功能作用
東(dong)江水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)是一(yi)個以(yi)(yi)發電(dian)(dian)為(wei)主(zhu),兼有(you)防洪、航運、城鎮工業(ye)(ye)及生活用水(shui)(shui)(shui)等(deng)綜合(he)利用的(de)大(da)型水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)工程。水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)壩(ba)高(gao)庫(ku)(ku)大(da),調(diao)(diao)節性(xing)能好。總庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)91.5億立(li)米(mi),當正常高(gao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位285 米(mi)時,相應庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)有(you) 81.2億立(li)米(mi)(其(qi)中有(you)效(xiao)庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)56.7億立(li)米(mi))。庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)系數1.25,為(wei)多(duo)年調(diao)(diao)節水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)。電(dian)(dian)站多(duo)年平均發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)13.2億千瓦(wa)小時,在華(hua)中電(dian)(dian)力系統中主(zhu)要擔(dan)負調(diao)(diao)峰任務;水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)建成后(hou)可(ke)使耒水(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)游(you)1.07萬(wan)畝農田免除洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)危(wei)害,同時可(ke)以(yi)(yi)提高(gao)下(xia)游(you)已(yi)建白漁潭、遙田等(deng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站的(de)保證出力和京廣鐵路的(de)防洪標準;水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)回水(shui)(shui)(shui)總長 150公里對(dui)改善上下(xia)游(you)航運都十分(fen)有(you)利。為(wei)避(bi)免機(ji)組(zu)停機(ji)或長時間低負荷運行影響(xiang)下(xia)游(you)工農業(ye)(ye)用水(shui)(shui)(shui),在其(qi)下(xia)游(you)9 公里處修建一(yi)座小東(dong)江水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站,進(jin)行反調(diao)(diao)節。
建設時間
東江水庫(ku)工(gong)(gong)程曾于1958年(nian)動工(gong)(gong),至(zhi)1961年(nian)初停建(jian)。1978年(nian)4月復(fu)工(gong)(gong),1980年(nian)11月截流合龍,1986年(nian)8月下閘蓄水,1987年(nian)11月第一臺機投(tou)產(chan)發電,1992年(nian)樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)程全(quan)面竣工(gong)(gong)。
