簡介
玉樹機場,又稱(cheng)玉樹巴塘機場,是青海省繼(ji)西寧、格爾木之后修建的第三座(zuo)民航(hang)機場。
2007年1月29日,國務院、中(zhong)央(yang)軍委(wei)《關(guan)于同意新(xin)(xin)建(jian)青海(hai)(hai)玉(yu)樹民用機(ji)場(chang)的批(pi)復》(國函(han)[2007]12號)同意新(xin)(xin)建(jian)玉(yu)樹機(ji)場(chang),機(ji)場(chang)性(xing)質為國內支線機(ji)場(chang),位于青海(hai)(hai)省(sheng)玉(yu)樹州(zhou)結古(gu)鎮(zhen)以南18公(gong)里處的上巴塘。跑(pao)道長3800米(mi)。航站(zhan)區按滿(man)足2015年旅客吞吐(tu)量8萬人次(ci)目(mu)標設(she)計(ji),航站(zhan)樓4000平方米(mi)。站(zhan)坪面積按2架C類(lei)飛(fei)機(ji)自滑進出(chu)設(she)計(ji)。建(jian)設(she)200 ×50米(mi)軍用停機(ji)坪一塊。
地理位置
玉(yu)樹機(ji)(ji)場(chang),又被(bei)稱為“玉(yu)樹巴(ba)(ba)塘(tang)機(ji)(ji)場(chang)”,建(jian)成以(yi)后,將是(shi)(shi)青(qing)海(hai)省繼西寧、格爾木之后的(de)第三座(zuo)民航(hang)機(ji)(ji)場(chang)。是(shi)(shi)我國海(hai)拔第四(si)高的(de)民用機(ji)(ji)場(chang)。 玉(yu)樹機(ji)(ji)場(chang)于2007年5月開(kai)工建(jian)設,機(ji)(ji)場(chang)跑道已于2008年8月建(jian)設完工,預計2009年6月實(shi)現通航(hang)。 玉(yu)樹機(ji)(ji)場(chang)的(de)具體位置,位于青(qing)海(hai)省玉(yu)樹藏族自治州(zhou)玉(yu)樹縣巴(ba)(ba)塘(tang)鄉(xiang)上巴(ba)(ba)塘(tang)村(具體位置是(shi)(shi)結古鎮(zhen)(玉(yu)樹縣政府(fu)所在地)以(yi)南(nan)18公里處)。

歷史
玉(yu)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)巴(ba)(ba)(ba)塘(tang)(tang)(tang)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)歷史上(shang)經(jing)歷過“兩建(jian)(jian)兩廢(fei)”。1920年代,民(min)國政府派出時(shi)(shi)任交通部(bu)公(gong)路總(zong)管理處(chu)(chu)處(chu)(chu)長(chang)趙祖康技(ji)師到青海藏(zang)(zang)區(qu)修(xiu)建(jian)(jian)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)進(jin)行(xing)實地(di)調(diao)研,他(ta)認(ren)為(wei)(wei)玉(yu)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)縣所屬“巴(ba)(ba)(ba)塘(tang)(tang)(tang)灘”為(wei)(wei)比(bi)(bi)較理想場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)所。1942年7月(yue)玉(yu)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)巴(ba)(ba)(ba)塘(tang)(tang)(tang)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)開工建(jian)(jian)設(she),巴(ba)(ba)(ba)塘(tang)(tang)(tang)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)竣工之(zhi)后,1943年3月(yue),蔣介石曾(ceng)派兩架偵察(cha)機(ji)對昌都(dou)、青藏(zang)(zang)邊疆(jiang)藏(zang)(zang)軍駐(zhu)防進(jin)行(xing)偵察(cha),飛(fei)機(ji)中途曾(ceng)降(jiang)落在(zai)巴(ba)(ba)(ba)塘(tang)(tang)(tang)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)。同年4月(yue),國民(min)黨軍某司令(ling)(ling)部(bu)少(shao)將處(chu)(chu)長(chang)唐井(jing)然乘飛(fei)機(ji)降(jiang)落在(zai)玉(yu)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)巴(ba)(ba)(ba)塘(tang)(tang)(tang)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang),對玉(yu)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)地(di)區(qu)的(de)駐(zhu)防部(bu)隊進(jin)行(xing)了(le)慰問。1952年10月(yue),根(gen)據西(xi)(xi)(xi)北(bei)(bei)軍政委員(yuan)會主(zhu)席彭德(de)懷要求軍隊和地(di)方共(gong)建(jian)(jian)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)命(ming)令(ling)(ling),中共(gong)西(xi)(xi)(xi)北(bei)(bei)局、西(xi)(xi)(xi)北(bei)(bei)軍區(qu)為(wei)(wei)修(xiu)建(jian)(jian)玉(yu)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)巴(ba)(ba)(ba)塘(tang)(tang)(tang)飛(fei)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)共(gong)組織(zhi)了(le)1.2萬(wan)多(duo)軍民(min)、10萬(wan)頭(tou)(匹)牛(niu)馬、100多(duo)輛汽(qi)車及(ji)1000多(duo)億人(ren)民(min)幣(舊幣),經(jing)過各族軍民(min)200多(duo)天的(de)艱苦勞動,終(zhong)于建(jian)(jian)成了(le)巴(ba)(ba)(ba)塘(tang)(tang)(tang)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)。新(xin)修(xiu)建(jian)(jian)的(de)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)跑道(dao)長(chang)約3000米,寬約80米,長(chang)度(du)和寬度(du)皆比(bi)(bi)原機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)大。設(she)備等(deng)方面達到了(le)“比(bi)(bi)較現代化”的(de)水平。1956年4月(yue)2日,從西(xi)(xi)(xi)寧起飛(fei)的(de)兩架伊-12飛(fei)機(ji)安(an)全(quan)飛(fei)抵玉(yu)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)巴(ba)(ba)(ba)塘(tang)(tang)(tang)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang),首航獲得成功。5月(yue)26日,這兩架飛(fei)機(ji)又從玉(yu)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)飛(fei)回(hui)西(xi)(xi)(xi)寧,至此,北(bei)(bei)京—西(xi)(xi)(xi)寧—玉(yu)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)—拉薩航線(拉薩當時(shi)(shi)還沒有機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang),主(zhu)要為(wei)(wei)空投)順利開通,并為(wei)(wei)后來軍事物(wu)資的(de)調(diao)運、防災抗(kang)災以及(ji)支援(yuan)地(di)方建(jian)(jian)設(she)等(deng)方面發(fa)揮(hui)了(le)重要的(de)作(zuo)用。1970年停止(zhi)飛(fei)行(xing),機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)再次廢(fei)棄。
發展
玉樹(shu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)2007年(nian)5月開(kai)工(gong)建(jian)設(she)(she),是青海省(sheng)“十一五”時期(qi)的重點建(jian)設(she)(she)項目,機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)按滿足2015年(nian)旅(lv)客吞(tun)吐量(liang)8萬人次、高峰(feng)小時285人次、貨郵吞(tun)吐量(liang)375噸設(she)(she)計(ji)。機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)等級為4C級,跑(pao)道長3800米(mi),寬(kuan)45米(mi),可(ke)滿足空客319等機(ji)(ji)(ji)型(xing)起降。機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)距(ju)青海省(sheng)玉樹(shu)藏(zang)族(zu)自治(zhi)州(zhou)州(zhou)府所在(zai)地(di)玉樹(shu)市結(jie)古鎮20余公里,海拔(ba)3900米(mi),是截(jie)至2008年(nian)我國海拔(ba)第(di)四高的民航(hang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)。2008年(nian)8月,玉樹(shu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)跑(pao)道工(gong)程建(jian)設(she)(she)完工(gong),2009年(nian)8月1日實現(xian)通(tong)航(hang),首航(hang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)型(xing)為A319。通(tong)航(hang)當年(nian)開(kai)通(tong)玉樹(shu)至西寧、西安往(wang)返航(hang)班(ban)。機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)候機(ji)(ji)(ji)樓富有(you)傳統藏(zang)式(shi)建(jian)筑風(feng)格,支(zhi)柱下部(bu)全部(bu)采用(yong)藏(zang)式(shi)雕刻(ke)。因地(di)處高原,大廳內(nei)配有(you)“氧吧”,供(gong)缺氧的旅(lv)客使用(yong)。
2010年4月(yue)14日上午7時,玉樹(shu)市發生里氏7.1級地(di)震。15日晚(wan),國務院總理溫家寶(bao)乘專(zhuan)機降落于玉樹(shu)機場,隨(sui)后(hou)乘車前往地(di)震災(zai)區(qu)察看災(zai)情。
2010年4月(yue)18日上午(wu)11時25分,中(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)央總書(shu)記(ji)、國(guo)家主(zhu)席、中(zhong)(zhong)央軍委主(zhu)席胡錦濤乘飛機抵達玉(yu)樹(shu)機場,看望慰問災(zai)區干部(bu)群眾,實地指導抗(kang)震救災(zai)工作,胡錦濤總書(shu)記(ji)乘坐的飛機還(huan)運(yun)來大量救災(zai)物(wu)資。
機場應急工程建設
玉(yu)樹機場應急工程建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)主要內(nei)容為:在(zai)跑道(dao)設(she)(she)置(zhi)中線(xian)燈、邊燈,跑道(dao)東端(duan)設(she)(she)置(zhi)I類精密進近(jin)燈光系(xi)統(tong),跑道(dao)西(xi)端(duan)設(she)(she)置(zhi)B類簡易進近(jin)燈光系(xi)統(tong)及(ji)相(xiang)應的滑行道(dao)燈光系(xi)統(tong);擴建(jian)(jian)(jian)站坪18618平(ping)方米(mi),加寬道(dao)肩,新(xin)建(jian)(jian)(jian)一(yi)條224米(mi)垂直聯絡道(dao);建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)特種(zhong)車庫(ku)1000平(ping)方米(mi),配(pei)備特種(zhong)車輛(liang)11輛(liang);配(pei)套建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)供(gong)(gong)水、供(gong)(gong)暖(nuan)、供(gong)(gong)電、消防、總(zong)圖等工程。
根據計劃安(an)排,目視助航燈光系統(tong)工(gong)程6月(yue)(yue)30日(ri)前(qian)完(wan)成安(an)裝和系統(tong)調試,并(bing)(bing)帶電(dian)試運行(xing),7月(yue)(yue)15日(ri)前(qian)校飛、驗收并(bing)(bing)投(tou)(tou)入使用;站坪及聯(lian)絡道(dao)擴建(jian)工(gong)程6月(yue)(yue)30日(ri)前(qian)完(wan)成所(suo)有混凝土(tu)道(dao)面施工(gong),7月(yue)(yue)15日(ri)前(qian)完(wan)成刻槽、灌縫、畫標志線工(gong)作,7月(yue)(yue)30日(ri)前(qian)進行(xing)行(xing)業(ye)驗收并(bing)(bing)投(tou)(tou)入使用,工(gong)期短(duan),任務重。
在民(min)航(hang)局、民(min)航(hang)西北管(guan)(guan)理局及(ji)有關單位(wei)的(de)高(gao)度(du)重視和(he)大力支持下,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)于2011年5月1日(ri)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),5月10日(ri)進(jin)入(ru)全面施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)階段。本次應(ying)(ying)急(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)(she)時(shi)(shi)間緊,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)實(shi)施(shi)難度(du)大,又是不停(ting)航(hang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),還面臨地(di)理環(huan)境復雜、現場(chang)(chang)供電不穩定、建設(she)(she)材料(liao)運(yun)輸困(kun)難、氣候(hou)惡劣、參建人(ren)(ren)(ren)員出現高(gao)原反應(ying)(ying)等(deng)(deng)重重困(kun)難。為(wei)(wei)高(gao)質量、快速度(du)地(di)推進(jin)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,青(qing)海機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)公(gong)司認真(zhen)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)協(xie)調(diao),制(zhi)定了資金籌措(cuo)、材料(liao)供應(ying)(ying)、物資運(yun)輸、供電保(bao)(bao)障(zhang)、勞務(wu)投(tou)入(ru)、疾病防控(kong)等(deng)(deng)七(qi)項預(yu)案,在資金未到位(wei)的(de)情況下,采(cai)取(qu)公(gong)司和(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)先行(xing)墊資的(de)方(fang)(fang)式,確(que)保(bao)(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)(she)順(shun)利進(jin)行(xing)。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)投(tou)入(ru)雙(shuang)倍(bei)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)和(he)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員,個別單位(wei)增加了四倍(bei)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie),實(shi)行(xing)24小時(shi)(shi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),加快施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)度(du)。同時(shi)(shi),派專(zhuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)到設(she)(she)備生產廠家跟(gen)蹤設(she)(she)備生產情況,落(luo)實(shi)到場(chang)(chang)時(shi)(shi)間,并組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)安裝(zhuang)單位(wei)全面熟悉圖紙,優化設(she)(she)備安裝(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝。為(wei)(wei)確(que)保(bao)(bao)設(she)(she)備材料(liao)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)運(yun)抵施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang)(chang),青(qing)海機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)公(gong)司隨時(shi)(shi)與(yu)當地(di)交通運(yun)管(guan)(guan)部門、沿途檢查(cha)站保(bao)(bao)持聯系(xi),安排(pai)專(zhuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)協(xie)調(diao)材料(liao)運(yun)輸通行(xing)事宜,并制(zhi)定應(ying)(ying)急(ji)方(fang)(fang)案,一旦(dan)陸路(lu)中(zhong)斷,立即(ji)考慮航(hang)空運(yun)輸。為(wei)(wei)強(qiang)化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)理,現場(chang)(chang)為(wei)(wei)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員配備雨具,并做好施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員高(gao)原病預(yu)防控(kong)制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,同時(shi)(shi)認真(zhen)落(luo)實(shi)不停(ting)航(hang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)理方(fang)(fang)案,保(bao)(bao)證了建設(she)(she)不影(ying)響飛行(xing)安全和(he)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)正常(chang)運(yun)行(xing)。
玉樹(shu)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)海拔3905米,居國(guo)內通(tong)(tong)航機(ji)場(chang)(chang)海拔高度第三。2009年8月1日通(tong)(tong)航后,每(mei)周有西(xi)安(an)—西(xi)寧—玉樹(shu)往(wang)返(fan)航班3班,地震后增加至每(mei)周17班,并(bing)開通(tong)(tong)了(le)北京—玉樹(shu)的直飛航線。在玉樹(shu)地震搶險救(jiu)(jiu)災中,玉樹(shu)機(ji)場(chang)(chang)共保障救(jiu)(jiu)援飛行490架次(ci),運送救(jiu)(jiu)災物(wu)資2174.86噸,救(jiu)(jiu)援人員17051人次(ci),其中傷員2133人次(ci),為奪取(qu)抗震救(jiu)(jiu)災的全面勝利(li)做出(chu)了(le)突出(chu)貢獻(xian)。
