遠成集(ji)團現(xian)有12條全(quan)(quan)自動板簧(huang)生產線(xian)、采(cai)用OMRONPLC控(kong)(kong)制,步(bu)(bu)進機(ji)構(gou)全(quan)(quan)部(bu)軸(zhou)承化,用SR系列智能調(diao)節儀對燃油(氣(qi))與風(feng)量進行自動調(diao)節,采(cai)用RB11系列步(bu)(bu)進式燃油(氣(qi))加熱(re)淬火(huo)、內循環熱(re)風(feng)循環回火(huo),對板簧(huang)加工實行全(quan)(quan)數字化控(kong)(kong)制。所有產品采(cai)用陰極電泳(yong)涂裝(zhuang)技術,先進的前(qian)處理技術和(he)PLC自動化控(kong)(kong)制電泳(yong)質(zhi)量,選用意大利利雅路燃燒(shao)機(ji),溫控(kong)(kong)采(cai)用多點(dian)測溫、單點(dian)控(kong)(kong)溫方式,控(kong)(kong)溫誤(wu)差小(xiao)于±5°C,表面(mian)質(zhi)量滿足(zu)各主機(ji)配套廠360h以上耐鹽霧(wu)要(yao)求。
公(gong)司目前能夠(gou)生產各類微(wei)型、輕型、中型、重型以及(ji)客車的多片(pian)等(deng)截(jie)(jie)面(mian)簧、少片(pian)變截(jie)(jie)面(mian)簧和漸(jian)變剛(gang)度簧,可(ke)滿足國(guo)內外用戶的需求,公(gong)司產品銷往(wang)國(guo)內每個(ge)省市,并遠銷歐(ou)美、東南亞(ya)以及(ji)中東地區(qu)。
