簡要介紹
察汗烏蘇水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)位于新疆維吾爾自治區巴音郭楞蒙古(gu)自治州(以下簡(jian)稱巴州)和(he)靜縣內的(de)(de)(de)開都(dou)河上(shang),是開都(dou)河中游河段(duan)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)規劃七個梯(ti)級中的(de)(de)(de)第五個電(dian)(dian)站(zhan),工(gong)程(cheng)樞紐主(zhu)要(yao)由趾(zhi)板建在(zai)覆蓋層上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)混凝(ning)土面(mian)板砂(sha)礫石壩、右(you)(you)岸表孔溢(yi)洪(hong)(hong)洞、右(you)(you)岸深孔泄(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞、右(you)(you)岸發(fa)電(dian)(dian)引水(shui)(shui)系(xi)統(包括引水(shui)(shui)渠(qu)、進(jin)水(shui)(shui)塔(ta)、引水(shui)(shui)隧洞、調壓井和(he)壓力鋼管(guan))、電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)廠房(fang)及開關站(zhan)等建筑(zhu)物組成(cheng)。工(gong)程(cheng)規模為大(2)型工(gong)程(cheng),安裝3臺110MW的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機組,總(zong)裝機330MW。
該電站以發(fa)電為主,兼有防洪效益(yi)。水(shui)庫大壩(ba)為混凝土(tu)面板(ban)砂礫石壩(ba)高110米(mi),壩(ba)底最大寬度約400米(mi)。為不完全年(nian)調節水(shui)庫。工程規模為大(Ⅱ)型(xing)工程。工程總投(tou)資(zi)為19.55億元(yuan)。開都河(he)察(cha)汗(han)烏蘇(su)水(shui)電站項(xiang)目于2005年(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)通過國家發(fa)展(zhan)和改革委員(yuan)會核準(發(fa)改能源(yuan)[2005]478號);2005年(nian)11月(yue)(yue)(yue)22日,實現河(he)道截(jie)流并(bing)舉(ju)行了開工典禮,主體工程正式(shi)開工;2007年(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)31日下閘蓄(xu)水(shui),2007年(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)22日首臺(tai)(tai)機組(zu)(zu)提(ti)前并(bing)網(wang)發(fa)電;2008年(nian)4月(yue)(yue)(yue)15日第二臺(tai)(tai)機組(zu)(zu)提(ti)前并(bing)網(wang)發(fa)電;2008年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)10日第三臺(tai)(tai)機組(zu)(zu)提(ti)前并(bing)網(wang)發(fa)電。
察汗烏蘇水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)工(gong)程是國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)體制改(gai)革后(hou)中國國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)集團公司在新(xin)疆開(kai)工(gong)建設的第一個(ge)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項目,2008年投產(chan)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)總裝機容量330MW,年發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量10.8億千(qian)瓦時,以發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為主,兼(jian)有(you)防(fang)洪(hong)、灌溉等綜合效益,具有(you)不完全年調節能力(li),將開(kai)都河(he)下(xia)游防(fang)洪(hong)標準(zhun)由20年一遇提高(gao)到50年一遇。察汗烏蘇水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)工(gong)程獲得(de)中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)建設協(xie)會頒發(fa)的“電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)工(gong)程質(zhi)量優質(zhi)工(gong)程獎”,其大壩墊層料移動邊墻施工(gong)技術取得(de)了國家專利(li)。
