象(xiang)湖(hu)(hu)風(feng)景(jing)區位于(yu)江西省南昌(chang)市西郊,由南江、北(bei)江、東江、西江,以及青(qing)山湖(hu)(hu)的(de)水流匯聚而成(cheng)(cheng),其(qi)平(ping)面圖(tu)頗似(si)一(yi)(yi)(yi)頭大(da)象(xiang),故得名象(xiang)湖(hu)(hu)。象(xiang)湖(hu)(hu)風(feng)景(jing)區由環湖(hu)(hu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)條路,西南一(yi)(yi)(yi)座(zuo)(zuo)山,湖(hu)(hu)心一(yi)(yi)(yi)座(zuo)(zuo)島,湖(hu)(hu)中兩條堤,湖(hu)(hu)濱一(yi)(yi)(yi)片景(jing)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。萬壽(shou)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)坐落于(yu)象(xiang)湖(hu)(hu)妙濟山上,塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)上還刻有(you)1萬個(ge)不同(tong)書(shu)體的(de)“壽(shou)”字,并點綴1萬盞(zhan)長明(ming)(ming)燈,成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)象(xiang)湖(hu)(hu)景(jing)區一(yi)(yi)(yi)處標志性(xing)景(jing)觀。此外,該(gai)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)座(zuo)(zuo)仿(fang)明(ming)(ming)代建(jian)筑(zhu)風(feng)格的(de)樓閣式觀光塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta),其(qi)平(ping)面呈(cheng)八邊(bian)形(xing),塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)體沿中軸(zhou)對稱。塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)身(shen)由含(han)兩層(ceng)地宮的(de)臺(tai)基(ji)、五個(ge)明(ming)(ming)層(ceng)和(he)四個(ge)平(ping)座(zuo)(zuo)層(ceng)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng),總面積1397平(ping)方米,塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)高59.9米(含(han)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)剎),含(han)有(you)二零零五年(nian)九九重陽節建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)之意。 象(xiang)湖(hu)(hu)萬壽(shou)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)后,將與北(bei)面的(de)萬壽(shou)宮隔水相望(wang),大(da)大(da)豐富象(xiang)湖(hu)(hu)的(de)游覽(lan)景(jing)觀。同(tong)時,萬壽(shou)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)也將與繩金塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)遙相呼應,成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)南昌(chang)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)重要的(de)標志性(xing)景(jing)觀。
北(bei)(bei)線(xian)豫(yu)章(zhang)臺是(shi)(shi)為大型水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)上運(yun)動(dong)(dong)觀(guan)(guan)禮(li)而(er)(er)設計建造的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。規(gui)劃設計和(he)建設過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)直(zhi)對(dui)其體(ti)量及效果存有(you)疑慮,擔心建筑會破壞北(bei)(bei)線(xian)原有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)風(feng)光(guang)帶,因(yin)而(er)(er)在(zai)(zai)設計時(shi),優(you)先(xian)考(kao)慮既要滿足(zu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)觀(guan)(guan)禮(li),又(you)要與(yu)總體(ti)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)觀(guan)(guan)相協調(diao),故而(er)(er)采用適當尺(chi)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)民族(zu)建筑形式(shi)來(lai)表(biao)現,其主(zhu)樓(lou)采用十字歇(xie)山屋頂,兩邊設置的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)群眾看(kan)臺分別與(yu)主(zhu)樓(lou)連(lian)體(ti)成“樓(lou)臺—廊一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)亭”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)格(ge)局(ju),看(kan)臺四(si)周以(yi)精致的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)花崗巖石欄(lan)圍(wei)合,主(zhu)樓(lou)高25m,明(ming)清(qing)皇家(jia)建筑風(feng)格(ge)。駐足(zu)四(si)望,周邊水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)盡收眼底;環(huan)湖觀(guan)(guan)此(ci)樓(lou)臺,感覺穩重而(er)(er)活(huo)潑,精致而(er)(er)不華麗,為整個北(bei)(bei)線(xian)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)觀(guan)(guan)營(ying)造出(chu)不少(shao)古樸氣息和(he)詩情畫(hua)(hua)意。此(ci)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)以(yi)東300m岸線(xian)拐(guai)角處有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)重檐六角亭,是(shi)(shi)靜心駐足(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)好地(di)方(fang),游(you)人(ren)坐(zuo)下既可靜看(kan)游(you)船水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)漫游(you),又(you)可讓(rang)人(ren)忘(wang)卻(que)煩惱,而(er)(er)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)亭挺拔(ba)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)身(shen)軀掩映在(zai)(zai)柳絮春(chun)風(feng)里,也是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)幅美妙(miao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圖畫(hua)(hua)。象(xiang)湖萬壽塔(ta)(ta)以(yi)59.9m矗(chu)立于妙(miao)濟(ji)山之(zhi)顛,為1300多(duo)年來(lai)南昌城內(nei)新(xin)建的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)第二座寶塔(ta)(ta),昭(zhao)示“太平盛世(shi)”之(zhi)意。塔(ta)(ta)頂環(huan)顧,整個景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)覽(lan)無遺(yi),給(gei)(gei)人(ren)以(yi)心曠神怡的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精神享受。而(er)(er)塔(ta)(ta)身(shen)威(wei)武挺拔(ba)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)身(shen)姿(zi),規(gui)整優(you)美的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輪廓線(xian)成為整個景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個明(ming)亮(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)閃光(guang)點,并使整個(妙(miao)濟(ji)山)萬壽塔(ta)(ta)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)增添(tian)了濃郁的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)神秘色彩(cai)和(he)宗(zong)教意味,大大地(di)提(ti)高了景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)傳(chuan)統文(wen)化品位。荷(he)花池(chi)邊的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)藕香榭,是(shi)(shi)清(qing)式(shi)皇家(jia)園(yuan)林(lin)建筑,是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)組廊榭連(lian)體(ti),其主(zhu)榭伸入水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong),連(lian)廊也半(ban)在(zai)(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong),半(ban)倚(yi)池(chi)岸,臨水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)側(ce)立而(er)(er)開(kai)敞(chang),東側(ce)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)觀(guan)(guan)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)平臺,雕花鏤(lou)空石欄(lan)三面(mian)圍(wei)合,猶如舟浮于水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),平靜而(er)(er)安詳,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)看(kan)倒影,一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)幅極佳的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)圖畫(hua)(hua)。象(xiang)湖景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)內(nei)這些功能性古典園(yuan)林(lin)建筑,在(zai)(zai)給(gei)(gei)游(you)人(ren)提(ti)供良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)視覺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),自(zi)身(shen)也以(yi)獨(du)特的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)藝術造型成為象(xiang)湖美景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)部分,給(gei)(gei)人(ren)欣(xin)賞品位,從建筑藝術角度(du)顯示出(chu)象(xiang)湖景(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)古典園(yuan)林(lin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)獨(du)有(you)魅力。
象(xiang)(xiang)湖在(zai)城南(nan)地(di)(di)區(qu)(qu)起著蓄(xu)水和(he)泄洪作用(yong),因而原有(you)地(di)(di)形(xing)(xing)(xing)以(yi)堤擋(dang)圍(wei)合的(de)(de)大型(xing)水面和(he)魚塘為(wei)主(zhu),規劃(hua)設(she)計是在(zai)兼顧其原有(you)水利功能的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上進行園林(lin)景觀打造。建設(she)者通過大量(liang)的(de)(de)現場(chang)踏勘,在(zai)總體(ti)(ti)規劃(hua)上基本控制了(le)各景區(qu)(qu)景點(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)地(di)(di)形(xing)(xing)(xing)、地(di)(di)勢(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)勾勒,園林(lin)建筑(zhu)在(zai)按景點(dian)(dian)建設(she)需要和(he)功能要求的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上,從比例、體(ti)(ti)量(liang)、形(xing)(xing)(xing)式諸方面去把握(wo)。象(xiang)(xiang)湖的(de)(de)單體(ti)(ti)建筑(zhu)及(ji)古建筑(zhu)群盡可能做到與環境(jing)緊密結(jie)合起來,因地(di)(di)制宜(yi);做到了(le)與基礎(chu)地(di)(di)形(xing)(xing)(xing)、地(di)(di)勢(shi)(shi)、地(di)(di)貌的(de)(de)結(jie)合,總體(ti)(ti)布局(ju)依(yi)形(xing)(xing)(xing)就勢(shi)(shi),并充分利用(yong)好地(di)(di)形(xing)(xing)(xing)、環境(jing),恰到好處(chu)地(di)(di)表現自我,使之自然的(de)(de)融人環境(jing)中。建設(she)過程中,按規劃(hua)設(she)計各景點(dian)(dian)或(huo)景觀帶(dai)逐(zhu)一回填(tian)造地(di)(di),或(huo)取(qu)湖泥堆島,逐(zhu)步形(xing)(xing)(xing)成北(bei)線、東線、西線、短(duan)堤、湖心島、長堤、桂花廣場(chang)、荷花池、西南(nan)山(shan)等一期景區(qu)(qu)基本用(yong)地(di)(di)框(kuang)架。
湖心島形(xing)似(si)“腎”形(xing),且北(bei)高(gao)(gao)南(nan)(nan)(nan)低(di)(di)(di),面(mian)(mian)(mian)積2hm2,在(zai)(zai)環漪閣仿古群的平面(mian)(mian)(mian)布(bu)局中(zhong)(zhong),依照島的地(di)(di)形(xing)突出環漪閣主(zhu)樓于北(bei)面(mian)(mian)(mian)高(gao)(gao)地(di)(di),來寶軒(xuan)、翰(han)墨(mo)林(lin)(lin)、銘香堂等,依島自(zi)身平面(mian)(mian)(mian)曲線和(he)(he)地(di)(di)勢(shi)(shi)高(gao)(gao)程,在(zai)(zai)東(dong)、南(nan)(nan)(nan)、西面(mian)(mian)(mian)分別布(bu)設(she)并形(xing)成院落圍(wei)合,東(dong)北(bei)角(jiao)南(nan)(nan)(nan)北(bei)貫(guan)通的坡(po)面(mian)(mian)(mian)上設(she)有(you)(you)四方形(xing)重檐“松風亭”,與主(zhu)閣錯(cuo)落幾個臺(tai)級(ji)(ji),暢空的木廊從東(dong)、南(nan)(nan)(nan)、西三面(mian)(mian)(mian)依形(xing)就(jiu)(jiu)勢(shi)(shi),分別對接來寶軒(xuan)、翰(han)墨(mo)林(lin)(lin),銘香堂、松風亭并形(xing)成圍(wei)合,此外,生活小筑(zhu)(zhu)餐(can)廚則就(jiu)(jiu)勢(shi)(shi)設(she)于西北(bei)坡(po)角(jiao)僻靜處,整(zheng)個建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)群有(you)(you)主(zhu)有(you)(you)次,平面(mian)(mian)(mian)布(bu)局和(he)(he)高(gao)(gao)低(di)(di)(di)座次均循其自(zi)然(ran),不去(qu)刻意填(tian)挖(wa)。為節省回(hui)(hui)填(tian)資(zi)金(jin),西南(nan)(nan)(nan)山(shan)回(hui)(hui)填(tian)后(hou)自(zi)然(ran)地(di)(di)勢(shi)(shi)為北(bei)高(gao)(gao)南(nan)(nan)(nan)底(di),東(dong)西按風水(shui)學(xue)的說法,堆“青(qing)龍”“白虎”二山(shan),萬壽宮建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)群的單體(ti)及其周(zhou)邊廣(guang)場(chang)就(jiu)(jiu)是在(zai)(zai)總體(ti)把握坡(po)度(du)(du)及現有(you)(you)位置的情況(kuang)下就(jiu)(jiu)勢(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)設(she)的。中(zhong)(zhong)軸線自(zi)南(nan)(nan)(nan)向(xiang)北(bei),依次為宮門、戲臺(tai)、真(zhen)君殿(dian)、玉皇殿(dian)、玉冊閣,每個建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)臺(tai)明因(yin)前后(hou)地(di)(di)勢(shi)(shi)變化而(er)南(nan)(nan)(nan)高(gao)(gao)北(bei)低(di)(di)(di);中(zhong)(zhong)軸兩邊的圣母殿(dian)、斗(dou)姆殿(dian)分別由東(dong)、由西朝中(zhong)(zhong)軸坐向(xiang),并按兩山(shan)之間(jian)(jian)現有(you)(you)寬(kuan)度(du)(du),向(xiang)外移出6m坐落,其臺(tai)明南(nan)(nan)(nan)高(gao)(gao)北(bei)低(di)(di)(di);外圍(wei)廊也因(yin)此在(zai)(zai)每個單體(ti)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)旁設(she)立臺(tai)級(ji)(ji)和(he)(he)拐折(zhe),其屋面(mian)(mian)(mian)高(gao)(gao)高(gao)(gao)低(di)(di)(di)低(di)(di)(di)、錯(cuo)落迂回(hui)(hui),豐富了整(zheng)個建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)群的平面(mian)(mian)(mian)布(bu)局和(he)(he)空間(jian)(jian)層(ceng)次。受(shou)地(di)(di)形(xing)限制(zhi)及景觀上的考慮(lv),景區內的所有(you)(you)管理用房和(he)(he)經營用房都是利用地(di)(di)勢(shi)(shi)的高(gao)(gao)低(di)(di)(di)落差而(er)設(she)置的,因(yin)勢(shi)(shi)而(er)建(jian)(jian)節省用地(di)(di)和(he)(he)造價,又不破壞自(zi)然(ran)景色(se),極為適用而(er)美(mei)觀。

萬壽塔
萬(wan)(wan)(wan)壽塔(ta)(ta)(ta)位于象湖(hu)(hu)(hu)風景(jing)區西南角(jiao)妙(miao)濟山上(shang),設(she)(she)計(ji)為(wei)(wei)8角(jiao)9層(明5暗4)、4出門的(de)宋代仿古建筑,塔(ta)(ta)(ta)身(shen)凈高36米,塔(ta)(ta)(ta)剎(cha)10米,底(di)層建在(zai)15米高的(de)山脈上(shang),塔(ta)(ta)(ta)的(de)實際高度為(wei)(wei)61米。萬(wan)(wan)(wan)壽塔(ta)(ta)(ta)主體占地面積(ji)為(wei)(wei)380平方米,塔(ta)(ta)(ta)內設(she)(she)有出自古今(jin)名人的(de)匾額、楹聯、壁畫,并有9999個字體各(ge)異(yi)的(de)“壽”字圖,塔(ta)(ta)(ta)身(shen)還(huan)設(she)(she)置(zhi)9999只輪(lun)廓(kuo)燈,真正達(da)到(dao)“白天是景(jing)點(dian),晚上(shang)是亮點(dian)”的(de)景(jing)觀效果。 萬(wan)(wan)(wan)壽塔(ta)(ta)(ta)的(de)地宮內珍藏有識之士的(de)經典信物、當代名優產(chan)品等,定期向(xiang)游(you)客展示,不(bu)僅有珍藏價值,而且有觀賞(shang)價值。使象湖(hu)(hu)(hu)風景(jing)區形成一(yi)條(tiao)山上(shang)有殿(dian)堂(萬(wan)(wan)(wan)壽宮)、空中顯(xian)靈(ling)光(guang)(萬(wan)(wan)(wan)壽塔(ta)(ta)(ta))、湖(hu)(hu)(hu)面有橋(qiao)梁(萬(wan)(wan)(wan)壽橋(qiao))的(de)立體風光(guang)帶(dai)。
