馬(ma)馬(ma)崖一(yi)(yi)級水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)為北盤江干流(茅口以下(xia))規(gui)劃(hua)梯級的第二級,屬二等大(2)型工(gong)程(cheng),樞紐(niu)工(gong)程(cheng)由碾壓(ya)混凝(ning)土重力壩(ba)(ba)、壩(ba)(ba)身開(kai)敞(chang)式溢(yi)流表孔(kong)、壩(ba)(ba)身放空底(di)孔(kong)、左岸引(yin)水(shui)系統及左岸地下(xia)廠房(fang)等主要建(jian)筑物組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。工(gong)程(cheng)任務(wu)以發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)為主,航運次之(zhi)。壩(ba)(ba)址控制流域(yu)面積16068平(ping)方(fang)公里,多年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均流量(liang)307立(li)方(fang)米/秒(miao)。水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)正常蓄水(shui)位585m,相(xiang)應庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)1.365億立(li)方(fang)米,死水(shui)位580m,調節庫(ku)(ku)容(rong) 0.731億立(li)方(fang)米,水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)具有日調節性能。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)裝機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量(liang)558MW,安(an)裝三臺單機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量(liang)為180MW的水(shui)輪發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)和一(yi)(yi)臺容(rong)量(liang)18MW的生態流量(liang)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu),電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)保證出力97MW,年(nian)(nian)利(li)用小時(shi)2797h,年(nian)(nian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)15.61億kW·h。
地理交通
(1)對外交(jiao)通條件
馬(ma)馬(ma)崖一級(ji)(ji)水(shui)電站(zhan)距貴(gui)(gui)陽市公(gong)路(lu)里(li)(li)程207km,距六盤水(shui)市203km,距興(xing)義(yi)市140km。電站(zhan)附近現有(you)S210省(sheng)(sheng)道及貴(gui)(gui)昆(kun)(kun)和(he)南(nan)昆(kun)(kun)二條(tiao)鐵路(lu)通(tong)過,對外(wai)交通(tong)十分便利,鐵路(lu)運輸物資(zi)轉運站(zhan)可(ke)設(she)在較近的(de)貴(gui)(gui)昆(kun)(kun)線上(shang)的(de)么鋪(pu)站(zhan)和(he)南(nan)昆(kun)(kun)線上(shang)的(de)頂效站(zhan)。壩(ba)址左(zuo)岸尖山目前有(you)修筑到花江鎮(zhen)的(de)三級(ji)(ji)公(gong)路(lu),公(gong)路(lu)里(li)(li)程約17km;壩(ba)址右岸目前興(xing)仁(ren)縣從S309省(sheng)(sheng)道接口至岔路(lu)口,岔路(lu)口—新馬(ma)場(chang)鄉(xiang)為四級(ji)(ji)公(gong)路(lu),公(gong)路(lu)里(li)(li)程約14km,新馬(ma)場(chang)到補(bu)朗有(you)鄉(xiang)村簡易公(gong)路(lu),公(gong)路(lu)里(li)(li)程約18km。
(2)場(chang)內交通條件
工(gong)程(cheng)場(chang)內(nei)(nei)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)以左(zuo)、右岸(an)干線(xian)(xian)公路為主(zhu)(zhu),以大(da)壩、引水系統和廠房等主(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)工(gong)程(cheng)的開(kai)挖出渣、壩體(ti)混(hun)凝土澆筑通(tong)(tong)道(dao)為交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)主(zhu)(zhu)線(xian)(xian),石料場(chang)開(kai)采及毛料的運輸以及主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)工(gong)廠與主(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)工(gong)程(cheng)的銜(xian)接(jie)為交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)輔線(xian)(xian)進行場(chang)內(nei)(nei)施工(gong)道(dao)路布置,其余部位(wei)根據施工(gong)工(gong)作面(mian)需(xu)要(yao)由施工(gong)主(zhu)(zhu)線(xian)(xian)接(jie)支線(xian)(xian)布置,左(zuo)、右岸(an)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)通(tong)(tong)過上游臨(lin)時(shi)橋和下(xia)游永久(jiu)橋連接(jie),使整個工(gong)區形成一個封閉(bi)的環行系統,場(chang)內(nei)(nei)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)已(yi)(yi)形成,下(xia)游永久(jiu)大(da)橋已(yi)(yi)通(tong)(tong)車。
左岸干(gan)(gan)線(xian)公(gong)路(lu)長9.6km,混凝土路(lu)面;右岸干(gan)(gan)線(xian)公(gong)路(lu)長4.6km,碎石(shi)泥結石(shi)路(lu)面;永久跨河橋在壩軸(zhou)線(xian)下游約980m處,跨度134m,橋面高程(cheng)555m,雙(shuang)向(xiang)行車;上(shang)(shang)游臨時(shi)橋橋面高程(cheng)561m,橋長142m,在壩軸(zhou)線(xian)上(shang)(shang)游640m,目(mu)前正在建設。
電站建設
馬馬崖一級(ji)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)位于北(bei)盤江中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下游,為(wei)二(er)等(deng)大(2)型(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)裝機(ji)3臺(tai),上下游分別有光(guang)照水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)、規(gui)劃的馬馬崖二(er)級(ji)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)和(he)已經投產發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)的董箐(qing)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。初步預計,馬馬崖一級(ji)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程將(jiang)于2011年(nian)(nian)11月中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)旬實現大江截留,2013年(nian)(nian)10月下閘蓄水(shui)(shui),2013年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)底首臺(tai)機(ji)組(zu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian),2014年(nian)(nian)3月第二(er)臺(tai)機(ji)組(zu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian),2014年(nian)(nian)6月基本完建。考(kao)慮到今后下游董箐(qing)梯(ti)級(ji)的開發(fa)(fa),擬將(jiang)大型(xing)修配(pei)系統、木材加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠、鋼筋加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心倉庫、家屬(shu)生活區等(deng)布(bu)置(zhi)在附近的緩坡地上作為(wei)基地,距(ju)壩(ba)址(zhi)公路(lu)里程約(yue)為(wei)15 km,壩(ba)址(zhi)附近只布(bu)置(zhi)砂石系統、拌(ban)合系統、機(ji)修站(zhan)和(he)汽車保(bao)養站(zhan)、風(feng)、水(shui)(shui)、電(dian)(dian)、小倉庫、單身宿舍(she)等(deng)作為(wei)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)前(qian)方(fang)。
為(wei)溝(gou)通兩岸交通,擬在壩(ba)址上下游各建一(yi)施工索(suo)(suo)橋,索(suo)(suo)橋按汽-15、掛(gua)-80荷(he)載(zai)設置。
采石(shi)場及砂石(shi)系統均布置在河(he)床右岸(an),設計生產能力為250t/h,混(hun)凝土(tu)系統布置在右岸(an)。
建設期(qi)間,施(shi)工用電負(fu)荷約1萬kW,擬從普定變電站接線(xian),線(xian)路(lu)長72 km。
考慮(lv)(lv)上(shang)(shang)游光照(zhao)電(dian)(dian)站屆時已建成水庫的多年調節能(neng)力,馬馬岸電(dian)(dian)站在建期間全年施工,導(dao)流(liu)流(liu)量(liang)按光照(zhao)電(dian)(dian)站三臺機(ji)組滿發(fa)流(liu)量(liang)582立方米(mi)/秒加兩電(dian)(dian)站之(zhi)間集水流(liu)量(liang)考慮(lv)(lv),采用(yong)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)導(dao)流(liu),隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)斷面(mian)為10×12 m的城門洞(dong)(dong)型(xing),長約650 m。上(shang)(shang)下游均設不過水土石(shi)圍堰,混(hun)凝(ning)土壩(ba)采用(yong)滿管澆筑(zhu),平(ping)均月澆筑(zhu)強度3.6萬立方米(mi);引水隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)及地下廠(chang)房交(jiao)通洞(dong)(dong)采用(yong)多臂鉆全斷面(mian)開(kai)挖,鋼模臺車澆混(hun)凝(ning)土,廠(chang)房采用(yong)多臂鉆和潛孔鉆開(kai)挖。
施(shi)工(gong)總工(gong)期為6年(nian),第(di)(di)一臺機(ji)(ji)組在第(di)(di)5年(nian)年(nian)底(di)發電,其(qi)他三臺機(ji)(ji)組均在第(di)(di)6年(nian)內組裝發電。月平(ping)均最大施(shi)工(gong)強度為:土石方開(kai)挖5.6萬(wan)立方米(mi),砼(tong)澆筑4.0萬(wan)立方米(mi)。
大壩建設
壩體結構
碾壓混凝(ning)土(tu)重力壩(ba)(ba)最大壩(ba)(ba)高(gao)109m,壩(ba)(ba)頂高(gao)程(cheng)592.00m,壩(ba)(ba)頂全長247.20m。在河床溢流(liu)(liu)壩(ba)(ba)段(duan)設(she)3孔(kong)14.5×19m(寬(kuan)×高(gao))的(de)溢流(liu)(liu)表(biao)孔(kong),堰頂高(gao)程(cheng)566.00m。廠房布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)在左(zuo)岸(an)山體(ti)內,為地(di)下廠房,建(jian)筑物主要由主廠房、副廠房、主變洞(dong)(dong)、母線洞(dong)(dong)、出線平(ping)洞(dong)(dong)、出線豎井、通(tong)風洞(dong)(dong)、排水廊道(dao)(dao)、廠變交(jiao)通(tong)洞(dong)(dong)、主變交(jiao)通(tong)洞(dong)(dong)、交(jiao)通(tong)廊道(dao)(dao)等地(di)下洞(dong)(dong)室和地(di)面式出線站(zhan)及中控樓(lou)組成(cheng)。廠房尺寸140.5m×24.9m×62.8m(長×寬(kuan)×高(gao))。引(yin)(yin)水系統布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)于左(zuo)岸(an),采用一洞(dong)(dong)一機供水方(fang)式,單機引(yin)(yin)用流(liu)(liu)量297.5立方(fang)米(mi)/秒。壩(ba)(ba)身式進水口,三條(tiao)引(yin)(yin)水隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)平(ping)均長265.30m,洞(dong)(dong)徑9.75m,壓力鋼管平(ping)均長45m,內徑8m。壓力鋼管與地(di)下廠房邊墻成(cheng)75°交(jiao)角,斜向進入廠房。尾水隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)平(ping)均長約80m,斷面為9.5m×15.24m城(cheng)門洞(dong)(dong)型。
施工導流

大壩建筑物及引水(shui)發電系統
攔河(he)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)(wei)碾(nian)(nian)壓(ya)混凝土重(zhong)力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)高程592.00m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)底(di)高程483.00m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高109.00m。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)寬(kuan)12m,擋水壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段下(xia)游坡比為(wei)(wei)1:0.75,溢流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)底(di)寬(kuan)為(wei)(wei)100.50m。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)軸線(xian)長度(du)為(wei)(wei)247.20m,在河(he)床溢流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段設3孔14.5×19m(寬(kuan)×高)的溢流(liu)表孔,堰頂(ding)(ding)高程566m,采用WES曲線(xian)。下(xia)接“X”型寬(kuan)尾(wei)墩+臺階(jie)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)面(mian)+戽式消力池。消力池池長60m,底(di)寬(kuan)51.50m,底(di)板(ban)頂(ding)(ding)高程493.00m,底(di)板(ban)厚3m。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)軸線(xian)方位角為(wei)(wei)N46.89E。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)體大(da)體積混凝土為(wei)(wei)C15三級配碾(nian)(nian)壓(ya)混凝土,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)體上游面(mian)采用C20二級配碾(nian)(nian)壓(ya)混凝土自身防滲(shen)。
壩體基(ji)本剖面上游(you)壩坡525m高(gao)程(cheng)以上垂直,525m高(gao)程(cheng)至壩基(ji)為(wei)1:0.25;下游(you)壩坡為(wei)1:0.75,折坡點(dian)高(gao)程(cheng)為(wei)579.46m。
溢流(liu)(liu)表孔(kong)單孔(kong)最大下泄流(liu)(liu)量3622立方(fang)米/秒,最大單寬流(liu)(liu)量249.79立方(fang)米/秒 ,3孔(kong)共用(yong)一扇14.5m×20m的(de)平板檢修閘門(men)(men),檢修門(men)(men)以門(men)(men)機啟(qi)閉,弧(hu)門(men)(men)采(cai)用(yong)液(ye)壓啟(qi)閉機啟(qi)閉,用(yong)牛(niu)腿作(zuo)弧(hu)門(men)(men)支承和(he)用(yong)橫(heng)梁(liang)作(zuo)閘墩間橫(heng)向聯系。溢流(liu)(liu)堰(yan)(yan)面(mian)按冪曲線y = y=0.0400351x,下接1:0.82的(de)斜坡(po)段(duan)作(zuo)為臺階面(mian)的(de)摻氣挑檻,與下游壩坡(po)1:0.75相接,溢流(liu)(liu)堰(yan)(yan)原點(dian)上(shang)(shang)游用(yong)三園弧(hu)與上(shang)(shang)游坡(po)相接;下游采(cai)用(yong)"X”型寬尾墩和(he)臺階溢流(liu)(liu)面(mian)+戽式(shi)消力池的(de)消能方(fang)式(shi)。校核洪水情況的(de)總下泄流(liu)(liu)量為10866立方(fang)米/秒。
引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)系統布置(zhi)于(yu)左岸岸邊,采用(yong)一洞一機(ji)供水(shui)(shui)方(fang)式,由引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)渠、壩身式進水(shui)(shui)塔、混凝土(tu)漸變段(duan)、隧洞上下(xia)平段(duan)、豎井段(duan)和壓力(li)鋼管組成,通過三條壓力(li)鋼管單元引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)至發電廠(chang)房(fang),單機(ji)引(yin)(yin)用(yong)流(liu)量297.5立方(fang)米/秒。
進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)為(wei)(wei)壩身式進(jin)水(shui)口(kou),三臺機進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)呈“一(yi)”字型并排布(bu)置,進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)前沿(yan)總寬度為(wei)(wei)75.20m,進(jin)口(kou)底板高(gao)(gao)程為(wei)(wei)549.00m,壩身頂高(gao)(gao)程為(wei)(wei)592.00m,設一(yi)道檢(jian)修門(men)和一(yi)道快(kuai)速事故(gu)門(men)。檢(jian)修閘門(men)孔口(kou)尺(chi)寸(cun)3—8.5×10m(扇-寬×高(gao)(gao)),快(kuai)速事故(gu)門(men)孔口(kou)尺(chi)寸(cun)3—8.5×9.75m(扇-寬×高(gao)(gao))。
三條(tiao)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞平行布置,主要穿越T2g地層,隧(sui)洞軸(zhou)線距離為(wei)24.5m,沿程大部分埋深50m~170m左右,軸(zhou)線方位由NE78.89º通過(guo)豎(shu)井轉為(wei)方位SE26.00º,縱坡I=4%。隧(sui)洞洞徑(jing)9.75m,采用鋼筋混凝土(tu)襯砌(qi),襯厚0.8m,最(zui)大流速4.07m/s,1號~3號引(yin)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞長度(du)分別(bie)223.632m、265.173m、307.127m。
尾(wei)(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)系統采(cai)用(yong)一洞(dong)一機(ji)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)方式,由尾(wei)(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)和(he)尾(wei)(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)出(chu)(chu)口閘(zha)(zha)室(shi)組(zu)成(cheng)。沿(yan)程埋深在30m~135m左右(you),洞(dong)內(nei)最(zui)大流速(su)2.23m/s。1號(hao)~3號(hao)尾(wei)(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)長分別為(wei)(wei)56.044m,80.349m,104.71m。采(cai)用(yong)C20鋼筋混凝土襯砌,襯砌厚度(du)為(wei)(wei)1.0m。尾(wei)(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)出(chu)(chu)口設尾(wei)(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)閘(zha)(zha)室(shi),閘(zha)(zha)室(shi)內(nei)設一道工作(zuo)閘(zha)(zha)門(men),閘(zha)(zha)門(men)孔口尺(chi)寸為(wei)(wei)9.5m×12.5m(寬×高)。閘(zha)(zha)底板高程為(wei)(wei)488m,尾(wei)(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)出(chu)(chu)口塔(ta)頂(ding)高程為(wei)(wei)540.50m。
地(di)下(xia)廠房(fang)洞(dong)(dong)室群布(bu)置于大壩左岸山(shan)體內,采用主(zhu)(zhu)廠房(fang)、主(zhu)(zhu)變洞(dong)(dong)兩(liang)大洞(dong)(dong)室平行(xing)布(bu)置的方式,廠房(fang)縱(zong)軸線方位為(wei)N79ºE,廠區樞紐建筑物主(zhu)(zhu)要由主(zhu)(zhu)廠房(fang)、副廠房(fang)、主(zhu)(zhu)變洞(dong)(dong)、母線洞(dong)(dong)、出(chu)線平洞(dong)(dong)、出(chu)線豎井、通風洞(dong)(dong)、排水廊道、廠變交(jiao)通洞(dong)(dong)、主(zhu)(zhu)變交(jiao)通洞(dong)(dong)、廠變交(jiao)通廊道等地(di)下(xia)洞(dong)(dong)室和地(di)面(mian)開(kai)關站組成(cheng)。
主廠(chang)房(fang)由(you)主機間(jian)和安(an)裝間(jian)組成,之間(jian)設2cm寬永久伸縮縫,廠(chang)房(fang)尺寸(cun)140.5m×24.9m×62.8m(長×寬×高(gao)),吊車梁以(yi)上開挖跨(kua)度(du)24.9m,以(yi)下(xia)23.3m,凈跨(kua)22.0m。廠(chang)內(nei)安(an)裝一臺2×325/50t的雙小車橋(qiao)式起重機,布置于巖(yan)壁(bi)吊車梁上,吊車軌頂高(gao)程531.00m,跨(kua)度(du)22.0m。
副廠房位于主(zhu)機間(jian)右側(ce),長19m,凈寬(kuan)與主(zhu)機間(jian)同寬(kuan)為22m。
母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)洞(dong)(dong)作(zuo)為連(lian)接(jie)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)間與主(zhu)(zhu)變室的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要電(dian)纜通道及設(she)備布置場地,共布置三條(tiao),每臺機(ji)組一條(tiao)。根據機(ji)電(dian)設(she)備布置的(de)要求(qiu),母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)洞(dong)(dong)底板高程為511.80m,與主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)間出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)層同高,凈斷(duan)面尺寸為7m×6.5m(寬×高),城(cheng)門洞(dong)(dong)型(xing),長度(du)均(jun)為40m,三條(tiao)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)洞(dong)(dong)中心距為24.5m。母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)洞(dong)(dong)內主(zhu)(zhu)要布置高壓(ya)(ya)廠用變、高壓(ya)(ya)開(kai)關柜(ju)、斷(duan)路(lu)器、離相封閉母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、PT柜(ju)及電(dian)纜等,并兼作(zuo)主(zhu)(zhu)廠房(fang)的(de)排風通道。
主變洞位于(yu)主廠房下游側40.0m處,與主廠房平行(xing)布置,斷面尺寸(cun)80.0m×15.3m×16.2m(長×寬×高),至下而(er)上共分(fen)為(wei)二(er)層。
地(di)面開關站布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)主變洞頂(ding)上的地(di)面緩(huan)坡(po)地(di)帶(dai),距壩軸線150m左右,底板(ban)高(gao)程(cheng)605.30m,平面尺寸(cun)(cun)80.0m×28.0m(長(chang)(chang)×寬(kuan)),主要(yao)布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)GIS樓(lou)、中控樓(lou)及(ji)出線設備等,GIS樓(lou)尺寸(cun)(cun)為35.0×15.0×21.9(長(chang)(chang)×寬(kuan)×高(gao)),中控樓(lou)尺寸(cun)(cun)為30.0×15.0×15.0(長(chang)(chang)×寬(kuan)×高(gao)),出線塔(ta)架(jia)布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)GIS樓(lou)屋頂(ding)。開關站有(you)永久(jiu)(jiu)公路通過,公路一端接下游永久(jiu)(jiu)大橋,另一端接左壩肩及(ji)進水口,途經廠壩電梯井(jing)。
