普(pu)(pu)定(ding)水電(dian)站(zhan)位于(yu)烏江上(shang)游南源三岔河的中游、貴(gui)州省普(pu)(pu)定(ding)縣境內,距貴(gui)陽(yang)市131km。本工程(cheng)以 發電(dian)為主,兼有供水、灌溉(gai)、養殖及旅游等(deng)綜合效益。電(dian)站(zhan)裝機(ji)容量7.5萬(wan)kW(3×2.5),保證出力1.5萬(wan)kW,年平(ping)均發電(dian)量3.4億kW·h,主要滿足(zu)普(pu)(pu)定(ding)、織金等(deng)地區用(yong)電(dian),還可增加下(xia)游東(dong)風、烏江渡等(deng)電(dian)站(zhan)保證出力約4萬(wan)kW。
歷史
介紹
普(pu)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)于(yu)1995年(nian)(nian)建成發(fa)電(dian)(dian),裝有3臺25MW水(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機組(zu)。設計(ji)多年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)3.16kW.h,年(nian)(nian)利用(yong)小時約4,213h。從普(pu)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)1996年(nian)(nian)至(zhi)2003年(nian)(nian)運(yun)行情況(kuang)看,8年(nian)(nian)間水(shui)(shui)庫累計(ji)來水(shui)(shui)量(liang)327.8億(yi)立方米,其中發(fa)電(dian)(dian)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)195.66億(yi)立方米,占(zhan)總來水(shui)(shui)量(liang)的(de)59.7%,泄洪棄水(shui)(shui)132.14億(yi)立方米,占(zhan)總來水(shui)(shui)量(liang)的(de)40.3%。為提高水(shui)(shui)能資源的(de)利用(yong)率,有利于(yu)上(shang)下游電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)協調運(yun)行,董(dong)事會建議,開展普(pu)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)擴(kuo)機1臺50MW發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機組(zu)的(de)前期準備(bei)工作。

普(pu)定水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)下游為引(yin)子(zi)(zi)(zi)渡水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)裝有(you)3臺120MW水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)(fa)動機(ji),已(yi)于(yu)(yu)2003年實現投產發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。引(yin)子(zi)(zi)(zi)渡水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)具有(you)季調節性能,正常蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位1,086m,死水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位1,052m,裝機(ji)容量(liang)360MW,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)最(zui)大(da)引(yin)用流量(liang)435立(li)方(fang)米/秒(miao)。普(pu)定水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)最(zui)大(da)引(yin)用流量(liang)為188立(li)方(fang)米/秒(miao),兩者(zhe)相差(cha)247立(li)方(fang)米/秒(miao),而(er)普(pu)定至(zhi)引(yin)子(zi)(zi)(zi)渡的(de)區間流量(liang)僅18.8立(li)方(fang)米/秒(miao)。 普(pu)定水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)擴機(ji)后,將增加電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)引(yin)用流量(liang),提(ti)高引(yin)子(zi)(zi)(zi)渡水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)頭和發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效益,有(you)利(li)于(yu)(yu)引(yin)子(zi)(zi)(zi)渡水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)日運(yun)行方(fang)式,同時有(you)利(li)于(yu)(yu)提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量(liang)。擴機(ji)規模裝機(ji)1臺50MW,年發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)約(yue)5,000萬kwh以上,單位電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)度投資(zi)(zi)(zi)約(yue)1.6元(yuan)/kwh左右。經(jing)初(chu)步(bu)測算,擴機(ji)工(gong)程投資(zi)(zi)(zi)約(yue)10,000萬元(yuan),資(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin)來源于(yu)(yu)自有(you)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin)。工(gong)程于(yu)(yu)1991年列入國家年度基建計劃開(kai)工(gong)項目,工(gong)程由國家能源投資(zi)(zi)(zi)公(gong)司與貴州省(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力局合資(zi)(zi)(zi)建設(she)。由貴州省(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力局負責(ze)工(gong)程建設(she)及籌集資(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin),并履行業主(zhu)職(zhi)責(ze)。 主(zhu)體工(gong)程量(liang):土石(shi)方(fang)開(kai)挖為27萬余立(li)方(fang)米,混凝土為21萬余立(li)方(fang)米,總工(gong)期4年,總投資(zi)(zi)(zi)1.93億(yi)元(yuan)。
庫區地形地質
庫區地處灰巖地區,巖溶發育。庫區兩岸有相對隔水層包圍,且北與六沖河、南與北盤江均有地下分水嶺存在,水位高程均遠高于正常蓄水位,不會產生鄰谷滲漏。岸坡基巖成層分布,傾角平緩(huan),不存在(zai)岸坡坍滑(hua)問題。壩址位于灰巖和白云巖地段,兩岸陡峻(jun),巖層走(zou)向(xiang)N35°~40°E,傾(qing)向(xiang)NW,傾角18°~20°。壩址主要斷(duan)(duan)層有20條,大多為高角度平移斷(duan)(duan)層,斷(duan)(duan)距小,影響帶(dai)窄(zhai),規模不大,延(yan)伸不遠,且(qie)大多膠結(jie)良好。大壩帷幕采用懸掛布置,處理深(shen)度以單位(wei)吸水率小(xiao)于3Alu(呂容)的界限(xian)(xian)為下限(xian)(xian)。壩區地(di)震烈度為6度。
設計
壩(ba)址(zhi)控制流(liu)(liu)域(yu)面積5871平方(fang)公里。流(liu)(liu)域(yu)內(nei)雨量豐沛(pei),多年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)平均(jun)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)降(jiang)水量1181mm。壩(ba)址(zhi)實測最(zui)大流(liu)(liu)量 為(wei)3380立(li)(li)(li)方(fang)米/秒,實測最(zui)小流(liu)(liu)量為(wei)8.8立(li)(li)(li)方(fang)米/秒,壩(ba)址(zhi)多年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)平均(jun)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)徑流(liu)(liu)量為(wei)38.8億立(li)(li)(li)方(fang)米,多年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)平均(jun)流(liu)(liu)量為(wei) 123立(li)(li)(li)方(fang)米/秒,多年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)平均(jun)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)輸沙量為(wei)406萬(wan)t,多年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)平均(jun)懸沙量為(wei)1.042kg/立(li)(li)(li)方(fang)米。

水庫正常蓄(xu)水位為1145m,總庫容4.2億立方(fang)米,庫區淹(yan)沒面積為14平(ping)方(fang)公里,遷移人口(kou)5466人,淹(yan)沒耕地7600畝。整(zheng)個樞(shu)紐(niu)由碾壓混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)拱壩(ba)(ba)、壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)溢洪道(dao)、沖(chong)沙孔、右岸引(yin)水式地面廠房等(deng)建(jian)筑物組成。大(da)壩(ba)(ba)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)單心圓拱壩(ba)(ba),呈不對稱布(bu)置,右岸設有(you)30m長的重力墩(dun)。中部設有(you)4孔寬(kuan)12.5m、高(gao)(gao)16m的表孔,采(cai)(cai)用(yong)高(gao)(gao)低坎分(fen)流對撞消能。最(zui)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)高(gao)(gao)75m,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)弧長165.67,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)總長195.67,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)寬(kuan)6.3,厚高(gao)(gao)比為1∶0.386。筑壩(ba)(ba)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)高(gao)(gao)摻粉煤灰低水泥用(yong)量(liang)干硬性碾壓混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu),并由碾壓混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)自(zi)身防(fang)滲。壩(ba)(ba)體(ti)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)量(liang)13萬余立方(fang)米。
右岸引水系統由進水塔(ta)、引水隧洞(dong)、壓(ya)力(li)斜井和壓(ya)力(li)管道組成(cheng),全(quan)長290m,最大洞(dong)徑8m。岔管采用(yong)鋼筋混凝土岔管。廠房位(wei)于壩下游(you)160m處,由主機(ji)間(jian)、安裝間(jian)、上游(you)副廠房、左副廠房,進廠交通(tong)洞(dong)及(ji)電梯塔(ta)組成(cheng)。
由于河谷狹(xia)窄,洪枯水位(wei)變幅大,廠(chang)房采用半封閉式(shi)布置。長76.6,最大寬(kuan)32.6。開關站布置在廠(chang)房后坡,長120m,寬(kuan)38m。施工導(dao)流(liu)(liu)采用隧(sui)洞(dong)導(dao)流(liu)(liu)方案,導(dao)流(liu)(liu)設計流(liu)(liu)量為560立方米/秒。上、下游圍(wei)堰為土(tu)石(shi)過水圍(wei)堰,最大堰高19.5。導(dao)流(liu)(liu)洞(dong)全長470m,洞(dong)身不(bu)襯砌。
運行發電
由國電(dian)(dian)紅楓(feng)水力發(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠代管的(de)普定水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)已達到3.141548億千(qian)瓦(wa)時,提前67天圓滿完(wan)成年計劃3.14億千(qian)瓦(wa)時的(de)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)任(ren)務。
三岔河流域降雨相對平穩,來水(shui)基本接近正(zheng)常年份,水(shui)庫(ku)運行情況(kuang)正(zheng)常。水(shui)庫(ku)來水(shui)量(liang)共計320413.7萬立方(fang)米,比(bi)去年同(tong)期(qi)多75475.2萬立方(fang)米。汛期(qi),電(dian)站與水(shui)工值(zhi)班人員密切配合(he),合(he)理(li)調度水(shui)庫(ku),充(chong)分(fen)利用(yong)(yong)發(fa)電(dian)“消水(shui)”,合(he)理(li)利用(yong)(yong)沖沙底孔泄水(shui),采用(yong)(yong)“多開少(shao)放”的(de)方(fang)法,將水(shui)庫(ku)維持在較(jiao)高水(shui)位運行,在多蓄了水(shui)的(de)同(tong)時,也提高了水(shui)能(neng)利用(yong)(yong)率,為(wei)電(dian)站多發(fa)電(dian)奠定了基礎(chu)。
在總廠(chang)的(de)統一安(an)排和指導下(xia),電站配合(he)機電公(gong)司在汛(xun)前完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)1號機大(da)(da)修、1號蝶(die)閥大(da)(da)修等大(da)(da)型工(gong)作,消(xiao)除了(le)影響安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產的(de)重(zhong)大(da)(da)缺陷(xian),確保(bao)(bao)了(le)主設(she)備(bei)的(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)可靠性(xing);通過全(quan)(quan)站職工(gong)共同努(nu)力,認(ren)真開展(zhan)以“加強管(guan)理(li)、確保(bao)(bao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)、提高(gao)效益”為(wei)目標的(de)“管(guan)理(li)效益年活動”,高(gao)度重(zhong)視(shi)安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產及(ji)計(ji)量管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作,加強設(she)備(bei)消(xiao)缺及(ji)運行維護管(guan)理(li),為(wei)發(fa)電任務(wu)的(de)完(wan)成(cheng)提供了(le)有力的(de)保(bao)(bao)證。
技術維修
水電(dian)站對液(ye)壓啟(qi)(qi)閉機(ji)進行了改(gai)(gai)造和(he)維修。有關專(zhuan)家結合普定水電(dian)站液(ye)壓啟(qi)(qi)閉機(ji)改(gai)(gai)造和(he)維修工(gong)作的(de)經(jing)驗(yan),解決(jue)了液(ye)壓啟(qi)(qi)閉機(ji)閘門開(kai)啟(qi)(qi)至(zhi)工(gong)作高(gao)位時(shi)啟(qi)(qi)閉機(ji)不能鎖定、閘門下滑量(liang)很大的(de)原(yuan)因,并介紹相應解決(jue)問題的(de)措施。
