南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)是(shi)廣東省清遠市陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)山(shan)(shan)縣(xian)的一(yi)(yi)所(suo)獨(du)立高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。前身是(shi)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部,陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)創辦(ban)于(yu)1935年(nian),有優良的教育傳統,辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)績(ji)驕人,于(yu)1999年(nian)11月被(bei)評為(wei)(wei)清遠市一(yi)(yi)級學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。2003年(nian),在陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)山(shan)(shan)縣(xian)委、縣(xian)政府的關心支持(chi)下,南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)海區(qu)委、區(qu)政府的鼎力(li)資助下,陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)終于(yu)邁(mai)開(kai)了歷(li)史性的一(yi)(yi)步,實現(xian)了初高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分離。為(wei)(wei)銘記(ji)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)海人民的深(shen)情厚誼,高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部易名為(wei)(wei)“南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”。后續由于(yu)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)內部重新開(kai)設高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)課(ke)程,南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實現(xian)獨(du)立發展。2005年(nian)1月,南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)榮升為(wei)(wei)廣東省一(yi)(yi)級學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。2007年(nian)12月,陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)山(shan)(shan)縣(xian)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)通過國(guo)家示范性普通高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的驗收(shou)。

一流(liu)班子創(chuang)一流(liu)學校

該校(xiao)領導(dao)(dao)班(ban)子(zi)(zi)注重(zhong)自身建設,制訂《領導(dao)(dao)班(ban)子(zi)(zi)廉(lian)(lian)政(zheng)建設基本要(yao)求》,確立(li)了“團結、廉(lian)(lian)潔(jie)、創新、高效”的(de)(de)領導(dao)(dao)作(zuo)風。他們主(zhu)持(chi)了廣東省科普“十五”科研課題(ti)《利用豐富的(de)(de)網絡資源與(yu)多媒體技術進(jin)行化學(xue)(xue)創新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育》和《將物(wu)理(li)學(xue)(xue)史(shi)引入物(wu)理(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)(de)研究》等研究。三年來,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨支部(bu)年年被(bei)評為縣教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育系統先進(jin)黨支部(bu),班(ban)子(zi)(zi)成員中(zhong)有兩人先后被(bei)評為廣東省南粵山區優秀(xiu)(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師,六人次分別被(bei)評為縣的(de)(de)優秀(xiu)(xiu)黨員或優秀(xiu)(xiu)黨務(wu)工作(zuo)者。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)還(huan)被(bei)評為省、市、縣的(de)(de)“家庭教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育先進(jin)單位”。

三年(nian)來,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)中有78人(ren)次被(bei)(bei)評為省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、市、縣先進教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)等榮譽稱號。其(qi)中,一人(ren)被(bei)(bei)評為“全國模范教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)”,有六人(ren)被(bei)(bei)評為廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)“南粵優(you)秀山區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)”,兩人(ren)被(bei)(bei)評為廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)“南粵優(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)”。青年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)茁壯成(cheng)長(chang),溫國輝、黃錫參加了國家骨干教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)培訓,李記林(lin)成(cheng)為廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)“百千(qian)萬工(gong)程(cheng)”名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)培養對象,有9位教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)成(cheng)為省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級骨干教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)培訓對象。

學校教書先育人

成(cheng)立(li)以校長為組(zu)(zu)長的(de)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)領導小組(zu)(zu),形(xing)成(cheng)“學(xue)(xue)校、家(jia)庭、社會”的(de)立(li)體(ti)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)網絡。實行(xing)政教處(chu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)例(li)會制,完善各種(zhong)評(ping)比(bi)制度,并讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自(zi)我(wo)管理,自(zi)我(wo)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)。開展各種(zhong)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)實踐活動(dong),把烈士陵園、陽(yang)城(cheng)敬老(lao)院、學(xue)(xue)校“校史(shi)室(shi)”等作(zuo)為德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)基地。通過設(she)立(li)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)檔案,記錄學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)發(fa)展過程;把各班“德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)考核優(you)良率”、“差生(sheng)轉化(hua)率”作(zuo)為班主任(ren)考評(ping)目標(biao)。通過這些(xie)措施,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)考核優(you)良率保持94%以上(shang),后進(jin)生(sheng)轉化(hua)率達(da)83%以上(shang)。2003學(xue)(xue)年,該(gai)校有(you)26位學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)被(bei)評(ping)為省、市、縣的(de)各類先(xian)進(jin)個人,其中榮獲省優(you)秀(xiu)共青(qing)團員和(he)省三好(hao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)各一人,連續10年學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)違(wei)法犯(fan)罪率為零。
