電站規模
藤子(zi)(zi)溝(gou)電(dian)站裝機(ji)(ji)容量2×35MW,系懸(xuan)吊式高水(shui)頭、高轉(zhuan)速(su)水(shui)輪發電(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu),其(qi)1號機(ji)(ji)組(zu)A修(xiu)(xiu)是該公(gong)司首次(ci)進(jin)行的35MW水(shui)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)A修(xiu)(xiu)工(gong)(gong)程。針對時間(jian)緊、任務重、技術新(xin)等(deng)(deng)諸多難題,公(gong)司專(zhuan)門成立了(le)藤子(zi)(zi)溝(gou)電(dian)站檢(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)項目部,并落(luo)各(ge)(ge)級人(ren)員責(ze)任制,以確保(bao)各(ge)(ge)項檢(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)工(gong)(gong)作的順利開展、有效推(tui)進(jin)。在(zai)檢(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)工(gong)(gong)作中,該項目部全體(ti)員工(gong)(gong)始終堅持(chi)“策(ce)劃、程序、修(xiu)(xiu)正、卓越”的工(gong)(gong)作理念(nian),先(xian)后(hou)完成了(le)導水(shui)機(ji)(ji)構漏水(shui)大處理、機(ji)(ji)組(zu)技術供(gong)水(shui)系統改(gai)造、轉(zhuan)速(su)測控改(gai)造等(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)作。同時,他們秉(bing)承“精細化管理,與客戶共(gong)同成長”的理念(nian),在(zai)檢(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)過程中發現(xian)的轉(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)磁(ci)極松動(dong)、鐵心縫隙大等(deng)(deng)重大安全隱患(huan)均及時向業(ye)主反映,共(gong)同研究整(zheng)改(gai)措施(shi)。
藤子溝(gou)電(dian)站(zhan)年(nian)發電(dian)量1.92億(yi)kW·h,大壩為雙曲拱壩,壩高127m。引水隧洞4.8km,洞徑(jing)4.3m,調壓井(jing)深154.2m。廠(chang)房建筑物由(you)主、副廠(chang)房、變電(dian)站(zhan)、尾水渠組(zu)成(cheng)。主廠(chang)房成(cheng)型尺寸(長(chang)×寬(kuan)×高)41.6×17.9×38.12m,單機(ji)引用流量25.80立方米/秒。尾水渠長(chang)158.075m,呈(cheng)“V”型,底寬(kuan)。
施工設計
工程樞紐主要由擋水建筑物、泄洪消能建筑物、引水系統和廠區系統組成2008年12月3日,“重慶(qing)藤子(zi)溝水(shui)電站工(gong)程橢圓型雙(shuang)曲薄(bo)拱壩與引水(shui)系(xi)統壓力(li)管橋設計(ji)”經查(cha)新機構進(jin)行相關檢索,取得(de)如下查(cha)新結論:
采(cai)用橢圓(yuan)形拱(gong)圈雙曲(qu)薄拱(gong)壩,最大壩高(gao)124m。其中(zhong)墊座混凝土7m,拱(gong)壩基本體(ti)形高(gao)度117m,拱(gong)冠(guan)梁厚(hou)比0.171,壩頂(ding)中(zhong)心(xin)線(xian)弧(hu)長(chang)339.475m。
引水(shui)系統共布置上下管(guan)橋(qiao),上、下管(guan)橋(qiao)長(chang)分別為115.6m、112.2m,管(guan)徑(jing)均為3900mm,上、下管(guan)橋(qiao)內(nei)水(shui)壓力分別為110m、135m,支(zhi)撐環跨(kua)度為20m。
邊坡穩定性
在進(jin)行邊坡(po)(po)穩定性評價(jia)時,考慮降(jiang)(jiang)雨(yu)的(de)(de)影響(xiang)口。降(jiang)(jiang)雨(yu)主要(yao)通(tong)過以下(xia)作(zuo)用機制(zhi)觸發滑坡(po)(po)的(de)(de)產生:大量的(de)(de)地表水(shui)進(jin)入巖土(tu)(tu)體(ti)(ti)增(zeng)加(jia)了坡(po)(po)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)重量,起加(jia)載作(zuo)用;浸泡軟(ruan)化(hua)易(yi)滑地層,形成粘泥薄層,使抗剪(jian)強(qiang)度大幅度降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di);土(tu)(tu)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)孔隙和(he)巖體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)節理(li)裂隙被水(shui)充滿和(he)飽和(he),在增(zeng)加(jia)動水(shui)和(he)靜水(shui)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)同(tong)時,降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)了有效應(ying)力(li);干濕交替導(dao)致(zhi)巖土(tu)(tu)體(ti)(ti)開裂,使更多的(de)(de)降(jiang)(jiang)水(shui)進(jin)入坡(po)(po)體(ti)(ti),導(dao)致(zhi)滑坡(po)(po)。
現(xian)場調查,滑(hua)體(ti)(ti)長(chang)己=128.4m,寬B=155.0m,滑(hua)體(ti)(ti)平均厚(hou)度九=10.98m,軟(ruan)弱夾(jia)層傾(qing)角為(wei)12o~15 o,計(ji)算時(shi)取a=13º,滑(hua)坡體(ti)(ti)天然重度M,=26.2kN:m-3,水(shui)的(de)(de)天然重度Yd=10kN·m-3,由(you)(you)于滑(hua)體(ti)(ti)兩側(ce)邊(bian)緣(yuan)位(wei)(wei)于沖溝內(nei),所以兩側(ce)側(ce)向作(zuo)用力不計(ji)。底(di)滑(hua)面為(wei)泥夾(jia)巖屑型(xing)(xing)軟(ruan)弱夾(jia)層,根據壩址同類型(xing)(xing)軟(ruan)弱夾(jia)層所做(zuo)的(de)(de)原位(wei)(wei)試驗(yan),抗剪指標(biao)采用f’=0.25,c’=10kN·m-2。改(gai)進(jin)后(hou)的(de)(de)Sarma法考慮了降雨動態因素(su)的(de)(de)影響(xiang)(xiang),分析(xi)了動水(shui)壓力對(dui)坡體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)的(de)(de)影響(xiang)(xiang),以致在數天較大降雨后(hou)所計(ji)算的(de)(de)邊(bian)坡穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)安全系數為(wei)0.96,而改(gai)進(jin)前的(de)(de)Sarma法所得到的(de)(de)結果為(wei)1.02。由(you)(you)此可見在進(jin)行(xing)土體(ti)(ti)邊(bian)坡和節理化巖體(ti)(ti)邊(bian)坡穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)計(ji)算時(shi),采用改(gai)進(jin)的(de)(de)Sarnla方法,能夠很好(hao)的(de)(de)表現(xian)地(di)下水(shui)的(de)(de)動態變(bian)化對(dui)邊(bian)坡穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)的(de)(de)影響(xiang)(xiang)。
機搶修
2008年(nian)七(qi)月10日初,藤子溝電站(zhan)2#機組(zu)由于定子線圈絕緣擊穿,被迫停機。接(jie)到工作任務后(hou),重慶中電電力工程有(you)限(xian)責任公(gong)司水電分公(gong)司立即行動(dong),迅(xun)速組(zu)織(zhi)近30人組(zu)成搶(qiang)修小組(zu),于2008年(nian)7月4日下(xia)午火速趕到電站(zhan)所在地,展開搶(qiang)修工作。
電(dian)站機(ji)組(zu)結構比較(jiao)(jiao)特殊,推力(li)和(he)上導(dao)各有一(yi)個(ge)油盒(he),而且風板(ban)、蓋板(ban)層數較(jiao)(jiao)多,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)量(liang)(liang)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)。下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)風板(ban)在(zai)(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)法(fa)蘭(lan)以上,分解(jie)法(fa)蘭(lan)和(he)拆下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)導(dao)油盒(he)底板(ban)及油冷(leng)器(qi)(qi)須在(zai)(zai)水車(che)室(shi)搭(da)設工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)平臺,占用了水車(che)室(shi)的(de)(de)空間(jian)(jian),所以水輪機(ji)的(de)(de)拆出工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)尚需發電(dian)機(ji)拆出后才能開展。上導(dao)和(he)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)導(dao)油盒(he)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)方空間(jian)(jian)狹窄,人都沒法(fa)站立,特別是下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)導(dao)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)方,拆法(fa)蘭(lan)螺栓和(he)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)導(dao)油盒(he)底板(ban)、下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)導(dao)油冷(leng)器(qi)(qi)相當費力(li)。這些不利因素無疑(yi)增加了拆機(ji)的(de)(de)難度,增大(da)了工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)量(liang)(liang),在(zai)(zai)正(zheng)(zheng)常情(qing)況下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)至少需3天時(shi)間(jian)(jian)。而時(shi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)正(zheng)(zheng)處(chu)于豐水期,業(ye)主(zhu)(zhu)方對(dui)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)要求很緊,給(gei)的(de)(de)拆機(ji)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)只有2天。為了盡(jin)量(liang)(liang)減少停機(ji)帶來的(de)(de)損失,他(ta)們急(ji)業(ye)主(zhu)(zhu)所急(ji),7月5日一(yi)早開始拆機(ji),當晚吊出推力(li)頭。7月6日下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)午吊出上機(ji)架,晚上吊轉子(zi),隨后對(dui)定子(zi)線圈(quan)作(zuo)(zuo)試(shi)驗(yan)。
經(jing)過大家的(de)共同努(nu)力(li),各(ge)專業(ye)(ye)密切配合,我(wo)方按業(ye)(ye)主(zhu)要求在2天(tian)內(nei)完成了(le)相關部件的(de)拆出(chu)工(gong)作(zuo),為故障(zhang)的(de)查找、分析、處(chu)理贏得(de)了(le)時間。通(tong)過試驗已找到了(le)故障(zhang)點,進行了(le)線圈的(de)拆出(chu)工(gong)作(zuo)。
竣工驗收
水(shui)電水(shui)利規劃設(she)計總(zong)院于2008年(nian)1月18日在重慶市組織召開了重慶市龍河藤(teng)子溝水(shui)電站工(gong)程(cheng)勞動(dong)安全與工(gong)業(ye)衛(wei)生專項竣工(gong)驗(yan)收會議。
藤子溝水電站是(shi)龍(long)河梯級開(kai)發(fa)方(fang)案中的龍(long)頭(tou)骨(gu)干工(gong)(gong)程。水電站主(zhu)體工(gong)(gong)程于(yu)2002年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)15日正式開(kai)工(gong)(gong)建設,2002年(nian)12月(yue)(yue)28日截(jie)流,2005年(nian)3月(yue)(yue)下(xia)閘(zha)蓄水,4月(yue)(yue)首臺機組發(fa)電。2006年(nian)5月(yue)(yue)30日通(tong)過消防專(zhuan)項驗收,2007年(nian)8月(yue)(yue)7日通(tong)過樞(shu)紐工(gong)(gong)程專(zhuan)項竣工(gong)(gong)驗收。
根據(ju)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作安排,2008年1月16日(ri)至18日(ri),水電(dian)水利(li)規劃設(she)計總(zong)院組(zu)織勞動安全(quan)(quan)與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業衛(wei)生專(zhuan)(zhuan)項竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)專(zhuan)(zhuan)家組(zu)對重(zhong)(zhong)慶市(shi)龍河(he)(he)藤(teng)子(zi)溝水電(dian)站(zhan)進(jin)行了(le)現場檢查和(he)安全(quan)(quan)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)評價(jia)報告的(de)(de)(de)評審,并形(xing)成了(le)專(zhuan)(zhuan)家驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)意見。會議(yi)聽(ting)取(qu)了(le)建設(she)單位對工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)情況的(de)(de)(de)匯報和(he)評價(jia)機構對安全(quan)(quan)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)評價(jia)報告的(de)(de)(de)介紹;驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)委(wei)員會檢查審閱了(le)相關的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)文件(jian)和(he)資料,并對專(zhuan)(zhuan)家驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)意見進(jin)行了(le)審議(yi)。驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)委(wei)員會會議(yi)認為:重(zhong)(zhong)慶市(shi)龍河(he)(he)藤(teng)子(zi)溝水電(dian)站(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)基本具備安全(quan)(quan)設(she)施竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)條件(jian),原則同意通過勞動安全(quan)(quan)與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業衛(wei)生專(zhuan)(zhuan)項竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)并形(xing)成了(le)《重(zhong)(zhong)慶市(shi)龍河(he)(he)藤(teng)子(zi)溝水電(dian)站(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)勞動安全(quan)(quan)與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業衛(wei)生專(zhuan)(zhuan)項竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)鑒定書(shu)》。
