馬(ma)馬(ma)崖一(yi)級(ji)水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)為北(bei)盤江干流(liu)(茅口以下)規(gui)劃梯級(ji)的(de)第二級(ji),屬二等(deng)大(2)型工(gong)程,樞紐工(gong)程由碾壓混凝土重力壩(ba)(ba)、壩(ba)(ba)身開敞(chang)式溢流(liu)表孔(kong)、壩(ba)(ba)身放空底(di)孔(kong)、左岸引水(shui)系統及(ji)左岸地下廠房(fang)等(deng)主(zhu)要建筑(zhu)物組成(cheng)。工(gong)程任務以發(fa)電(dian)為主(zhu),航運次之。壩(ba)(ba)址控制流(liu)域(yu)面積(ji)16068平方公里,多(duo)年平均流(liu)量(liang)307立(li)方米(mi)/秒。水(shui)庫正常蓄水(shui)位585m,相應庫容1.365億立(li)方米(mi),死水(shui)位580m,調(diao)節(jie)庫容 0.731億立(li)方米(mi),水(shui)庫具有(you)日調(diao)節(jie)性能。電(dian)站(zhan)裝(zhuang)機容量(liang)558MW,安裝(zhuang)三臺(tai)單機容量(liang)為180MW的(de)水(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)機組和一(yi)臺(tai)容量(liang)18MW的(de)生(sheng)態流(liu)量(liang)機組,電(dian)站(zhan)保證出力97MW,年利用小(xiao)時2797h,年發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)15.61億kW·h。
地理交通
(1)對外交通(tong)條件
馬(ma)馬(ma)崖一級(ji)水(shui)電(dian)站距貴陽市(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)里(li)(li)程207km,距六盤水(shui)市(shi)(shi)(shi)203km,距興(xing)義市(shi)(shi)(shi)140km。電(dian)站附近(jin)現有(you)S210省道(dao)及貴昆和(he)南昆二條鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)通過,對外交通十分便利(li),鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)運輸(shu)物資轉運站可設在較(jiao)近(jin)的貴昆線上的么(me)鋪站和(he)南昆線上的頂(ding)效站。壩址左岸(an)尖(jian)山目前有(you)修筑(zhu)到花江鎮的三級(ji)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu),公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)里(li)(li)程約17km;壩址右岸(an)目前興(xing)仁縣從S309省道(dao)接(jie)口(kou)至岔路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)口(kou),岔路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)口(kou)—新馬(ma)場鄉為四級(ji)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu),公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)里(li)(li)程約14km,新馬(ma)場到補朗有(you)鄉村簡易公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu),公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)里(li)(li)程約18km。
(2)場內交通條件
工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)內交通以(yi)左、右岸干線公路為主(zhu)(zhu),以(yi)大(da)壩、引水系(xi)統和廠(chang)房等主(zhu)(zhu)體工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)開挖(wa)出渣、壩體混凝土澆筑通道為交通主(zhu)(zhu)線,石料場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)開采及毛料的(de)運輸以(yi)及主(zhu)(zhu)要工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)與主(zhu)(zhu)體工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)銜接為交通輔線進(jin)行場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)內施工(gong)(gong)(gong)道路布(bu)置,其余部位根據施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面需要由(you)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)主(zhu)(zhu)線接支線布(bu)置,左、右岸交通通過上游臨時橋(qiao)和下游永(yong)久(jiu)橋(qiao)連(lian)接,使(shi)整個工(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)形成一(yi)個封閉的(de)環行系(xi)統,場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)內交通已形成,下游永(yong)久(jiu)大(da)橋(qiao)已通車。
左岸干線(xian)公路(lu)長9.6km,混凝土路(lu)面(mian);右岸干線(xian)公路(lu)長4.6km,碎石(shi)泥結石(shi)路(lu)面(mian);永久跨河橋在壩軸(zhou)線(xian)下游(you)約(yue)980m處,跨度134m,橋面(mian)高程555m,雙向行(xing)車;上(shang)游(you)臨時橋橋面(mian)高程561m,橋長142m,在壩軸(zhou)線(xian)上(shang)游(you)640m,目前正(zheng)在建設。
電站建設
馬(ma)(ma)馬(ma)(ma)崖一級(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位(wei)于北盤江中(zhong)下游(you),為(wei)(wei)二(er)等大(2)型(xing)工程(cheng)(cheng),電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)裝機(ji)3臺(tai),上下游(you)分(fen)別有光照水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)、規劃的馬(ma)(ma)馬(ma)(ma)崖二(er)級(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)已經投(tou)產發(fa)電(dian)(dian)的董(dong)箐(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)。初步預計,馬(ma)(ma)馬(ma)(ma)崖一級(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)工程(cheng)(cheng)將(jiang)于2011年11月(yue)中(zhong)旬(xun)實(shi)現大江截(jie)留,2013年10月(yue)下閘蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)(shui),2013年年底首臺(tai)機(ji)組(zu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian),2014年3月(yue)第(di)二(er)臺(tai)機(ji)組(zu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian),2014年6月(yue)基本(ben)完建(jian)。考(kao)慮到今后下游(you)董(dong)箐(qing)梯級(ji)的開發(fa),擬將(jiang)大型(xing)修配系統、木材加工廠、鋼筋加工廠、中(zhong)心倉(cang)庫、家屬生活區等布置在附(fu)近的緩坡地上作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)基地,距壩址公路里程(cheng)(cheng)約為(wei)(wei)15 km,壩址附(fu)近只(zhi)布置砂石(shi)系統、拌合系統、機(ji)修站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)汽車保(bao)養站(zhan)(zhan)、風(feng)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)、電(dian)(dian)、小(xiao)倉(cang)庫、單(dan)身(shen)宿(su)舍等作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)施工前方。
為溝(gou)通(tong)兩岸(an)交通(tong),擬在壩址(zhi)上下(xia)游各建(jian)一施工索橋,索橋按(an)汽-15、掛-80荷載設置。
采石場及(ji)砂石系(xi)統均(jun)布置在(zai)(zai)河床右(you)岸,設(she)計生(sheng)產能力為250t/h,混凝(ning)土系(xi)統布置在(zai)(zai)右(you)岸。
建(jian)設期間,施(shi)工用電(dian)負荷約1萬kW,擬從普定(ding)變(bian)電(dian)站接線,線路長72 km。
考(kao)慮(lv)上游(you)光照(zhao)(zhao)電(dian)站屆(jie)時已建成水庫(ku)的(de)多年調節能(neng)力,馬(ma)馬(ma)岸(an)電(dian)站在建期間全(quan)年施(shi)工,導(dao)(dao)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)量按光照(zhao)(zhao)電(dian)站三(san)臺機組滿發流(liu)(liu)量582立方米/秒加兩電(dian)站之間集水流(liu)(liu)量考(kao)慮(lv),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)隧洞(dong)(dong)導(dao)(dao)流(liu)(liu),隧洞(dong)(dong)斷(duan)(duan)面為(wei)10×12 m的(de)城(cheng)門洞(dong)(dong)型,長約650 m。上下(xia)游(you)均設不過(guo)水土(tu)石圍堰(yan),混凝(ning)土(tu)壩采(cai)用(yong)(yong)滿管(guan)澆筑(zhu),平均月澆筑(zhu)強度3.6萬立方米;引水隧洞(dong)(dong)及(ji)地下(xia)廠房交(jiao)通洞(dong)(dong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)多臂鉆全(quan)斷(duan)(duan)面開挖,鋼模(mo)臺車(che)澆混凝(ning)土(tu),廠房采(cai)用(yong)(yong)多臂鉆和潛孔鉆開挖。
施(shi)工總工期為6年(nian),第(di)一臺機組在第(di)5年(nian)年(nian)底發(fa)電,其他三臺機組均在第(di)6年(nian)內組裝發(fa)電。月平均最大施(shi)工強度為:土石(shi)方開挖5.6萬(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi),砼澆(jiao)筑4.0萬(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)。
大壩建設
壩體結構
碾壓混凝土(tu)重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)最大壩(ba)(ba)高(gao)(gao)109m,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)高(gao)(gao)程592.00m,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)全長(chang)(chang)247.20m。在河床溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)壩(ba)(ba)段設(she)3孔14.5×19m(寬×高(gao)(gao))的溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)表孔,堰頂(ding)高(gao)(gao)程566.00m。廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)(fang)布置在左(zuo)(zuo)岸(an)山體內(nei),為(wei)地(di)(di)(di)下廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)(fang),建筑物主要由主廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)(fang)、副廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)(fang)、主變洞(dong)(dong)、母線洞(dong)(dong)、出(chu)線平(ping)(ping)洞(dong)(dong)、出(chu)線豎(shu)井、通風洞(dong)(dong)、排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)廊道(dao)、廠(chang)(chang)變交通洞(dong)(dong)、主變交通洞(dong)(dong)、交通廊道(dao)等地(di)(di)(di)下洞(dong)(dong)室和(he)地(di)(di)(di)面(mian)式出(chu)線站及中(zhong)控(kong)樓組成。廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)(fang)尺寸140.5m×24.9m×62.8m(長(chang)(chang)×寬×高(gao)(gao))。引水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)布置于左(zuo)(zuo)岸(an),采用一洞(dong)(dong)一機供水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式,單機引用流(liu)(liu)量(liang)297.5立方米/秒。壩(ba)(ba)身式進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)口,三條引水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)平(ping)(ping)均長(chang)(chang)265.30m,洞(dong)(dong)徑9.75m,壓力(li)鋼管(guan)平(ping)(ping)均長(chang)(chang)45m,內(nei)徑8m。壓力(li)鋼管(guan)與地(di)(di)(di)下廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)(fang)邊墻成75°交角,斜向進(jin)入廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)(fang)。尾(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)平(ping)(ping)均長(chang)(chang)約80m,斷面(mian)為(wei)9.5m×15.24m城門洞(dong)(dong)型(xing)。
施工導流

大(da)壩建筑物及引水(shui)發(fa)電系統
攔(lan)河大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)(wei)碾(nian)壓混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)重力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂高程592.00m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)底高程483.00m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高109.00m。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂寬(kuan)12m,擋水壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段下游坡(po)比(bi)為(wei)(wei)1:0.75,溢(yi)流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段最大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)底寬(kuan)為(wei)(wei)100.50m。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂軸線長度為(wei)(wei)247.20m,在河床溢(yi)流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段設3孔14.5×19m(寬(kuan)×高)的溢(yi)流(liu)表孔,堰頂高程566m,采用WES曲線。下接(jie)“X”型(xing)寬(kuan)尾(wei)墩+臺階壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)面(mian)+戽(hu)式(shi)消力池(chi)。消力池(chi)池(chi)長60m,底寬(kuan)51.50m,底板(ban)頂高程493.00m,底板(ban)厚3m。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)軸線方(fang)位角為(wei)(wei)N46.89E。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)體(ti)(ti)大體(ti)(ti)積混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)為(wei)(wei)C15三級(ji)配(pei)碾(nian)壓混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)體(ti)(ti)上游面(mian)采用C20二級(ji)配(pei)碾(nian)壓混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)自(zi)身防滲。
壩(ba)(ba)體基本剖面(mian)上(shang)游壩(ba)(ba)坡(po)525m高程(cheng)以上(shang)垂直,525m高程(cheng)至(zhi)壩(ba)(ba)基為(wei)(wei)1:0.25;下游壩(ba)(ba)坡(po)為(wei)(wei)1:0.75,折(zhe)坡(po)點高程(cheng)為(wei)(wei)579.46m。
溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)表孔單孔最(zui)大(da)下(xia)泄流(liu)(liu)量(liang)3622立方(fang)米/秒(miao)(miao),最(zui)大(da)單寬流(liu)(liu)量(liang)249.79立方(fang)米/秒(miao)(miao) ,3孔共(gong)用(yong)一(yi)扇14.5m×20m的平板檢(jian)修閘門(men),檢(jian)修門(men)以門(men)機啟閉(bi),弧門(men)采(cai)用(yong)液(ye)壓啟閉(bi)機啟閉(bi),用(yong)牛(niu)腿(tui)作弧門(men)支承和(he)用(yong)橫(heng)梁作閘墩(dun)間橫(heng)向聯系。溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)堰(yan)面按冪曲線(xian)y = y=0.0400351x,下(xia)接1:0.82的斜坡(po)段作為(wei)臺(tai)階面的摻氣挑檻,與下(xia)游壩坡(po)1:0.75相(xiang)接,溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)堰(yan)原(yuan)點上游用(yong)三園(yuan)弧與上游坡(po)相(xiang)接;下(xia)游采(cai)用(yong)"X”型寬尾墩(dun)和(he)臺(tai)階溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)面+戽(hu)式(shi)消(xiao)力池的消(xiao)能方(fang)式(shi)。校核洪水情況的總(zong)下(xia)泄流(liu)(liu)量(liang)為(wei)10866立方(fang)米/秒(miao)(miao)。
引水(shui)系(xi)統布置(zhi)于左岸岸邊,采用一洞一機供水(shui)方(fang)式(shi),由引水(shui)渠、壩身(shen)式(shi)進(jin)水(shui)塔、混凝土漸(jian)變段、隧(sui)洞上下平段、豎(shu)井段和壓力鋼管(guan)組成,通(tong)過(guo)三條(tiao)壓力鋼管(guan)單元引水(shui)至發電廠房,單機引用流量297.5立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒。
進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)(kou)為壩(ba)身式(shi)進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)(kou),三臺(tai)機進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)(kou)呈“一”字型并排布置,進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)(kou)前(qian)沿總寬度為75.20m,進(jin)口(kou)(kou)底板高(gao)(gao)(gao)程為549.00m,壩(ba)身頂高(gao)(gao)(gao)程為592.00m,設(she)一道(dao)檢修門(men)和一道(dao)快速事(shi)故(gu)門(men)。檢修閘(zha)門(men)孔口(kou)(kou)尺寸(cun)3—8.5×10m(扇-寬×高(gao)(gao)(gao)),快速事(shi)故(gu)門(men)孔口(kou)(kou)尺寸(cun)3—8.5×9.75m(扇-寬×高(gao)(gao)(gao))。
三條引水(shui)隧洞(dong)平行布置,主(zhu)要穿(chuan)越T2g地層,隧洞(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)線距離為24.5m,沿程大部分埋深(shen)50m~170m左右,軸(zhou)(zhou)線方(fang)位(wei)由NE78.89º通過豎井轉為方(fang)位(wei)SE26.00º,縱坡(po)I=4%。隧洞(dong)洞(dong)徑(jing)9.75m,采用鋼筋混凝土(tu)襯砌,襯厚0.8m,最(zui)大流(liu)速4.07m/s,1號(hao)~3號(hao)引水(shui)隧洞(dong)長度分別223.632m、265.173m、307.127m。
尾(wei)水系統采用一(yi)洞(dong)(dong)一(yi)機出(chu)(chu)(chu)水方(fang)式(shi),由(you)尾(wei)水隧洞(dong)(dong)和尾(wei)水出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)閘(zha)室組成。沿程埋深在30m~135m左右,洞(dong)(dong)內最大(da)流速2.23m/s。1號~3號尾(wei)水隧洞(dong)(dong)長分別為(wei)(wei)56.044m,80.349m,104.71m。采用C20鋼(gang)筋(jin)混凝土襯砌,襯砌厚度(du)為(wei)(wei)1.0m。尾(wei)水隧洞(dong)(dong)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)設(she)尾(wei)水閘(zha)室,閘(zha)室內設(she)一(yi)道(dao)工作閘(zha)門,閘(zha)門孔口(kou)尺寸為(wei)(wei)9.5m×12.5m(寬×高(gao))。閘(zha)底板高(gao)程為(wei)(wei)488m,尾(wei)水出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)塔頂高(gao)程為(wei)(wei)540.50m。
地(di)下(xia)廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)洞(dong)(dong)室(shi)群布(bu)置于大壩左岸山體內(nei),采(cai)用主(zhu)廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)、主(zhu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)洞(dong)(dong)兩大洞(dong)(dong)室(shi)平(ping)行(xing)布(bu)置的方式,廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)縱(zong)軸線(xian)方位(wei)為N79ºE,廠(chang)區樞紐(niu)建筑物主(zhu)要由主(zhu)廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)、副(fu)廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)、主(zhu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)洞(dong)(dong)、母線(xian)洞(dong)(dong)、出線(xian)平(ping)洞(dong)(dong)、出線(xian)豎井、通(tong)(tong)風洞(dong)(dong)、排水廊道(dao)、廠(chang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)交通(tong)(tong)洞(dong)(dong)、主(zhu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)交通(tong)(tong)洞(dong)(dong)、廠(chang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)交通(tong)(tong)廊道(dao)等地(di)下(xia)洞(dong)(dong)室(shi)和地(di)面開關站組(zu)成。
主廠(chang)房由主機間(jian)和(he)安裝(zhuang)間(jian)組成,之間(jian)設(she)2cm寬永(yong)久伸縮(suo)縫,廠(chang)房尺寸(cun)140.5m×24.9m×62.8m(長×寬×高),吊(diao)車(che)梁以上開挖(wa)跨度(du)24.9m,以下23.3m,凈跨22.0m。廠(chang)內(nei)安裝(zhuang)一臺2×325/50t的雙小車(che)橋式起重機,布置于(yu)巖壁(bi)吊(diao)車(che)梁上,吊(diao)車(che)軌頂高程531.00m,跨度(du)22.0m。
副廠房位于主(zhu)機間右(you)側,長19m,凈寬與主(zhu)機間同寬為22m。
母(mu)線洞(dong)作為(wei)連接主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)間與(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)變室的主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)電(dian)纜(lan)通(tong)道及設備布置(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)地,共布置(zhi)(zhi)三(san)條,每臺(tai)機(ji)組一條。根據機(ji)電(dian)設備布置(zhi)(zhi)的要(yao)求(qiu),母(mu)線洞(dong)底板(ban)高程為(wei)511.80m,與(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)間出線層同高,凈斷面尺寸為(wei)7m×6.5m(寬(kuan)×高),城門洞(dong)型,長度均為(wei)40m,三(san)條母(mu)線洞(dong)中(zhong)心距(ju)為(wei)24.5m。母(mu)線洞(dong)內主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)布置(zhi)(zhi)高壓廠用(yong)變、高壓開關柜(ju)、斷路器、離相(xiang)封(feng)閉母(mu)線、PT柜(ju)及電(dian)纜(lan)等,并兼(jian)作主(zhu)(zhu)廠房的排風通(tong)道。
主(zhu)變洞位于主(zhu)廠房(fang)下游側40.0m處,與主(zhu)廠房(fang)平行布置,斷面尺寸80.0m×15.3m×16.2m(長×寬(kuan)×高),至下而上共(gong)分(fen)為二層。
地面(mian)開關站(zhan)布置于主變(bian)洞頂上的地面(mian)緩坡地帶(dai),距(ju)壩軸(zhou)線150m左右(you),底板高程605.30m,平面(mian)尺寸80.0m×28.0m(長(chang)×寬),主要布置GIS樓(lou)(lou)、中控(kong)(kong)樓(lou)(lou)及出(chu)線設(she)備(bei)等,GIS樓(lou)(lou)尺寸為35.0×15.0×21.9(長(chang)×寬×高),中控(kong)(kong)樓(lou)(lou)尺寸為30.0×15.0×15.0(長(chang)×寬×高),出(chu)線塔架(jia)布置于GIS樓(lou)(lou)屋頂。開關站(zhan)有永久公路通(tong)過,公路一(yi)端(duan)接(jie)下游永久大橋,另一(yi)端(duan)接(jie)左壩肩及進水口,途經廠壩電梯井。
