山口巖(yan)水利樞紐工程(cheng)地處(chu)贛江一級(ji)支流袁河上游(you)蘆溪縣(xian)境內,壩址位于蘆溪縣(xian)上埠鎮(zhen)山口巖(yan)村上游(you)約(yue)1公(gong)里(li)處(chu),距蘆溪縣(xian)城7.6公(gong)里(li),距萍(ping)鄉市約(yue)30公(gong)里(li),是一座以供水、防(fang)洪為(wei)主,兼顧發(fa)電、灌(guan)溉等(deng)綜(zong)合利用的(de)大型水利樞紐工程(cheng)。
工程規模
山口(kou)巖水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)主(zhu)要建筑物為(wei)(wei)(wei):大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、溢洪道(dao)、放空洞(dong)、供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)兼發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)及灌溉進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)、引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)、發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)房、供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)線等。大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)(wei)(wei)碾壓(ya)砼(tong)雙曲拱壩(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂高(gao)程(cheng)247.6米(mi),最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)99.1米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)底最大(da)寬(kuan)度32米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂寬(kuan)5.0米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂長(chang)287.94米(mi),大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)主(zhu)體采用(yong)(yong)R90200三(san)級配碾壓(ya)混凝土。引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)建筑物包括(kuo)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)及引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong),布置在大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)左岸。進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)為(wei)(wei)(wei)岸塔式結(jie)構,根據(ju)城(cheng)市供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)及灌溉供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)要求,采用(yong)(yong)分層(ceng)(ceng)取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方式,取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)共分四層(ceng)(ceng),取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)孔(kong)口(kou)尺(chi)寸均為(wei)(wei)(wei)3×10米(mi)(寬(kuan)×高(gao)),引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)洞(dong)徑3.0米(mi),全(quan)長(chang)378.65米(mi)。發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)房為(wei)(wei)(wei)引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)式地面廠(chang)房,布置于大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)下(xia)游河(he)道(dao)約(yue)220米(mi)處(chu)。安裝兩臺單機容量為(wei)(wei)(wei)6000千瓦(wa)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機組,多年平(ping)均發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量2912萬度。山口(kou)巖供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)程(cheng)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)干管(guan)線總長(chang)11.4公里(li),支(zhi)管(guan)線長(chang)3.24公里(li),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)從(cong)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)引出后進(jin)入混凝土預應力供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)干管(guan)(D=1.6米(mi)),過農田沿(yan)320國道(dao)至白源水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)廠(chang)。
建設意義
建(jian)設山口巖(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)樞(shu)紐工(gong)程(cheng)是(shi)(shi)萍(ping)鄉市(shi)(shi)開源(yuan)的(de)重大(da)(da)舉措,是(shi)(shi)該(gai)市(shi)(shi)最大(da)(da)的(de)城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)源(yuan)工(gong)程(cheng)和民(min)生工(gong)程(cheng)。因為(wei)萍(ping)鄉市(shi)(shi)地(di)處(chu)贛西(xi)(xi)湘江(jiang)流(liu)域和贛江(jiang)流(liu)域分水(shui)(shui)(shui)嶺,是(shi)(shi)江(jiang)西(xi)(xi)省重要工(gong)業城(cheng)市(shi)(shi),城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)用水(shui)(shui)(shui)需求大(da)(da),境內無大(da)(da)的(de)河(he)流(liu),全(quan)市(shi)(shi)人均水(shui)(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)擁有(you)量(liang)不(bu)足2000立方米,低于全(quan)省和全(quan)國人均水(shui)(shui)(shui)平;資源(yuan)型、工(gong)程(cheng)型、水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)型缺(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)并存,嚴重制約了該(gai)市(shi)(shi)經(jing)濟社(she)會可持(chi)續發展。萍(ping)鄉市(shi)(shi)把解決(jue)水(shui)(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)問題的(de)出路放在(zai)節流(liu)和開源(yuan)上,建(jian)設山口巖(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)樞(shu)紐工(gong)程(cheng)是(shi)(shi)萍(ping)鄉市(shi)(shi)開源(yuan)的(de)重大(da)(da)舉措。
水庫建(jian)成后,可(ke)(ke)使(shi)下游蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的防洪能力從現在的不足(zu)5年一遇提高(gao)到(dao)20年一遇,可(ke)(ke)改(gai)善下游10.12萬(wan)(wan)畝農(nong)田(tian)的灌溉,將灌溉保證(zheng)率提高(gao)到(dao)90%,促進(jin)蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)農(nong)業經濟(ji)持續(xu)穩定發(fa)展;每年可(ke)(ke)為萍鄉市城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)區及蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)提供優質原水7300萬(wan)(wan)方,有(you)效緩解萍鄉市城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)區及蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)生活、工業用(yong)水的緊張狀(zhuang)況;可(ke)(ke)在蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)電力系(xi)統內承擔調峰任務,為蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)電力系(xi)統提供年電量(liang)2912萬(wan)(wan)度。工程建(jian)設進(jin)度
2007年(nian)11月(yue)開工典(dian)禮隆(long)重舉行,2008年(nian)8月(yue)水庫大壩成功截流,2009年(nian)9月(yue)金屬結(jie)構(gou)安(an)裝開工,2010年(nian)2月(yue)進水口處閘室(shi)完(wan)建,2011年(nian)9月(yue)部分(fen)工程通過(guo)驗(yan)收,2012年(nian)6月(yue)水庫正式(shi)下閘蓄水。
