少(shao)林(lin)(lin)武功中(zhong)最精湛的絕技。本不外(wai)傳(chuan),但少(shao)林(lin)(lin)寺燒火小工、俗家弟子南宮遠卻在禪師(shi)暗(an)中(zhong)指點下掌握了(le)其(qi)中(zhong)的奧秘,在三年(nian)一度的中(zhong)秋比武時,用(yong)此功失手擊(ji)斃四名師(shi)兄(xiong),從而引來殺身之(zhi)禍。(見柳殘陽《南宮少(shao)俠傳(chuan)》)諸多(duo)武俠小說作品(pin)中(zhong)均將之(zhi)稱(cheng)為少(shao)林(lin)(lin)絕技,其(qi)實此功來自于少(shao)林(lin)(lin)七十(shi)二藝(yi)中(zhong)的第五十(shi)一藝(yi)螳螂爪。
大(da)力(li)金(jin)剛(gang)掌屬南少林六大(da)功(gong)夫絕技之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)一的手(shou)上(shang)硬(ying)氣功(gong)此功(gong)內外兼修。功(gong)成后可開(kai)磚(zhuan)碎石(shi),用于徒手(shou)技去威(wei)力(li)無窮(qiong)。大(da)力(li)金(jin)剛(gang)掌與鐵(tie)砂掌有幾分相似(si)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處(chu),鐵(tie)砂掌同樣(yang)具有開(kai)磚(zhuan)裂(lie)石(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)。
大力金剛掌分三(san)部修習(xi)。
一、丹田內功法
自然站(zhan)立,雙(shuang)腳分開(kai)與(yu)肩(jian)同寬(kuan),雙(shuang)手自然垂故于(yu)雙(shuang)腿外(wai)側(ce),站(zhan)時(shi)含胸(xiong)拔背,雙(shuang)目平視,全身(shen)放(fang)松,用口將(jiang)體內濁氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)從O中呼(hu)出三(san)次后(hou),雙(shuang)腳微屈,似馬步狀(zhuang)雙(shuang)手呈抱球狀(zhuang)置于(yu)胸(xiong)前,掌心相對(dui),距離約(yue)50厘米,十(shi)指張開(kai)向內收.雙(shuang)肘(zhou)處距身(shen)約(yue)15厘米左右做好(hao)(hao)上述要(yao)求后(hou),將(jiang)雙(shuang)目微合,開(kai)始調(diao)息,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)存想(xiang)天(tian)地(di)方物之精氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)經雙(shuang)手勞宮(gong)(gong)穴(xue)(xue)、頭頂(ding)百會穴(xue)(xue)、雙(shuang)腳涌(yong)(yong)泉穴(xue)(xue)涌(yong)(yong)涌(yong)(yong)不斷地(di)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)入丹(dan)田呼(hu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)意(yi)想(xiang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)丹(dan)田聚集、采用順式呼(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)法、一呼(hu)一吸(xi)(xi)(xi),練(lian)(lian)習30分鐘初時(shi)樁(zhuang)可(ke)(ke)站(zhan)高些,隨著(zhu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)力的增(zeng)加可(ke)(ke)逐漸站(zhan)成低樁(zhuang)(注:此功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)是強化式功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法。練(lian)(lian)者于(yu)練(lian)(lian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)三(san)天(tian)后(hou)即可(ke)(ke)體會氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)感,一般勞宮(gong)(gong)穴(xue)(xue)首先發熱。而后(hou)丹(dan)田穴(xue)(xue),部(bu)分鯨功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)者會出現氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)機(ji)在(zai)全身(shen)各部(bu)出現氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流感,此時(shi)繼續(xu)鯨下去(qu)。氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)埂(geng)可(ke)(ke)沿經緒歸行至(zhi)丹(dan)田,練(lian)(lian)此功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)不講究氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的運(yun)行。一般應順其自然為好(hao)(hao))
二、金剛推山掌
通過(guo)上述(shu)內動法的修煉后,學(xue)者可(ke)感覺氣(qi)(qi)(qi)機通暢(chang)。內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)充盈(ying),此時可(ke)將雙(shuang)(shuang)腳(jiao)分(fen)開(kai)比肩略寬。雙(shuang)(shuang)膝蹲成(cheng)(cheng)弓步,雙(shuang)(shuang)目(mu)前(qian)(qian)視。舌(she)抵(di)上腭(e),腰背(bei)挺直,雙(shuang)(shuang)手握拳(quan)置(zhi)于(yu)雙(shuang)(shuang)側,意守丹(dan)田,將真氣(qi)(qi)(qi)調聚成(cheng)(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)團(tuan)后,用(yong)口呼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(發(fa)嗨聲),意想丹(dan)田之氣(qi)(qi)(qi)向(xiang)(xiang)右(you)掌(zhang)奔涌而出。同時右(you)掌(zhang)向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)(qian)沖出,并掌(zhang)指向(xiang)(xiang)上、掌(zhang)心向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)(qian),這(zhe)期間應用(yong)足氣(qi)(qi)(qi)力,接著閉氣(qi)(qi)(qi)3至5秒(miao)后,掌(zhang)向(xiang)(xiang)外轉變成(cheng)(cheng)拳(quan)狀收(shou)回(hui)置(zhi)于(yu)腰間,后換左掌(zhang)。練(lian)至純熟后可(ke)雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)齊出、雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)按地(di)等,此功貴(gui)在練(lian)習爆發(fa)力及丹(dan)田內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的運行,有條件者亦(yi)可(ke)以掌(zhang)擊打砂(sha)袋,砂(sha)袋重量從25公(gong)斤(jin)起逐(zhu)漸增至乃公(gong)斤(jin)為度(du)。
三、金剛臍碑手
此(ci)功(gong)即(ji)外(wai)家鐵(tie)砂掌(zhang)練法(fa),練者置砂袋于凳上(砂袋內裝鐵(tie)砂),作馬步(bu)站立,以雙手(shou)黨的(de)流擊打砂袋,每次力盡而止,,運(yun)氣(qi)法(fa)見金剛推(tui)山掌(zhang)一(yi)(yi)式,每次練功(gong)完畢之(zhi)后應輔以用醋方(fang)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou),方(fang)可使之(zhi)事(shi)半(ban)功(gong)倍具體(ti)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)方(fang)是:取生銹的(de)鐵(tie)釘(ding)或鐵(tie)塊5公斤將(jiang)其浸在醋中(zhong)一(yi)(yi)星期后,將(jiang)鐵(tie)釘(ding)等取出(chu),例入少量烈性(xing)酒即(ji)成醋方(fang)。鯨功(gong)畢后,將(jiang)雙手(shou)放在盆(pen)中(zhong)浸洗(xi)(xi)(xi),藥水(shui)以溫熱為佳(此(ci)法(fa)是一(yi)(yi)種比(bi)較經濟的(de)簡(jian)便洗(xi)(xi)(xi)水(shui)方(fang)),學者切莫花費財力去購(gou)買貴重的(de)藥方(fang)因功(gong)夫(fu)貴在勤(qin)學苦練,高深(shen)的(de)功(gong)夫(fu)還(huan)取決于人的(de)悟性(xing)
后由(you)八寶門推出新大(da)力(li)金剛掌,共十二(er)式,練成伸手后可劈磚斷石。
1、蹲星伏虎
①面南背北直(zhi)(zhi)身站立,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)腿(tui)橫開(kai)與(yu)(yu)肩同寬,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)腳平直(zhi)(zhi),腳尖稍里扣,雙(shuang)手(shou)下(xia)垂于兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)大(da)腿(tui)外側(ce),掌(zhang)(zhang)心相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui),掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)朝(chao)下(xia),下(xia)頦(ke)微收(shou),百(bai)會上(shang)頂,揚眉怒目,眼視正(zheng)前(qian)方。氣沉丹(dan)田,精(jing)神飽(bao)滿。按(an)順呼吸法(fa),鼻吸鼻呼。意念集中于臍下(xia)丹(dan)田處;②按(an)上(shang)式站立1分(fen)鐘(zhong)之(zhi)后(hou)(hou),雙(shuang)手(shou)由兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)大(da)腿(tui)外側(ce)向前(qian)緩慢提起與(yu)(yu)肩同高(gao),掌(zhang)(zhang)心相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui),掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)朝(chao)前(qian)。隨(sui)后(hou)(hou)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)膝慢慢屈曲下(xia)蹲,樁的(de)高(gao)矮(ai)可根據各(ge)人的(de)具體情況而(er)定,膝蓋(gai)不要超過腳尖。與(yu)(yu)此(ci)同時,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)手(shou)平行下(xia)落至(zhi)于雙(shuang)乳平齊,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)小臂相(xiang)(xiang)平行,間距(ju)2尺許(xu),肘尖向后(hou)(hou),肘尖與(yu)(yu)肋下(xia)相(xiang)(xiang)距(ju)約(yue)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)拳(quan)左右,手(shou)指(zhi)自(zi)然伸(shen)直(zhi)(zhi)張開(kai),掌(zhang)(zhang)心相(xiang)(xiang)照,掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)朝(chao)前(qian),身軀正(zheng)直(zhi)(zhi),臀部內斂(lian),重心落于兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)腳足心涌泉穴(xue)連(lian)線之(zhi)中點上(shang)。全(quan)身肌肉,關節放松,呼吸柔和(he)自(zi)然,不須要意守;③按(an)上(shang)述方法(fa)練功(gong)15~~60分(fen)鐘(zhong)后(hou)(hou),兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)膝慢慢站直(zhi)(zhi),雙(shuang)手(shou)回(hui)收(shou)垂直(zhi)(zhi)貼放于兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)腿(tui)內側(ce),約(yue)1分(fen)鐘(zhong)后(hou)(hou),兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)互(hu)相(xiang)(xiang)搓擦(ca)至(zhi)熱(re),以(yi)掌(zhang)(zhang)輕輕揩擦(ca)顏面部20余次。
練(lian)習(xi)本式時,可以隨(sui)意言談,也可以看電影、電視或(huo)聽音樂(le)。呼吸柔(rou)和(he)自(zi)然,不順任何意守。練(lian)功(gong)從每次(ci)(ci)5分(fen)鐘(zhong)開始,以后每周增加5分(fen)鐘(zhong)的(de)練(lian)功(gong)時間。初時感(gan)覺(jue)(jue)雙(shuang)腿(tui)及雙(shuang)臂酸脹、困(kun)乏(fa),繼(ji)之(zhi)兩腿(tui)還會出現顫抖現象,此時可以調高樁式休息片刻再(zai)進行(xing)練(lian)習(xi)。如能堅持練(lian)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)每次(ci)(ci)站樁15分(fen)鐘(zhong)以上(shang)者,于(yu)每次(ci)(ci)練(lian)功(gong)時,即(ji)可感(gan)到腹部首先(xian)發熱(re),須臾延至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)腰(yao)背(bei)、胸、頭面(mian)、雙(shuang)手,最后雙(shuang)腿(tui)及雙(shuang)足赤漸次(ci)(ci)發熱(re),雙(shuang)手與雙(shuang)足有明顯的(de)麻、酸、脹、熱(re)的(de)感(gan)覺(jue)(jue)。堅持站樁至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)60天以上(shang)時,于(yu)每次(ci)(ci)站樁時即(ji)感(gan)覺(jue)(jue)體內(nei)的(de)內(nei)氣下(xia)注兩腿(tui)達雙(shuang)足涌泉(quan)穴(xue)(xue),又(you)由腳心(xin)返(fan)行(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)丹田,再(zai)向下(xia)行(xing)經會陰(yin)穴(xue)(xue),過(guo)尾閭,沿督脈經頭頂百會穴(xue)(xue),再(zai)下(xia)行(xing)過(guo)承漿(jiang)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)腹中(zhong)穴(xue)(xue),又(you)分(fen)為兩股(gu)熱(re)流過(guo)液下(xia)沿手臂內(nei)側注入雙(shuang)掌心(xin)勞(lao)宮(gong)穴(xue)(xue),并直透十指(zhi)尖(jian)過(guo)手背(bei)返(fan)回降至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)丹田處。
如此反復練(lian)習,直至每次站(zhan)樁內(nei)氣注入雙掌即(ji)出現掌心發熱,十(shi)指(zhi)有強熱的(de)觸電感覺時(shi),便可開始(shi)練(lian)習下式。
2、力按千斤
①兩(liang)腳橫開比肩略(lve)寬,兩(liang)腳平直,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)足尖(jian)稍(shao)里扣,頸項豎直,百會上(shang)(shang)頂,沉肩松胯(kua),下(xia)頦微收,口微閉,舌尖(jian)緊舐上(shang)(shang)腭,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)目(mu)凝視(shi)正前方。兩(liang)手(shou)(shou)下(xia)垂分別置于(yu)兩(liang)大腿外側,肘關節微曲,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)稍(shao)微外撐,掌(zhang)心向(xiang)下(xia),十(shi)指(zhi)朝前。采用逆式呼吸(xi),意念輕守(shou)丹(dan)田。②以(yi)鼻吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi),并收提肛(gang)門(men)及(ji)睪(gao)丸(wan);然后,以(yi)鼻呼氣(qi)(qi),意領(ling)丹(dan)田內氣(qi)(qi)上(shang)(shang)升至(zhi)分膻(shan)中穴,并分作兩(liang)股經兩(liang)腋下(xia)沿手(shou)(shou)臂內側向(xiang)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)心貫氣(qi)(qi),同時放松肛(gang)門(men)和(he)睪(gao)丸(wan)。十(shi)趾抓地,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)用暗勁下(xia)按,十(shi)指(zhi)上(shang)(shang)翹,全身之氣(qi)(qi)力(li)集中于(yu)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)。吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)時,全身肌肉放松(除收縮睪(gao)丸(wan)及(ji)肛(gang)門(men)外)意念內氣(qi)(qi)從手(shou)(shou)臂外側上(shang)(shang)升至(zhi)頭部返歸丹(dan)田。此式共做49次。
3、猛虎推山
接上(shang)式,按逆式呼吸(xi)靜(jing)立調息(xi)1分鐘后,吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),雙(shuang)手同時(shi)向后、向上(shang)劃(hua)弧至(zhi)兩肩前(qian),十指向上(shang),掌(zhang)心(xin)向前(qian),同時(shi),收提肛(gang)門(men)和(he)睪丸(wan),然后呼氣(qi)(qi)(qi),十趾猛抓地,全(quan)身之氣(qi)(qi)(qi)力集中在雙(shuang)手上(shang),雙(shuang)掌(zhang)如推千斤重物向前(qian)緩(huan)慢推出,意念內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)從雙(shuang)掌(zhang)心(xin)及十指尖奔(ben)瀉而出,呼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)全(quan)身緊張,松(song)肛(gang),松(song)睪丸(wan)。吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)雙(shuang)手回收并向右、向上(shang)劃(hua)弧轉圈于肩前(qian),呼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)雙(shuang)掌(zhang)推出。如此反復共做49次。
4、鳳凰展翅
接上式(shi),采用(yong)逆式(shi)呼(hu)吸(xi),鼻(bi)呼(hu)鼻(bi)吸(xi)。吸(xi)氣(qi)時雙(shuang)手(shou)小臂分(fen)(fen)(fen)別向(xiang)左右(you)兩(liang)側(ce)抬(tai)起.肘尖向(xiang)下(xia),沉肩挺胸,雙(shuang)掌高與肩平齊,掌心分(fen)(fen)(fen)向(xiang)左右(you),手(shou)掌稍(shao)下(xia)墜,腕關(guan)節向(xiang)背(bei)側(ce)凸起,同時收(shou)提肛門及睪丸,然(ran)后十(shi)趾(zhi)抓地,雙(shuang)手(shou)如推(tui)(tui)千(qian)斤重物用(yong)力向(xiang)外推(tui)(tui)去(qu),意念(nian)內氣(qi)從(cong)丹田上升(sheng)至膻中穴,再分(fen)(fen)(fen)向(xiang)兩(liang)肩腋下(xia)沿(yan)手(shou)臂內側(ce)向(xiang)十(shi)指及掌心奔(ben)瀉(xie)。呼(hu)氣(qi)時全身放松(song),松(song)肛、松(song)睪丸,雙(shuang)手(shou)收(shou)回如原來(lai)姿勢(shi),意領內氣(qi)從(cong)手(shou)臂外側(ce)上升(sheng)過頭(tou)部返(fan)回丹田。共做49次。
5、海底撈沙
接上(shang)式,采用順(shun)式呼(hu)吸,鼻呼(hu)鼻吸。吸氣(qi)時(shi)雙(shuang)(shuang)臂下(xia)(xia)垂置于腹前,肘關節略(lve)外撐,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)握拳,拳面相對,拳心(xin)向下(xia)(xia),意(yi)守丹(dan)田(tian).呼(hu)氣(qi)時(shi),慢慢彎腰,雙(shuang)(shuang)拳變掌,掌心(xin)向下(xia)(xia),掌指相對,隨(sui)身體(ti)向下(xia)(xia)按壓,同時(shi)放松肛門,睪(gao)丸,至雙(shuang)(shuang)掌心(xin)觸地時(shi),氣(qi)剛好呼(hu)盡(jin),意(yi)念(nian)內(nei)氣(qi)全部貫注入(ru)雙(shuang)(shuang)掌,然(ran)后雙(shuang)(shuang)掌變拳,如持千斤重物緩慢上(shang)提,上(shang)身徐(xu)徐(xu)直腰,同時(shi)吸氣(qi),提肛,手(shou)(shou)睪(gao)丸,意(yi)念(nian)內(nei)氣(qi)從雙(shuang)(shuang)掌返回丹(dan)田(tian)。共做49次。
6、攀星拿月
接上式,采用逆呼(hu)吸(xi)法(fa),鼻(bi)呼(hu)鼻(bi)吸(xi),吸(xi)氣時(shi)雙(shuang)掌如托(tuo)千斤重物緩緩上舉過頭,掌指朝后,掌心向上,目(mu)視(shi)雙(shuang)掌,意(yi)念內氣全部上注雙(shuang)手,同時(shi),十趾抓地,收提肛門及(ji)睪丸。于吸(xi)氣末時(shi),喉頭配合(he)吸(xi)氣動作(zuo)吞入一口氣,然后閉氣,雙(shuang)掌變拳,雙(shuang)拳攢緊如拉扯(che)千斤重物徐(xu)徐(xu)下拉至雙(shuang)側肩前。呼(hu)氣時(shi)全身放(fang)松(song),松(song)肛,松(song)睪丸雙(shuang)拳,意(yi)領內氣回歸(gui)丹(dan)田。如此反復做49次(ci)。
7、鐵牛耕地
①雙(shuang)手(shou)平(ping)行撐地(di)(di),掌(zhang)心向(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)觸(chu)及地(di)(di)面(mian),雙(shuang)手(shou)間與肩同(tong)寬,兩手(shou)臂伸(shen)(shen)直,雙(shuang)腳拼(pin)攏伸(shen)(shen)直,以(yi)腳趾尖著地(di)(di),腰(yao)胯(kua)盡量(liang)向(xiang)(xiang)方(fang)(fang)弓挫,臀部(bu)凸起(qi),腹部(bu)內(nei)收。采用(yong)順呼吸(xi)(xi)法,鼻呼鼻吸(xi)(xi),精神內(nei)斂,注意(yi)力集中(zhong)(zhong)于(yu)(yu)雙(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)心勞(lao)宮穴(xue)上(shang)(shang)。②均勻深長的吸(xi)(xi)入(ru)一口(kou)(kou)氣,于(yu)(yu)吸(xi)(xi)氣末時(shi),以(yi)喉頭配合吸(xi)(xi)氣動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)吞入(ru)一口(kou)(kou)氣,并以(yi)意(yi)導氣慢慢下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)沉至丹田,然后閉氣,雙(shuang)手(shou)肘關(guan)節屈曲(qu),全身(shen)(shen)向(xiang)(xiang)前,向(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)探(tan),以(yi)頭部(bu)接(jie)近地(di)(di)面(mian)而又(you)未觸(chu)及地(di)(di)面(mian)為宜,隨之雙(shuang)足后蹬助(zhu)力,同(tong)時(shi)身(shen)(shen)體塌腰(yao)并繼續向(xiang)(xiang)前,向(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)依次(ci)(ci)以(yi)胸(xiong)、腹、胯(kua)等部(bu)位略(lve)近地(di)(di)面(mian)一滑而過。在身(shen)(shen)體下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)探(tan)運(yun)動(dong)的同(tong)時(shi),以(yi)鼻腔(qiang)均勻地(di)(di)噴氣,收提(ti)肛門及睪(gao)丸,平(ping)以(yi)意(yi)導引內(nei)氣從下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)丹田上(shang)(shang)升至中(zhong)(zhong)丹田經雙(shuang)腋下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia),沿雙(shuang)手(shou)臂內(nei)側向(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)貫注輸入(ru)雙(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)心勞(lao)宮穴(xue)。③吸(xi)(xi)氣,同(tong)時(shi)頭部(bu)向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)(shang)抬(tai)起(qi),直臂挺胸(xiong),腰(yao)胯(kua)部(bu)向(xiang)(xiang)后弓挫,臀部(bu)凸起(qi),全身(shen)(shen)赤(chi)隨之后挫,恢復(fu)原來姿(zi)勢,松(song)肛,松(song)睪(gao)丸,并意(yi)念(nian)內(nei)氣從手(shou)臂外側返(fan)回丹田。如(ru)此(ci)前探(tan)后挫,循環往復(fu),力盡為止(zhi)(zhi)。在練習(xi)當(dang)中(zhong)(zhong),注意(yi)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)要與呼吸(xi)(xi)緊密配合,不(bu)要太慢或太快,動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)須連貫協調,中(zhong)(zhong)間不(bu)可停頓。初(chu)習(xi)此(ci)式(shi)十余(yu)次(ci)(ci)時(shi),即覺力疲氣涌,頭脹腰(yao)酸。但行之即久,次(ci)(ci)數可逐日(ri)增加,至每次(ci)(ci)行功(gong)百(bai)(bai)余(yu)次(ci)(ci)而力不(bu)乏氣不(bu)涌時(shi),再(zai)將雙(shuang)腳位置逐漸墊高,又(you)逾百(bai)(bai)余(yu)次(ci)(ci)后,方(fang)(fang)以(yi)10公(gong)(gong)斤的石(shi)塊置于(yu)(yu)背上(shang)(shang)縛固,如(ru)法行動(dong),俟背上(shang)(shang)石(shi)塊增至50公(gong)(gong)斤仍可行功(gong)逾越50次(ci)(ci)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)方(fang)(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)。
8、神氣掌
將(jiang)(jiang)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)一(yi)(yi)支點燃,置于(yu)桌(zhuo)上立穩,練(lian)功(gong)者(zhe)馬步站立與蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)相距1米遠,頭(tou)頸正直(zhi),雙手(shou)抱拳于(yu)兩腰際上。雙目平視蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),接逆(ni)式(shi)呼吸,以(yi)(yi)鼻(bi)吸氣(qi)(qi),收提(ti)肛(gang)門及睪(gao)丸(wan),然后將(jiang)(jiang)右(you)拳變掌(zhang)(zhang),向前(qian)直(zhi)立掌(zhang)(zhang)推出(圖134),同(tong)時(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)鼻(bi)噴氣(qi)(qi),以(yi)(yi)意導引丹(dan)田(tian)內(nei)(nei)氣(qi)(qi)上升膻中穴經腋(ye)下,沿手(shou)臂(bei)內(nei)(nei)側下注右(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)心,并從(cong)右(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)心勞宮穴穿透而出,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)放松肛(gang)門及睪(gao)丸(wan)。吸氣(qi)(qi)時(shi)(shi),手(shou)臂(bei)回收,以(yi)(yi)意領(ling)氣(qi)(qi)從(cong)手(shou)臂(bei)外側上升頭(tou)部返歸(gui)丹(dan)田(tian)。練(lian)至右(you)手(shou)發(fa)酸,發(fa)脹(zhang)時(shi)(shi),則(ze)換以(yi)(yi)左掌(zhang)(zhang)如(ru)法習之(zhi)。待(dai)到一(yi)(yi)舉(ju)手(shou)發(fa)掌(zhang)(zhang)即可將(jiang)(jiang)桌(zhuo)上點燃之(zhi)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)擊(ji)滅之(zhi)后,在距蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)2米擊(ji)掌(zhang)(zhang),又俟能(neng)將(jiang)(jiang)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)燈(deng)擊(ji)滅后,再距蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)燈(deng)3米、4米、5米處發(fa)掌(zhang)(zhang)幾(ji)擊(ji)燈(deng),如(ru)在距燈(deng)5米外仍(reng)可將(jiang)(jiang)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)燈(deng)擊(ji)滅,則(ze)大力金剛(gang)掌(zhang)(zhang)之(zhi)內(nei)(nei)氣(qi)(qi)神力初其,即可操練(lian)下式(shi)。
9、如來手式
以(yi)兩張長,寬各50厘(li)米的砂紙置于(yu)桌上,雙手(shou)掌(zhang)貼放于(yu)桌面砂紙上。采用順式呼吸(xi)(xi)(xi),鼻(bi)呼鼻(bi)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)。用雙掌(zhang)面和雙掌(zhang)小指側擊打紗紙,擊打時(shi)手(shou)臂(bei)不動,以(yi)手(shou)腕帶動手(shou)掌(zhang)擊打,同時(shi)呼氣,并以(yi)意領氣貫達雙掌(zhang),收提肛門和睪丸。收掌(zhang)時(shi)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)氣,并以(yi)意領回歸丹田,放松肛門、睪丸。每日將紗紙打至破爛穿洞時(shi),次日另更以(yi)新(xin)紗紙擊打。
10、金剛排上
①直(zhi)身站立,面對墻壁,身體與墻壁的(de)間距為自(zi)身肩(jian)關(guan)節(jie)至腕(wan)關(guan)節(jie)長,雙(shuang)(shuang)足橫開與肩(jian)同(tong)寬,兩腳平(ping)直(zhi)腳尖(jian)稍里扣,百(bai)會上(shang)頂,口微閉(bi),雙(shuang)(shuang)手略曲臂前(qian)伸,以(yi)掌(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)抵(di)住墻壁,腕(wan)關(guan)節(jie)與雙(shuang)(shuang)乳平(ping)直(zhi),雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)十指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)自(zi)然伸張,掌(zhang)心向下,掌(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)朝前(qian),雙(shuang)(shuang)目怒視雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)之(zhi)(zhi)間墻壁②行順式呼吸(xi),鼻呼鼻吸(xi)。意守丹田內氣發(fa)動之(zhi)(zhi)后,以(yi)鼻猛吸(xi)一口氣,然后以(yi)鼻腔猛地噴氣,同(tong)時收提肛門以(yi)睪丸,十趾抓地,并(bing)以(yi)肩(jian)關(guan)節(jie)帶動肘關(guan)節(jie)在催動雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)用掌(zhang)
根向墻壁平(ping)行擊打。在(zai)擊打的(de)同時(shi)(shi)(shi),雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)前(qian)仰,手指彎(wan)曲成(cheng)鷹爪狀(zhuang),意(yi)念內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)從丹田(tian)上(shang)(shang)升至膻(shan)中穴(xue)再分向雙(shuang)(shuang)腋下,沿手臂內(nei)側貫注入雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)后溪穴(xue)和勞宮穴(xue).③吸氣(qi)(qi)時(shi)(shi)(shi),全(quan)身放松,松肛(gang),松睪丸,意(yi)領雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)之(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)回歸丹田(tian).此式練(lian)習(xi)(xi)時(shi)(shi)(shi),務必遵循先(xian)輕(qing)后重(zhong),先(xian)慢后快的(de)原則,每次練(lian)習(xi)(xi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)根部發熱疼(teng)痛(tong)為止.尚有一練(lian)法(fa),是以(yi)(yi)(yi)黑狗皮兩張(zhang),均如(ru)碗口大(da)小,懸掛(gua)于(yu)(yu)墻上(shang)(shang),有毛面(mian)貼向墻,以(yi)(yi)(yi)雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)頻(pin)頻(pin)擊之(zhi).無(wu)狗皮亦可以(yi)(yi)(yi)紗紙(zhi)兩張(zhang)掛(gua)于(yu)(yu)墻上(shang)(shang),如(ru)法(fa)習(xi)(xi)之(zhi),直至紗紙(zhi)破爛(lan)穿洞時(shi)(shi)(shi),則另易以(yi)(yi)(yi)新紗紙(zhi)練(lian)習(xi)(xi).
11、達摩拂袖
先備好一(yi)(yi)個長、寬各60厘(li)米大的正方形砂(sha)袋,砂(sha)袋內(nei)充(chong)填以3/5的細鐵砂(sha),2/5的綠(lv)豆和花椒(綠(lv)豆和花椒各為1/5),置放于一(yi)(yi)張堅固的木凳上。
①練(lian)功時,馬步站立于(yu)(yu)距(ju)木凳1尺遠的地方,兩手(shou)(shou)握拳抱于(yu)(yu)腰間,采用順(shun)式呼吸(xi),鼻吸(xi)口(kou)呼。先練(lian)右(you)(you)手(shou)(shou),后練(lian)左(zuo)手(shou)(shou).以鼻吸(xi)氣(qi),于(yu)(yu)吸(xi)氣(qi)末(mo)時,隨之閉(bi)氣(qi),上(shang)身(shen)右(you)(you)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),右(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)臂向(xiang)后平直甩(shuai)臂,右(you)(you)拳變(bian)掌(zhang)(zhang)。②上(shang)動不停,上(shang)身(shen)向(xiang)左(zuo)擰腰旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),右(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)繼續向(xiang)上(shang)。向(xiang)前(qian)、向(xiang)下以掌(zhang)(zhang)面拍打(da)砂袋,掌(zhang)(zhang)心(xin)朝下,掌(zhang)(zhang)指朝前(qian),同時,以口(kou)“哈”地發聲助力(li),收(shou)提(ti)肛門、睪丸,十趾抓地,意領(ling)丹田內氣(qi)上(shang)升膻中(zhong)穴并經有腋下,沿右(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)臂內側下注右(you)(you)掌(zhang)(zhang),全身(shen)氣(qi)力(li)集(ji)中(zhong)在右(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)面上(shang)。此(ci)為順(shun)甩(shuai)式。
③接上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)式,以鼻吸(xi)氣,全(quan)身放松(song),松(song)肛,松(song)睪丸(wan),以意(yi)將右(you)(you)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)氣導引回丹田(tian)。同時,上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)身向(xiang)左旋(xuan)轉,右(you)(you)手(shou)直臂(bei)向(xiang)左,向(xiang)后甩臂(bei)。④上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)動(dong)不停,上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)身向(xiang)右(you)(you)擰(ning)腰旋(xuan)轉,右(you)(you)手(shou)繼續(xu)向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、向(xiang)下以右(you)(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)背擊打(da)砂袋,同時,以口“哈”地(di)發聲助力,并(bing)(bing)收提肛門和睪丸(wan)。十趾(zhi)抓地(di),意(yi)領內氣從丹田(tian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)升至膻(shan)中穴,再經(jing)右(you)(you)腋下沿手(shou)臂(bei)內側下注右(you)(you)掌(zhang)(zhang),全(quan)身集中在(zai)右(you)(you)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)背上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)。此為反甩式。如(ru)此由(you)輕(qing)至重,由(you)慢到快(kuai)地(di)反復順、反甩打(da)至右(you)(you)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)發熱、發紅,并(bing)(bing)覺疼痛難忍時即可(ke)(ke)停止(zhi)。然后可(ke)(ke)易(yi)以左掌(zhang)(zhang)如(ru)法習(xi)之。每日寅時練(lian)功,多(duo)練(lian)赤可(ke)(ke)。練(lian)功畢,必須用外(wai)洗(xi)藥(yao)水洗(xi)手(shou)。
12、金剛砍柴
接上式,方法(fa)(fa)與上同,唯(wei)擊(ji)(ji)打的部位是掌(zhang)的小指側(ce)(ce)和拇(mu)指側(ce)(ce)。順甩(shuai)時(shi)以(yi)小指側(ce)(ce)擊(ji)(ji)打砂(sha)(sha)袋(dai),反甩(shuai)時(shi),以(yi)拇(mu)指側(ce)(ce)擊(ji)(ji)打砂(sha)(sha)袋(dai),循環往復,左右手輪換打擊(ji)(ji)。練畢(bi),仍以(yi)藥(yao)水洗手。如此(ci)勤練5年(nian)后(hou),再將砂(sha)(sha)袋(dai)內藥(yao)物倒出,裝(zhuang)入尖細的鐵砂(sha)(sha),依法(fa)(fa)操練3年(nian),則金剛掌(zhang)功夫乃(nai)成。
1.如果(guo)練丹田(tian)功法出(chu)現內氣散亂。可(ke)盤膝打坐。以第(di)一式的調氣法,將(jiang)內氣歸引入丹田(tian)丁一般練功者(zhe)可(ke)在(zai)3至6個(ge)月后自然打通(tong)小周天。
2.有病者(zhe)不可修習第三式(shi),因此式(shi)損耗真(zhen)氣較大,應待病愈之后方可習之老年人(ren)僅練習第一式(shi)就可起到養生之目的(de)。
此功夫(fu)(fu)來自于少(shao)林七(qi)十二藝(yi)中的(de)第五(wu)十一藝(yi)螳螂爪(zhua),螳螂爪(zhua)又(you)名叫(jiao)做大力金剛(gang)(gang)手。是(shi)少(shao)林七(qi)十二藝(yi)中的(de)硬功外壯法,屬(shu)陽(yang)剛(gang)(gang)之勁(jing),兼陰柔之勁(jing)路。是(shi)專(zhuan)練(lian)人身掌部的(de)功夫(fu)(fu)。
螳(tang)螂爪(大(da)力金(jin)剛手)功夫(fu)在少林(lin)武術技擊(ji)中(zhong),起著(zhu)重要(yao)作用,此功練成后,如與(yu)敵搏斗。
劈(pi)敵則傷其筋骨(gu)和內部(bu)臟腑。此功(gong)夫少林寺歷代(dai)武僧習者俱多,如隋代(dai)子升,唐(tang)代(dai)靈隱,宋(song)代(dai)洪溫,元代(dai)智聚,明代(dai)玄(xuan)敬,清代(dai)靜樂等高(gao)僧,皆對(dui)此術有(you)較深(shen)的造(zao)詣。
