie)道(dao)部(bu)產品質量(liang)監督檢驗(yan)中(zhong)心(xin)機車(che)車(che)輛檢驗(yan)站型(xing)式試驗(yan),并在廣州地鐵(tie)1號線完成裝(zhuang)車(che)試驗(yan);
(6)地(di)鐵高(gao)頻(pin)充電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(MBCC-30/1500),用于為車載蓄電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian),采用全數字控(kong)制的高(gao)頻(pin)模式,具(ju)有體積小、重量輕、效(xiao)率高(gao)等特點,可替代國外進口系統,該設備已通過鐵道部(bu)產品質量監督檢驗中心機(ji)(ji)車車輛檢驗站型式試驗,并(bing)在(zai)廣州地(di)鐵1號線完成裝車試驗;
(7)地(di)(di)鐵車輛應(ying)急通(tong)風電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),它(ta)是(shi)在(zai)地(di)(di)鐵通(tong)風機主電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)發生故障后緊急啟用的備用電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),以保障車廂內(nei)通(tong)風順暢。該應(ying)急通(tong)風電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)由蓄電(dian)(dian)池供電(dian)(dian),采(cai)用降(jiang)壓降(jiang)頻(pin)的方式(shi)運行(xing),額定工作(zuo)時間45分鐘(zhong);
(8)CJ5型混(hun)(hun)合動(dong)(dong)力動(dong)(dong)車組(zu)牽(qian)引(yin)系統(tong):該車整車由中車長(chang)春軌道客車股份(fen)有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)制造(zao),牽(qian)引(yin)系統(tong)由公(gong)司(si)提供(gong),該車有兩種車型,蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)-接(jie)觸(chu)網(wang)(wang)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(EEMU)和(he)接(jie)觸(chu)網(wang)(wang)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)-內燃(ran)機(DEMU)兩種動(dong)(dong)力制式各一列。兩種類型的混(hun)(hun)合動(dong)(dong)力動(dong)(dong)車組(zu)均可在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化和(he)非(fei)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化鐵(tie)路(lu)不間斷跨線(xian)運(yun)營。在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化鐵(tie)路(lu)區段運(yun)行時(shi),采用(yong)機車受(shou)電(dian)(dian)弓(gong)受(shou)流(liu),由25kV高壓接(jie)觸(chu)網(wang)(wang)提供(gong)動(dong)(dong)力。在(zai)(zai)非(fei)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化鐵(tie)路(lu)區段運(yun)行時(shi),采用(yong)動(dong)(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)或油電(dian)(dian)混(hun)(hun)合動(dong)(dong)力系統(tong)提供(gong)動(dong)(dong)力。
