簡介
白(bai)山水庫位(wei)于吉林省中(zhong)部、第二松花江上。匯(hui)水面積(ji)1.9萬平方(fang)公里,年徑流量(liang)75.3億立方(fang)米(mi)。庫容65.1億立方(fang)米(mi),主要用于發電。
第二松花江流(liu)域(yu)屬大(da)(da)陸性(xing)季(ji)風氣候區(qu)。白(bai)山水庫(ku)地區(qu)冬季(ji)漫長寒(han)冷,夏季(ji)濕潤多(duo)雨,四(si)季(ji)分明。多(duo)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均氣溫4.3攝(she)氏度,一般(ban)在11月上旬江面開始(shi)流(liu)冰(bing)。中(zhong)下旬封江,直到次年(nian)(nian)4月上中(zhong)旬開江,年(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均封凍(dong)期長達135天,1970年(nian)(nian)實測(ce)最(zui)低氣溫曾達-44.5攝(she)氏度。流(liu)域(yu)多(duo)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均年(nian)(nian)降水量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)800毫(hao)米左右,水庫(ku)壩址處多(duo)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)239立(li)方(fang)(fang)米每(mei)秒(miao),多(duo)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均年(nian)(nian)徑流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)7 5.3億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米0 7-8月降水量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)占全年(nian)(nian)降水量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)47.1%。大(da)(da)洪(hong)(hong)水多(duo)發生在8月,洪(hong)(hong)峰過(guo)程(cheng)具有峰高量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)大(da)(da)、歷時短的(de)特點。1960年(nian)(nian)實測(ce)最(zui)大(da)(da)洪(hong)(hong)峰流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)11800立(li)方(fang)(fang)米每(mei)秒(miao),相應7天洪(hong)(hong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)19.4億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米,實測(ce)最(zui)小(xiao)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)9.25立(li)方(fang)(fang)米每(mei)秒(miao)。庫(ku)區(qu)植(zhi)被(bei)良好,江水含沙(sha)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)較小(xiao),年(nian)(nian)輸沙(sha)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)僅105萬噸(dun)。
作用
白(bai)(bai)山(shan)水(shui)庫(ku)是(shi)以發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為主,兼顧(gu)防洪等(deng)綜合(he)利(li)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)利(li)工程,建成后在各方面均發(fa)揮了(le)很好的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。首先,水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)充分發(fa)揮了(le)調峰(feng)(feng)、調頻與(yu)事故備用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong),為東(dong)北(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)科學調度與(yu)安全(quan)運行期發(fa)揮了(le)積極(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。1984-1992年,白(bai)(bai)山(shan)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)累計發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)為137億千瓦(wa)(wa)時(shi),占(zhan)東(dong)北(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)22.58%,占(zhan)全(quan)網(wang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)2.51%;白(bai)(bai)山(shan)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)出力的(de)(de)(de)(de)92.6%都用(yong)在調峰(feng)(feng)上(shang);承擔全(quan)網(wang)調峰(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力的(de)(de)(de)(de)18.5%,起(qi)到了(le)主導調峰(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。其次,白(bai)(bai)山(shan)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)東(dong)北(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)事故備用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)想電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan),在用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)高(gao)峰(feng)(feng)期,白(bai)(bai)山(shan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)約要擔負全(quan)網(wang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)1/2的(de)(de)(de)(de)備用(yong)容量(liang)(liang),非高(gao) 峰(feng)(feng)時(shi)也要有條件(jian)承擔電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)一臺30兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦(wa)(wa)機組的(de)(de)(de)(de)事故備用(yong),年均 負載備用(yong)約150兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦(wa)(wa)。
為進一步發揮白山、紅石與豐(feng)滿等三座大型水(shui)電(dian)站的(de)聯(lian)合調度(du),特(te)別是(shi)調峰作用,在(zai)白山電(dian)站現有工程的(de)基礎上建設了(le)以紅石水(shui)庫為下(xia)庫的(de)抽水(shui)蓄能電(dian)站,裝機2臺共300兆瓦(wa),現已投入運行。
另外在(zai)防(fang)洪方(fang)(fang)面.為(wei)(wei)提高與(yu)(yu)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)滿水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)聯合(he)調度的(de)(de)防(fang)洪作用,白(bai)(bai)(bai)山水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)還預(yu)留(liu)了4.5億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)錯峰(feng)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)容,小于100年(nian)一遇洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)時,可使(shi)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)滿水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)下泄流量(liang)減(jian)少500~1000立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)每秒,提高了流域的(de)(de)防(fang)洪抗災(zai)效用。1986年(nian)汛期大水(shui)(shui)(shui),白(bai)(bai)(bai)山水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)的(de)(de)洪峰(feng)削(xue)減(jian)率達78.4%,整(zheng)個洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)期白(bai)(bai)(bai)山攔蓄洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)20.2億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi),極大地(di)減(jian)輕了洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)對下游特(te)別是對哈爾(er)濱市(shi)的(de)(de)威脅。1991年(nian)松花江大水(shui)(shui)(shui),8月(yue)上旬松花江出現了緊張的(de)(de)汛情,8月(yue)中旬哈爾(er)濱最大流量(liang)達10800立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)每秒,最高水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)高達120.09米(mi),距堤頂只(zhi)差20厘米(mi),豐(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)滿水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)一直保持出庫(ku)(ku)(ku)流量(liang)不超過3000立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)每秒。為(wei)(wei)此白(bai)(bai)(bai)山水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)進行了控泄,減(jian)少豐(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)滿水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)壓力,實現了與(yu)(yu)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)滿水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)的(de)(de)科(ke)學聯調,在(zai)確保白(bai)(bai)(bai)、豐(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)兩(liang)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)調度安(an)全的(de)(de)情況下,大大緩(huan)解了下游兩(liang)岸(an)與(yu)(yu)哈爾(er)濱市(shi)的(de)(de)防(fang)洪壓力。
紀實
1958年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)白(bai)山水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站被列入第二個五年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)計劃,1958年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)開工建(jian)設。1962年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)6月(yue)(yue)(yue),白(bai)山水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站緩建(jian)。至此,工程已經完成左岸(an)導流洞的(de)施工導洞,右岸(an)修(xiu)建(jian)了(le)木籠圍(wei)堰及臨 時建(jian)筑(zhu)。1975年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)工程復工,同年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)1日,白(bai)山水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站主體工程開始施工,至1982年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)11月(yue)(yue)(yue)1 6日,導流底孔9米×21米閘門下閘,水(shui)庫開始蓄水(shui),1983年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)30日,第一臺300 兆(zhao)瓦(wa)水(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機組正(zheng)式(shi)并(bing)網(wang)發(fa)電(dian)(dian),第二臺和第三臺各300兆(zhao)水(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機組于1984年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)和12月(yue)(yue)(yue)正(zheng)式(shi)并(bing)網(wang)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)。1986年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)底1982電(dian)(dian)站第一期(qi)工程完成。
白山(shan)水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)工程在設(she)(she)計和施工中(zhong)選用(yong)的(de)(de)單曲三(san)心圓(yuan)混凝土重力拱壩,高、深孔相間布(bu)置,挑流水(shui)(shui)舌互相穿射、橫向擴 散、縱向分(fen)層(ceng)的(de)(de)三(san)維綜合消能的(de)(de)泄洪設(she)(she)施、在300兆瓦水(shui)(shui)輪發 電機組上采用(yong)靜(jing)止(zhi)式可控(kong)硅(gui)自(zi)并(bing)激勵磁系統、220千(qian)伏高壓設(she)(she)備采用(yong)六(liu)氟化(hua)硫(liu)全封閉(bi)組合電器等技術,在當時(shi)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)電建(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)是非常先進的(de)(de),為中(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)電建(jian)設(she)(she)史寫下了(le)光輝的(de)(de)一(yi)筆。
