山口(kou)巖(yan)水(shui)利樞(shu)紐工程地處贛江一級支流袁河上游(you)蘆(lu)溪(xi)縣境(jing)內,壩址(zhi)位于蘆(lu)溪(xi)縣上埠鎮山口(kou)巖(yan)村(cun)上游(you)約1公(gong)里(li)處,距蘆(lu)溪(xi)縣城7.6公(gong)里(li),距萍鄉市約30公(gong)里(li),是一座以供水(shui)、防洪為主(zhu),兼(jian)顧發電、灌溉等(deng)綜合利用的大型水(shui)利樞(shu)紐工程。
工程規模
山口巖水(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞(shu)紐工程(cheng)主要(yao)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)為(wei):大壩(ba)、溢洪道(dao)、放(fang)空洞(dong)(dong)、供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)兼(jian)發電(dian)(dian)及灌溉進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口、引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)、發電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)房、供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)線等。大壩(ba)為(wei)碾壓(ya)砼(tong)雙曲拱壩(ba),壩(ba)頂(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)247.6米(mi)(mi),最大壩(ba)高(gao)99.1米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)底最大寬度(du)32米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)頂(ding)寬5.0米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)頂(ding)長(chang)287.94米(mi)(mi),大壩(ba)主體采用(yong)R90200三級配碾壓(ya)混凝土。引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)包(bao)括(kuo)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口及引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong),布置在大壩(ba)左岸。進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口為(wei)岸塔式結構,根據城市(shi)供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)及灌溉供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)要(yao)求,采用(yong)分層取水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式,取水(shui)(shui)(shui)口共分四層,取水(shui)(shui)(shui)孔口尺寸(cun)均為(wei)3×10米(mi)(mi)(寬×高(gao)),引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)洞(dong)(dong)徑3.0米(mi)(mi),全長(chang)378.65米(mi)(mi)。發電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)房為(wei)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)式地面廠(chang)房,布置于大壩(ba)下游河(he)道(dao)約220米(mi)(mi)處。安裝兩臺單機容量(liang)(liang)為(wei)6000千(qian)瓦的水(shui)(shui)(shui)輪(lun)發電(dian)(dian)機組,多年平(ping)均發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)2912萬度(du)。山口巖供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)工程(cheng)供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)干管(guan)(guan)線總長(chang)11.4公里,支管(guan)(guan)線長(chang)3.24公里,水(shui)(shui)(shui)從發電(dian)(dian)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)引(yin)出后進入混凝土預應(ying)力供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)干管(guan)(guan)(D=1.6米(mi)(mi)),過農田沿320國(guo)道(dao)至白(bai)源(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)廠(chang)。
建設意義
建設山(shan)(shan)口巖水(shui)(shui)利樞紐(niu)工程(cheng)是(shi)萍(ping)鄉(xiang)市(shi)(shi)開源(yuan)的重(zhong)大(da)(da)舉措,是(shi)該市(shi)(shi)最(zui)大(da)(da)的城市(shi)(shi)供水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)工程(cheng)和民生工程(cheng)。因為(wei)萍(ping)鄉(xiang)市(shi)(shi)地處贛西湘江(jiang)流(liu)域和贛江(jiang)流(liu)域分水(shui)(shui)嶺,是(shi)江(jiang)西省(sheng)重(zhong)要(yao)工業(ye)城市(shi)(shi),城市(shi)(shi)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)需求大(da)(da),境(jing)內(nei)無(wu)大(da)(da)的河流(liu),全(quan)市(shi)(shi)人(ren)均水(shui)(shui)資(zi)源(yuan)擁有量不足(zu)2000立方米,低于(yu)全(quan)省(sheng)和全(quan)國人(ren)均水(shui)(shui)平;資(zi)源(yuan)型、工程(cheng)型、水(shui)(shui)質型缺(que)水(shui)(shui)并存,嚴重(zhong)制約了該市(shi)(shi)經(jing)濟社會可持續發展。萍(ping)鄉(xiang)市(shi)(shi)把解(jie)決水(shui)(shui)資(zi)源(yuan)問題的出路放在節流(liu)和開源(yuan)上,建設山(shan)(shan)口巖水(shui)(shui)利樞紐(niu)工程(cheng)是(shi)萍(ping)鄉(xiang)市(shi)(shi)開源(yuan)的重(zhong)大(da)(da)舉措。
水庫建成后,可(ke)使下游蘆(lu)溪縣(xian)城的防洪能力從現在(zai)的不(bu)足(zu)5年(nian)一遇(yu)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)到20年(nian)一遇(yu),可(ke)改善下游10.12萬(wan)畝農田的灌(guan)溉,將灌(guan)溉保證率(lv)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)到90%,促進蘆(lu)溪縣(xian)農業(ye)經(jing)濟持(chi)續穩定發(fa)展(zhan);每年(nian)可(ke)為萍(ping)鄉(xiang)市城區(qu)及(ji)蘆(lu)溪縣(xian)城提(ti)(ti)供(gong)優質原水7300萬(wan)方,有效緩解萍(ping)鄉(xiang)市城區(qu)及(ji)蘆(lu)溪縣(xian)城生活(huo)、工業(ye)用(yong)水的緊張狀況;可(ke)在(zai)蘆(lu)溪縣(xian)電力系(xi)統內承擔(dan)調峰任務,為蘆(lu)溪縣(xian)電力系(xi)統提(ti)(ti)供(gong)年(nian)電量2912萬(wan)度。工程建設進度
2007年(nian)11月開工典禮隆(long)重舉行,2008年(nian)8月水(shui)庫(ku)大壩成功截(jie)流(liu),2009年(nian)9月金屬結構安裝(zhuang)開工,2010年(nian)2月進水(shui)口處閘室完建(jian),2011年(nian)9月部(bu)分工程通過(guo)驗(yan)收,2012年(nian)6月水(shui)庫(ku)正式下閘蓄水(shui)。
