馬馬崖一級水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)為北盤江干流(茅口以(yi)下)規劃梯(ti)級的第二級,屬(shu)二等大(2)型工程(cheng),樞紐(niu)工程(cheng)由(you)碾(nian)壓混凝土重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)、壩(ba)(ba)身(shen)開(kai)敞(chang)式溢流表孔(kong)、壩(ba)(ba)身(shen)放(fang)空底孔(kong)、左岸引水(shui)系(xi)統(tong)及左岸地(di)下廠房等主(zhu)要(yao)建筑物組(zu)成(cheng)。工程(cheng)任務以(yi)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為主(zhu),航運(yun)次之。壩(ba)(ba)址(zhi)控制流域(yu)面積16068平方(fang)(fang)公里,多(duo)年(nian)(nian)(nian)平均流量307立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)。水(shui)庫正常蓄水(shui)位585m,相應庫容(rong)1.365億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi),死水(shui)位580m,調(diao)節庫容(rong) 0.731億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi),水(shui)庫具有(you)日調(diao)節性(xing)能。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)裝機(ji)容(rong)量558MW,安裝三(san)臺單機(ji)容(rong)量為180MW的水(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)和一臺容(rong)量18MW的生態(tai)流量機(ji)組(zu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)保(bao)證出力(li)97MW,年(nian)(nian)(nian)利用小(xiao)時2797h,年(nian)(nian)(nian)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量15.61億kW·h。
地理交通
(1)對外交通條(tiao)件
馬(ma)馬(ma)崖一級(ji)水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)距貴(gui)(gui)陽(yang)市(shi)(shi)公(gong)路(lu)里程(cheng)207km,距六盤水(shui)市(shi)(shi)203km,距興義市(shi)(shi)140km。電(dian)站(zhan)附近現有(you)(you)S210省道(dao)及貴(gui)(gui)昆(kun)和南(nan)(nan)昆(kun)二條鐵(tie)路(lu)通過(guo),對外交(jiao)通十(shi)分(fen)便利,鐵(tie)路(lu)運輸物資轉(zhuan)運站(zhan)可設在較近的(de)(de)貴(gui)(gui)昆(kun)線上的(de)(de)么鋪站(zhan)和南(nan)(nan)昆(kun)線上的(de)(de)頂效站(zhan)。壩(ba)址左岸(an)尖山目(mu)前有(you)(you)修筑到(dao)花江鎮的(de)(de)三級(ji)公(gong)路(lu),公(gong)路(lu)里程(cheng)約(yue)17km;壩(ba)址右岸(an)目(mu)前興仁縣從S309省道(dao)接口(kou)(kou)至(zhi)岔路(lu)口(kou)(kou),岔路(lu)口(kou)(kou)—新(xin)馬(ma)場(chang)鄉(xiang)(xiang)為四級(ji)公(gong)路(lu),公(gong)路(lu)里程(cheng)約(yue)14km,新(xin)馬(ma)場(chang)到(dao)補(bu)朗有(you)(you)鄉(xiang)(xiang)村簡易公(gong)路(lu),公(gong)路(lu)里程(cheng)約(yue)18km。
(2)場(chang)內交通條件(jian)
工(gong)程(cheng)場內交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)以(yi)左(zuo)、右岸(an)干(gan)線(xian)(xian)公路(lu)為主(zhu),以(yi)大壩(ba)、引水系統和廠房等(deng)主(zhu)體(ti)工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)開挖出渣、壩(ba)體(ti)混凝土澆筑通(tong)(tong)道為交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)主(zhu)線(xian)(xian),石料場開采及(ji)毛(mao)料的(de)(de)運輸以(yi)及(ji)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)工(gong)廠與主(zhu)體(ti)工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)銜接(jie)為交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)輔線(xian)(xian)進(jin)行場內施(shi)工(gong)道路(lu)布(bu)置,其余部位根據施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)作面需要(yao)(yao)由施(shi)工(gong)主(zhu)線(xian)(xian)接(jie)支線(xian)(xian)布(bu)置,左(zuo)、右岸(an)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)通(tong)(tong)過上游(you)臨時橋和下(xia)游(you)永久橋連接(jie),使整個工(gong)區形成(cheng)一(yi)個封閉(bi)的(de)(de)環行系統,場內交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)已(yi)形成(cheng),下(xia)游(you)永久大橋已(yi)通(tong)(tong)車。
左岸干線(xian)(xian)(xian)公路(lu)長(chang)(chang)9.6km,混(hun)凝土路(lu)面(mian);右(you)岸干線(xian)(xian)(xian)公路(lu)長(chang)(chang)4.6km,碎石泥結石路(lu)面(mian);永久跨河橋在壩軸線(xian)(xian)(xian)下游(you)約980m處,跨度(du)134m,橋面(mian)高程(cheng)555m,雙向行車;上游(you)臨時橋橋面(mian)高程(cheng)561m,橋長(chang)(chang)142m,在壩軸線(xian)(xian)(xian)上游(you)640m,目前正在建(jian)設(she)。
電站建設
馬馬崖一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位于北(bei)盤江中下(xia)游(you),為二(er)等(deng)大(da)(da)(2)型工程(cheng),電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)裝機3臺(tai)(tai),上(shang)下(xia)游(you)分別有光(guang)照(zhao)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)、規劃(hua)的(de)(de)(de)馬馬崖二(er)級(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)和已經投產(chan)發電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)董箐水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)。初(chu)步(bu)預計,馬馬崖一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)工程(cheng)將于2011年(nian)11月(yue)中旬實現大(da)(da)江截(jie)留,2013年(nian)10月(yue)下(xia)閘蓄水(shui)(shui),2013年(nian)年(nian)底首臺(tai)(tai)機組(zu)發電(dian)(dian),2014年(nian)3月(yue)第二(er)臺(tai)(tai)機組(zu)發電(dian)(dian),2014年(nian)6月(yue)基本完建。考慮到今后下(xia)游(you)董箐梯級(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)開發,擬將大(da)(da)型修配(pei)系(xi)(xi)統、木材(cai)加(jia)工廠、鋼筋加(jia)工廠、中心倉庫、家(jia)屬生活區等(deng)布置在附近的(de)(de)(de)緩坡(po)地上(shang)作為基地,距(ju)壩(ba)址公(gong)路(lu)里程(cheng)約為15 km,壩(ba)址附近只布置砂(sha)石(shi)系(xi)(xi)統、拌(ban)合系(xi)(xi)統、機修站(zhan)(zhan)和汽車保養(yang)站(zhan)(zhan)、風、水(shui)(shui)、電(dian)(dian)、小倉庫、單身宿舍等(deng)作為施工前方。
為溝通兩(liang)岸交通,擬在壩址上下游各(ge)建一(yi)施工索(suo)(suo)橋,索(suo)(suo)橋按(an)汽-15、掛-80荷載設(she)置。
采石(shi)場及砂石(shi)系統均布置在(zai)河床右(you)岸,設計(ji)生(sheng)產能力為250t/h,混凝土系統布置在(zai)右(you)岸。
建設期間,施工(gong)用電負荷約(yue)1萬kW,擬從普定變電站接線(xian),線(xian)路長(chang)72 km。
考慮上游光照電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)屆時已(yi)建(jian)成(cheng)水庫的多(duo)年調節能力,馬(ma)馬(ma)岸電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)在建(jian)期(qi)間全年施(shi)工,導(dao)流(liu)流(liu)量(liang)按光照電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)三臺(tai)機組(zu)滿發流(liu)量(liang)582立方米/秒(miao)加兩電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)之間集水流(liu)量(liang)考慮,采用(yong)隧洞(dong)導(dao)流(liu),隧洞(dong)斷面為10×12 m的城門洞(dong)型,長約650 m。上下游均(jun)設(she)不過水土(tu)石(shi)圍堰,混(hun)凝土(tu)壩采用(yong)滿管澆筑,平(ping)均(jun)月澆筑強度3.6萬立方米;引水隧洞(dong)及地下廠房交通洞(dong)采用(yong)多(duo)臂鉆全斷面開挖,鋼模臺(tai)車(che)澆混(hun)凝土(tu),廠房采用(yong)多(duo)臂鉆和(he)潛(qian)孔(kong)鉆開挖。
施工總工期為6年,第一臺機組在(zai)第5年年底(di)發電,其(qi)他(ta)三(san)臺機組均(jun)在(zai)第6年內組裝發電。月平均(jun)最大施工強度(du)為:土石方(fang)開挖5.6萬立(li)方(fang)米(mi),砼(tong)澆(jiao)筑4.0萬立(li)方(fang)米(mi)。

碾壓(ya)混凝土重(zhong)力(li)壩(ba)(ba)最(zui)大壩(ba)(ba)高(gao)(gao)(gao)109m,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)高(gao)(gao)(gao)程592.00m,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)全長247.20m。在(zai)河床溢(yi)流壩(ba)(ba)段設(she)3孔14.5×19m(寬(kuan)×高(gao)(gao)(gao))的溢(yi)流表孔,堰(yan)頂(ding)高(gao)(gao)(gao)程566.00m。廠(chang)(chang)房布(bu)置在(zai)左岸山(shan)體(ti)內(nei),為地(di)(di)下(xia)廠(chang)(chang)房,建筑(zhu)物主要由主廠(chang)(chang)房、副廠(chang)(chang)房、主變洞(dong)(dong)、母線洞(dong)(dong)、出線平(ping)洞(dong)(dong)、出線豎井、通(tong)風洞(dong)(dong)、排水(shui)廊(lang)道、廠(chang)(chang)變交(jiao)通(tong)洞(dong)(dong)、主變交(jiao)通(tong)洞(dong)(dong)、交(jiao)通(tong)廊(lang)道等地(di)(di)下(xia)洞(dong)(dong)室和地(di)(di)面(mian)式(shi)出線站及中控樓(lou)組成。廠(chang)(chang)房尺寸140.5m×24.9m×62.8m(長×寬(kuan)×高(gao)(gao)(gao))。引(yin)水(shui)系統布(bu)置于(yu)左岸,采用一洞(dong)(dong)一機供水(shui)方(fang)式(shi),單機引(yin)用流量297.5立方(fang)米(mi)/秒。壩(ba)(ba)身式(shi)進水(shui)口,三(san)條引(yin)水(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)平(ping)均(jun)長265.30m,洞(dong)(dong)徑9.75m,壓(ya)力(li)鋼管(guan)平(ping)均(jun)長45m,內(nei)徑8m。壓(ya)力(li)鋼管(guan)與地(di)(di)下(xia)廠(chang)(chang)房邊(bian)墻(qiang)成75°交(jiao)角,斜向進入廠(chang)(chang)房。尾水(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)平(ping)均(jun)長約80m,斷面(mian)為9.5m×15.24m城門洞(dong)(dong)型(xing)。

壩(ba)體(ti)基(ji)本(ben)剖面(mian)上游壩(ba)坡(po)(po)525m高程(cheng)以上垂直,525m高程(cheng)至壩(ba)基(ji)為1:0.25;下游壩(ba)坡(po)(po)為1:0.75,折(zhe)坡(po)(po)點高程(cheng)為579.46m。
溢流(liu)(liu)(liu)表孔單孔最(zui)大下泄(xie)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量3622立(li)方米/秒,最(zui)大單寬(kuan)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量249.79立(li)方米/秒 ,3孔共用(yong)一扇14.5m×20m的(de)(de)平板檢修(xiu)(xiu)閘門(men),檢修(xiu)(xiu)門(men)以(yi)門(men)機啟(qi)閉(bi),弧(hu)門(men)采(cai)用(yong)液(ye)壓啟(qi)閉(bi)機啟(qi)閉(bi),用(yong)牛腿作(zuo)弧(hu)門(men)支(zhi)承和(he)用(yong)橫梁作(zuo)閘墩間橫向(xiang)聯系(xi)。溢流(liu)(liu)(liu)堰面按冪(mi)曲線y = y=0.0400351x,下接1:0.82的(de)(de)斜坡段(duan)作(zuo)為臺階(jie)面的(de)(de)摻(chan)氣挑檻,與下游壩坡1:0.75相接,溢流(liu)(liu)(liu)堰原點上(shang)游用(yong)三(san)園(yuan)弧(hu)與上(shang)游坡相接;下游采(cai)用(yong)"X”型寬(kuan)尾墩和(he)臺階(jie)溢流(liu)(liu)(liu)面+戽式(shi)消力池的(de)(de)消能方式(shi)。校核洪(hong)水情況(kuang)的(de)(de)總下泄(xie)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量為10866立(li)方米/秒。
引(yin)(yin)水系統布置于左(zuo)岸岸邊,采用(yong)一(yi)洞一(yi)機供水方式,由引(yin)(yin)水渠、壩身式進(jin)水塔(ta)、混凝土漸變段、隧洞上下(xia)平段、豎井段和(he)壓力(li)鋼管組成,通過(guo)三條壓力(li)鋼管單元(yuan)引(yin)(yin)水至(zhi)發電廠房,單機引(yin)(yin)用(yong)流量297.5立方米/秒。
進水(shui)口(kou)為壩身(shen)(shen)式進水(shui)口(kou),三臺機進水(shui)口(kou)呈“一”字型并排布置(zhi),進水(shui)口(kou)前沿(yan)總寬度為75.20m,進口(kou)底板(ban)高程(cheng)為549.00m,壩身(shen)(shen)頂(ding)高程(cheng)為592.00m,設一道(dao)檢修(xiu)(xiu)門和一道(dao)快速事故門。檢修(xiu)(xiu)閘門孔口(kou)尺(chi)(chi)寸3—8.5×10m(扇(shan)-寬×高),快速事故門孔口(kou)尺(chi)(chi)寸3—8.5×9.75m(扇(shan)-寬×高)。
三條引(yin)水隧(sui)洞平行布置,主要穿(chuan)越T2g地層,隧(sui)洞軸(zhou)線距離為24.5m,沿程大(da)部(bu)分(fen)埋深50m~170m左右,軸(zhou)線方位由NE78.89º通過豎井轉為方位SE26.00º,縱坡I=4%。隧(sui)洞洞徑9.75m,采用鋼(gang)筋混(hun)凝土襯砌,襯厚0.8m,最大(da)流速(su)4.07m/s,1號~3號引(yin)水隧(sui)洞長度(du)分(fen)別223.632m、265.173m、307.127m。
尾水(shui)系統采用一(yi)(yi)洞(dong)一(yi)(yi)機(ji)出(chu)水(shui)方(fang)式,由尾水(shui)隧洞(dong)和尾水(shui)出(chu)口(kou)閘(zha)(zha)室(shi)組成。沿程(cheng)埋深在(zai)30m~135m左右,洞(dong)內最大流速2.23m/s。1號(hao)~3號(hao)尾水(shui)隧洞(dong)長(chang)分別為(wei)56.044m,80.349m,104.71m。采用C20鋼筋混凝(ning)土(tu)襯砌,襯砌厚度(du)為(wei)1.0m。尾水(shui)隧洞(dong)出(chu)口(kou)設尾水(shui)閘(zha)(zha)室(shi),閘(zha)(zha)室(shi)內設一(yi)(yi)道(dao)工作閘(zha)(zha)門(men),閘(zha)(zha)門(men)孔口(kou)尺寸為(wei)9.5m×12.5m(寬×高(gao))。閘(zha)(zha)底板高(gao)程(cheng)為(wei)488m,尾水(shui)出(chu)口(kou)塔(ta)頂高(gao)程(cheng)為(wei)540.50m。
地(di)下(xia)廠(chang)房(fang)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)群布置于大(da)壩左岸山體內,采用主(zhu)(zhu)廠(chang)房(fang)、主(zhu)(zhu)變洞(dong)(dong)(dong)兩大(da)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)平(ping)行(xing)布置的方式(shi),廠(chang)房(fang)縱(zong)軸線方位為N79ºE,廠(chang)區樞紐建筑物主(zhu)(zhu)要由(you)主(zhu)(zhu)廠(chang)房(fang)、副廠(chang)房(fang)、主(zhu)(zhu)變洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、母線洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、出線平(ping)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、出線豎井、通風洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、排水廊道、廠(chang)變交(jiao)通洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、主(zhu)(zhu)變交(jiao)通洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、廠(chang)變交(jiao)通廊道等地(di)下(xia)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)和地(di)面開關站組成。
主廠房(fang)(fang)由主機間(jian)和安(an)裝間(jian)組成,之間(jian)設2cm寬永久伸縮縫(feng),廠房(fang)(fang)尺寸140.5m×24.9m×62.8m(長×寬×高(gao)),吊(diao)車(che)梁以(yi)上開挖跨度24.9m,以(yi)下23.3m,凈跨22.0m。廠內安(an)裝一臺2×325/50t的雙(shuang)小車(che)橋式起重機,布置于(yu)巖壁吊(diao)車(che)梁上,吊(diao)車(che)軌頂高(gao)程(cheng)531.00m,跨度22.0m。
副廠房位于(yu)主(zhu)機間(jian)(jian)右(you)側(ce),長19m,凈寬與(yu)主(zhu)機間(jian)(jian)同寬為22m。
母(mu)線洞作為連接(jie)主(zhu)機間與主(zhu)變室的主(zhu)要(yao)電(dian)纜通(tong)道及(ji)(ji)設備布(bu)置(zhi)場地(di),共(gong)布(bu)置(zhi)三(san)條,每臺機組(zu)一條。根據機電(dian)設備布(bu)置(zhi)的要(yao)求,母(mu)線洞底板(ban)高程為511.80m,與主(zhu)機間出線層同高,凈斷面尺(chi)寸為7m×6.5m(寬×高),城門洞型,長度均(jun)為40m,三(san)條母(mu)線洞中心距為24.5m。母(mu)線洞內主(zhu)要(yao)布(bu)置(zhi)高壓廠用變、高壓開關柜(ju)、斷路器、離相封閉母(mu)線、PT柜(ju)及(ji)(ji)電(dian)纜等,并(bing)兼作主(zhu)廠房的排風通(tong)道。

地面(mian)開關站布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)(yu)主變洞頂上(shang)的地面(mian)緩(huan)坡(po)地帶,距壩軸線(xian)150m左右,底板高程605.30m,平面(mian)尺(chi)寸(cun)80.0m×28.0m(長×寬),主要(yao)布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)GIS樓(lou)、中控樓(lou)及出(chu)線(xian)設備等,GIS樓(lou)尺(chi)寸(cun)為35.0×15.0×21.9(長×寬×高),中控樓(lou)尺(chi)寸(cun)為30.0×15.0×15.0(長×寬×高),出(chu)線(xian)塔(ta)架布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)(yu)GIS樓(lou)屋頂。開關站有永久(jiu)公(gong)路(lu)通過,公(gong)路(lu)一(yi)端接下游永久(jiu)大橋,另(ling)一(yi)端接左壩肩及進(jin)水口(kou),途(tu)經廠壩電(dian)梯井。
