河(he)南(nan)(nan)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)研究設計院有限責任公司(si)成立于1966年(nian)2月(yue),前身為國家建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)工(gong)業(ye)部地(di)方材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)局地(di)方材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)研究室(shi)。1972年(nian)3月(yue)由北京遷鄭州,與河(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)科(ke)學研究所合并,成立河(he)南(nan)(nan)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)程材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)科(ke)學研究所,1974年(nian)8月(yue)與國家建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)工(gong)業(ye)部地(di)方材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)局剝離脫鉤下(xia)放河(he)南(nan)(nan),隸屬河(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)建(jian)(jian)委。
1985年河南(nan)建(jian)筑(zhu)工程材(cai)(cai)料(liao)科學(xue)研究所與河南(nan)省冶金設計(ji)院建(jian)材(cai)(cai)室合并(bing)成立河南(nan)建(jian)筑(zhu)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)研究設計(ji)院,隸屬河南(nan)省冶金建(jian)材(cai)(cai)廳。
2001年6月,河(he)(he)南(nan)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)材(cai)(cai)料研(yan)究設計(ji)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)經(jing)河(he)(he)南(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)人民政府批(pi)準,整建(jian)(jian)制(zhi)(zhi)進入河(he)(he)南(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)科(ke)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),隸屬河(he)(he)南(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)科(ke)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。2006年10月,河(he)(he)南(nan)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)材(cai)(cai)料研(yan)究設計(ji)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)整體改革轉制(zhi)(zhi)組建(jian)(jian)河(he)(he)南(nan)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)材(cai)(cai)料研(yan)究設計(ji)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)有限(xian)責任公司(以下(xia)簡稱:河(he)(he)南(nan)建(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan))。
