樞紐工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)Ⅱ等工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、泄洪(hong)(hong)(hong)中孔、泄洪(hong)(hong)(hong)隧(sui)洞(dong)、發電(dian)(dian)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口等主要建筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)為(wei)2級建筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu),相(xiang)應(ying)設(she)計洪(hong)(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)100年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu),校(xiao)核(he)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)5000年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu);水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)廠(chang)房及(ji)發電(dian)(dian)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)為(wei)3級建筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu),相(xiang)應(ying)設(she)計洪(hong)(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)100年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu),校(xiao)核(he)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)200年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu)。2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)8月(yue),移(yi)(yi)(yi)民(min)監理及(ji)輔(fu)助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位招標(biao)(biao)(biao)結束,輔(fu)助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)具備開(kai)工(gong)(gong)條件,2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)底壩(ba)(ba)(ba)區(qu)移(yi)(yi)(yi)民(min)征地工(gong)(gong)作開(kai)始(shi)(shi)實施(shi)(shi),水(shui)(shui)(shui)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)點進行了移(yi)(yi)(yi)交,2005年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)導流(liu)洞(dong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)。2005年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)23日(ri)成功截流(liu),2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)2月(yue)底完成壩(ba)(ba)(ba)基(ji)開(kai)挖,2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)5日(ri)開(kai)始(shi)(shi)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)墊層(ceng)第一(yi)(yi)倉砼(tong)澆(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu),2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)10日(ri)開(kai)始(shi)(shi)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)碾(nian)壓砼(tong)澆(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu),至(zhi)2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)1月(yue)15日(ri)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)碾(nian)壓砼(tong)全部澆(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)完成。預計2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)底完工(gong)(gong)。白蓮崖水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)的主要防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)任務是提高下游佛子(zi)嶺(ling)(ling)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)的防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),使佛子(zi)嶺(ling)(ling)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)的校(xiao)核(he)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)達(da)到5000年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)(yi)遇(yu),從(cong)根本上解決佛子(zi)嶺(ling)(ling)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)不足的問題;水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)有效(xiao)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)量2.7億立(li)方米;電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)多(duo)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)平均發電(dian)(dian)量10552萬千瓦時。
樞紐工程由攔河(he)壩、泄洪中孔、泄洪隧洞(dong)、發電引(yin)水隧洞(dong)、電站廠房和變電站等(deng)建(jian)筑物組成。
