南海桂華中學處于南海區的中心──桂城(cheng)街道,交通(tong)便(bian)利,周邊生活設施齊備,學校(xiao)(xiao)顯得非(fei)常寧靜(jing),它建設在低層樓宇(yu)住(zhu)宅及(ji)叢(cong)叢(cong)的綠蔭中,校(xiao)(xiao)園綠化覆蓋率達98%,顯得格(ge)外美觀。學校(xiao)(xiao)附近有南海藝術(shu)高中、南師(shi)附小、南師(shi)附幼(you)等(deng)學校(xiao)(xiao),學習氣氛(fen)濃(nong)厚。

桂華中學以辦學理念為出發點,結(jie)合南(nan)海區創(chuang)建廣東省教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)綜合改革示范區的(de)大背景,全力推進“信(xin)心教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)+靜(jing)心教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)+責任教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”的(de)“三心”教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)改革。
1、信心教育

多管齊下,提高各年級(ji)的學風建(jian)設和(he)(he)管理水平(ping)。切(qie)實(shi)抓好早晚讀紀(ji)(ji)(ji)律(lv)(lv)、課堂(tang)紀(ji)(ji)(ji)律(lv)(lv)、晚修紀(ji)(ji)(ji)律(lv)(lv)、午晚睡紀(ji)(ji)(ji)律(lv)(lv)等,加(jia)強正(zheng)面引導(dao)與檢(jian)查督(du)促,依靠級(ji)會和(he)(he)班(ban)會強化(hua)正(zheng)面思想(xiang)引導(dao),激勵學生(sheng)不斷(duan)進(jin)取。同時,對重大違紀(ji)(ji)(ji)現象加(jia)強防范和(he)(he)處理,規范學生(sheng)行(xing)為(wei)習(xi)慣,讓學生(sheng)靜(jing)下心來(lai)學習(xi)。
3、責任心教育
責(ze)(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)教育是指全校(xiao)師(shi)(shi)生都要明確自己(ji)的(de)責(ze)(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)。教師(shi)(shi)要清楚干什(shen)么(me)、干到什(shen)么(me)程度(du)、干好(hao)與干不好(hao)有什(shen)么(me)區(qu)別(bie)。學生應該懂得(de)對(dui)社會(hui)的(de)責(ze)(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)、對(dui)學校(xiao)的(de)責(ze)(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)、對(dui)家(jia)庭的(de)責(ze)(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)、對(dui)個(ge)人的(de)責(ze)(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)。踐行責(ze)(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren),教職(zhi)工要對(dui)照崗位職(zhi)責(ze)(ze)(ze)衡量自己(ji)的(de)工作干到什(shen)么(me)程度(du)才(cai)算盡(jin)職(zhi)盡(jin)責(ze)(ze)(ze)、不辱使命。
在2009年(nian)的(de)高(gao)考(kao)中(zhong),桂(gui)華(hua)中(zhong)學有(you)648名(ming)學生(sheng)參(can)加考(kao)試(shi),上(shang)第(di)一批本(ben)科有(you)40人(ren)(ren),創歷史最佳(jia)成績,本(ben)科以(yi)上(shang)340人(ren)(ren),比2008年(nian)增加76人(ren)(ren),占人(ren)(ren)數52.47%。第(di)三批大專以(yi)上(shang)上(shang)線(xian)總數628人(ren)(ren),占考(kao)生(sheng)達(da)96.91%,排(pai)在石門(men)中(zhong)學、南(nan)海中(zhong)學、桂(gui)城中(zhong)學之后居南(nan)海區(qu)第(di)四(si)。在廣東省(sheng)美(mei)術(shu)科聯考(kao)中(zhong),桂(gui)華(hua)中(zhong)學115名(ming)學生(sheng)參(can)加考(kao)試(shi),110人(ren)(ren)上(shang)省(sheng)本(ben)科合格(ge)線(xian),本(ben)科合格(ge)率高(gao)達(da)95.7%;其中(zhong)上(shang)260分高(gao)分層有(you)5人(ren)(ren),居南(nan)海區(qu)榜(bang)首;其中(zhong)陳(chen)瓦結同學更以(yi)總分266榮居佛山市考(kao)生(sheng)榜(bang)首。

2012年普通(tong)高(gao)(gao)考考上(shang)大專以上(shang)人(ren)數達644人(ren),總上(shang)線率高(gao)(gao)達97.3%,考上(shang)本(ben)科人(ren)數高(gao)(gao)達390人(ren),上(shang)線率為58.9%,本(ben)科上(shang)線率在南(nan)海區20間普通(tong)高(gao)(gao)中名(ming)列前(qian)茅。高(gao)(gao)考美術(shu)類考生成績突出(chu),上(shang)重點線(雙線)有10人(ren),雄居南(nan)海第二。

2016年,桂華(hua)(hua)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學高(gao)考(kao)(kao)成(cheng)績再創輝煌,70人考(kao)(kao)上(shang)(shang)重點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian),577人考(kao)(kao)上(shang)(shang)本科線(xian),本科上(shang)(shang)線(xian)率(lv)達到72%,比2015年增長20%。重點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)上(shang)(shang)線(xian)人數(shu)與本科上(shang)(shang)線(xian)人數(shu)雄踞新區(qu)(qu)直高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)榜(bang)首(shou)。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),文(wen)科實驗(yan)班上(shang)(shang)重點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)的有(you)14人,理科實驗(yan)班上(shang)(shang)重點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)的有(you)25人,比往年多出17人,人數(shu)創歷史新高(gao),文(wen)理實驗(yan)班重點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)率(lv)高(gao)達27%,高(gao)出南(nan)海區(qu)(qu)重點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)率(lv)兩個百分點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。此外,桂華(hua)(hua)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學首(shou)屆體育(yu)班學生(sheng)的高(gao)考(kao)(kao)成(cheng)績同樣大(da)放異彩,25個體育(yu)生(sheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有(you)15人術科上(shang)(shang)重點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),居(ju)南(nan)海區(qu)(qu)第(di)二(er)名(ming)。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),龍衍(yan)賀在體育(yu)聯考(kao)(kao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)取(qu)得(de)278分高(gao)分,居(ju)南(nan)海區(qu)(qu)第(di)四(si)名(ming)。而盧(lu)棹(zhao)輝的文(wen)化課(ke)取(qu)得(de)492分,名(ming)列全省第(di)十名(ming)。與此同時,桂華(hua)(hua)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學美(mei)(mei)術高(gao)考(kao)(kao)也(ye)全面開花。在美(mei)(mei)術聯考(kao)(kao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),有(you)31人上(shang)(shang)重點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。美(mei)(mei)術單(dan)考(kao)(kao)上(shang)(shang)全國八大(da)美(mei)(mei)院以(yi)上(shang)(shang)的有(you)60多人。
