浙江中煙(yan)(yan)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)有(you)限責(ze)任公司由(you)浙江中煙(yan)(yan)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)公司改制而成,是行業(ye)較早建立董事會制度的省級工(gong)(gong)業(ye)企業(ye)之(zhi)一。
2003年(nian)7月(yue),浙江(jiang)煙(yan)(yan)草實(shi)施工(gong)商分設,成(cheng)立了(le)浙江(jiang)中煙(yan)(yan)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)公司(si)。公司(si)成(cheng)立后,根據行業(ye)(ye)改革與發(fa)展的新形(xing)勢,確立了(le)打造“一個優秀企業(ye)(ye)”的發(fa)展愿景(jing),制定了(le)“內聯外拓”的發(fa)展戰略(lve)。2006年(nian)9月(yue)19日(ri),經國家煙(yan)(yan)草專賣(mai)局批準,公司(si)和原下屬杭州卷煙(yan)(yan)廠、寧波卷煙(yan)(yan)廠實(shi)行聯合重組,確立了(le)浙江(jiang)中煙(yan)(yan)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)公司(si)
2007年11月30日,根(gen)據國家煙草專賣局、中(zhong)國煙草總公司(國煙法[2007]481號(hao))文件精神(shen),公司成立了(le)董(dong)事(shi)會(hui),正式更名改制(zhi)為浙江中(zhong)煙工業有限責(ze)任公司,企業發展(zhan)步入了(le)新的階段。
按照現代(dai)企業制度的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求,公(gong)(gong)司(si)努力構(gou)建順暢(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)部運(yun)行機制,共有內(nei)設機構(gou)16個(ge)部門,以及杭(hang)州、寧波2家(jia)(jia)卷煙廠和(he)1家(jia)(jia)投資公(gong)(gong)司(si)。公(gong)(gong)司(si)主推“利(li)群(qun)”、“大(da)紅鷹”、“雄(xiong)獅”三大(da)品牌。在主攻(gong)國(guo)(guo)內(nei)市場的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,公(gong)(gong)司(si)認真貫徹落(luo)實國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)局“兩個(ge)跨越”的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求,積極開拓海外市場,“摩登”等(deng)(deng)品牌遠銷中(zhong)東、南美、印尼等(deng)(deng)二十多個(ge)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)和(he)地區。
