電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)縣(xian)第(di)三(san)(san)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),學(xue)(xue)校創辦于(yu)1939年9月,它前身是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)師范、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)縣(xian)立(li)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(今電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)縣(xian)第(di)一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue))、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)縣(xian)立(li)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)第(di)三(san)(san)分教處。簡(jian)稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)三(san)(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)三(san)(san)中(zhong)(zhong)),位于(yu)廣(guang)東(dong)省電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)區霞洞鎮,是截至2012年電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)縣(xian)內五(wu)所(suo)仍冠以序號(hao)的中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi),也是除縣(xian)城水東(dong)鎮以外不多(duo)的完全中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)。該(gai)校歷史悠久,多(duo)年來為祖國(guo)培養了成千上(shang)萬的優秀人才。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)三(san)(san)中(zhong)(zhong)是個擁有足(zu)夠文(wen)化底蘊的地(di)方。
電(dian)白(bai)三中堅持貫(guan)徹“以人為本”的(de)教(jiao)育思想,創(chuang)新教(jiao)學理念(nian),實(shi)行(xing)“領導分管(guan)、責任到人”管(guan)理機(ji)制,全校教(jiao)師員工統一思想,靠團隊(dui)匯(hui)聚(ju)力量(liang),靠制度(du)催人向(xiang)上,靠機(ji)制提高質量(liang)。
針對該(gai)校高(gao)中(zhong)生基礎差、底子薄(bo)的(de)實際情況,努力(li)創(chuang)造(zao)條(tiao)件(jian),開設圖音體等特長班,因材施教。在2009年(nian)的(de)高(gao)考(kao)中(zhong),該(gai)校共(gong)15人參(can)(can)加(jia)美術(shu)(shu)術(shu)(shu)科(ke)考(kao)試,有14人上(shang)(shang)(shang)本科(ke)線(xian)(xian),1人上(shang)(shang)(shang)專科(ke)線(xian)(xian)。2012年(nian)的(de)高(gao)考(kao)中(zhong),該(gai)校有24人參(can)(can)加(jia)美術(shu)(shu)科(ke)考(kao),全上(shang)(shang)(shang)本科(ke),再創(chuang)佳績。
該校注重年輕骨干教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)培養,實行“師(shi)徒(tu)捆(kun)綁(bang)式”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學,讓富有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學經(jing)驗的(de)(de)“師(shi)傅”帶(dai)領教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學手段(duan)新穎的(de)(de)“徒(tu)弟”,互助互補,共同(tong)提高。同(tong)時積極開(kai)展(zhan)師(shi)德(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)職業操守,通過培訓等方式提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學技術能力。

教學(xue)(xue)成(cheng)果喜人(ren)高考(kao):該(gai)校(xiao)2009年高考(kao)上(shang)線人(ren)數為42人(ren),是上(shang)級下達高中升大(da)學(xue)(xue)目標之210%。其中王(wang)國棟同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)文科基礎以(yi)144分的優(you)異成(cheng)績(ji)排全(quan)縣第(di)二,王(wang)木彪同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)同(tong)(tong)樣以(yi)理科基礎144分的好成(cheng)績(ji)名列全(quan)縣前茅。
中(zhong)考(kao)(kao):該校2009年(nian)中(zhong)考(kao)(kao)再創歷(li)史新高。考(kao)(kao)上電(dian)(dian)白(bai)一(yi)中(zhong)人(ren)數達85人(ren),平均(jun)分、及格率(lv)均(jun)居全縣(xian)(xian)前茅(mao)。其中(zhong)考(kao)(kao)生梁冰(bing)桃被電(dian)(dian)白(bai)一(yi)中(zhong)奧數班提前錄取,考(kao)(kao)生楊海林由小(xiao)考(kao)(kao)縣(xian)(xian)第4156名進步到中(zhong)考(kao)(kao)第74名,唐劍文由小(xiao)考(kao)(kao)的縣(xian)(xian)12801名進步到中(zhong)考(kao)(kao)的縣(xian)(xian)1588名,據不(bu)完全統計,2009年(nian),該校考(kao)(kao)生中(zhong)考(kao)(kao)縣(xian)(xian)排(pai)名比小(xiao)考(kao)(kao)進步1000名的有(you)200余人(ren)。
學(xue)(xue)科(ke)競賽(sai):2009年(nian),獲市(shi)級獎(jiang)(jiang)以(yi)上11人次,總成績居(ju)面上中學(xue)(xue)第一(yi)(yi)位(wei)。其中崔志涵同(tong)學(xue)(xue)囊括了物理國(guo)家(jia)級二等(deng)獎(jiang)(jiang)、數(shu)學(xue)(xue)國(guo)家(jia)級三等(deng)獎(jiang)(jiang)、化學(xue)(xue)茂(mao)名市(shi)一(yi)(yi)等(deng)獎(jiang)(jiang)等(deng)三個獎(jiang)(jiang)項。

學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創辦于1939年(nian)(nian)9月,它前(qian)身(shen)是電(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)(bai)師范、電(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)立(li)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(今(jin)電(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)第(di)(di)一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue))、電(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)立(li)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)第(di)(di)三分教(jiao)處(chu)。1947年(nian)(nian)10月,改(gai)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)第(di)(di)三初(chu)級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)址設在霞(xia)洞(dong)大(da)村,蔡英華任校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長。1956年(nian)(nian)秋(qiu),開始招高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)生,始稱電(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)第(di)(di)三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。1976年(nian)(nian)在百果(guo)園(yuan)設立(li)分校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。1983年(nian)(nian)分校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)改(gai)為(wei)(wei)正校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),即電(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)第(di)(di)三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),原大(da)村校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區改(gai)為(wei)(wei)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)。1984年(nian)(nian)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)獨立(li),名(ming)為(wei)(wei)霞(xia)洞(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。2007年(nian)(nian)2月,電(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)教(jiao)育布(bu)局(ju)調整,浮(fu)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(創辦于1987年(nian)(nian)8月,當時為(wei)(wei)鎮(zhen)辦初(chu)級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),后為(wei)(wei)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)辦初(chu)級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue))合并入電(dian)(dian)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)第(di)(di)三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)得到了進一步(bu)發展壯(zhuang)大(da)。
截至2012年(nian),電(dian)(dian)白三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)白縣內(nei)五(wu)(wu)所仍(reng)冠以序號的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)之(zhi)一(yi)(其他四所是:電(dian)(dian)白縣第(di)一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)、電(dian)(dian)白縣第(di)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)、電(dian)(dian)白縣第(di)四中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)、電(dian)(dian)白縣第(di)六中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),另外,電(dian)(dian)白縣第(di)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)因坡(po)心鎮劃入茂(mao)港(gang)區已經更名為茂(mao)港(gang)區坡(po)心中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue))。同時,電(dian)(dian)白三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是一(yi)所歷史(shi)悠久的完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),多年(nian)來為祖國培養了成千上萬的優秀人才 [1-2] 。
[2] 電白(bai)(bai)自2012年10月初(chu)在全市率先啟動創建(jian)廣(guang)東省教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)強(qiang)縣工作(zuo)以(yi)來(lai),各鎮積極配合,強(qiang)力推進,涌現出(chu)了一大批支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)“創強(qiang)”建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)社會(hui)(hui)賢達(da)。他們(men)服務社會(hui)(hui),情系桑梓,以(yi)實際行(xing)動捐資捐物,為全市加快(kuai)實施創建(jian)廣(guang)東省教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)強(qiang)市工作(zuo)作(zuo)出(chu)了積極貢獻。為向社會(hui)(hui)宣傳他們(men)無私(si)奉(feng)獻、一心(xin)支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)“創強(qiang)”建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)感人事跡,形成人人支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)“創強(qiang)”的(de)(de)良好(hao)社會(hui)(hui)氛圍,采(cai)訪組一行(xing)先后深入到(dao)霞(xia)洞正源小(xiao)學(xue)、中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)小(xiao)學(xue)、電白(bai)(bai)三中(zhong)(zhong)、甘(gan)村小(xiao)學(xue),旦場中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)小(xiao)學(xue),麻崗中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),博賀學(xue)校等進行(xing)實地(di)拍攝“創強(qiang)”項目,圍繞當(dang)地(di)社會(hui)(hui)捐資支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)“創強(qiang)”的(de)(de)突出(chu)事例(li)及各級政府發動社會(hui)(hui)力量捐資支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)“創強(qiang)”的(de)(de)有效舉(ju)措(cuo)等,面(mian)對(dui)面(mian)采(cai)訪了相(xiang)關(guan)黨政干部、社會(hui)(hui)賢達(da)、群眾代表、學(xue)校師生(sheng)等。
自2013年,陳雪(xue)松校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)上任后,不懼當時學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)面臨(lin)的(de)(de)各方面與社會(hui)輿論(lun)壓力(li)。大力(li)建設學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內部(bu)的(de)(de)建筑物和(he)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園綠化,全(quan)程400米標準跑道(dao)足球場(chang)。建設全(quan)朔料跑道(dao),方便學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)四千學(xue)(xue)子每日的(de)(de)早操、晚上的(de)(de)鍛煉時間和(he)娛樂(le)設施,打(da)造全(quan)新(xin)的(de)(de)男生(sheng)宿(su)舍樓一棟,全(quan)面改建男生(sheng),女生(sheng)宿(su)舍分配。提供全(quan)封閉式(shi)管理學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),學(xue)(xue)子有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)住舍好壞境。鋪設統一教室教習基(ji)礎條件,全(quan)面使用(yong)多媒體教室,方便更(geng)多的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)和(he)新(xin)生(sheng)進(jin)入學(xue)(xue)習條件。
