樞紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)為(wei)Ⅱ等工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),大壩(ba)、泄洪(hong)中孔、泄洪(hong)隧洞、發電引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞進水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)等主要建(jian)筑(zhu)物為(wei)2級建(jian)筑(zhu)物,相(xiang)應設計洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)100年(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu),校(xiao)核洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)5000年(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu);水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電站廠房及發電引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞為(wei)3級建(jian)筑(zhu)物,相(xiang)應設計洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)100年(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu),校(xiao)核洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)200年(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu)。2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月(yue),移民監理及輔助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單(dan)位(wei)招標(biao)(biao)結束,輔助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)具備開(kai)(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)條件,2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)底壩(ba)區(qu)移民征地工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)實施(shi),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)準(zhun)(zhun)點進行了移交,2005年(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)導流洞工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)開(kai)(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。2005年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)23日成(cheng)功截(jie)流,2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)2月(yue)底完(wan)成(cheng)壩(ba)基(ji)開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖,2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)5日開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)大壩(ba)墊層第一(yi)倉砼(tong)(tong)(tong)澆(jiao)筑(zhu),2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)10日開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)大壩(ba)碾(nian)壓砼(tong)(tong)(tong)澆(jiao)筑(zhu),至2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)1月(yue)15日大壩(ba)碾(nian)壓砼(tong)(tong)(tong)全部澆(jiao)筑(zhu)完(wan)成(cheng)。預計2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)底完(wan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。白蓮(lian)崖水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)的(de)(de)主要防洪(hong)任務(wu)是提高下游佛子嶺水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)的(de)(de)防洪(hong)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),使佛子嶺水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)的(de)(de)校(xiao)核洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)達到5000年(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu),從根(gen)本上解決(jue)佛子嶺水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)防洪(hong)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)不足的(de)(de)問題;水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)年(nian)(nian)(nian)有(you)效供水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)2.7億(yi)立方(fang)米;電站多年(nian)(nian)(nian)平均發電量(liang)(liang)10552萬(wan)千瓦時。
樞紐工程由攔河壩(ba)、泄洪中孔(kong)、泄洪隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)、發電引水隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)、電站(zhan)廠房和變電站(zhan)等(deng)建筑(zhu)物組成(cheng)。
