簡介
白山水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)位于吉林省中部、第二松花江上(shang)。匯水(shui)面積1.9萬平方(fang)公里,年徑流量75.3億立(li)方(fang)米(mi)。庫(ku)(ku)容65.1億立(li)方(fang)米(mi),主(zhu)要(yao)用于發電。
第二松(song)花江流(liu)(liu)域(yu)屬大(da)陸性季風氣(qi)(qi)候區(qu)(qu)。白(bai)山水(shui)庫地區(qu)(qu)冬季漫長(chang)寒冷,夏季濕潤(run)多(duo)(duo)(duo)雨,四季分明。多(duo)(duo)(duo)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)4.3攝氏(shi)度,一般(ban)在(zai)11月(yue)上(shang)旬江面開始流(liu)(liu)冰。中下旬封(feng)(feng)江,直到次年(nian)(nian)4月(yue)上(shang)中旬開江,年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)封(feng)(feng)凍期長(chang)達(da)135天(tian),1970年(nian)(nian)實(shi)測最(zui)低氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)曾達(da)-44.5攝氏(shi)度。流(liu)(liu)域(yu)多(duo)(duo)(duo)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)年(nian)(nian)降水(shui)量(liang)800毫米(mi)左右,水(shui)庫壩址(zhi)處多(duo)(duo)(duo)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)239立(li)(li)方米(mi)每秒,多(duo)(duo)(duo)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)年(nian)(nian)徑(jing)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)7 5.3億立(li)(li)方米(mi)0 7-8月(yue)降水(shui)量(liang)占全(quan)年(nian)(nian)降水(shui)量(liang)的(de)47.1%。大(da)洪(hong)水(shui)多(duo)(duo)(duo)發生在(zai)8月(yue),洪(hong)峰(feng)過程具有峰(feng)高量(liang)大(da)、歷時短的(de)特點。1960年(nian)(nian)實(shi)測最(zui)大(da)洪(hong)峰(feng)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)11800立(li)(li)方米(mi)每秒,相應7天(tian)洪(hong)量(liang)19.4億立(li)(li)方米(mi),實(shi)測最(zui)小(xiao)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)9.25立(li)(li)方米(mi)每秒。庫區(qu)(qu)植被(bei)良好,江水(shui)含沙量(liang)較(jiao)小(xiao),年(nian)(nian)輸沙量(liang)僅105萬(wan)噸。
作用
白(bai)(bai)山(shan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫是以發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為主(zhu),兼顧防洪(hong)等綜合(he)利(li)用(yong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)工程,建成后(hou)在(zai)各方面均發(fa)(fa)揮了很(hen)好(hao)的(de)作用(yong)。首先,水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)充分發(fa)(fa)揮了調(diao)(diao)峰(feng)(feng)、調(diao)(diao)頻與事故(gu)備(bei)用(yong)的(de)作用(yong),為東(dong)北電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網科(ke)學調(diao)(diao)度與安全(quan)運行期(qi)發(fa)(fa)揮了積極的(de)作用(yong)。1984-1992年,白(bai)(bai)山(shan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)累計發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量為137億千瓦時,占東(dong)北電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量的(de)22.58%,占全(quan)網的(de)2.51%;白(bai)(bai)山(shan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)出力(li)的(de)92.6%都(dou)用(yong)在(zai)調(diao)(diao)峰(feng)(feng)上;承(cheng)擔(dan)全(quan)網調(diao)(diao)峰(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)的(de)18.5%,起到了主(zhu)導(dao)調(diao)(diao)峰(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)作用(yong)。其次,白(bai)(bai)山(shan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)是東(dong)北電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網事故(gu)備(bei)用(yong)的(de)理(li)想(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),在(zai)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)高峰(feng)(feng)期(qi),白(bai)(bai)山(shan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)約(yue)(yue)要(yao)擔(dan)負(fu)全(quan)網的(de)1/2的(de)備(bei)用(yong)容(rong)量,非(fei)高 峰(feng)(feng)時也要(yao)有條(tiao)件承(cheng)擔(dan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網一臺(tai)30兆(zhao)瓦機組(zu)的(de)事故(gu)備(bei)用(yong),年均 負(fu)載(zai)備(bei)用(yong)約(yue)(yue)150兆(zhao)瓦。
為進一(yi)步發揮白(bai)山、紅石與豐滿等三座大型水電(dian)站的聯(lian)合調度,特別(bie)是調峰作用,在白(bai)山電(dian)站現(xian)有(you)工程的基礎上建設了以紅石水庫為下(xia)庫的抽水蓄能電(dian)站,裝機2臺共300兆瓦,現(xian)已(yi)投入運行。
另(ling)外在(zai)防洪方(fang)面.為提高與(yu)豐滿水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)聯(lian)合調(diao)度的(de)(de)防洪作用(yong),白山水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)還預留(liu)了(le)4.5億立(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)錯峰(feng)庫(ku)(ku)容,小(xiao)于100年(nian)一(yi)遇洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)時,可使豐滿水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)下(xia)泄流(liu)量減(jian)少(shao)(shao)500~1000立(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)每(mei)秒,提高了(le)流(liu)域的(de)(de)防洪抗(kang)災效用(yong)。1986年(nian)汛期大水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),白山水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)的(de)(de)洪峰(feng)削減(jian)率達(da)78.4%,整個洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)期白山攔蓄洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)20.2億立(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi),極大地減(jian)輕了(le)洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)對下(xia)游特別是對哈(ha)(ha)爾濱(bin)(bin)市(shi)的(de)(de)威脅。1991年(nian)松花(hua)江大水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),8月上(shang)旬松花(hua)江出(chu)現了(le)緊(jin)張的(de)(de)汛情,8月中旬哈(ha)(ha)爾濱(bin)(bin)最大流(liu)量達(da)10800立(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)每(mei)秒,最高水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)高達(da)120.09米(mi)(mi),距堤頂(ding)只差20厘米(mi)(mi),豐滿水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)一(yi)直(zhi)保持出(chu)庫(ku)(ku)流(liu)量不超過(guo)3000立(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)每(mei)秒。為此(ci)白山水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)進行了(le)控泄,減(jian)少(shao)(shao)豐滿水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)壓力,實現了(le)與(yu)豐滿水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)的(de)(de)科學聯(lian)調(diao),在(zai)確(que)保白、豐兩庫(ku)(ku)調(diao)度安全的(de)(de)情況下(xia),大大緩解了(le)下(xia)游兩岸與(yu)哈(ha)(ha)爾濱(bin)(bin)市(shi)的(de)(de)防洪壓力。
紀實
1958年(nian)3月(yue)(yue)白山(shan)水電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)被列入第(di)(di)二個五(wu)年(nian)計劃(hua),1958年(nian)10月(yue)(yue)開工(gong)建設。1962年(nian)6月(yue)(yue),白山(shan)水電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)緩建。至此,工(gong)程已(yi)經完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)左岸導流洞的施(shi)工(gong)導洞,右岸修建了木(mu)籠圍堰及臨 時建筑(zhu)。1975年(nian)工(gong)程復工(gong),同(tong)年(nian)5月(yue)(yue)1日(ri),白山(shan)水電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)主體工(gong)程開始施(shi)工(gong),至1982年(nian)11月(yue)(yue)1 6日(ri),導流底(di)孔9米×21米閘(zha)門下閘(zha),水庫開始蓄水,1983年(nian)12月(yue)(yue)30日(ri),第(di)(di)一臺300 兆瓦(wa)水輪(lun)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)組正式并網發(fa)電(dian),第(di)(di)二臺和(he)(he)第(di)(di)三(san)臺各300兆水輪(lun)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)組于(yu)1984年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)和(he)(he)12月(yue)(yue)正式并網發(fa)電(dian)。1986年(nian)年(nian)底(di)1982電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)第(di)(di)一期(qi)工(gong)程完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)。
白山(shan)水(shui)庫工程(cheng)在設計和施(shi)工中選(xuan)用的(de)(de)單曲三心圓混凝土重(zhong)力(li)拱壩,高(gao)(gao)、深孔相(xiang)間布置,挑流(liu)水(shui)舌互相(xiang)穿射、橫向(xiang)擴 散、縱向(xiang)分層的(de)(de)三維綜(zong)合(he)(he)消能的(de)(de)泄洪設施(shi)、在300兆(zhao)瓦水(shui)輪發 電機組上采(cai)用靜(jing)止式可控硅自并激勵磁系統、220千伏(fu)高(gao)(gao)壓設備采(cai)用六氟(fu)化硫(liu)全封閉(bi)組合(he)(he)電器(qi)等技術,在當時的(de)(de)水(shui)電建(jian)設中是非(fei)常先(xian)進的(de)(de),為(wei)中國(guo)水(shui)電建(jian)設史寫(xie)下了光輝的(de)(de)一筆。
