工程目標
引(yin)(yin)(yin)子(zi)(zi)渡(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)“西電(dian)(dian)(dian)東(dong)送(song)”的首批(pi)項目(mu)之(zhi)一,擔負著“黔電(dian)(dian)(dian)送(song)粵(yue)”的任務,它的興建對加快貴(gui)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)水(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)開發(fa)(fa),促進(jin)貴(gui)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)經濟發(fa)(fa)展,滿足廣東(dong)地區用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)需(xu)求,將(jiang)起(qi)到積極的推(tui)動(dong)作用(yong)(yong)。引(yin)(yin)(yin)子(zi)(zi)渡(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位(wei)于貴(gui)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)省烏(wu)江南(nan)源(yuan)三岔(cha)河境內,左岸(an)為織金縣,右(you)岸(an)為平壩(ba)縣。攔河大壩(ba)是(shi)高(gao)134.5米(mi)(mi)的鋼筋(jin)混凝土(tu)面(mian)板堆石壩(ba),安裝(zhuang)3臺12萬(wan)千(qian)瓦發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機組(zu),年發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)9.78億(yi)千(qian)瓦時。已于2003年實(shi)現(xian)投(tou)產(chan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。引(yin)(yin)(yin)子(zi)(zi)渡(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)具有季調節性能,正常蓄水(shui)(shui)位(wei)1,086m,死水(shui)(shui)位(wei)1,052m,電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)最大引(yin)(yin)(yin)用(yong)(yong)流(liu)量(liang)435立方米(mi)(mi)/秒。普(pu)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)最大引(yin)(yin)(yin)用(yong)(yong)流(liu)量(liang)為188立方米(mi)(mi)/秒,兩者相差247立方米(mi)(mi)/秒,而普(pu)定(ding)至(zhi)引(yin)(yin)(yin)子(zi)(zi)渡(du)(du)的區間流(liu)量(liang)僅18.8立方米(mi)(mi)/秒。
工程介紹
引子(zi)渡水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站位于平(ping)壩、織金兩縣交界(jie)處三(san)岔河上的引子(zi)渡水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站是七個首批開工(gong)的“西(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)東送(song)”工(gong)程之一(yi)。參建(jian)的水電(dian)(dian)(dian)八局(ju)(ju)、九局(ju)(ju)、四(si)局(ju)(ju)、十(shi)一(yi)局(ju)(ju)、十(shi)二局(ju)(ju)、武警水電(dian)(dian)(dian)總隊一(yi)支隊4000多名建(jian)設者以(yi)及業主單(dan)位、設計、監理單(dan)位干部職工(gong)協同配(pei)合,奮力拼搏,工(gong)程進展順利。
按照工(gong)(gong)(gong)期要(yao)求,以(yi)確保(bao)2003年首臺(tai)機組發電(dian),而(er)導流(liu)洞(dong)的(de)開挖(wa)又(you)是(shi)實現(xian)10月(yue)(yue)截流(liu)的(de)關(guan)(guan)鍵。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位戰勝大(da)規模(mo)塌方超(chao)過20次等(deng)困(kun)難,加快(kuai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)進度(du)。右(you)岸(an)導流(liu)洞(dong)上(shang)半洞(dong)已(yi)經貫通(tong),下(xia)半洞(dong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)僅剩下(xia)最后的(de)70多米。負(fu)責左(zuo)岸(an)導流(liu)洞(dong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)武警水(shui)電(dian)一(yi)總(zong)隊(dui),發揚部隊(dui)敢(gan)于打硬仗的(de)傳統作風,克服地(di)質條件(jian)不好,工(gong)(gong)(gong)期緊、任務(wu)重等(deng)困(kun)難,推進安全(quan)(quan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),左(zuo)岸(an)導流(liu)洞(dong)進口(kou)明挖(wa)和支護工(gong)(gong)(gong)作已(yi)完成(cheng)(cheng)90%以(yi)上(shang),全(quan)(quan)長625米的(de)導流(liu)洞(dong)只(zhi)差30余米就可實現(xian)全(quan)(quan)洞(dong)貫通(tong)。由水(shui)電(dian)四局和水(shui)電(dian)十(shi)一(yi)局聯營體(ti)中(zhong)標建設的(de)引水(shui)隧洞(dong)和廠房工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)也已(yi)開工(gong)(gong)(gong),為了(le)搶工(gong)(gong)(gong)期,水(shui)電(dian)十(shi)一(yi)局得到(dao)中(zhong)標通(tong)知后,僅用6天就將(jiang)有關(guan)(guan)設備從2000多公(gong)里外的(de)河(he)南三(san)門峽市(shi)調到(dao)現(xian)場(chang)(chang)。進場(chang)(chang)公(gong)路(lu)、右(you)岸(an)場(chang)(chang)內公(gong)路(lu)、上(shang)下(xia)游橋(qiao)、左(zuo)岸(an)公(gong)路(lu)、左(zuo)右(you)岸(an)交通(tong)洞(dong)均(jun)已(yi)竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)投入使(shi)用。左(zuo)岸(an)溢洪道(dao)于2002年2月(yue)(yue)12日成(cheng)(cheng)功地(di)進行了(le)一(yi)次超(chao)過2萬方的(de)開挖(wa)爆破,右(you)岸(an)壩肩已(yi)開挖(wa),到(dao)4月(yue)(yue)底將(jiang)完成(cheng)(cheng)右(you)岸(an)壩肩常水(shui)位以(yi)上(shang)的(de)開挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

國家工程(cheng)建(jian)設質(zhi)量獎(jiang)審(shen)定委員會、中國施工企業管理(li)協會公布了2007年度國家優質(zhi)工程(cheng)獲獎(jiang)工程(cheng)名單,貴州烏江引子渡水電站榮獲國家優質(zhi)工程(cheng)銀質(zhi)獎(jiang)。
耗材
貴州烏江南源三(san)岔河境內的(de)(de)引子渡水電站,總(zong)裝機容(rong)量36萬千瓦,攔河大壩(ba)為(wei)鋼筋混凝土面板堆石壩(ba),最大壩(ba)高129.5米,承擔施工(gong)(gong)任務的(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)水電十(shi)二(er)局(ju)和中(zhong)國(guo)水電九局(ju)組成的(de)(de)129聯營體,視工(gong)(gong)程質(zhi)量為(wei)企業生命。他們首先(xian)配置(zhi)一批先(xian)進設備(bei)加以保證,同時組織了具有多(duo)座同類型、同規(gui)模面板堆石壩(ba)施工(gong)(gong)經驗的(de)(de)管(guan)理人員和施工(gong)(gong)隊伍,制定周密的(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)計劃和質(zhi)量保證體系,采取均衡生產(chan)、科學管(guan)理的(de)(de)方法,使總(zong)填筑(zhu)量320萬立(li)方米。
左(zuo)岸溢洪(hong)(hong)道(dao)由引水明渠(qu)、控制(zhi)段(duan)、泄槽段(duan)和消能段(duan)組成,總長約600米。溢流堰頂高程1068米,共設三孔11.5×18米弧型閘(zha)門(men)進行控制(zhi),泄槽最(zui)大(da)(da)流速每秒34米,按100年一遇洪(hong)(hong)水設計(ji)。承擔施(shi)工(gong)任務(wu)的(de)中國水電(dian)九(jiu)局,采用巖錨墻(qiang)新技術,巧妙(miao)地解決了溢洪(hong)(hong)道(dao)開挖與大(da)(da)壩填筑的(de)施(shi)工(gong)干(gan)擾問題,由于他們的(de)精心(xin)施(shi)工(gong),基(ji)(ji)礎建(jian)基(ji)(ji)面開挖以及開挖邊坡的(de)錨噴支護、混凝土(tu)澆(jiao)筑、基(ji)(ji)礎固結(jie)灌漿(jiang)等施(shi)工(gong)質量(liang),滿足設計(ji)要求,經檢查驗(yan)收合(he)格(ge)率(lv)和優良(liang)率(lv)均(jun)達到100%。
由于工程沒有設(she)置(zhi)專用(yong)(yong)料(liao)場(chang),溢洪(hong)道和大(da)(da)壩基(ji)礎開挖的所有石渣(zha)全(quan)部用(yong)(yong)于大(da)(da)壩填筑和加工混凝土,石渣(zha)利(li)用(yong)(yong)率達到(dao)85%以上,不僅節(jie)省了(le)大(da)(da)量工程投資,還(huan)最大(da)(da)限度地保護了(le)生態環境。
總長約1100米的發電引(yin)水隧洞,采用(yong)“一洞三機(ji)”的布(bu)置型(xing)式,特別(bie)是壓力鋼(gang)(gang)管球岔直(zhi)徑(jing)達10.2米,在國內也不(bu)多(duo)見。水電九局(ju)和(he)“雙富”聯營體“壓力鋼(gang)(gang)管大型(xing)岔管組(zu)合(he)焊(han)接技術(shu)”的成功應用(yong),不(bu)僅使鋼(gang)(gang)管的體型(xing)完美(mei),經對100%焊(han)口(kou)進行超聲(sheng)波檢(jian)(jian)驗和(he)60%焊(han)口(kou)進行射線檢(jian)(jian)驗,合(he)格率和(he)優良品(pin)率全部達到100%。
布置(zhi)在(zai)(zai)右(you)岸的岸邊式地(di)面廠房(fang),長106米(mi),寬44米(mi),高59米(mi),廠房(fang)內安裝3臺12萬千瓦水輪(lun)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)。副廠房(fang)布置(zhi)在(zai)(zai)主廠房(fang)的左右(you)兩側。由水電(dian)四局(ju)和(he)水電(dian)十一局(ju)組(zu)成(cheng)的411聯(lian)營體承擔施工。在(zai)(zai)施工中,首次采用異型滑模工藝,不僅大大地(di)加快了施工進度(du),其工程質量經(jing)檢查驗收完全(quan)滿足設(she)計要求。
榮獲獎項
國(guo)(guo)家(jia)工(gong)程(cheng)建設質(zhi)量獎審定委員會(hui)、中國(guo)(guo)施(shi)工(gong)企業管理協(xie)會(hui)公布了2007年度(du)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)優(you)質(zhi)工(gong)程(cheng)獲(huo)獎工(gong)程(cheng)名單(dan),貴州烏江引子(zi)渡(du)水電站榮獲(huo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)優(you)質(zhi)工(gong)程(cheng)銀質(zhi)獎。引子(zi)渡(du)水電站7個月時(shi)間內(nei)完(wan)成,創造了大(da)壩快速施(shi)工(gong)的全國(guo)(guo)紀錄(lu)。經(jing)對807個單(dan)元(yuan)工(gong)程(cheng)進行檢測,合(he)格(ge)率達(da)(da)到(dao)100%,優(you)良率達(da)(da)到(dao)93.6%,被稱為貴州省(sheng)水電的樣板工(gong)程(cheng)。
2000年11月8日,作為國家計委宣布(bu)引子(zi)渡(du)為西電(dian)(dian)東(dong)送首批(pi)項目開工(gong),從大江(jiang)截流到首臺機(ji)組(zu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian),僅(jin)用18個月時間,創造了以(yi)“火電(dian)(dian)”工(gong)程速度(du)建設(she)“水電(dian)(dian)”工(gong)程的(de)奇跡。
