馬馬崖一級水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)(wei)北(bei)盤江干流(liu)(liu)(liu)(茅口以(yi)下)規劃(hua)梯級的第二(er)級,屬二(er)等大(2)型工(gong)程,樞紐(niu)工(gong)程由碾(nian)壓(ya)混凝土重力壩(ba)(ba)、壩(ba)(ba)身(shen)開(kai)敞式溢流(liu)(liu)(liu)表孔、壩(ba)(ba)身(shen)放空底孔、左岸引水系統及左岸地下廠房等主(zhu)(zhu)要建筑物組(zu)成。工(gong)程任務以(yi)發電(dian)(dian)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)(zhu),航運次之。壩(ba)(ba)址控(kong)制流(liu)(liu)(liu)域面積16068平(ping)方(fang)公(gong)里,多年(nian)平(ping)均流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)307立(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒。水庫正常蓄水位585m,相(xiang)應庫容1.365億立(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi),死水位580m,調節(jie)庫容 0.731億立(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi),水庫具有日調節(jie)性(xing)能(neng)。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)裝機容量(liang)558MW,安裝三臺(tai)單機容量(liang)為(wei)(wei)180MW的水輪發電(dian)(dian)機組(zu)和一臺(tai)容量(liang)18MW的生(sheng)態流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)機組(zu),電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)保(bao)證出(chu)力97MW,年(nian)利用小時2797h,年(nian)發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)15.61億kW·h。
地理交通
(1)對外交通(tong)條件
馬馬崖一級水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)距貴(gui)陽市(shi)(shi)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)里程(cheng)(cheng)207km,距六盤水(shui)(shui)市(shi)(shi)203km,距興義(yi)市(shi)(shi)140km。電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)附近(jin)(jin)現有S210省道及貴(gui)昆和南昆二條鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)通過,對外(wai)交通十分便(bian)利,鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)運(yun)輸物資轉運(yun)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)可設在較近(jin)(jin)的貴(gui)昆線上(shang)的么鋪站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和南昆線上(shang)的頂效站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。壩址左岸尖山目前有修筑(zhu)到花江(jiang)鎮的三級公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu),公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)里程(cheng)(cheng)約17km;壩址右(you)岸目前興仁(ren)縣從S309省道接(jie)口(kou)至岔路(lu)(lu)(lu)口(kou),岔路(lu)(lu)(lu)口(kou)—新(xin)馬場(chang)鄉為四(si)級公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu),公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)里程(cheng)(cheng)約14km,新(xin)馬場(chang)到補(bu)朗(lang)有鄉村簡易公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu),公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)里程(cheng)(cheng)約18km。
(2)場內交通條件
工(gong)程場(chang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)交(jiao)通以(yi)左、右(you)岸干線公路(lu)為主,以(yi)大壩、引水(shui)系統和(he)廠房等主體工(gong)程的(de)開(kai)(kai)挖出渣、壩體混凝土澆筑通道為交(jiao)通主線,石料(liao)場(chang)開(kai)(kai)采及毛料(liao)的(de)運輸以(yi)及主要(yao)工(gong)廠與主體工(gong)程的(de)銜(xian)接為交(jiao)通輔線進行場(chang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)施工(gong)道路(lu)布(bu)置,其余部位根據施工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)面需(xu)要(yao)由施工(gong)主線接支線布(bu)置,左、右(you)岸交(jiao)通通過上游臨時橋(qiao)和(he)下游永久(jiu)橋(qiao)連接,使整個工(gong)區形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)個封閉的(de)環行系統,場(chang)內(nei)(nei)(nei)交(jiao)通已形(xing)成(cheng),下游永久(jiu)大橋(qiao)已通車。
左岸干線(xian)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)長9.6km,混凝土路(lu)(lu)(lu)面;右(you)岸干線(xian)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)長4.6km,碎(sui)石泥結石路(lu)(lu)(lu)面;永久跨河(he)橋(qiao)(qiao)在壩軸線(xian)下游約980m處,跨度134m,橋(qiao)(qiao)面高程(cheng)(cheng)555m,雙向行車(che);上(shang)(shang)游臨時橋(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)面高程(cheng)(cheng)561m,橋(qiao)(qiao)長142m,在壩軸線(xian)上(shang)(shang)游640m,目前(qian)正在建設(she)。
電站建設
馬(ma)馬(ma)崖(ya)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)位于(yu)(yu)北盤(pan)江中下(xia)游,為(wei)二等(deng)大(2)型工程(cheng),電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)裝機3臺(tai),上下(xia)游分別有光(guang)照水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)、規(gui)劃的(de)(de)馬(ma)馬(ma)崖(ya)二級(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)和已經投(tou)產發電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)董箐水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。初步預(yu)計,馬(ma)馬(ma)崖(ya)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)工程(cheng)將于(yu)(yu)2011年(nian)11月(yue)(yue)中旬實現大江截(jie)留,2013年(nian)10月(yue)(yue)下(xia)閘(zha)蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),2013年(nian)年(nian)底首臺(tai)機組發電(dian)(dian)(dian),2014年(nian)3月(yue)(yue)第二臺(tai)機組發電(dian)(dian)(dian),2014年(nian)6月(yue)(yue)基(ji)本完(wan)建。考慮到今后下(xia)游董箐梯級(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)開(kai)發,擬將大型修配系統(tong)、木材(cai)加工廠、鋼筋加工廠、中心倉庫、家屬生活區等(deng)布置(zhi)在附近的(de)(de)緩坡地上作為(wei)基(ji)地,距(ju)壩址(zhi)公(gong)路里(li)程(cheng)約為(wei)15 km,壩址(zhi)附近只布置(zhi)砂石系統(tong)、拌合系統(tong)、機修站(zhan)和汽車保養站(zhan)、風(feng)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)、小(xiao)倉庫、單身宿舍等(deng)作為(wei)施工前方(fang)。
為溝(gou)通兩(liang)岸交通,擬在壩址上下游各建(jian)一施工索橋,索橋按汽(qi)-15、掛-80荷載設置。
采石(shi)場及砂石(shi)系(xi)統(tong)均(jun)布(bu)置在(zai)河床右岸,設計(ji)生產能(neng)力為250t/h,混凝土(tu)系(xi)統(tong)布(bu)置在(zai)右岸。
建設期間,施工用電負(fu)荷約1萬kW,擬從普定變電站接線(xian),線(xian)路長72 km。
考慮上游光(guang)照電(dian)站屆時(shi)已建成(cheng)水(shui)庫(ku)的多年調節能力,馬(ma)馬(ma)岸電(dian)站在建期間全(quan)年施工,導(dao)流流量(liang)按光(guang)照電(dian)站三臺機組滿發(fa)流量(liang)582立方(fang)米(mi)/秒加兩電(dian)站之間集水(shui)流量(liang)考慮,采(cai)(cai)用隧洞導(dao)流,隧洞斷(duan)面為10×12 m的城門洞型,長約650 m。上下游均設不(bu)過水(shui)土石圍堰,混(hun)凝土壩采(cai)(cai)用滿管澆(jiao)筑,平均月澆(jiao)筑強(qiang)度3.6萬立方(fang)米(mi);引水(shui)隧洞及地下廠房交通洞采(cai)(cai)用多臂鉆全(quan)斷(duan)面開挖(wa),鋼模(mo)臺車澆(jiao)混(hun)凝土,廠房采(cai)(cai)用多臂鉆和潛孔鉆開挖(wa)。
施工總(zong)工期為6年(nian),第(di)一臺機(ji)(ji)組在(zai)(zai)第(di)5年(nian)年(nian)底(di)發電,其他三臺機(ji)(ji)組均在(zai)(zai)第(di)6年(nian)內組裝發電。月平均最大施工強(qiang)度為:土石(shi)方(fang)開挖(wa)5.6萬(wan)立(li)方(fang)米(mi),砼澆筑4.0萬(wan)立(li)方(fang)米(mi)。
大壩建設
壩體結構
碾壓混(hun)凝土重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)最大壩(ba)(ba)高109m,壩(ba)(ba)頂高程592.00m,壩(ba)(ba)頂全(quan)長(chang)(chang)247.20m。在(zai)河床(chuang)溢流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)段設3孔(kong)14.5×19m(寬×高)的溢流(liu)表孔(kong),堰頂高程566.00m。廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)布(bu)置在(zai)左岸山體內,為地下(xia)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang),建筑(zhu)物(wu)主(zhu)(zhu)要由(you)主(zhu)(zhu)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)、副(fu)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)、主(zhu)(zhu)變(bian)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、母線洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、出線平洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、出線豎井、通(tong)風洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、排水廊道(dao)(dao)、廠(chang)(chang)(chang)變(bian)交(jiao)通(tong)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、主(zhu)(zhu)變(bian)交(jiao)通(tong)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、交(jiao)通(tong)廊道(dao)(dao)等地下(xia)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室和(he)地面式出線站及中控樓組成。廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)尺寸140.5m×24.9m×62.8m(長(chang)(chang)×寬×高)。引水系(xi)統(tong)布(bu)置于左岸,采用一洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一機供(gong)水方式,單機引用流(liu)量297.5立(li)方米/秒。壩(ba)(ba)身式進(jin)水口(kou),三條引水隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)平均長(chang)(chang)265.30m,洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)徑9.75m,壓力(li)鋼(gang)管平均長(chang)(chang)45m,內徑8m。壓力(li)鋼(gang)管與(yu)地下(xia)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)邊墻成75°交(jiao)角,斜(xie)向進(jin)入(ru)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)。尾(wei)水隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)平均長(chang)(chang)約80m,斷面為9.5m×15.24m城門洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)型。
施工導流

攔(lan)河大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)為(wei)碾(nian)壓混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土重力(li)壩(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)頂高程(cheng)592.00m,壩(ba)(ba)底(di)高程(cheng)483.00m,壩(ba)(ba)高109.00m。壩(ba)(ba)頂寬12m,擋(dang)水壩(ba)(ba)段(duan)下(xia)游(you)坡(po)比為(wei)1:0.75,溢流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)段(duan)最大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)底(di)寬為(wei)100.50m。壩(ba)(ba)頂軸線長度為(wei)247.20m,在(zai)河床(chuang)溢流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)段(duan)設3孔14.5×19m(寬×高)的(de)溢流(liu)表(biao)孔,堰頂高程(cheng)566m,采(cai)用(yong)WES曲線。下(xia)接“X”型寬尾墩+臺階(jie)壩(ba)(ba)面(mian)(mian)+戽式消(xiao)力(li)池(chi)(chi)。消(xiao)力(li)池(chi)(chi)池(chi)(chi)長60m,底(di)寬51.50m,底(di)板頂高程(cheng)493.00m,底(di)板厚3m。壩(ba)(ba)軸線方位(wei)角為(wei)N46.89E。壩(ba)(ba)體(ti)(ti)大(da)(da)體(ti)(ti)積混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土為(wei)C15三級(ji)配碾(nian)壓混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土,壩(ba)(ba)體(ti)(ti)上(shang)游(you)面(mian)(mian)采(cai)用(yong)C20二級(ji)配碾(nian)壓混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土自身防滲。
壩體基本剖面上游(you)(you)壩坡(po)(po)525m高(gao)程以(yi)上垂直,525m高(gao)程至(zhi)壩基為(wei)(wei)1:0.25;下游(you)(you)壩坡(po)(po)為(wei)(wei)1:0.75,折坡(po)(po)點高(gao)程為(wei)(wei)579.46m。
溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)表孔單孔最(zui)大(da)下(xia)(xia)(xia)泄(xie)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)量3622立方米/秒(miao),最(zui)大(da)單寬流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)量249.79立方米/秒(miao) ,3孔共用(yong)一扇(shan)14.5m×20m的(de)(de)平板檢修閘(zha)門,檢修門以(yi)門機啟(qi)閉,弧門采(cai)用(yong)液壓啟(qi)閉機啟(qi)閉,用(yong)牛腿作(zuo)(zuo)弧門支承和用(yong)橫(heng)梁作(zuo)(zuo)閘(zha)墩間(jian)橫(heng)向聯系。溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)堰面按(an)冪曲(qu)線y = y=0.0400351x,下(xia)(xia)(xia)接1:0.82的(de)(de)斜坡(po)段作(zuo)(zuo)為臺(tai)階面的(de)(de)摻氣挑檻,與下(xia)(xia)(xia)游(you)壩(ba)坡(po)1:0.75相(xiang)接,溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)堰原(yuan)點(dian)上游(you)用(yong)三園弧與上游(you)坡(po)相(xiang)接;下(xia)(xia)(xia)游(you)采(cai)用(yong)"X”型寬尾墩和臺(tai)階溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)面+戽式消力池的(de)(de)消能方式。校核洪水情況的(de)(de)總下(xia)(xia)(xia)泄(xie)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)量為10866立方米/秒(miao)。
引水系統布置(zhi)于(yu)左岸(an)岸(an)邊,采用一洞(dong)一機供水方式(shi),由引水渠(qu)、壩(ba)身式(shi)進水塔(ta)、混凝土(tu)漸變(bian)段(duan)、隧(sui)洞(dong)上下(xia)平段(duan)、豎井段(duan)和壓力(li)鋼管組成,通過三條(tiao)壓力(li)鋼管單(dan)元(yuan)引水至發電廠房,單(dan)機引用流量297.5立方米(mi)/秒。
進水(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)為(wei)(wei)壩(ba)身式進水(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou),三(san)臺(tai)機進水(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)呈“一”字(zi)型并排(pai)布置,進水(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)前沿總寬(kuan)度(du)為(wei)(wei)75.20m,進口(kou)(kou)底板高(gao)(gao)程為(wei)(wei)549.00m,壩(ba)身頂高(gao)(gao)程為(wei)(wei)592.00m,設一道(dao)檢(jian)修(xiu)門(men)和一道(dao)快速事(shi)故門(men)。檢(jian)修(xiu)閘門(men)孔口(kou)(kou)尺(chi)寸3—8.5×10m(扇-寬(kuan)×高(gao)(gao)),快速事(shi)故門(men)孔口(kou)(kou)尺(chi)寸3—8.5×9.75m(扇-寬(kuan)×高(gao)(gao))。
三條引水隧(sui)洞(dong)平(ping)行布置,主要穿越T2g地(di)層,隧(sui)洞(dong)軸線距離為24.5m,沿(yan)程大部(bu)分埋深50m~170m左(zuo)右,軸線方位由NE78.89º通過豎井(jing)轉為方位SE26.00º,縱坡(po)I=4%。隧(sui)洞(dong)洞(dong)徑9.75m,采用鋼筋混(hun)凝土襯砌,襯厚0.8m,最大流速4.07m/s,1號(hao)(hao)~3號(hao)(hao)引水隧(sui)洞(dong)長度分別223.632m、265.173m、307.127m。
尾(wei)(wei)水系統(tong)采用一(yi)洞一(yi)機(ji)出水方式,由尾(wei)(wei)水隧洞和尾(wei)(wei)水出口(kou)閘(zha)(zha)室組成(cheng)。沿(yan)程(cheng)埋深在30m~135m左右,洞內最大流(liu)速2.23m/s。1號(hao)~3號(hao)尾(wei)(wei)水隧洞長分別為(wei)56.044m,80.349m,104.71m。采用C20鋼(gang)筋混(hun)凝土(tu)襯砌(qi),襯砌(qi)厚度為(wei)1.0m。尾(wei)(wei)水隧洞出口(kou)設(she)尾(wei)(wei)水閘(zha)(zha)室,閘(zha)(zha)室內設(she)一(yi)道(dao)工作閘(zha)(zha)門(men),閘(zha)(zha)門(men)孔口(kou)尺寸為(wei)9.5m×12.5m(寬×高)。閘(zha)(zha)底板高程(cheng)為(wei)488m,尾(wei)(wei)水出口(kou)塔頂高程(cheng)為(wei)540.50m。
地下(xia)廠(chang)(chang)房洞室(shi)(shi)群布(bu)置于大(da)壩左岸(an)山體內(nei),采用主廠(chang)(chang)房、主變洞兩大(da)洞室(shi)(shi)平行布(bu)置的方式(shi),廠(chang)(chang)房縱軸線(xian)(xian)方位(wei)為N79ºE,廠(chang)(chang)區樞(shu)紐建筑物主要(yao)由(you)主廠(chang)(chang)房、副廠(chang)(chang)房、主變洞、母線(xian)(xian)洞、出(chu)線(xian)(xian)平洞、出(chu)線(xian)(xian)豎井、通風洞、排水(shui)廊道、廠(chang)(chang)變交通洞、主變交通洞、廠(chang)(chang)變交通廊道等(deng)地下(xia)洞室(shi)(shi)和地面開(kai)關站組(zu)成。
主(zhu)廠(chang)房由主(zhu)機間和安(an)裝間組(zu)成,之間設2cm寬永(yong)久伸縮縫,廠(chang)房尺(chi)寸140.5m×24.9m×62.8m(長×寬×高),吊(diao)車梁以上開挖跨度24.9m,以下(xia)23.3m,凈(jing)跨22.0m。廠(chang)內安(an)裝一臺2×325/50t的雙小車橋式起重機,布置于巖壁吊(diao)車梁上,吊(diao)車軌頂高程531.00m,跨度22.0m。
副廠(chang)房位于主機(ji)間右側,長19m,凈寬(kuan)(kuan)與主機(ji)間同(tong)寬(kuan)(kuan)為22m。
母線洞作為(wei)連接主(zhu)機(ji)間與主(zhu)變室的主(zhu)要(yao)電(dian)纜通道(dao)及設備布(bu)置場地,共布(bu)置三(san)條,每臺機(ji)組一條。根(gen)據機(ji)電(dian)設備布(bu)置的要(yao)求,母線洞底板高程為(wei)511.80m,與主(zhu)機(ji)間出線層同高,凈斷面尺寸為(wei)7m×6.5m(寬×高),城(cheng)門洞型,長度均為(wei)40m,三(san)條母線洞中(zhong)心距為(wei)24.5m。母線洞內主(zhu)要(yao)布(bu)置高壓廠用變、高壓開關柜(ju)、斷路器、離相封閉母線、PT柜(ju)及電(dian)纜等,并兼作主(zhu)廠房(fang)的排風通道(dao)。
主變洞(dong)位于主廠(chang)房下(xia)游側(ce)40.0m處,與(yu)主廠(chang)房平行布置,斷面尺寸80.0m×15.3m×16.2m(長×寬×高),至下(xia)而上共分為二層。
地面開關站布置(zhi)于(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)變洞(dong)頂(ding)上的地面緩坡地帶,距壩軸(zhou)線150m左(zuo)右,底板高程605.30m,平面尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)80.0m×28.0m(長×寬(kuan)),主(zhu)(zhu)要布置(zhi)GIS樓(lou)、中(zhong)控(kong)樓(lou)及出(chu)線設備等(deng),GIS樓(lou)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)為(wei)35.0×15.0×21.9(長×寬(kuan)×高),中(zhong)控(kong)樓(lou)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)為(wei)30.0×15.0×15.0(長×寬(kuan)×高),出(chu)線塔架布置(zhi)于(yu)GIS樓(lou)屋頂(ding)。開關站有(you)永久公路(lu)通過(guo),公路(lu)一端(duan)接(jie)下(xia)游永久大橋,另一端(duan)接(jie)左(zuo)壩肩及進水口(kou),途經(jing)廠(chang)壩電梯井。
