回龍(long)山水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)位(wei)于(yu)渾江干流中下(xia)游(you)(you),距上(shang)游(you)(you)桓仁(ren)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)44km,距下(xia)游(you)(you)太(tai)平哨水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)站35.6km。壩址以上(shang)控制(zhi)流域面積(ji)12506平方(fang)公(gong)里,多(duo)年平均入庫(ku)流179.3立方(fang)米/秒(miao)。本工(gong)(gong)程正常蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)為(wei)221.0m,死水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)219.0m,設計洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)221.7m,校核洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)223.8m。總(zong)庫(ku)容1.23億(yi)立方(fang)米,調節庫(ku)容0.18億(yi)立方(fang)米,為(wei)日(ri)調節水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)。主體工(gong)(gong)程于(yu)1969年5月(yue)15日(ri)開(kai)工(gong)(gong),1972年9月(yue)27日(ri)下(xia)閘蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),回龍(long)山水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)站以發電(dian)為(wei)主,裝機2臺,總(zong)容量72.0MW,多(duo)年平均發電(dian)量2.74億(yi)kw·h,保(bao)證出力(li)18.0MW,1977年10月(yue)竣工(gong)(gong)驗收移交(jiao)。
水庫參數
回龍河是一(yi)座“以灌(guan)溉為主,兼有一(yi)定防(fang)洪(hong)錯峰作用,及可(ke)利(li)用供水(shui)進行(xing)發電”的(de)中型水(shui)庫,總庫容1340萬m。根據國家《防(fang)洪(hong)標準》(DB50201-94)及《水(shui)利(li)水(shui)電樞(shu)紐工程(cheng)等(deng)級(ji)劃分及洪(hong)水(shui)標準》(DL5180-2003)的(de)規定,回龍河水(shui)庫樞(shu)紐工程(cheng)等(deng)別為Ⅲ等(deng),主要(yao)(yao)建(jian)筑物:攔河壩、溢(yi)洪(hong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)、輸水(shui)隧洞為3級(ji)建(jian)筑物;次(ci)要(yao)(yao)建(jian)筑物為4級(ji);臨時建(jian)筑物:上、下游圍堰為5級(ji)。南、北干渠取水(shui)口按4級(ji)建(jian)筑物設(she)計(ji),次(ci)要(yao)(yao)建(jian)筑物按5級(ji)設(she)計(ji),北干渠渠道(dao)(dao)(dao)、南干渠渠道(dao)(dao)(dao)和渠系建(jian)筑物按5級(ji)設(she)計(ji)。
回龍(long)河設計壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)高(gao)程1756.10m,主壩(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)高(gao)49m,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)長(chang)(chang)度183m,副壩(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)高(gao)5m,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)長(chang)(chang)度40m。1000年(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu)的校(xiao)核洪(hong)(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)位為(wei)1754.36m,最大下(xia)泄(xie)流量(liang)33.8m/s,總庫容為(wei)1340萬m,灌溉面積5.4萬畝。主要建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)準:樞紐區大壩(ba)(ba)、溢洪(hong)(hong)(hong)道(dao)(dao)、輸(shu)(shu)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞按(an)50年(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu)設計,1000年(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu)校(xiao)核,消能防沖按(an)30年(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu)設計;渠道(dao)(dao)取(qu)水(shui)(shui)口按(an)10年(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu)設計,30年(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu)校(xiao)核。渠道(dao)(dao)取(qu)水(shui)(shui)口洪(hong)(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)準按(an)10年(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu)設計,30年(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu)校(xiao)核。樞紐建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)由攔河大壩(ba)(ba)、副壩(ba)(ba)、溢洪(hong)(hong)(hong)道(dao)(dao)和導流輸(shu)(shu)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞組成(cheng)。攔河大壩(ba)(ba)為(wei)粘土(tu)心墻(qiang)分區壩(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)軸(zhou)線(xian)長(chang)(chang)183m;副壩(ba)(ba)為(wei)均質(zhi)土(tu)壩(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)軸(zhou)線(xian)長(chang)(chang)40m。溢洪(hong)(hong)(hong)道(dao)(dao)為(wei)有閘(zha)控制,布置于大壩(ba)(ba)左(zuo)壩(ba)(ba)肩,全(quan)長(chang)(chang)249m。導流輸(shu)(shu)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞布置于左(zuo)岸(an),輸(shu)(shu)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞與導流洞相結合,輸(shu)(shu)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞為(wei)無壓隧(sui)(sui)洞,全(quan)長(chang)(chang)333.62m,采用 “龍(long)抬頭”的型式連接導流洞。
