浙江中煙工(gong)業(ye)有限責任公(gong)(gong)司(si)由浙江中煙工(gong)業(ye)公(gong)(gong)司(si)改制而成,是(shi)行業(ye)較早建(jian)立董事會制度的省級工(gong)業(ye)企業(ye)之一。
2003年7月,浙(zhe)江煙(yan)草實施工(gong)商分(fen)設,成立了浙(zhe)江中煙(yan)工(gong)業公司。公司成立后,根據行(xing)業改革與發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的新(xin)形勢,確立了打造“一(yi)個優秀企業”的發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)愿景,制定(ding)了“內聯(lian)外拓”的發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)戰略(lve)。2006年9月19日(ri),經(jing)國家煙(yan)草專賣局批準(zhun),公司和原(yuan)下屬杭州卷(juan)煙(yan)廠(chang)、寧波(bo)卷(juan)煙(yan)廠(chang)實行(xing)聯(lian)合重組,確立了浙(zhe)江中煙(yan)工(gong)業公司
2007年11月30日,根(gen)據(ju)國(guo)家煙(yan)(yan)草(cao)專賣局、中國(guo)煙(yan)(yan)草(cao)總公司(國(guo)煙(yan)(yan)法[2007]481號)文件精神,公司成立(li)了董事(shi)會,正式更名改制為(wei)浙江中煙(yan)(yan)工業有限責任公司,企業發展(zhan)步(bu)入了新的(de)階段。
按照現代企業制度(du)的要求(qiu)(qiu),公司努力構建順暢的內部(bu)運行機(ji)制,共有內設機(ji)構16個部(bu)門,以及(ji)杭(hang)州、寧(ning)波(bo)2家卷煙廠和1家投資公司。公司主推“利群”、“大紅鷹”、“雄(xiong)獅”三大品牌。在主攻國內市(shi)場(chang)的同時,公司認真貫徹落實國家局“兩個跨(kua)越”的要求(qiu)(qiu),積極開拓(tuo)海外(wai)市(shi)場(chang),“摩登”等(deng)品牌遠銷中東、南美、印(yin)尼等(deng)二十多個國家和地區。
