簡介
回龍(long)山(shan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)位于(yu)渾江干(gan)流(liu)中下游,距上游桓仁水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)44km,距下游太平(ping)哨水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站35.6km。壩址以上控制流(liu)域面積12506平(ping)方公里(li),多年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均入庫(ku)流(liu)179.3立方米(mi)/秒。本(ben)工程正常蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)位為(wei)(wei)221.0m,死水(shui)(shui)(shui)位219.0m,設計洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)位221.7m,校(xiao)核洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)位223.8m。總(zong)庫(ku)容1.23億立方米(mi),調節庫(ku)容0.18億立方米(mi),為(wei)(wei)日(ri)(ri)(ri)調節水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)。主體工程于(yu)1969年(nian)(nian)5月15日(ri)(ri)(ri)開工,1972年(nian)(nian)9月27日(ri)(ri)(ri)下閘蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui),回龍(long)山(shan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站以發(fa)電為(wei)(wei)主,裝機(ji)2臺,總(zong)容量72.0MW,多年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均發(fa)電量2.74億kw·h,保(bao)證出力18.0MW,1977年(nian)(nian)10月竣工驗(yan)收移交(jiao)。
水庫參數
回(hui)龍河(he)(he)是一座“以灌溉為(wei)主(zhu),兼有一定(ding)防洪(hong)錯峰作用,及可利用供(gong)水(shui)進行發電”的(de)中型水(shui)庫,總(zong)庫容1340萬m。根(gen)據國家《防洪(hong)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)》(DB50201-94)及《水(shui)利水(shui)電樞紐工程(cheng)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)劃分及洪(hong)水(shui)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)》(DL5180-2003)的(de)規定(ding),回(hui)龍河(he)(he)水(shui)庫樞紐工程(cheng)等(deng)別為(wei)Ⅲ等(deng),主(zhu)要(yao)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu):攔(lan)河(he)(he)壩、溢洪(hong)道、輸水(shui)隧洞為(wei)3級(ji)(ji)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu);次(ci)要(yao)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)為(wei)4級(ji)(ji);臨(lin)時建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu):上、下游圍堰為(wei)5級(ji)(ji)。南、北干渠(qu)取水(shui)口(kou)按4級(ji)(ji)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)設計,次(ci)要(yao)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)按5級(ji)(ji)設計,北干渠(qu)渠(qu)道、南干渠(qu)渠(qu)道和渠(qu)系建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)按5級(ji)(ji)設計。
回龍河(he)設(she)計(ji)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)高(gao)(gao)程1756.10m,主壩(ba)(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)(gao)49m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)長(chang)(chang)度183m,副壩(ba)(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)(gao)5m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)長(chang)(chang)度40m。1000年一(yi)遇(yu)的校(xiao)(xiao)核洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位為(wei)(wei)1754.36m,最大下泄流(liu)量33.8m/s,總庫容為(wei)(wei)1340萬(wan)m,灌(guan)溉(gai)面積5.4萬(wan)畝。主要建(jian)筑物洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)準(zhun):樞(shu)紐區大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、溢洪(hong)道、輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)(dong)按50年一(yi)遇(yu)設(she)計(ji),1000年一(yi)遇(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)核,消能防沖(chong)按30年一(yi)遇(yu)設(she)計(ji);渠(qu)道取水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口按10年一(yi)遇(yu)設(she)計(ji),30年一(yi)遇(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)核。渠(qu)道取水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)準(zhun)按10年一(yi)遇(yu)設(she)計(ji),30年一(yi)遇(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)核。樞(shu)紐建(jian)筑物由(you)攔河(he)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、副壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、溢洪(hong)道和導流(liu)輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)(dong)組(zu)成。攔河(he)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)(wei)粘(zhan)土(tu)心墻(qiang)分區壩(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)軸線長(chang)(chang)183m;副壩(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)(wei)均質土(tu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)軸線長(chang)(chang)40m。溢洪(hong)道為(wei)(wei)有(you)閘控制,布(bu)置于(yu)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)左(zuo)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)肩,全長(chang)(chang)249m。導流(liu)輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)(dong)布(bu)置于(yu)左(zuo)岸(an),輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)(dong)與導流(liu)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)相結合(he),輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)(dong)為(wei)(wei)無壓隧洞(dong)(dong)(dong),全長(chang)(chang)333.62m,采用 “龍抬頭(tou)”的型(xing)式連接導流(liu)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)。
