簡介
回龍(long)山水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)位于渾江干流(liu)中下(xia)游,距上游桓仁水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)44km,距下(xia)游太平哨水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)35.6km。壩址以上控制流(liu)域面積12506平方(fang)公里(li),多年(nian)(nian)平均入(ru)庫(ku)(ku)流(liu)179.3立(li)方(fang)米/秒。本工(gong)程(cheng)正常蓄水(shui)位為221.0m,死水(shui)位219.0m,設(she)計洪(hong)水(shui)位221.7m,校(xiao)核洪(hong)水(shui)位223.8m。總庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)1.23億立(li)方(fang)米,調節(jie)庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)0.18億立(li)方(fang)米,為日(ri)調節(jie)水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)。主體(ti)工(gong)程(cheng)于1969年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)15日(ri)開工(gong),1972年(nian)(nian)9月(yue)27日(ri)下(xia)閘蓄水(shui),回龍(long)山水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)以發電(dian)(dian)為主,裝機2臺,總容(rong)量72.0MW,多年(nian)(nian)平均發電(dian)(dian)量2.74億kw·h,保證出力18.0MW,1977年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)竣工(gong)驗收移交(jiao)。
水庫參數
回龍河(he)是(shi)一座(zuo)“以灌溉為(wei)主,兼有一定(ding)防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)錯(cuo)峰作用(yong),及(ji)可(ke)利用(yong)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)進行發電”的中型水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku),總庫(ku)容1340萬m。根據(ju)國(guo)家(jia)《防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)標(biao)準》(DB50201-94)及(ji)《水(shui)(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)(shui)電樞紐(niu)工(gong)程(cheng)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)劃分及(ji)洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)準》(DL5180-2003)的規定(ding),回龍河(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)樞紐(niu)工(gong)程(cheng)等(deng)別為(wei)Ⅲ等(deng),主要(yao)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu):攔河(he)壩、溢洪(hong)(hong)道(dao)、輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞為(wei)3級(ji)(ji)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu);次要(yao)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)為(wei)4級(ji)(ji);臨時建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu):上、下游圍堰(yan)為(wei)5級(ji)(ji)。南、北(bei)干(gan)渠(qu)取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)按(an)4級(ji)(ji)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)設計(ji)(ji),次要(yao)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)按(an)5級(ji)(ji)設計(ji)(ji),北(bei)干(gan)渠(qu)渠(qu)道(dao)、南干(gan)渠(qu)渠(qu)道(dao)和渠(qu)系建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)按(an)5級(ji)(ji)設計(ji)(ji)。
回(hui)龍河設計(ji)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)高(gao)程1756.10m,主(zhu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)49m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)長(chang)(chang)度183m,副壩(ba)(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)5m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)長(chang)(chang)度40m。1000年(nian)一(yi)遇的校核洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)為1754.36m,最大下泄流量33.8m/s,總庫容為1340萬m,灌溉面積5.4萬畝。主(zhu)要建筑物洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)準:樞(shu)紐區(qu)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、溢洪(hong)道、輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞按50年(nian)一(yi)遇設計(ji),1000年(nian)一(yi)遇校核,消(xiao)能防沖按30年(nian)一(yi)遇設計(ji);渠道取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口按10年(nian)一(yi)遇設計(ji),30年(nian)一(yi)遇校核。渠道取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)準按10年(nian)一(yi)遇設計(ji),30年(nian)一(yi)遇校核。樞(shu)紐建筑物由攔河大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、副壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、溢洪(hong)道和導(dao)流輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞組(zu)成。攔河大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)為粘土心(xin)墻(qiang)分區(qu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)軸(zhou)線長(chang)(chang)183m;副壩(ba)(ba)(ba)為均質土壩(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)軸(zhou)線長(chang)(chang)40m。溢洪(hong)道為有閘控制(zhi),布置于大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)左壩(ba)(ba)(ba)肩,全(quan)(quan)長(chang)(chang)249m。導(dao)流輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞布置于左岸(an),輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞與導(dao)流洞相結合,輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞為無壓隧洞,全(quan)(quan)長(chang)(chang)333.62m,采用(yong) “龍抬頭”的型式(shi)連接導(dao)流洞。
