三(san)里(li)坪(ping)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位(wei)于湖北省房縣五臺龍(long)潭峪三(san)里(li)坪(ping),是南(nan)河(he)十三(san)個梯(ti)級電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong)的(de)第四(si)級,以(yi)防洪、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)為主(zhu),兼顧防洪、航運、水產養殖、灌溉(gai)、旅游等(deng)綜合效(xiao)益(yi)的(de)國(guo)家(jia)大(da)二(er)型水利(li)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)樞紐工程,是南(nan)河(he)干流的(de)第一座較大(da)的(de)中(zhong)型水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)工程。電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)總裝機(ji)容量為70MW(2× 35MW),設計(ji)多年平(ping)均年發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量為1.8億kW×h;水庫正常蓄水位(wei)416m,相應庫容為4.99億m;大(da)壩(ba)最(zui)大(da)壩(ba)高(gao)141m,是國(guo)內(nei)目前已建(jian)和在(zai)建(jian)壩(ba)高(gao)最(zui)高(gao)的(de)碾(nian)壓混凝土雙曲拱壩(ba) 。
基本情況
2004年(nian)8月(yue)(yue),國(guo)家(jia)(jia)發(fa)(fa)展和改(gai)(gai)革委(wei)員(yuan)會以(yi)發(fa)(fa)改(gai)(gai)農經(jing)[2004]1800號文批(pi)(pi)復了(le)該(gai)工程(cheng)可行性研究報告;2006年(nian),國(guo)家(jia)(jia)發(fa)(fa)展和改(gai)(gai)革委(wei)員(yuan)會以(yi)發(fa)(fa)改(gai)(gai)投資[2006]1337號文,核定(ding)該(gai)工程(cheng)初步設計(ji)概算;2007年(nian)10月(yue)(yue)湖北省水(shui)(shui)利廳以(yi)鄂水(shui)(shui)利電(dian)(dian)復[2007]253號文批(pi)(pi)復了(le)該(gai)工程(cheng)的(de)(de)初步設計(ji)報告。湖北省以(yi)鄂水(shui)(shui)利建復(2008)72號文下達(da)《關于房縣三里坪(ping)水(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)樞(shu)紐工程(cheng)開工的(de)(de)批(pi)(pi)復》。2006年(nian)4月(yue)(yue),前期工程(cheng)開始(shi)施工,2009年(nian)6月(yue)(yue)主體工程(cheng)開始(shi)施工,2010年(nian)5月(yue)(yue)13日,大壩混凝土開始(shi)澆筑,工程(cheng)計(ji)劃2013年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)首臺水(shui)(shui)輪(lun)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機組投產(chan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian),2013年(nian)10月(yue)(yue)第(di)2臺水(shui)(shui)輪(lun)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機組投產(chan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian),工程(cheng)完(wan)工。
地理位置
三里(li)坪水(shui)電站(zhan)位(wei)于湖北省房縣境內,壩(ba)址位(wei)于在漢江中(zhong)游一級支流(liu)(liu)南(nan)河(he)中(zhong)段三里(li)坪村下游約1.3km的(de)鏈子崖處,距房縣縣城近50km、至河(he)口129km,是(shi)南(nan)河(he)流(liu)(liu)域(yu)干流(liu)(liu)梯級開發(fa)(fa)中(zhong)的(de)骨干工程,大壩(ba)正常蓄水(shui)位(wei)416.0m,相應庫(ku)容(rong)(rong)4.72億m3,調節庫(ku)容(rong)(rong)2.11億m3,本工程是(shi)以(yi)防洪、發(fa)(fa)電為(wei)主(zhu),兼有(you)灌溉(gai)、水(shui)庫(ku)養殖、庫(ku)區航運等綜合效益的(de)水(shui)利(li)(li)樞紐工程。地下電站(zhan)廠房裝有(you)2臺混流(liu)(liu)式水(shui)輪發(fa)(fa)電機組,額定(ding)(ding)單機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)為(wei)35MW,額定(ding)(ding)總裝機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)為(wei)70MW;最大單機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)為(wei)40MW,最大總裝機容(rong)(rong)量(liang)為(wei)80MW;年設(she)計發(fa)(fa)電量(liang)1.83億千瓦(wa)時,年設(she)計發(fa)(fa)電利(li)(li)用小(xiao)時數2620小(xiao)時,保(bao)證出力1.24萬(wan)千瓦(wa)。
運作方式
在非汛(xun)期(qi)利用上庫(ku)(ku)的調節能(neng)力進行日(ri)調節運(yun)用;在主(zhu)汛(xun)期(qi)和秋汛(xun)期(qi)水庫(ku)(ku)以下(xia)游(you)防洪安全為主(zhu),當入庫(ku)(ku)流量滿足電站發電需要時充分(fen)發揮調峰作用,當電站來水流量較小,電站將按保證(zheng)出力發電,盡(jin)可能(neng)保持水庫(ku)(ku)在高(gao)水位運(yun)行。
水利樞紐由碾壓混凝土雙曲(qu)拱壩(ba)、泄洪消(xiao)能建(jian)筑物、引(yin)水式地下電站廠房組成。攔河大壩(ba)最大壩(ba)高141.00m,壩(ba)軸(zhou)線長(chang)284.62m,壩(ba)頂高程(cheng)(cheng)420m,河床建(jian)基面高程(cheng)(cheng)279m。
地下廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)位于大壩(ba)右岸(an)山體內,廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)采用中部式(shi)。電站(zhan)主要建筑物由進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口、引水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)(dong)及壓力鋼(gang)管、主廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)室群(含主副廠(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)、安裝場、母線洞(dong)(dong)(dong))、尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)閘門井、尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)渠、交通洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、出線洞(dong)(dong)(dong)及地面開(kai)關站(zhan)等組(zu)成。
電氣主接線
電站(zhan)發電機和主變壓器組合方式(shi)采用一機一變單(dan)(dan)元接線,110KV(GIS開(kai)關站(zhan))出線一回,110KV電壓側(ce)采用單(dan)(dan)母(mu)接線。
接入系統
以一回(hui)110KV線(xian)路接入房縣220KV開關(guan)站,線(xian)路總長(chang)30.5km。
廠用電系統
400V廠用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)I段、II段分別經兩臺容(rong)量為(wei)1250KVA;電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)10.5±2X.2.5%/0.4KV干式變壓器接入1#、2#發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機10.5kv母線(xian),;備(bei)(bei)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源由(you)青峰變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站經10KV線(xian)路供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)通過一臺容(rong)量為(wei)800KVA電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)10.5±2X.2.5%/0.4KV干式變壓器接入400VII段,廠內500KW柴(chai)油(you)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機作為(wei)后備(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源接入400VI段;400V分為(wei)兩段,加設(she)母聯開關采用(yong)南京自動(dong)化公司備(bei)(bei)自投裝(zhuang)置(zhi)實現(xian)自動(dong)投切;壩區采用(yong)250kW柴(chai)油(you)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機作為(wei)應急供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
控制方式
電站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)采用南(nan)京(jing)南(nan)瑞集團(tuan)生產(chan)(chan)的計算機(ji)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統實現(xian)(xian)全廠(chang)生產(chan)(chan)設備(bei)集中監(jian)(jian)測監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong),電站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)分為(wei)三(san)層:現(xian)(xian)地控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)級(ji)、廠(chang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)級(ji)和(he)調度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)級(ji)。控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)調節(jie)方式(shi)的優先級(ji)從高到(dao)低(di)為(wei):現(xian)(xian)地控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)級(ji)、主(zhu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)級(ji)、調度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)級(ji)。在主(zhu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方式(shi)下(xia),現(xian)(xian)地控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)單元只(zhi)接受通過(guo)廠(chang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)級(ji)(中控(kong)(kong)(kong)室)人機(ji)接口設備(bei)發(fa)布(bu)的控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)及調節(jie)命(ming)令。調度級(ji)只(zhi)能(neng)采集、監(jian)(jian)視來自(zi)三(san)里(li)坪水電站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的運行信息(xi)和(he)數(shu)據,不(bu)能(neng)直接對電站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)對象進行遠(yuan)方控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與操(cao)作。
調度方式
三里坪水電站由湖北省電力調度(du)通信中心調度(du)。
