緊水(shui)灘(tan)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(Jinshuitan Hydropower Station) 位于中國浙江省云(yun)(yun)和縣境(jing)內(nei)、甌(ou)江上游(you)大(da)溪的(de)支(zhi)流龍泉溪上,距云(yun)(yun)和縣城19km,為壩(ba)式水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。緊水(shui)灘(tan)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)以發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為主,兼有航運(yun)、過(guo)木(竹(zhu)(zhu))、防洪(hong)等綜合效益。主要擔(dan)負華東電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)調峰任務,并(bing)通過(guo)220kV輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)麗(li)水(shui)、溫州地區,形成浙南(nan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)統。水(shui)庫正常蓄水(shui)位184m,相應庫容10.4億(yi)(yi)立方米(mi);死(si)水(shui)位164m,相應庫容4.87億(yi)(yi)立方米(mi);校核洪(hong)水(shui)位192.7m,相應總庫容13.93億(yi)(yi)立方米(mi),具(ju)有年調節性能。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)裝機(ji)容量30萬kW,保證出力(li)(li)3.03萬kW,多年平均年發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量4.9億(yi)(yi)kW·h。過(guo)壩(ba)設施年通過(guo)能力(li)(li):貨物(wu)18萬t,竹(zhu)(zhu)木約30萬立方米(mi)。
水利工程(cheng)壩(ba)址以(yi)上(shang)流域(yu)面積2761平方(fang)公里(li),氣候溫和,雨量(liang)(liang)充(chong)沛,多年(nian)平均流量(liang)(liang)100立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒,年(nian)徑流量(liang)(liang)31.54億立(li)方(fang)米(mi),1000年(nian)一(yi)遇洪峰(feng)流量(liang)(liang)11700立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒,10000年(nian)一(yi)遇洪峰(feng)流量(liang)(liang)14900立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒,年(nian)輸(shu)沙量(liang)(liang)33.1萬t,含(han)沙量(liang)(liang)僅0.089 kg/立(li)方(fang)米(mi)。壩(ba)區(qu)位(wei)于(yu)峽谷河段,為(wei)花崗(gang)巖地層(ceng)。壩(ba)區(qu)地震基杏(xing)烈(lie)度Ⅵ度,大(da)(da)壩(ba)按Ⅶ度設(she)防。位(wei)于(yu)水庫上(shang)游的龍(long)泉(quan)市(shi)是著名的龍(long)泉(quan)寶劍產地,龍(long)泉(quan)青瓷(ci)是中(zhong)國宋代(dai)四(si)大(da)(da)名窯之(zhi)一(yi)。
樞紐布置
工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)由混凝土拱壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)后(hou)(hou)廠房(fang)、過船(chuan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)和(he)筏道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)等組成(cheng)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)址河(he)谷呈梯形,河(he)床(chuang)寬約100m,河(he)谷寬高(gao)(gao)(gao)比(bi)3.06,兩岸(an)邊坡40°~50°,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)基花(hua)崗巖(yan)裸露,巖(yan)層完(wan)整,巖(yan)必(bi)均(jun)一(yi)、堅硬(ying)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)肩(jian)斷裂(lie)規模小,但延伸較(jiao)(jiao)長(chang),節理裂(lie)隙較(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)育。大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)三心(xin)圓(yuan)(yuan)變厚(hou)(hou)混凝土雙曲拱壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)(gao)(gao)102m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂高(gao)(gao)(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)194m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂弧(hu)長(chang)350.6m、厚(hou)(hou)5m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)底厚(hou)(hou)24.6m,厚(hou)(hou)高(gao)(gao)(gao)比(bi)0.24,弧(hu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)比(bi)3.44。大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)水(shui)平拱圓(yuan)(yuan)由左(zuo)、中(zhong)(zhong)、右(you)(you)3段(duan)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)曲線(xian)組成(cheng),中(zhong)(zhong)圓(yuan)(yuan)拱圈(quan)等厚(hou)(hou),上下游為(wei)同心(xin)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)線(xian);左(zuo)、右(you)(you)側(ce)圓(yuan)(yuan)拱拱圈(quan)變厚(hou)(hou),上下游圓(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)不同心(xin)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)角:右(you)(you)側(ce)圓(yuan)(yuan)16°42′6″,中(zhong)(zhong)圓(yuan)(yuan)50°,左(zuo)側(ce)圓(yuan)(yuan)16°24′。大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)分20個(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan),橫(heng)縫(feng)設有豎向鍵槽,并每隔20m左(zuo)右(you)(you)分一(yi)灌(guan)漿區。樞紐為(wei)工(gong)等工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),防洪(hong)(hong)標準為(wei)1000年一(yi)遇(yu)設計,10000年一(yi)遇(yu)校核。泄洪(hong)(hong)設施均(jun)通過壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)身,即左(zuo)右(you)(you)側(ce)均(jun)設淺孔(kong)(kong)滑雪道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)式和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)孔(kong)(kong)滑雪道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)式溢洪(hong)(hong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)各1個(ge)。淺孔(kong)(kong)泄常年洪(hong)(hong)水(shui),進口高(gao)(gao)(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)161m,出口寬8.6m,高(gao)(gao)(gao)8m,2個(ge)淺孔(kong)(kong)最大(da)泄量(liang)(liang)計2788立方(fang)米/秒;中(zhong)(zhong)孔(kong)(kong)除泄洪(hong)(hong)外(wai),兼作(zuo)放空水(shui)庫及(ji)(ji)施工(gong)導流之用(yong)(yong),進口高(gao)(gao)(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)135.8m,出口寬7.5m,高(gao)(gao)(gao)7m,2個(ge)中(zhong)(zhong)孔(kong)(kong)最大(da)泄量(liang)(liang)計3189立方(fang)米/秒,中(zhong)(zhong)孔(kong)(kong)、淺孔(kong)(kong)均(jun)在(zai)出口處設弧(hu)形控制閘門,門后(hou)(hou)為(wei)滑雪道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)式泄水(shui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),其末端(duan)采用(yong)(yong)鼻坎(kan)挑流消能,坎(kan)頂高(gao)(gao)(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)均(jun)為(wei)122m。水(shui)利工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)廠房(fang)位(wei)于(yu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)后(hou)(hou),長(chang)126.5m,寬18m,高(gao)(gao)(gao)35.8m,廠房(fang)內安裝單(dan)機(ji)容量(liang)(liang)5萬kW混流式水(shui)輪(lun)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)組6臺,額定(ding)水(shui)頭69m。電(dian)站采用(yong)(yong)單(dan)機(ji)單(dan)管引水(shui),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)后(hou)(hou)背管布置(zhi)。副廠房(fang)位(wei)于(yu)主廠房(fang)上下游兩側(ce),以2回(hui)220kV、4回(hui)110kV輸電(dian)線(xian)路出線(xian)。過船(chuan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)及(ji)(ji)過木(竹)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)位(wei)于(yu)右(you)(you)岸(an),前者采用(yong)(yong)高(gao)(gao)(gao)低輪(lun)式斜(xie)面升船(chuan)機(ji),船(chuan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)全長(chang)845m。轉盤式木竹纜車道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)全長(chang)644m。
水利工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于1981年(nian)開工(gong)(gong),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)采用(yong)隧(sui)洞導(dao)流、一次斷流、全年(nian)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)式(shi),上游(you)采用(yong)混(hun)凝土(tu)拱圍堰(yan)(yan),下(xia)游(you)圍堰(yan)(yan)為混(hun)凝土(tu)重(zhong)力式(shi),壩基開挖采用(yong)預裂爆破法施(shi)工(gong)(gong)。1987年(nian)4月第1臺(tai)機(ji)組(zu)發電,1988年(nian)底6臺(tai)機(ji)組(zu)全部投(tou)產。主(zhu)體工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)量(liang):土(tu)石方(fang)開挖73.7萬立方(fang)米(mi),混(hun)凝土(tu)澆(jiao)筑75.1萬立方(fang)米(mi)。水庫淹沒(mei)耕地1120 公(gong)頃,移民21767人,預算總投(tou)資5.59億元。
工(gong)程由水(shui)(shui)利(li)電(dian)力(li)部華東勘測設計研究(jiu)院設計,水(shui)(shui)利(li)電(dian)力(li)部第十二工(gong)程局施工(gong)。
其他
該電站是一座大型水電站,在云和縣緊水灘鎮西北金水峽口,以灘得名,是甌江流域龍泉溪梯級開發的第一級。電站水庫庫容13.93億立方米,水庫水面面積34.3平方公里。大壩為水工I級建筑物,壩型采用變圓心,變半徑,三心雙曲變厚混凝土拱壩,屬國內高壩中首次選用。最大壩高102米,壩頂軸線弧長350.6米,壩頂寬5米,壩底寬26.5米。大壩左右兩側,每側各設1個淺孔和1個中孔滑雪式溢洪道,單孔最大(da)泄洪量1594立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)/每(mei)秒,全(quan)部溢洪設(she)(she)施最大(da)泄洪能(neng)力為6177立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)/每(mei)秒。大(da)壩右岸有845.4米(mi)(mi)長的斜坡卷(juan)揚道(dao)(dao)式鋼筋混凝(ning)土(tu)船(chuan)道(dao)(dao)和竹木(mu)筏道(dao)(dao),設(she)(she)計過船(chuan)噸(dun)(dun)位(wei)為30噸(dun)(dun),年(nian)(nian)過壩能(neng)力18.4萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun),竹木(mu)筏2974萬(wan)立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)。發電(dian)(dian)廠房(fang)設(she)(she)在壩后左右兩(liang)側中(zhong)也溢洪道(dao)(dao)之間,面積1951.2平方(fang)米(mi)(mi),由6個(ge)(ge)機組段和1個(ge)(ge)裝(zhuang)配間組成,廠房(fang)左端(duan)設(she)(she)176米(mi)(mi)長的交通洞至金水(shui)(shui)坑口。電(dian)(dian)廠設(she)(she)110千伏和220千伏變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan),經金華(hua)并(bing)入華(hua)東大(da)網。緊(jin)水(shui)(shui)灘電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)1978年(nian)(nian)開始(shi)施工準備,1981年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)主(zhu)體工和動(dong)工,1983年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)31日截流(liu),1986年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)(yue)下閘蓄水(shui)(shui),1987年(nian)(nian)4月(yue)(yue)4日1號機組并(bing)網發電(dian)(dian),1988年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)31日6臺機組全(quan)部投入運引。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)投資5.59億元,遷移(yi)人口21767人。緊(jin)水(shui)(shui)灘電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)以發電(dian)(dian)為主(zhu),并(bing)有防洪、灌溉、航(hang)遠(yuan)、漁業、林(lin)果業、旅游業等(deng)綜合效益。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)建(jian)設(she)(she)期間,水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)部部長錢正(zheng)英,中(zhong)共浙江省委(wei)書記鐵瑛、副(fu)書記陳(chen)作霖(lin)等(deng)領導先后到(dao)工地(di)視察、指導工作。緊(jin)水(shui)(shui)灘電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)除大(da)壩等(deng)主(zhu)體工程外,廠區(qu)占地(di)200余畝,有綠地(di)150余畝、房(fang)屋建(jian)筑259012平方(fang)米(mi)(mi),內設(she)(she)仙宮山莊,為園林(lin)式廠區(qu)。緊(jin)水(shui)(shui)灘電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)年(nian)(nian)接待(dai)游客1.5萬(wan)人次。
