水(shui)(shui)(shui)布埡水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)樞(shu)紐工(gong)程(cheng)由長(chang)江(jiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)委員(yuan)會長(chang)江(jiang)勘測規(gui)劃(hua)設計(ji)研究院勘測、設計(ji),壩址位(wei)于(yu)巴東(dong)縣境(jing)內(nei),上距恩施市117km,下(xia)(xia)距隔河(he)(he)巖(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)樞(shu)紐92km,是(shi)清(qing)江(jiang)梯級開發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)龍頭樞(shu)紐。水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)正常蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)400m,相應(ying)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)容(rong)43.12億(yi)(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)米,總(zong)45.8億(yi)(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)米庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)容(rong),裝機容(rong)量1600MW,是(shi)以發(fa)電(dian)(dian)、防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)、航(hang)運為(wei)主(zhu),并(bing)兼顧其(qi)他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)樞(shu)紐工(gong)程(cheng)。據(ju)初步(bu)測算,水(shui)(shui)(shui)布埡電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)投產(chan)后,將(jiang)顯著增加清(qing)江(jiang)下(xia)(xia)游已建(jian)隔河(he)(he)巖(yan)(yan)和(he)高(gao)壩洲兩座(zuo)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)峰(feng)(feng)調(diao)頻能力(li),屆(jie)時(shi)清(qing)江(jiang)流域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)3座(zuo)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(水(shui)(shui)(shui)布埡、隔河(he)(he)巖(yan)(yan)、高(gao)壩洲)將(jiang)可承擔(dan)華中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)10%左右的(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)峰(feng)(feng)任務(wu),清(qing)江(jiang)流域(yu)成為(wei)華中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)清(qing)潔、可靠的(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)峰(feng)(feng)調(diao)頻電(dian)(dian)源基地。水(shui)(shui)(shui)布埡水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)是(shi)長(chang)江(jiang)中(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)(xia)游防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)體系的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要組(zu)成部分,水(shui)(shui)(shui)布埡水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)預(yu)留的(de)(de)(de)(de)5億(yi)(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)米防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)容(rong)與隔河(he)(he)巖(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)已預(yu)留的(de)(de)(de)(de)5億(yi)(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)米防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)容(rong)聯合調(diao)度運行,可有效(xiao)減輕荊江(jiang)河(he)(he)段的(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)壓力(li),提高(gao)長(chang)江(jiang)中(zhong)(zhong)下(xia)(xia)游地區(qu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)標準(zhun)。

簡介
水(shui)布埡水(shui)利(li)樞紐(niu)工程(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)等大(da)(da)型水(shui)利(li)水(shui)電工程(cheng)(cheng)。主體(ti)建筑(zhu)物有(you):混凝土(tu)面(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)堆石壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、河岸式溢(yi)洪(hong)道、右岸地下式電站(zhan)廠房和放空洞等。水(shui)布埡水(shui)利(li)樞紐(niu)混凝土(tu)面(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)堆石壩(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)目前世(shi)界上(shang)最高(gao)的(de)面(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)壩(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)409m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)軸線(xian)長660m,最大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)233m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)寬(kuan)(kuan)12m。大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)上(shang)游(you)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)坡(po)1:1.4,下游(you)平(ping)均壩(ba)(ba)(ba)坡(po)1:1.4。大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)填筑(zhu)量包括上(shang)游(you)鋪蓋在內共1526萬立方(fang)米。面(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)厚0.3m-1.1m,受壓區(qu)面(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)寬(kuan)(kuan)16.0m,受拉區(qu)寬(kuan)(kuan)8.0m,面(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)面(mian)積13.84萬平(ping)方(fang)米。趾(zhi)板(ban)(ban)(ban)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)前設標準(zhun)板(ban)(ban)(ban),下接(jie)防(fang)(fang)滲板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)結(jie)構型式,標準(zhun)板(ban)(ban)(ban)寬(kuan)(kuan)6m-8m,厚0.6m-1.2m。防(fang)(fang)滲板(ban)(ban)(ban)寬(kuan)(kuan)4m-12m,趾(zhi)板(ban)(ban)(ban)與基巖間設有(you)錨筋聯接(jie)。周邊縫結(jie)構在高(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)275m以下采(cai)用(yong)(yong)底(di)、中、頂(ding)三(san)道止(zhi)(zhi)水(shui),高(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)275m以上(shang)取(qu)消中部止(zhi)(zhi)水(shui),設底(di)、頂(ding)兩道止(zhi)(zhi)水(shui);面(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)垂(chui)直縫設有(you)底(di)、頂(ding)兩道止(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)。
環境
河(he)岸(an)式溢洪(hong)道布置在左(zuo)岸(an),由(you)引水(shui)渠、控制段(duan)(duan)、泄槽段(duan)(duan)(含(han)(han)挑流(liu)鼻(bi)坎(kan))和下游(you)防(fang)沖段(duan)(duan)組(zu)成。下游(you)防(fang)沖段(duan)(duan)采用(yong)防(fang)淘(tao)墻(qiang)的結構型(xing)式。放(fang)空(kong)洞(dong)(dong)布置在右岸(an),其主要作(zuo)用(yong)為(wei)(wei)(wei)水(shui)庫放(fang)空(kong),中、后期(qi)導流(liu)和施工期(qi)向(xiang)下游(you)供水(shui)等。由(you)引水(shui)渠、有(you)壓(ya)洞(dong)(dong)(含(han)(han)喇叭口)、事(shi)故檢(jian)修閘門(men)(men)井、工作(zuo)閘門(men)(men)室、無(wu)壓(ya)洞(dong)(dong)、交通洞(dong)(dong)、通氣洞(dong)(dong)以(yi)及(ji)出口段(duan)(duan)(含(han)(han)挑流(liu)鼻(bi)坎(kan))等組(zu)成。有(you)壓(ya)洞(dong)(dong)長(chang)530.24m,洞(dong)(dong)徑(jing)11.0m-9.0m。無(wu)壓(ya)洞(dong)(dong)段(duan)(duan)長(chang)532.63m,底板坡度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)i=0.2-0.055,洞(dong)(dong)室凈空(kong)尺寸為(wei)(wei)(wei)7.2m×12.0m,為(wei)(wei)(wei)城門(men)(men)洞(dong)(dong)型(xing)。
引水(shui)(shui)(shui)式地下電站(zhan),布置于壩址NE30°河段(duan)的(de)右岸(an)山(shan)體內,電站(zhan)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)4臺混流式水(shui)(shui)(shui)輪發電機(ji)(ji)組(zu),單機(ji)(ji)容量(liang)400MW,總裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)容量(liang)1600MW。保證出力310MW,每年平均(jun)發電量(liang)39.2×108KW·H。電站(zhan)建筑物(wu)包括(kuo):引水(shui)(shui)(shui)渠、進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口、引水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)、主廠房(fang)(fang)、安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)場、母線(xian)洞(dong)、尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)洞(dong)、尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)平臺、尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)渠、500kV變電所(suo)、交通洞(dong)、通風洞(dong)和廠外(wai)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)洞(dong)等(deng)。引水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)采用(yong)一(yi)機(ji)(ji)一(yi)洞(dong),平均(jun)長(chang)387.9m,圓形斷面內徑為(wei)8.5m-6.9m;地下廠房(fang)(fang)尺寸為(wei)168.5m×23m×67m(長(chang)×寬×高(gao)),裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)高(gao)程187.2m;尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)洞(dong)亦采用(yong)一(yi)機(ji)(ji)一(yi)洞(dong),平均(jun)長(chang)313.18m,圓形斷面內徑為(wei)11.3m。

水布埡水利(li)樞紐(niu)兩(liang)岸地(di)形陡峻,庫首近(jin)壩地(di)段及壩區(qu)環(huan)境地(di)質問題(ti)比較(jiao)復雜,壩址區(qu)環(huan)境地(di)質條(tiao)件(jian)較(jiao)差,有(you)較(jiao)多的(de)危(wei)巖體廣泛分布,在這種地(di)形地(di)質條(tiao)件(jian)下,修建230多米(mi)高的(de)大壩,長江委(wei)設計院進行了多項(xiang)專題(ti)研究(jiu),主要有(you):
研究
砼(tong)面板(ban)堆石(shi)壩與心墻(qiang)堆石(shi)壩兩種壩型的比選研究
國(guo)外已(yi)有多座200m-300m左右的心墻堆石(shi)壩(ba)建設(she)經驗(yan),在(zai)中(zhong)國(guo)建設(she)227m的高心墻堆石(shi)壩(ba)還屬首次,通(tong)過大(da)量的筑壩(ba)材(cai)料室內試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),現場碾壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)以及壩(ba)體應力(li)應變,水力(li)劈裂和滲(shen)流控(kong)制等分(fen)析研究論(lun)證(zheng),在(zai)采取適當工(gong)程措施后技術上是可行的。
砼(tong)面板(ban)(ban)堆石(shi)(shi)壩在(zai)(zai)國內(nei)均(jun)有較快發展,但要(yao)修建當今世界最高(gao)的(de)233m的(de)砼(tong)面板(ban)(ban)堆石(shi)(shi)壩具有一定的(de)難(nan)度,通過筑壩材料特性,堆石(shi)(shi)體變(bian)形控制,壩體應力應變(bian)分析,面板(ban)(ban)砼(tong)的(de)防裂與耐久性,周(zhou)邊縫的(de)止水材料和結(jie)構型式等(deng)研(yan)究表明,在(zai)(zai)采取適當的(de)工程措施后技術上是可行的(de)。
滑坡治理
庫首近壩地(di)(di)段大(da)壩上游(you)河段9km范圍內分(fen)(fen)布有(you)18個(ge)(ge)滑(hua)坡(po)(po)(po)組成的(de)滑(hua)坡(po)(po)(po)群體,總方(fang)量8342萬立方(fang)米,5個(ge)(ge)危巖(yan)體總方(fang)量357萬 立方(fang)米,1個(ge)(ge)穩定性差的(de)斜(xie)坡(po)(po)(po),方(fang)量為(wei)385萬立方(fang)米。壩后滑(hua)坡(po)(po)(po),在大(da)壩下游(you)分(fen)(fen)布有(you)大(da)巖(yan)淌、馬巖(yan)灣、臺子上、古樹包四個(ge)(ge)大(da)滑(hua)坡(po)(po)(po),設計研究分(fen)(fen)別采(cai)用(yong)開挖減載,地(di)(di)下地(di)(di)表排(pai)水(shui),前緣護(hu)(hu)坡(po)(po)(po)、抗滑(hua)支擋等(deng)措(cuo)施。右岸(an)峽(xia)口馬崖高陡自然(ran)邊坡(po)(po)(po),坡(po)(po)(po)高達360余米,巖(yan)性為(wei)上硬下軟(ruan)(ruan),且(qie)上部硬巖(yan)中(zhong)還夾(jia)(jia)有(you)多層軟(ruan)(ruan)弱夾(jia)(jia)層,處理措(cuo)施為(wei)卸荷開挖,邊坡(po)(po)(po)錨固,坡(po)(po)(po)面噴(pen)護(hu)(hu),排(pai)水(shui)坡(po)(po)(po)腳護(hu)(hu)岸(an)等(deng)。
軟巖成洞問題
由于壩(ba)型為當地材料壩(ba),故地下洞室相(xiang)對較多,壩(ba)址區巖(yan)體中的軟(ruan)(ruan)層(ceng)甚多,如泥盆系寫經寺組,二迭系馬鞍組與(yu)棲霞組─極(ji)薄層(ceng)含泥質生物(wu)碎(sui)屑灰巖(yan)、泥巖(yan)、泥灰巖(yan)及頁巖(yan)等均屬軟(ruan)(ruan)巖(yan)。軟(ruan)(ruan)巖(yan)大多遭受(shou)了不同程度的剪切破壞,工程性(xing)狀較差,加之產狀平緩,軟(ruan)(ruan)巖(yan)成洞問題突出(chu)。
志留系(xi)強風化頁(ye)巖作(zuo)為防滲材料(liao)的問題
志留系砂頁巖(yan)具(ju)有明顯的垂直風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)化(hua)(hua)分帶(dai)性(xing),風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)化(hua)(hua)程度劃分為全風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)化(hua)(hua)帶(dai),強風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)化(hua)(hua)上帶(dai)、下帶(dai)、弱(ruo)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)化(hua)(hua)及微風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)化(hua)(hua)帶(dai)。經研究全風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)化(hua)(hua)帶(dai)可(ke)直接作為防滲材料上壩,而強風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)化(hua)(hua)下帶(dai)及弱(ruo)、微風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)化(hua)(hua)帶(dai)不能作為防滲材料。
消能型式研究
溢洪道下游消(xiao)能區位于壩址峽谷出口大崖沱(tuo)深潭,左有(you)大巖淌(tang)滑坡,右(you)有(you)馬崖高陡(dou)邊坡和(he)馬巖灣滑坡,河床巖層主要是泥盆系上統寫經(jing)寺組和(he)志留(liu)系砂頁巖,抗沖能力低(di),而本工(gong)程泄洪量大,萬年一遇時最大下泄流(liu)量達18280立方(fang)米/秒,相應單寬流(liu)量為181 立方(fang)米/秒,汛期水頭在(zai)171m-180m以(yi)上,經(jing)計算、試驗、分(fen)析綜(zong)合考慮,最后選(xuan)擇(ze)分(fen)區陡(dou)槽接窄(zhai)縫式排(pai)坎消(xiao)能方(fang)案(an),消(xiao)能區保護(hu)采用防淘墻方(fang)案(an)。

簡介
根據(ju)壩址處的地(di)形(xing)地(di)質條件(jian)、水文特(te)征和樞紐(niu)總(zong)體布(bu)置(zhi),以及面板堆石壩的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)特(te)點,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)導流采(cai)用圍(wei)堰(yan)一次攔斷河床,隧洞(dong)導流,枯水期(qi)(qi)圍(wei)堰(yan)擋水,汛期(qi)(qi)淹沒(mei)基坑的方式。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程計劃總(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)(qi)8.5年(nian)(nian)。2000年(nian)(nian)以前(qian)為籌建(jian)期(qi)(qi),2001年(nian)(nian)-2002年(nian)(nian)為施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)準(zhun)備(bei)期(qi)(qi)。2003年(nian)(nian)-2007年(nian)(nian)為主體工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)(qi),2007年(nian)(nian)7月(yue)-2009年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)底為工(gong)(gong)(gong)程完建(jian)期(qi)(qi)。2002年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)26日,水布(bu)埡水電站在充分準(zhun)備(bei)下完成各項(xiang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)形(xing)象進度,成功實(shi)施(shi)截流。
勘測設計概況
