董箐水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)是(shi)西(xi)電(dian)(dian)東(dong)送第二批重(zhong)點電(dian)(dian)源建(jian)設(she)項目之一,為(wei)(wei)二等工程(cheng),工程(cheng)規模為(wei)(wei)大(2)型。位于貴州北盤江下游(you)貞豐縣與鎮寧縣交界處。工程(cheng)總(zong)投資約60億(yi)元,總(zong)裝機容(rong)量為(wei)(wei)88萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),安裝4臺22萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)水(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機組,保證出(chu)力17.2萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),年(nian)平均發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量為(wei)(wei)31億(yi)千(qian)瓦(wa)時,水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)正常蓄水(shui)(shui)位490米,總(zong)庫(ku)容(rong)9.55億(yi)立(li)方米,調節(jie)庫(ku)容(rong)1.438億(yi)立(li)方米,以發(fa)電(dian)(dian)為(wei)(wei)主,兼有防(fang)洪、供水(shui)(shui)、養殖(zhi)和改(gai)善生(sheng)態環境等綜合效益。
工(gong)(gong)程于(yu)2005年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)28日正式開工(gong)(gong),2006年(nian)(nian)11月(yue)(yue)15日實現截流,2009年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)20日下(xia)閘蓄水,12月(yue)(yue)1日首臺(tai)(tai)機(ji)(ji)組發電,12月(yue)(yue)18日第二臺(tai)(tai)機(ji)(ji)組發電,2010年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)(yue)1日,第三、四臺(tai)(tai)機(ji)(ji)組發電,2010年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)(yue)工(gong)(gong)程基本完工(gong)(gong)。
工程概況
貴州北(bei)盤江(jiang)董箐(qing)水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位于貴州省鎮(zhen)寧(ning)縣與貞豐縣交界的(de)北(bei)盤江(jiang)上,是(shi)北(bei)盤江(jiang)流域(yu)梯級開發的(de)第(di)(di)3個電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan),電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)總容(rong)量為88萬千(qian)瓦,多年平均發電(dian)量近(jin)期(qi)30.26億千(qian)瓦時。是(shi)'西電(dian)東送(song)'第(di)(di)二(er)批重點電(dian)源建設(she)項目之一,電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)以發電(dian)為主(zhu),兼有通航、防洪、供水(shui)、養(yang)殖(zhi)和改善生態環境等綜(zong)合效益。
中國水電(dian)集(ji)團子企(qi)業水電(dian)六局(ju)、水電(dian)九局(ju)、水電(dian)十一局(ju)、水電(dian)十二局(ju)有限(xian)公(gong)司等(deng)單位參(can)加了電(dian)站主(zhu)要工(gong)程項目建(jian)設。電(dian)站投產(chan)運行后(hou),將為華(hua)南地區(qu)提供優質(zhi)電(dian)能,對緩解珠三角地區(qu)電(dian)力供應的緊張局(ju)面(mian)和推(tui)動該地區(qu)經濟社會(hui)發(fa)展發(fa)揮重要作用。
工程按5000年一(yi)遇洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)校(xiao)核,校(xiao)核洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)位493.08m,下泄(xie)流(liu)量13330立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)/秒;500年一(yi)遇洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)設計(ji),設計(ji)洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)位490.70m,下泄(xie)流(liu)量11478立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)/秒。 壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)址(zhi)(zhi)河谷(gu)呈(cheng)開(kai)闊(kuo)的(de)“V”形(xing),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)址(zhi)(zhi)區出露地層(ceng)(ceng)為(wei)青(qing)巖(yan)(yan)組(zu)第(di)二段(duan)(T2q2)、邊陽組(zu)第(di)一(yi)段(duan)(T2b1)和第(di)二段(duan)(T2b2)及(ji)(ji)第(di)四系(Q)地層(ceng)(ceng),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)基及(ji)(ji)兩壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)肩(jian)以灰(hui)色厚層(ceng)(ceng)砂巖(yan)(yan)、粉(fen)砂巖(yan)(yan)夾鈣質泥巖(yan)(yan)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)址(zhi)(zhi)區處于(yu)(yu)多德向斜北西翼(yi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)址(zhi)(zhi)區未發(fa)現大的(de)斷裂帶發(fa)育,褶(zhe)皺、裂隙是壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)址(zhi)(zhi)區的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要構(gou)造(zao)(zao)形(xing)跡。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)址(zhi)(zhi)處地形(xing)開(kai)闊(kuo),利于(yu)(yu)建筑物的(de)布置,不(bu)存在巖(yan)(yan)溶滲漏問題,巖(yan)(yan)石(shi)完整(zheng),構(gou)造(zao)(zao)單一(yi)。鋼筋(jin)混(hun)凝土面(mian)板堆(dui)石(shi)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)最大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高150m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂高程494.5m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂全長678.63m,上游(you)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)坡1:1.4,下游(you)綜合坡比1:1.5,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)體總填筑方(fang)(fang)量約(yue)890萬立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)。溢洪(hong)(hong)道控制段(duan)距大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)左壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)肩(jian)約(yue)60m,分別由引水(shui)明渠段(duan)、控制段(duan)、泄(xie)槽段(duan)及(ji)(ji)消能工組(zu)成。廠(chang)房采用壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)后式右(you)岸地面(mian)廠(chang)房,主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)
要(yao)有主(zhu)廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)、中空樓和(he)開關(guan)站組(zu)成。出線為(wei)超高(gao)壓500KV。廠(chang)(chang)區樞紐主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)主(zhu)機間、右端安裝(zhuang)間、上游(you)副(fu)廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)、上游(you)升壓開關(guan)站、中控樓、下游(you)副(fu)廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)、下游(you)尾水平臺及尾水渠(qu)等(deng)建筑物(wu)組(zu)成。廠(chang)(chang)內(nei)安裝(zhuang)4臺水輪發電機組(zu),總容量880MW,主(zhu)廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)長137.0m、寬25.5m、高(gao)67.62m,機組(zu)安裝(zhuang)高(gao)程(cheng)359.6m。
工程意義
董箐水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)是國家第二批“西電(dian)(dian)東送(song)”重點項(xiang)目,裝機容量880MW(4×220MW),工(gong)程總投資69.63億(yi)元人民幣。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)以發電(dian)(dian)為主,兼顧航(hang)運及其他(ta)任務。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)建成后(hou),在上(shang)游光照電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)水(shui)庫的調節下,具有良好的發電(dian)(dian)、調峰、備用等(deng)性能。
