簡介
因(yin)山(shan)(shan)形(xing)似(si)(si)一(yi)頭俯(fu)臥的(de)獅子(zi)而得名。山(shan)(shan)體南(nan)北(bei)走向(xiang),與烏蒙山(shan)(shan)遙(yao)遙(yao)相望。山(shan)(shan)頂(ding)平(ping)闊,由(you)南(nan)向(xiang)北(bei)緩(huan)(huan)緩(huan)(huan)下(xia)(xia)斜,山(shan)(shan)頂(ding)四周是百(bai)余米(mi)高的(de)陡峭懸崖,懸崖之(zhi)下(xia)(xia),是一(yi)片緩(huan)(huan)沖坡地(di)。獅子(zi)山(shan)(shan)頂(ding)海(hai)拔2419.8米(mi),山(shan)(shan)腳的(de)武(wu)定縣(xian)城海(hai)拔1740米(mi),高差679.8米(mi)。風景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)總(zong)面(mian)積(ji)13.6平(ping)方千米(mi),整個(ge)風景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)由(you)古(gu)剎景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu),懸巖(yan)(yan)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)、林海(hai)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)組成,共36個(ge)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)。獅子(zi)山(shan)(shan)風景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)的(de)入口處為(wei)(wei)古(gu)剎景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu),以正續(xu)禪(chan)(chan)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)心,周圍元、明、清各時(shi)期的(de)古(gu)跡甚多(duo),森林茂密(mi),古(gu)木參天(tian)。古(gu)剎景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)共有(you)(you)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)點11個(ge),其中(zhong)以正續(xu)禪(chan)(chan)寺(si)為(wei)(wei)勝景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)。正續(xu)禪(chan)(chan)寺(si)已有(you)(you)670多(duo)年的(de)歷史,經過歷代修復擴(kuo)建,現占地(di)17萬平(ping)方米(mi),有(you)(you)殿(dian)宇亭閣110多(duo)間(jian)。建筑依(yi)山(shan)(shan)就勢(shi)(shi),布局嚴謹。大雄寶殿(dian)是禪(chan)(chan)寺(si)的(de)主(zhu)體建筑,為(wei)(wei)五檐歇山(shan)(shan)頂(ding)式土木結構(gou),建筑面(mian)積(ji)454平(ping)方米(mi),大殿(dian)南(nan)北(bei)各有(you)(you)3間(jian)樓房陪殿(dian)。北(bei)側的(de)方丈(zhang)室,獨立成院,古(gu)雅清幽,春季牡丹盛開,金秋丹桂飄(piao)香。正續(xu)禪(chan)(chan)寺(si)后面(mian)的(de)懸巖(yan)(yan)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu),是一(yi)條南(nan)北(bei)走向(xiang)長3千米(mi)、高100多(duo)米(mi)的(de)石(shi)壁(bi),形(xing)成一(yi)道(dao)(dao)巨大的(de)臺階,地(di)勢(shi)(shi)十(shi)分險峻(jun),只有(you)(you)幾(ji)處攀援登上(shang)山(shan)(shan)頂(ding)。在這條石(shi)壁(bi)上(shang),有(you)(you)上(shang)倚絕(jue)壁(bi)下(xia)(xia)臨深谷(gu)的(de)僅容1人通過的(de)鳥道(dao)(dao)天(tian)梯、有(you)(you)抬頭只見一(yi)線(xian)天(tian)的(de)深淵、有(you)(you)奇(qi)形(xing)怪狀似(si)(si)人似(si)(si)獸(shou)的(de)奇(qi)巖(yan)(yan)怪石(shi)、有(you)(you)依(yi)巖(yan)(yan)就勢(shi)(shi)修建的(de)飛閣懸亭、云(yun)橋棧道(dao)(dao),還有(you)(you)巖(yan)(yan)洞石(shi)室、飛泉瀑(pu)布、老樹古(gu)藤,自然(ran)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)觀十(shi)分豐富。詩人王心鑒游覽后有(you)(you)詩贊曰(yue):竹(zhu)林古(gu)寺(si)竹(zhu)聲喧,翠云(yun)掩映(ying)獅子(zi)山(shan)(shan)。千頃福田結如意(yi),萬竿(gan)修筠報平(ping)安。云(yun)卷云(yun)舒慈(ci)悲國,人往人來(lai)菩(pu)提(ti)園。無上(shang)清涼(liang)悟大道(dao)(dao),種竹(zhu)原本是參禪(chan)(chan)。
傳說
據(ju)傳(chuan)獅(shi)子(zi)山(shan)(shan)最早不像一只獅(shi)子(zi),也不叫獅(shi)子(zi)山(shan)(shan),而叫"通天(tian)(tian)山(shan)(shan)"。通天(tian)(tian)山(shan)(shan),高(gao)聳人(ren)(ren)云,直(zhi)達(da)天(tian)(tian)庭(ting)(ting),世人(ren)(ren)得知此山(shan)(shan)能通天(tian)(tian)庭(ting)(ting),于是,有些(xie)想到天(tian)(tian)堂(tang)過神仙日子(zi)的人(ren)(ren),便(bian)沿著(zhu)這座(zuo)山(shan)(shan)涌向天(tian)(tian)庭(ting)(ting)。玉(yu)皇(huang)大(da)帝得知凡人(ren)(ren)來到天(tian)(tian)上,便(bian)命太白金(jin)星前去(qu)追查這些(xie)人(ren)(ren)究竟從何(he)路而來?當得知通天(tian)(tian)山(shan)(shan)這條直(zhi)通天(tian)(tian)庭(ting)(ting)的道路時(shi),玉(yu)皇(huang)大(da)帝即命雷公速將通天(tian)(tian)山(shan)(shan)劈斷(duan)。
雷(lei)公得令,立刻來(lai)到(dao)通(tong)天(tian)(tian)山(shan)的上空,揮動(dong)錘楔,用(yong)力一(yi)(yi)擊,只聽(ting)一(yi)(yi)聲霹靂(li),通(tong)天(tian)(tian)山(shan)被(bei)攔腰砍斷,山(shan)頂形(xing)成一(yi)(yi)個大平臺,平臺邊(bian)緣(yuan)形(xing)成了百(bai)丈(zhang)懸崖。從(cong)此,通(tong)天(tian)(tian)山(shan),再(zai)也(ye)通(tong)不(bu)了天(tian)(tian),人也(ye)不(bu)能上天(tian)(tian)了。但人們都不(bu)知道(dao)是誰將山(shan)劈(pi)斷,于是便(bian)把通(tong)天(tian)(tian)山(shan)改(gai)稱(cheng)為"誰劈(pi)峰"。
又不知過(guo)了多少年,有九(jiu)(jiu)十(shi)九(jiu)(jiu)條(tiao)白(bai)(bai)龍(long)(long)云游(you)到"誰(shui)劈峰(feng)(feng)",看見這些山(shan)清水秀,奇峰(feng)(feng)異境,留(liu)戀不愿離去(qu),便在山(shan)下(xia)住了下(xia)來(lai)。從此"誰(shui)劈峰(feng)(feng)"的四周(zhou)流(liu)出九(jiu)(jiu)十(shi)九(jiu)(jiu)股泉水,滋(zi)潤著(zhu)武(wu)定(ding)壩子,造福于(yu)人(ren)類。人(ren)們為感謝白(bai)(bai)龍(long)(long),就在山(shan)上建了一座白(bai)(bai)龍(long)(long)庵,終年祭祀(si)。于(yu)是又將誰(shui)劈峰(feng)(feng)改名為白(bai)(bai)龍(long)(long)山(shan)。
又不知過了多少年,有一頭雄獅(shi)(shi)來到(dao)白(bai)(bai)(bai)龍(long)山(shan),見到(dao)山(shan)勢雄偉(wei),水豐林茂,也想(xiang)在(zai)此(ci)定(ding)居,便與白(bai)(bai)(bai)龍(long)爭奪此(ci)山(shan)。雙方展開(kai)了一場(chang)生(sheng)死(si)搏斗,獅(shi)(shi)吼龍(long)嘯,飛沙走石,狂風(feng)暴雨,地動山(shan)搖,難(nan)分難(nan)解。經過九九八十一個(ge)晝夜的(de)激(ji)戰,白(bai)(bai)(bai)龍(long)戰敗而逃(tao)。有兩條逃(tao)往(wang)祿勸方向住下(xia),據說就是(shi)祿勸境內(nei)的(de)二(er)(er)龍(long)山(shan)。有二(er)(er)龍(long)因(yin)負重傷,不能(neng)同其(qi)他(ta)白(bai)(bai)(bai)龍(long)一齊逃(tao)走,便落在(zai)山(shan)腳(jiao)下(xia),據稱(cheng)是(shi)現在(zai)的(de)白(bai)(bai)(bai)龍(long)箐,其(qi)余(yu)白(bai)(bai)(bai)龍(long)逃(tao)到(dao)對面的(de)東(dong)山(shan)潛伏下(xia)來。
潛伏(fu)在(zai)東(dong)(dong)(dong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)的(de)白龍,不(bu)(bu)甘心失敗,千(qian)方百計總(zong)想尋(xun)機報仇(chou),收(shou)復被獅(shi)子(zi)(zi)搶占的(de)領土。但(dan)他們知道憑武(wu)(wu)力斗(dou)不(bu)(bu)過(guo)獅(shi)子(zi)(zi),于(yu)是(shi)便(bian)把東(dong)(dong)(dong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)慢慢地向(xiang)上拱起(qi),想堵(du)住(zhu)武(wu)(wu)定壩(ba)子(zi)(zi)的(de)出(chu)水,用積水淹沒獅(shi)子(zi)(zi)。武(wu)(wu)定人(ren)民看到東(dong)(dong)(dong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)慢慢長(chang)(chang)高,再往上長(chang)(chang)便(bian)會(hui)堵(du)住(zhu)武(wu)(wu)定壩(ba)子(zi)(zi)的(de)出(chu)水口,只好在(zai)東(dong)(dong)(dong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)頂上建(jian)(jian)了一座白塔,鎮住(zhu)東(dong)(dong)(dong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)再長(chang)(chang),這白塔現在(zai)還在(zai)巍然屹立東(dong)(dong)(dong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)之(zhi)巔。而獅(shi)子(zi)(zi)也(ye)時(shi)刻(ke)防備白龍反撲(pu)報仇(chou),便(bian)伸出(chu)前(qian)爪,昂頭弓背伏(fu)臥在(zai)東(dong)(dong)(dong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)對面,準備隨(sui)時(shi)出(chu)擊(ji)白龍的(de)反撲(pu),就成(cheng)了現在(zai)的(de)臥獅(shi)。這神奇(qi)的(de)說(shuo),更使獅(shi)子(zi)(zi)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)充滿誘人(ren)的(de)色(se)彩……在(zai)許許多多的(de)傳(chuan)說(shuo)故(gu)事(shi)中,有關明(ming)朝建(jian)(jian)文帝削發為僧,來(lai)獅(shi)子(zi)(zi)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)當(dang)和(he)尚的(de)神奇(qi)故(gu)事(shi),在(zai)武(wu)(wu)定壩(ba)子(zi)(zi)里更是(shi)家(jia)喻戶曉,婦(fu)孺皆(jie)知,情節(jie)生動感人(ren),"鉤擔戳出(chu)月牙潭",便(bian)是(shi)眾多傳(chuan)說(shuo)之(zhi)一。
歷史
跨進獅山(shan)之(zhi)間(jian),在(zai)茂密的(de)(de)(de)常綠(lv)闊葉林中,迎(ying)面(mian)便是(shi)一座(zuo)森嚴而(er)壯觀的(de)(de)(de)佛寺(si)(si),現名正續(xu)禪寺(si)(si)。正續(xu)禪寺(si)(si)建于元(yuan)代(dai)至大四年(nian)(公元(yuan)1331年(nian))是(shi)為正寺(si)(si);后經印度(du)名僧指空擴建,是(shi)為續(xu)寺(si)(si)。 寺(si)(si)內(nei)大雄寶殿(dian)雄偉,周圍的(de)(de)(de)庭院以及樓臺(tai)亭閣布(bu)局巧妙,工藝(yi)精湛(zhan),遍布(bu)于其間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)各種碑(bei)刻、楹聯出自歷代(dai)名家之(zhi)手,有著豐(feng)富的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化內(nei)涵。在(zai)大雄寶殿(dian)前,生(sheng)長著數(shu)株古松柏,據說也有上千年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)歷史(shi),為這座(zuo)古剎增(zeng)添了(le)神(shen)秘的(de)(de)(de)色彩。正續(xu)禪寺(si)(si)后面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)藏經樓,依山(shan)而(er)起(qi),幾(ji)乎與獅山(shan)主峰融為一體。樓下的(de)(de)(de)祠閣所供的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)建文(wen)皇帝座(zuo)前的(de)(de)(de)木柱繪(hui)有金燦燦的(de)(de)(de)天龍這一作為寺(si)(si)院組成部分的(de)(de)(de)皇帝祠閣,喚(huan)起(qi)人們對(dui)歷史(shi)的(de)(de)(de)記(ji)憶。
寺內大雄寶殿的(de)柱子(zi)上,則有這樣一(yi)副楹聯(lian)(lian)(lian):“僧為(wei)帝,帝亦為(wei)僧,數十載衣缽相傳,正覺(jue)(jue)依(yi)然(ran)皇覺(jue)(jue)舊(jiu);叔(shu)負侄,侄不(bu)負叔(shu),八(ba)千(qian)里芒鞋徒步,獅山更比燕山高。”聯(lian)(lian)(lian)內所說(shuo)(shuo)的(de)皇覺(jue)(jue)寺,指朱(zhu)元璋(zhang)早年為(wei)僧之(zhi)所;“叔(shu)負侄”指朱(zhu)棣篡(cuan)奪(duo)了(le)侄兒朱(zhu)允(yun)(yun)炆(wen)的(de)帝位。顯(xian)然(ran),作此聯(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)古(gu)人堅(jian)信朱(zhu)允(yun)(yun)炆(wen)曾在此為(wei)僧,并寄以同情。聯(lian)(lian)(lian)中“衣缽相傳”語,概括了(le)祖(zu)父朱(zhu)元璋(zhang)由(you)僧為(wei)帝,孫子(zi)朱(zhu)允(yun)(yun)炆(wen)由(you)帝為(wei)僧的(de)滄桑巨變,構思精奇(qi),說(shuo)(shuo)盡了(le)這段千(qian)古(gu)巧合(he)的(de)無情史實!
