廣州市花(hua)(hua)都(dou)區(qu)(qu)獅嶺中(zhong)學坐落(luo)于聞(wen)名遐(xia)邇的中(zhong)國皮(pi)革(ge)皮(pi)具之都(dou)——花(hua)(hua)都(dou)區(qu)(qu)獅嶺鎮,是一(yi)所公立普(pu)通高級中(zhong)學。學校(xiao)創辦(ban)于1956年,占地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)67286平(ping)方米(mi),綠(lv)化面(mian)積(ji)(ji)46651平(ping)方米(mi),建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)29712平(ping)方米(mi),建(jian)有標準的足球場、籃球場、羽毛球場、排(pai)球場、乒乓(pang)球場等體育運(yun)動(dong)場地和設施;學校(xiao)有標準課室,專用活動(dong)室,教學區(qu)(qu)、功能(neng)區(qu)(qu)和生(sheng)活區(qu)(qu)一(yi)應俱全。校(xiao)園內布局(ju)合理,綠(lv)樹成蔭(yin),鳥語花(hua)(hua)香,是名副(fu)其實的花(hua)(hua)園式單(dan)位。
建(jian)校近五(wu)十年來,該校經歷了初級(ji)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)——完全(quan)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)——職(zhi)業高中(zhong)——職(zhi)業中(zhong)專學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校——完全(quan)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)變(bian),四次體制更改(gai),形成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)源差、起點低的(de)(de)局(ju)面。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校領(ling)導班子(zi)認(ren)真(zhen)分析該校的(de)(de)情況,圍(wei)繞(rao)“為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)想一生(sheng)(sheng),為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校想百年”的(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理念,決(jue)定推行(xing)“成(cheng)功教育(yu)”。成(cheng)功教育(yu)是(shi)追求學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)潛能發(fa)現和發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)教育(yu),是(shi)追求學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)自(zi)我教育(yu)能力提(ti)高的(de)(de)教育(yu),是(shi)全(quan)面提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)素質(zhi)的(de)(de)教育(yu)。要(yao)求老師按(an)照人本教育(yu)的(de)(de)原則,根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在成(cheng)長過程中(zhong)出現的(de)(de)問(wen)題,找準切入(ru)點,不斷刺激其(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習的(de)(de)興(xing)奮點,揚長避(bi)短,挖掘學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)潛力,提(ti)高其(qi)自(zi)身信心。經過幾年的(de)(de)實踐探索,我們取得良(liang)好教育(yu)效果,并(bing)形成(cheng)明(ming)顯的(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)特(te)色。我們的(de)(de)主要(yao)做法是(shi):
1、了(le)解學生(sheng),研究學生(sheng),理解學生(sheng)。
該校是一所由職業教育轉型的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校,生(sheng)(sheng)源起點低,素質和能(neng)力差異較(jiao)大,學(xue)(xue)(xue)習困(kun)難群(qun)體較(jiao)大,可以用一句話來概括,就(jiu)是“智(zhi)力正常,基礎不扎實(shi)。”而智(zhi)力正常的(de)孩子都(dou)有發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)潛(qian)能(neng)。這就(jiu)說明,該校大部分學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)潛(qian)力未得到開發(fa)。通過分析,我們又逐步認定,學(xue)(xue)(xue)習困(kun)難的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)眾多問(wen)題的(de)背后存(cun)(cun)在一個事實(shi),就(jiu)是存(cun)(cun)在著一種失(shi)(shi)敗者(zhe)的(de)心(xin)態,改(gai)變學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)失(shi)(shi)敗者(zhe)的(de)心(xin)態,誘(you)發(fa)其內部潛(qian)能(neng),是成功教育的(de)必由之路。
2、形成(cheng)(cheng)“成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)”新觀念,確立“成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)教(jiao)育(yu)”的基本原則(ze)。
該校(xiao)通過(guo)(guo)各種宣傳途徑,引導師生正確理解(jie)“成功”的(de)概念,讓師生們(men)認識到成功含義(yi)的(de)多樣性(xing)、多層(ceng)次性(xing),成功意(yi)味著(zhu)超越(yue)自我,超越(yue)他人,超越(yue)過(guo)(guo)去,其本質是不(bu)斷發展,不(bu)斷提高(gao),沒有終極意(yi)義(yi)的(de)成功。成功的(de)最高(gao)境界是獲得自己爭(zheng)取(qu)成功的(de)能力。

一(yi)九五(wu)六年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)八(ba)月,在原(yuan)花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)第三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)小學(xue)(xue)增設(she)初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu),第一(yi)次招收現在芙蓉鎮和(he)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)鎮高(gao)(gao)(gao)小畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)兩(liang)個班。在一(yi)九五(wu)六年(nian)(nian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)元年(nian)(nian)。一(yi)九六九年(nian)(nian)八(ba)月,由(you)于教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局事(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展的需要(yao),在原(yuan)初級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)的基礎上增設(she)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)。當年(nian)(nian)招收初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)四個班。成為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)當時(shi)縣(xian)級(ji)的普(pu)(pu)通(tong)完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)。一(yi)九八(ba)三年(nian)(nian),由(you)于廣(guang)州市(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體制改(gai)革的需要(yao)。縣(xian)政(zheng)府(fu)將獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),花(hua)(hua)東中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)赤坭中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)的高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)改(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),故當時(shi)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除了保(bao)留原(yuan)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)名外,還同時(shi)署名為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。一(yi)九九四年(nian)(nian)四月,經廣(guang)州市(shi)政(zheng)府(fu)辦公(gong)室批準行文。花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)改(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),并將原(yuan)花(hua)(hua)東中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)的“民用(yong)建(jian)(jian)筑專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)”,新華鎮中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)的“服裝設(she)計專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)”、“旅游專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)”統一(yi)劃(hua)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)該(gai)(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)統一(yi)管理。花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)是當時(shi)的縣(xian)重點職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)和(he)廣(guang)州市(shi)的骨干(gan)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技術教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。2000年(nian)(nian),由(you)于普(pu)(pu)及高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的需要(yao),當時(shi)的花(hua)(hua)都市(shi)人民政(zheng)府(fu)批準該(gai)(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)復辦普(pu)(pu)通(tong)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。取(qu)消該(gai)(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的體制,成為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)該(gai)(gai)區的普(pu)(pu)通(tong)完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)。
