簡介
吉勒布拉克水電站(zhan)工(gong)程(cheng)位于阿勒泰(tai)地區(qu)哈巴河縣(xian)。距(ju)哈巴河縣(xian)35km,距(ju)工(gong)程(cheng)區(qu)右岸以西下游(you)約6.5km處有阿舍(she)勒銅礦(kuang)至(zhi)哈巴河公路通過,已新建進場公路銜接至(zhi)工(gong)程(cheng)區(qu),對外公路交通方便。
吉勒(le)布(bu)拉克(ke)水電(dian)(dian)站是(shi)水利部綜合事業局水利援(yuan)疆項目之一,工(gong)程總(zong)投資12.97億元(yuan),大壩(ba)壩(ba)高146米,水庫(ku)總(zong)庫(ku)容2.32億立(li)方(fang)米,由攔河壩(ba)、泄洪渠、引水建(jian)(jian)筑物及地面廠房等主要建(jian)(jian)筑物組(zu)成,電(dian)(dian)站裝(zhuang)機160兆瓦(wa),年平均發電(dian)(dian)量4.95億千瓦(wa)·時。水電(dian)(dian)站的成功截流,標志著(zhu)吉勒(le)布(bu)拉克(ke)水電(dian)(dian)站工(gong)程進入(ru)主體工(gong)程建(jian)(jian)設階段。
吉勒布拉克水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)正常蓄水(shui)位▽752.00m,總庫(ku)容2.32億m3, 調節庫(ku)容1.43億m3,死庫(ku)容0.729億m3,總裝機160MW,多年平均發(fa)電(dian)量4.95億kW·h,為(wei)大(2)型Ⅱ等工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)主(zhu)要任(ren)務是發(fa)電(dian)。工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)主(zhu)要由混(hun)凝土面(mian)板堆石壩、深(shen)孔(kong)(kong)泄(xie)洪洞(dong)、溢(yi)洪洞(dong)、發(fa)電(dian)引水(shui)洞(dong)和電(dian)站(zhan)廠房等建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物組成,其中:大壩為(wei)1級建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物,深(shen)孔(kong)(kong)泄(xie)洪洞(dong)、表孔(kong)(kong)溢(yi)洪洞(dong)、發(fa)電(dian)洞(dong)進水(shui)塔為(wei)2級建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物,發(fa)電(dian)洞(dong)、發(fa)電(dian)廠房為(wei)3級建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物,臨時建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物為(wei)4級。
1、引水建筑物
發電(dian)引(yin)水(shui)建(jian)筑物布置在(zai)左岸(an),引(yin)水(shui)系統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)一洞(dong)四(si)機(ji)聯合(he)供(gong)水(shui)的布置型(xing)式(shi),電(dian)站共四(si)臺(tai)機(ji)組,設計發電(dian)引(yin)水(shui)流量162.0m3/s。主要由進水(shui)口(kou)(kou)(kou)建(jian)筑物、發電(dian)洞(dong)段(duan)(duan)(duan)及(ji)(ji)出口(kou)(kou)(kou)岔管(guan)(guan)、支管(guan)(guan)段(duan)(duan)(duan)組成(cheng)。引(yin)水(shui)系統(tong)總長(chang)463.275m。進口(kou)(kou)(kou)引(yin)渠段(duan)(duan)(duan)長(chang)18.312m(發0-037.562-發0-019.250)底板(ban)高程▽697.0m,斷面型(xing)式(shi)為梯形,底寬19.6m。進水(shui)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閘(zha)井(jing)(jing)采(cai)用(yong)岸(an)塔式(shi)結構,閘(zha)井(jing)(jing)由攔污(wu)柵(zha)段(duan)(duan)(duan)和事(shi)故(gu)門(men)井(jing)(jing)段(duan)(duan)(duan)組成(cheng),閘(zha)井(jing)(jing)底板(ban)高程▽697.0m頂高程為▽758.2m,內(nei)設3孔(kong)攔污(wu)柵(zha),3孔(kong)擋水(shui)門(men)槽。1孔(kong)平板(ban)事(shi)故(gu)板(ban),攔污(wu)柵(zha)孔(kong)口(kou)(kou)(kou)尺(chi)寸(cun)4.0m*12.5m,檔水(shui)門(men)孔(kong)口(kou)(kou)(kou)尺(chi)寸(cun)為4.0m*11.5m,事(shi)故(gu)門(men)孔(kong)口(kou)(kou)(kou)尺(chi)寸(cun)為8.0m*8.0m。上(shang)平洞(dong)段(duan)(duan)(duan)119.047m,圓形斷面,洞(dong)徑8m,縱坡(po)7/100.鋼筋混凝土(tu)襯砌(qi)厚0.6m。斜井(jing)(jing)段(duan)(duan)(duan)長(chang)103.628m,斜角50o,下平洞(dong)段(duan)(duan)(duan)長(chang)199.227m,內(nei)徑6.2m,內(nei)襯Q345C鋼板(ban),外(wai)部回(hui)填C20混凝土(tu),混凝土(tu)襯砌(qi)厚0.6m。主管(guan)(guan)出洞(dong)后采(cai)用(yong)月牙肋岔管(guan)(guan)分為四(si)個支管(guan)(guan),主管(guan)(guan)內(nei)徑6.2m,支管(guan)(guan)內(nei)徑分別為4.4m、3.6m。岔管(guan)(guan)及(ji)(ji)支管(guan)(guan)均(jun)采(cai)用(yong)C25鋼筋混凝土(tu)襯砌(qi)。出口(kou)(kou)(kou)岔管(guan)(guan)、支管(guan)(guan)段(duan)(duan)(duan)外(wai)包混凝土(tu),上(shang)部至發電(dian)機(ji)層(ceng)高程639.80m,均(jun)回(hui)填石碴。
2、廠房及開(kai)關站
電站(zhan)(zhan)總裝機160MW,發電廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)為引(yin)水(shui)(shui)式地面廠(chang)房(fang)(fang),廠(chang)區由主廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)、副(fu)廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)、升(sheng)壓站(zhan)(zhan)、尾水(shui)(shui)建筑物(wu)組成。副(fu)廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)布置于主廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)上游(you)側(ce),戶(hu)內(nei)式開關站(zhan)(zhan)布置在副(fu)廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)內(nei),電站(zhan)(zhan)尾水(shui)(shui)經整治投入(ru)原河道。
工程地質概況
1、區域地質和(he)地震烈度(du)
工程區(qu)在大地(di)構造單元(yuan)上屬阿勒泰(tai)褶(zhe)(zhe)皺系和西南部準(zhun)噶爾(er)-北(bei)天山褶(zhe)(zhe)皺系。阿爾(er)泰(tai)褶(zhe)(zhe)皺系西段(duan)主要(yao)由喀納(na)斯(si)~可(ke)可(ke)托海背斜(xie)地(di)槽褶(zhe)(zhe)皺帶、克蘭向斜(xie)地(di)槽褶(zhe)(zhe)皺帶、額(e)爾(er)齊斯(si)擠壓帶組成。水庫(ku)壩區(qu)是區(qu)域(yu)地(di)震(zhen)活動較弱的、相(xiang)對(dui)穩定(ding)的地(di)塊,根據(ju)2008年(nian)4月(yue)新疆(jiang)防御自然災害研究所《新疆(jiang)哈巴河(he)吉勒布拉(la)克水電站工程場地(di)地(di)震(zhen)安全(quan)性(xing)評價報(bao)告》結(jie)論,場區(qu)50年(nian)超越概率10%的動峰值加速度為0.05g。對(dui)應的地(di)震(zhen)基本烈度相(xiang)當于Ⅵ度。
2、發電洞工程地(di)質(zhi)狀況
發電(dian)洞(dong)(dong):進(jin)(jin)口(kou)位于左岸(an)深孔泄洪洞(dong)(dong)內(nei)側,進(jin)(jin)口(kou)段邊坡(po)大(da)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)處(chu)(chu)(chu)于強風(feng)(feng)化(hua)~弱風(feng)(feng)化(hua)巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)內(nei),主要分(fen)布f98、f99斷(duan)層。建議清除表(biao)層不穩定巖(yan)(yan)塊,對(dui)洞(dong)(dong)臉邊坡(po)進(jin)(jin)行噴(pen)(pen)錨(mao)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理,對(dui)閘基(ji)下f98斷(duan)層破碎帶固結(jie)灌漿處(chu)(chu)(chu)理,對(dui)f99斷(duan)層通過閘前底板做混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)換填處(chu)(chu)(chu)理。洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)上覆(fu)巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)厚(hou)度40~98m,洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)處(chu)(chu)(chu)于微風(feng)(feng)化(hua)新鮮巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)內(nei),大(da)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)完整性(xing)較好,洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)段在(zai)0+030~0+178、0+203~0+379m處(chu)(chu)(chu),為Ⅲ類圍巖(yan)(yan),需(xu)噴(pen)(pen)錨(mao)支護;在(zai)0+178~0+203、0+379~0+400m處(chu)(chu)(chu),巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)完整性(xing)差,為Ⅳ類圍巖(yan)(yan),需(xu)噴(pen)(pen)錨(mao)掛網支護,并(bing)澆筑混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)襯砌。隧洞(dong)(dong)出口(kou)及(ji)電(dian)站廠房(fang)段處(chu)(chu)(chu)于斜(xie)坡(po)及(ji)Ⅱ級(ji)階地上,坡(po)度15°左右,在(zai)0+400~0+444m處(chu)(chu)(chu)表(biao)層覆(fu)蓋有坡(po)殘積碎石土(tu),覆(fu)蓋層厚(hou)度約3~6m,0+444~0+490m為Ⅱ級(ji)階地,表(biao)層分(fen)布0.8~1m的粉土(tu),下部(bu)(bu)為砂卵礫石層,厚(hou)3~8m,下覆(fu)基(ji)巖(yan)(yan)為細(xi)粒斜(xie)長花(hua)崗(gang)巖(yan)(yan),強風(feng)(feng)化(hua)帶厚(hou)2~4m。
評價
發(fa)電廠房(fang)(fang)處于壩(ba)址下(xia)(xia)游(you)左岸的Ⅱ級階地(di)上,該區域地(di)形較平緩(huan)開(kai)闊,上部(bu)覆蓋層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)為(wei)二(er)元結(jie)構,表面0.8~1m厚(hou)為(wei)洪積(ji)粉(fen)土,粉(fen)土下(xia)(xia)為(wei)砂卵礫(li)石(shi)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),總厚(hou)度(du)約3~8m,結(jie)構密實,縱(zong)(zong)波速(su)度(du)Vp=640~900m/s,但(dan)分布淘金洞,淘金坑,受人工擾動結(jie)構疏松。覆蓋層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)下(xia)(xia)覆基(ji)(ji)巖(yan)(yan)(yan),巖(yan)(yan)(yan)性為(wei)細(xi)粒斜長花崗巖(yan)(yan)(yan),強(qiang)風化(hua)帶厚(hou)2~4m,縱(zong)(zong)波速(su)度(du)Vp≤2500m/s;弱風化(hua)帶厚(hou)約10~11m,縱(zong)(zong)波速(su)度(du)Vp=2500~4000m/s,巖(yan)(yan)(yan)體中裂隙發(fa)育情況與(yu)岔(cha)管(guan)段(duan)相同,廠房(fang)(fang)基(ji)(ji)礎建(jian)基(ji)(ji)面高程620.30m,開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)深度(du)17~21m,其中巖(yan)(yan)(yan)石(shi)內開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)深度(du)13~16m,建(jian)基(ji)(ji)面處于基(ji)(ji)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)弱風化(hua)下(xia)(xia)線附近(jin),未見影(ying)響基(ji)(ji)礎穩定的斷(duan)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),建(jian)基(ji)(ji)面工程地(di)質條件(jian)較好。廠房(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)中對局部(bu)裂隙切割影(ying)響穩定的巖(yan)(yan)(yan)塊,需布置錨桿加固。在覆蓋層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)與(yu)基(ji)(ji)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)面設一層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)馬(ma)道,土方(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)邊(bian)坡(po)為(wei)1:1.5,巖(yan)(yan)(yan)石(shi)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)邊(bian)坡(po)為(wei)1:0.5,巖(yan)(yan)(yan)體邊(bian)坡(po)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)深度(du)每(mei)10m處設一層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)馬(ma)道,馬(ma)道寬2m,土方(fang)臨時開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)邊(bian)坡(po)為(wei)1:1,巖(yan)(yan)(yan)石(shi)臨時開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)邊(bian)坡(po)為(wei)1:0.3。
由中國葛洲壩集團承建的發電廠房與引水洞的土建部分與2013年7月基本結束(shu)。
