概述
大(da)花水水電站(zhan)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(拋物(wu)線(xian)雙曲拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)+左岸(an)(an)(an)重(zhong)力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba))位于(yu)高(gao)山(shan)峽谷區,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)址兩(liang)岸(an)(an)(an)山(shan)壁(bi)陡(dou)峭,混(hun)凝土入倉布(bu)(bu)置困難。根據該工(gong)程特有的(de)(de)地形條(tiao)件,在重(zhong)力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)左岸(an)(an)(an)邊(bian)坡(po)(po)分二(er)期布(bu)(bu)置了3條(tiao)負壓溜(liu)(liu)管(guan),即一期底線(xian)采用了800mm寬的(de)(de)膠帶(dai)機和(he)2條(tiao)負壓溜(liu)(liu)管(guan);二(er)期高(gao)線(xian)采用了1000 mm寬的(de)(de)膠帶(dai)機和(he)1條(tiao)負壓溜(liu)(liu)管(guan);拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)混(hun)凝土的(de)(de)入倉則主要采用了緩(huan)(huan)降溜(liu)(liu)管(guan)(由于(yu)拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)兩(liang)岸(an)(an)(an)邊(bian)坡(po)(po)較陡(dou),平均角度(du)70°,普通負壓溜(liu)(liu)管(guan)不適用于(yu)此種高(gao)陡(dou)邊(bian)坡(po)(po)輸(shu)送(song)(song)碾(nian)壓混(hun)凝土)。采用緩(huan)(huan)降溜(liu)(liu)管(guan)輸(shu)送(song)(song)碾(nian)壓混(hun)凝土不僅可保證質量(liang),而且在輸(shu)送(song)(song)強(qiang)度(du)、安(an)裝(zhuang)工(gong)期、安(an)裝(zhuang)及運行(xing)成本等多方面均優于(yu)負壓溜(liu)(liu)管(guan),為(wei)拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)快速施工(gong)打下(xia)了基(ji)礎。
工程介紹
大花(hua)水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)位于貴州省開陽縣與(yu)福泉市交(jiao)界處、清水(shui)(shui)(shui)河中(zhong)游峽谷河段內,為清水(shui)(shui)(shui)河干流(liu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)梯級開發(fa)的第三級。電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)總裝機(ji)容量200MW,總投資14億元(yuan)。攔河大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)為拋物線(xian)雙(shuang)曲拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)+重力墩,左岸為重力墩,右(you)岸為雙(shuang)曲拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)軸(zhou)線(xian)總長(chang)287.56米(mi),最大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高134.50米(mi),厚高比0.171,是國內在(zai)建(jian)的最高碾壓混凝土雙(shuang)曲薄(bo)拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)身設(she)有兩(liang)個(ge)泄洪(hong)中(zhong)孔(kong)和(he)(he)三個(ge)溢流(liu)表孔(kong),在(zai)拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)下(xia)游還布置了一個(ge)集水(shui)(shui)(shui)井和(he)(he)一個(ge)吊物井,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)體設(she)置兩(liang)條誘導(dao)縫(feng),兩(liang)岸設(she)置周邊(bian)短(duan)縫(feng),拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)身較(jiao)高且體型結構復(fu)雜。
樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)程主要由(you)碾壓(ya)凝土拱壩(ba)、左岸(an)重力墩、壩(ba)頂開(kai)敞式(shi)溢流表空、泄洪(hong)兼沖沙中(zhong)孔、左岸(an)引水系統及地面廠(chang)房、開(kai)關站等組成。工(gong)(gong)程總(zong)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)(qi)3年零(ling)8個月,其中(zhong)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)準備期(qi)(qi)10個月,主體工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)(qi)2年零(ling)5個月。工(gong)(gong)程關鍵施(shi)工(gong)(gong)線路(lu)為(wei)引水隧洞(dong)和大(da)壩(ba)的填筑施(shi)工(gong)(gong)。
大(da)花水(shui)為梯級開(kai)發(fa)(fa)規(gui)劃(hua)的第三個梯級。清水(shui)河梯級水(shui)電(dian)(dian)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)是烏江公(gong)(gong)司首(shou)次采用(yong)多元投資(zi)貴州(zhou)中(zhong)小型水(shui)電(dian)(dian)的嘗試(shi),投資(zi)方分別為烏江公(gong)(gong)司、貴州(zhou)騰元電(dian)(dian)力發(fa)(fa)展有(you)限責任公(gong)(gong)司、貴陽勘測設計(ji)研究院、貴州(zhou)黔能天(tian)和礦業有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司、開(kai)陽縣(xian)。
工程設計
樞紐工程主要(yao)由碾(nian)壓(ya)凝土拱壩、左岸重力(li)墩、壩頂開(kai)敞(chang)式溢流表空、泄洪兼沖沙中孔、左岸引水(shui)系(xi)統及地面廠房、開(kai)關(guan)站(zhan)等組成。包(bao)含清水(shui)河大橋、3#公路、引水(shui)隧(sui)洞2#、3#支洞、引水(shui)隧(sui)洞。公司(si)管(guan)段全長(chang)4.35km,施工里(li)程K0+000~K4+349.7。土石方62.3萬立方米(mi),涵洞280米(mi)/35座,大橋144.54米(mi)/1座,隧(sui)道1949.579米(mi)/3座。
攔河大壩(ba)為(wei)(wei)(wei)拋物(wu)線雙曲拱壩(ba)+左岸重力墩(dun),雙曲拱壩(ba)最大壩(ba)高134.50m。進水口(kou)為(wei)(wei)(wei)壩(ba)式進水口(kou),引水隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)位(wei)于左岸,長約5360m,開挖(wa)斷(duan)面(mian)直徑(jing)8.20m,全斷(duan)面(mian)鋼(gang)筋(jin)混(hun)凝土襯(chen)砌,襯(chen)砌0.60m;調(diao)壓(ya)井(jing)阻抗孔(kong)內(nei)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)3.45m,調(diao)壓(ya)井(jing)內(nei)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)16.0m,襯(chen)厚1.0m。壓(ya)力鋼(gang)管(guan)主管(guan)內(nei)徑(jing)6.0m,支(zhi)管(guan)內(nei)徑(jing)均為(wei)(wei)(wei)4.0m,主管(guan)段和岔管(guan)段外側回填(tian)C20混(hun)凝土厚1.0m,支(zhi)管(guan)段外側回填(tian)C20混(hun)凝土厚0.8m。電站主廠房尺寸為(wei)(wei)(wei)55.00×23.00×58.30m(長×寬(kuan)(kuan)×高),機組安(an)(an)裝高程712.50m,發電機層高程724.00m,安(an)(an)裝間和尾(wei)水平臺高程為(wei)(wei)(wei)736.50m,安(an)(an)裝間布(bu)置在(zai)主廠房右端,凈長20.50m;副廠房布(bu)置在(zai)主廠房上游面(mian),尺寸為(wei)(wei)(wei)55.00×12.50×41.20;主變場及GIS室(shi)位(wei)于主廠房上游。1號支(zhi)洞(dong)(dong)的縱坡為(wei)(wei)(wei)1.283%隧(sui)道(dao),全長190.32米(mi)(mi)。隧(sui)道(dao)高6.6米(mi)(mi)、寬(kuan)(kuan)7.2米(mi)(mi),洞(dong)(dong)口(kou)明挖(wa)土石(shi)方(fang)39000立方(fang)米(mi)(mi)。
工程施工
引水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)襯(chen)(chen)砌(qi)(qi)提(ti)前(qian)完工(gong)(gong) 由中鐵五局五公司施工(gong)(gong)的大(da)花水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站引水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)襯(chen)(chen)砌(qi)(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土提(ti)前(qian)完工(gong)(gong)。大(da)花水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站工(gong)(gong)程不僅是貴州省(sheng)西部(bu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)發(fa)戰略工(gong)(gong)程,也(ye)是烏江水(shui)(shui)(shui)電梯級開(kai)(kai)(kai)發(fa)龍頭工(gong)(gong)程和國家西電東送(song)工(gong)(gong)程。大(da)花水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站引水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)全長5338.805米(mi),位于貴州省(sheng)開(kai)(kai)(kai)陽縣境內,隧(sui)洞(dong)坡度(du)為(wei)5‰,開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖斷(duan)(duan)面為(wei)圓形,設計開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖直徑最大(da)9.7米(mi),襯(chen)(chen)砌(qi)(qi)后(hou)隧(sui)洞(dong)圓形斷(duan)(duan)面凈空直徑7.3米(mi),采用鋼筋混(hun)凝(ning)土全斷(duan)(duan)面襯(chen)(chen)砌(qi)(qi),襯(chen)(chen)砌(qi)(qi)厚度(du)最大(da)1.2米(mi),全斷(duan)(duan)面針梁式襯(chen)(chen)砌(qi)(qi)臺車施工(gong)(gong),引水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)共(gong)布置4條施工(gong)(gong)支洞(dong)、共(gong)3家單位施工(gong)(gong)。
自2005年(nian)2月(yue)(yue)(yue)中(zhong)標以(yi)來,在工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設中(zhong),五公司(si)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部強化施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)(guan)理(li)、狠抓施(shi)(shi)組(zu)作業(ye)(ye)、周密安排部署,于2006年(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)17日實現了(le)(le)隧(sui)洞提(ti)前貫通(tong)到分界點。應業(ye)(ye)主(zhu)要求(qiu),對(dui)隧(sui)洞施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)開挖(wa)和襯砌(qi)(qi)任務(wu)再次追加,在面臨工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)緊、任務(wu)重、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)度大的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下(xia),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部合理(li)調整(zheng)施(shi)(shi)組(zu),加強對(dui)隧(sui)洞開挖(wa)和襯砌(qi)(qi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)銜(xian)接,強化現場管(guan)(guan)理(li),響應業(ye)(ye)主(zhu)提(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“按期(qi)下(xia)閘(zha)蓄(xu)水發電”的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)目(mu)標,積極開展勞動競賽活動,掀起大干生產高潮。創下(xia)了(le)(le)連續3個月(yue)(yue)(yue)完成月(yue)(yue)(yue)襯砌(qi)(qi)180米(mi)的(de)(de)(de)好成績,確(que)保了(le)(le)1月(yue)(yue)(yue)13日提(ti)前完成了(le)(le)全部混凝土襯砌(qi)(qi)任務(wu),成為該引水隧(sui)洞第一家完成混凝土襯砌(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單(dan)位,得到了(le)(le)業(ye)(ye)主(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)高度評價(jia)。
1號支(zhi)洞(dong)(dong)貫通(tong) 2009年12月(yue)6日(ri)17時,由電氣化公(gong)司施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)貴州(zhou)大花水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站1號支(zhi)洞(dong)(dong)順利貫通(tong)。1號支(zhi)洞(dong)(dong)是(shi)為開(kai)(kai)鑿引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)而設(she)計的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)洞(dong)(dong),位于(yu)開(kai)(kai)陽縣(xian)清水(shui)(shui)(shui)河(he)北岸,是(shi)一條縱坡(po)為1.283%隧道(dao),全(quan)長190.32米。隧道(dao)高(gao)6.6米、寬7.2米,洞(dong)(dong)口明(ming)挖土(tu)石方(fang)39000立方(fang)米,工(gong)(gong)程于(yu)7月(yue)28日(ri)正(zheng)式開(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong),掘進(jin)方(fang)式為新奧(ao)法(fa)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)。這是(shi)電氣化公(gong)司介入土(tu)建(jian)領域施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)首(shou)座隧洞(dong)(dong)。
投產發電
2007年11月30日上(shang)午,以(yi)中國(guo)水電(dian)建設集團水電(dian)八局為(wei)主承建的貴州清(qing)水河(he)大(da)花水水電(dian)站正式投產發電(dian)。
中國水電八局先后中標(biao)承(cheng)建大(da)花(hua)水電站大(da)壩工(gong)(gong)(gong)程、人工(gong)(gong)(gong)砂石(shi)料(liao)生產系統。自2004年6月(yue)進場(chang)以來(lai),全體(ti)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)先后克服地(di)質條件復雜(za)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)緊、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度大(da)、超標(biao)洪水沖毀圍堰、山體(ti)大(da)滑(hua)坡等一系列困難,發揚團結(jie)、拼搏、開拓、奉獻(xian)的精(jing)神,積極(ji)應用新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝、新(xin)材料(liao),按業主要求完成各(ge)項節點工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi),順利(li)完成大(da)花(hua)水電站各(ge)項施工(gong)(gong)(gong)任(ren)務(wu)。
大(da)花水(shui)水(shui)電站大(da)壩施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)優(you)良,數控質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)優(you)良率達到86%,外觀質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)良好,并創造了碾(nian)壓混(hun)凝(ning)土連續上升33.5米的中國(guo)(guo)企業施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)新紀錄,其快速施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術研究在(zai)2007年第五屆碾(nian)壓混(hun)凝(ning)土國(guo)(guo)際大(da)壩會(hui)議上作了專題報告(gao),國(guo)(guo)際大(da)壩會(hui)議專家對大(da)花水(shui)電站施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)速度、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)給(gei)予高度評價,我局在(zai)碾(nian)壓混(hun)凝(ning)土施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)史上又塑(su)造了一(yi)座豐(feng)碑。
復建工程
大花(hua)水(shui)水(shui)電站(zhan)庫區淹沒公(gong)(gong)路(lu)及(ji)獨木河(he)大橋(qiao)的復建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工程(cheng),由貴州(zhou)省發(fa)展和改革委員(yuan)會(hui)批(pi)準建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設。大花(hua)水(shui)電站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)成后,獨木河(he)大橋(qiao)及(ji)兩(liang)岸的部分公(gong)(gong)路(lu)將被淹沒,所以需要新建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)一(yi)座橋(qiao)梁及(ji)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)恢復原(yuan)有功(gong)能;全線路(lu)基寬度設計(ji)為(wei)6.5米(mi),按(an)山嶺重丘四級公(gong)(gong)路(lu)設計(ji)。行車道寬度5.5m;路(lu)面類(lei)型(xing)為(wei)泥結碎石;是(shi)全長119米(mi)的箱(xiang)型(xing)拱橋(qiao);橋(qiao)面寬度為(wei)凈-7m。
