山口巖水(shui)利(li)樞紐(niu)工程地處(chu)贛江(jiang)一(yi)級支流袁河上(shang)游蘆(lu)(lu)溪(xi)縣(xian)境內,壩址位(wei)于蘆(lu)(lu)溪(xi)縣(xian)上(shang)埠鎮山口巖村上(shang)游約(yue)1公(gong)里(li)(li)處(chu),距(ju)蘆(lu)(lu)溪(xi)縣(xian)城7.6公(gong)里(li)(li),距(ju)萍鄉(xiang)市(shi)約(yue)30公(gong)里(li)(li),是一(yi)座以供水(shui)、防(fang)洪(hong)為主,兼顧發(fa)電、灌溉等綜(zong)合利(li)用的大(da)型水(shui)利(li)樞紐(niu)工程。
工程規模
山(shan)口巖水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐(niu)工程主要建(jian)筑物為(wei):大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)、溢(yi)洪道(dao)、放空(kong)洞(dong)(dong)、供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)兼發(fa)電(dian)(dian)及(ji)灌(guan)溉(gai)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口、引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠房(fang)、供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)線(xian)等。大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)為(wei)碾壓(ya)砼雙(shuang)曲拱壩(ba),壩(ba)頂高(gao)程247.6米(mi)(mi),最大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)高(gao)99.1米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)底最大(da)(da)(da)寬度32米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)頂寬5.0米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)頂長(chang)287.94米(mi)(mi),大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)主體(ti)采用R90200三(san)級配(pei)碾壓(ya)混凝土。引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)建(jian)筑物包括進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口及(ji)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong),布置在大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)左岸。進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口為(wei)岸塔式結(jie)構,根據城市供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)及(ji)灌(guan)溉(gai)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)要求(qiu),采用分層取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式,取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口共(gong)分四層,取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)孔口尺寸均為(wei)3×10米(mi)(mi)(寬×高(gao)),引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)洞(dong)(dong)徑3.0米(mi)(mi),全長(chang)378.65米(mi)(mi)。發(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠房(fang)為(wei)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)式地(di)面廠房(fang),布置于大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)下游(you)河道(dao)約220米(mi)(mi)處。安裝兩臺單機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)為(wei)6000千瓦的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組,多年平均發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)2912萬度。山(shan)口巖供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)工程供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)干管(guan)線(xian)總長(chang)11.4公里,支管(guan)線(xian)長(chang)3.24公里,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)從(cong)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)引(yin)出后進(jin)入(ru)混凝土預應力(li)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)干管(guan)(D=1.6米(mi)(mi)),過農田(tian)沿(yan)320國道(dao)至(zhi)白源水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)廠。
建設意義
建設(she)(she)山口巖水(shui)(shui)利樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)是萍鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)源(yuan)(yuan)的重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)舉措,是該市(shi)(shi)(shi)最大(da)(da)的城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)供水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)和(he)民生工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。因為萍鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)地處贛西湘江流域(yu)和(he)贛江流域(yu)分水(shui)(shui)嶺,是江西省重(zhong)(zhong)要工(gong)(gong)業城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi),城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)用水(shui)(shui)需求(qiu)大(da)(da),境內無大(da)(da)的河(he)流,全(quan)(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)人(ren)均水(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)(yuan)擁有量不(bu)足(zu)2000立方米,低(di)于全(quan)(quan)省和(he)全(quan)(quan)國人(ren)均水(shui)(shui)平;資源(yuan)(yuan)型(xing)、工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)型(xing)、水(shui)(shui)質型(xing)缺(que)水(shui)(shui)并存,嚴重(zhong)(zhong)制約了該市(shi)(shi)(shi)經(jing)濟社(she)會可持續(xu)發展。萍鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)把解決(jue)水(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)(yuan)問題的出路放(fang)在節流和(he)開(kai)(kai)源(yuan)(yuan)上,建設(she)(she)山口巖水(shui)(shui)利樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)是萍鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)源(yuan)(yuan)的重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)舉措。
水庫建(jian)成后,可使下游(you)蘆(lu)溪(xi)縣(xian)(xian)城的防洪能力(li)從(cong)現在的不足5年一(yi)遇提(ti)(ti)高到20年一(yi)遇,可改善下游(you)10.12萬畝農田(tian)的灌溉,將灌溉保證率提(ti)(ti)高到90%,促進(jin)蘆(lu)溪(xi)縣(xian)(xian)農業(ye)(ye)經濟持續穩定(ding)發展;每(mei)年可為萍(ping)鄉市(shi)城區及蘆(lu)溪(xi)縣(xian)(xian)城提(ti)(ti)供(gong)優質原(yuan)水7300萬方,有效緩解萍(ping)鄉市(shi)城區及蘆(lu)溪(xi)縣(xian)(xian)城生(sheng)活、工業(ye)(ye)用水的緊(jin)張狀況;可在蘆(lu)溪(xi)縣(xian)(xian)電(dian)力(li)系統內承擔調峰任(ren)務,為蘆(lu)溪(xi)縣(xian)(xian)電(dian)力(li)系統提(ti)(ti)供(gong)年電(dian)量2912萬度(du)。工程建(jian)設進(jin)度(du)
2007年(nian)11月(yue)開工(gong)典禮隆重(zhong)舉行,2008年(nian)8月(yue)水(shui)庫(ku)大壩成(cheng)功截(jie)流(liu),2009年(nian)9月(yue)金屬(shu)結構(gou)安(an)裝(zhuang)開工(gong),2010年(nian)2月(yue)進水(shui)口處閘室完建,2011年(nian)9月(yue)部分工(gong)程通過驗(yan)收(shou),2012年(nian)6月(yue)水(shui)庫(ku)正(zheng)式下閘蓄(xu)水(shui)。
