象(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)風景(jing)(jing)區位于江西(xi)省南(nan)(nan)昌(chang)市西(xi)郊,由(you)南(nan)(nan)江、北(bei)江、東江、西(xi)江,以及(ji)青(qing)山湖(hu)的(de)(de)水流匯聚而成(cheng)(cheng),其(qi)平(ping)面(mian)圖(tu)頗(po)似一(yi)(yi)頭大象(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),故(gu)得名象(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)。象(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)風景(jing)(jing)區由(you)環湖(hu)一(yi)(yi)條路(lu),西(xi)南(nan)(nan)一(yi)(yi)座山,湖(hu)心一(yi)(yi)座島(dao),湖(hu)中兩條堤,湖(hu)濱一(yi)(yi)片景(jing)(jing)組成(cheng)(cheng)。萬(wan)壽塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)坐落于象(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)妙濟(ji)山上(shang)(shang),塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)上(shang)(shang)還刻有(you)1萬(wan)個(ge)不同書體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)“壽”字,并點綴(zhui)1萬(wan)盞長明(ming)燈,成(cheng)(cheng)為象(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)景(jing)(jing)區一(yi)(yi)處標(biao)志性景(jing)(jing)觀。此外,該塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)是一(yi)(yi)座仿明(ming)代建(jian)筑風格(ge)的(de)(de)樓閣式觀光(guang)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta),其(qi)平(ping)面(mian)呈八邊形,塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)體(ti)(ti)沿中軸對稱。塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)身由(you)含兩層(ceng)地宮(gong)的(de)(de)臺基、五個(ge)明(ming)層(ceng)和四個(ge)平(ping)座層(ceng)組成(cheng)(cheng),總面(mian)積1397平(ping)方米,塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)高59.9米(含塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)剎),含有(you)二零零五年(nian)九九重陽節建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)之意。 象(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)萬(wan)壽塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)后,將與(yu)北(bei)面(mian)的(de)(de)萬(wan)壽宮(gong)隔水相望,大大豐(feng)富象(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)的(de)(de)游(you)覽景(jing)(jing)觀。同時,萬(wan)壽塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)也將與(yu)繩金(jin)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)(ta)遙相呼應,成(cheng)(cheng)為南(nan)(nan)昌(chang)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)重要的(de)(de)標(biao)志性景(jing)(jing)觀。
北線(xian)豫章臺是(shi)(shi)為大型水(shui)(shui)上運(yun)動觀(guan)禮而(er)(er)設(she)計建(jian)造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)。規劃設(she)計和(he)建(jian)設(she)過程(cheng)中,一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)直(zhi)對(dui)其體(ti)量及效(xiao)果存有(you)疑慮,擔心建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)會破壞北線(xian)原有(you)的(de)(de)(de)風光(guang)帶(dai),因而(er)(er)在(zai)設(she)計時(shi),優(you)先(xian)考慮既要滿足(zu)活動觀(guan)禮,又(you)(you)要與總體(ti)景(jing)(jing)觀(guan)相協(xie)調,故而(er)(er)采(cai)用適當尺度的(de)(de)(de)民族(zu)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)形(xing)式來表現(xian),其主(zhu)樓采(cai)用十字歇山屋頂,兩邊(bian)設(she)置的(de)(de)(de)群眾看臺分別與主(zhu)樓連(lian)(lian)體(ti)成“樓臺—廊一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)亭(ting)(ting)”的(de)(de)(de)格(ge)局(ju),看臺四周(zhou)以(yi)精致(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)花崗巖石(shi)欄圍合,主(zhu)樓高(gao)25m,明清皇家(jia)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)風格(ge)。駐足(zu)四望(wang),周(zhou)邊(bian)水(shui)(shui)景(jing)(jing)盡收眼(yan)底;環湖(hu)觀(guan)此樓臺,感(gan)覺(jue)穩重而(er)(er)活潑,精致(zhi)而(er)(er)不華麗(li),為整個(ge)北線(xian)景(jing)(jing)觀(guan)營造(zao)(zao)出不少古(gu)樸氣息和(he)詩情畫意。此景(jing)(jing)區(qu)以(yi)東(dong)300m岸(an)線(xian)拐角處(chu)有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)重檐(yan)六角亭(ting)(ting),是(shi)(shi)靜心駐足(zu)的(de)(de)(de)好地方,游人(ren)坐下既可靜看游船水(shui)(shui)中漫游,又(you)(you)可讓人(ren)忘卻煩惱,而(er)(er)景(jing)(jing)亭(ting)(ting)挺拔的(de)(de)(de)身軀掩映在(zai)柳絮春風里,也是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)幅美妙的(de)(de)(de)圖畫。象(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)萬壽塔(ta)以(yi)59.9m矗立于(yu)妙濟(ji)山之顛,為1300多年來南昌城內(nei)新建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)第二座寶塔(ta),昭示(shi)“太平(ping)盛世”之意。塔(ta)頂環顧(gu),整個(ge)景(jing)(jing)區(qu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)覽(lan)無遺(yi),給人(ren)以(yi)心曠神(shen)怡的(de)(de)(de)精神(shen)享受。而(er)(er)塔(ta)身威武挺拔的(de)(de)(de)身姿,規整優(you)美的(de)(de)(de)輪(lun)廓線(xian)成為整個(ge)景(jing)(jing)區(qu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)明亮的(de)(de)(de)閃光(guang)點,并(bing)使整個(ge)(妙濟(ji)山)萬壽塔(ta)景(jing)(jing)區(qu)增添了濃郁(yu)的(de)(de)(de)神(shen)秘色彩和(he)宗教(jiao)意味,大大地提高(gao)了景(jing)(jing)區(qu)傳統文化品位。荷(he)花池(chi)邊(bian)的(de)(de)(de)藕香榭(xie)(xie),是(shi)(shi)清式皇家(jia)園林建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)組廊榭(xie)(xie)連(lian)(lian)體(ti),其主(zhu)榭(xie)(xie)伸(shen)入水(shui)(shui)中,連(lian)(lian)廊也半(ban)在(zai)水(shui)(shui)中,半(ban)倚池(chi)岸(an),臨水(shui)(shui)側立而(er)(er)開敞(chang),東(dong)側一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)觀(guan)景(jing)(jing)平(ping)臺,雕花鏤空石(shi)欄三(san)面圍合,猶(you)如舟浮于(yu)水(shui)(shui),平(ping)靜而(er)(er)安詳,水(shui)(shui)中看倒影(ying),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)幅極佳的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)景(jing)(jing)圖畫。象(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)景(jing)(jing)區(qu)內(nei)這(zhe)些功能性古(gu)典(dian)園林建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),在(zai)給游人(ren)提供(gong)良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)景(jing)(jing)視覺(jue)的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),自(zi)身也以(yi)獨特的(de)(de)(de)藝術(shu)造(zao)(zao)型成為象(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)美景(jing)(jing)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)部(bu)分,給人(ren)欣(xin)賞品位,從建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)藝術(shu)角度顯示(shi)出象(xiang)(xiang)湖(hu)景(jing)(jing)區(qu)古(gu)典(dian)園林的(de)(de)(de)獨有(you)魅(mei)力。
象(xiang)湖(hu)在城南地(di)(di)區起著蓄水(shui)(shui)和泄洪(hong)作用,因而原(yuan)有(you)地(di)(di)形(xing)以(yi)堤擋(dang)圍(wei)合(he)(he)的大(da)型水(shui)(shui)面和魚塘為主,規(gui)劃設(she)(she)計(ji)是(shi)在兼顧(gu)其原(yuan)有(you)水(shui)(shui)利功能(neng)的基礎上(shang)(shang)進(jin)行園(yuan)林景(jing)觀打造(zao)。建設(she)(she)者通過大(da)量的現場踏勘,在總體(ti)規(gui)劃上(shang)(shang)基本控(kong)制了各(ge)景(jing)區景(jing)點(dian)的地(di)(di)形(xing)、地(di)(di)勢的勾勒,園(yuan)林建筑在按景(jing)點(dian)建設(she)(she)需要和功能(neng)要求的基礎上(shang)(shang),從比例、體(ti)量、形(xing)式諸(zhu)方面去把握。象(xiang)湖(hu)的單(dan)體(ti)建筑及古建筑群盡可能(neng)做到與環(huan)境緊密結(jie)合(he)(he)起來(lai),因地(di)(di)制宜;做到了與基礎地(di)(di)形(xing)、地(di)(di)勢、地(di)(di)貌的結(jie)合(he)(he),總體(ti)布局依形(xing)就勢,并充(chong)分利用好(hao)地(di)(di)形(xing)、環(huan)境,恰(qia)到好(hao)處地(di)(di)表現自我,使之自然的融(rong)人環(huan)境中(zhong)。建設(she)(she)過程中(zhong),按規(gui)劃設(she)(she)計(ji)各(ge)景(jing)點(dian)或(huo)景(jing)觀帶(dai)逐一回填(tian)造(zao)地(di)(di),或(huo)取(qu)湖(hu)泥堆島,逐步形(xing)成北線、東(dong)線、西線、短堤、湖(hu)心島、長堤、桂(gui)花廣場、荷花池、西南山等一期(qi)景(jing)區基本用地(di)(di)框架。
湖心(xin)島形(xing)(xing)似“腎”形(xing)(xing),且(qie)北(bei)(bei)(bei)高(gao)(gao)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)低(di),面(mian)(mian)積2hm2,在(zai)環漪閣仿古群(qun)的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)布(bu)(bu)局(ju)中,依照(zhao)島的(de)(de)地(di)(di)(di)形(xing)(xing)突出環漪閣主(zhu)(zhu)樓于北(bei)(bei)(bei)面(mian)(mian)高(gao)(gao)地(di)(di)(di),來(lai)寶軒、翰墨(mo)林、銘(ming)(ming)香(xiang)堂(tang)等,依島自(zi)身平(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)曲線(xian)和(he)(he)(he)地(di)(di)(di)勢(shi)(shi)高(gao)(gao)程(cheng),在(zai)東(dong)、南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)、西(xi)面(mian)(mian)分(fen)別布(bu)(bu)設(she)(she)(she)并(bing)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)院(yuan)落圍(wei)(wei)合(he),東(dong)北(bei)(bei)(bei)角南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)北(bei)(bei)(bei)貫(guan)通的(de)(de)坡(po)(po)面(mian)(mian)上設(she)(she)(she)有四方形(xing)(xing)重檐“松(song)風亭(ting)”,與主(zhu)(zhu)閣錯落幾個臺級(ji),暢(chang)空的(de)(de)木(mu)廊從東(dong)、南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)、西(xi)三面(mian)(mian)依形(xing)(xing)就勢(shi)(shi),分(fen)別對接來(lai)寶軒、翰墨(mo)林,銘(ming)(ming)香(xiang)堂(tang)、松(song)風亭(ting)并(bing)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)圍(wei)(wei)合(he),此外,生活小筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)餐廚則就勢(shi)(shi)設(she)(she)(she)于西(xi)北(bei)(bei)(bei)坡(po)(po)角僻靜處,整個建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)群(qun)有主(zhu)(zhu)有次,平(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)布(bu)(bu)局(ju)和(he)(he)(he)高(gao)(gao)低(di)座次均循其(qi)自(zi)然(ran),不去刻意填(tian)挖。為(wei)節(jie)省回填(tian)資金,西(xi)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)山回填(tian)后(hou)自(zi)然(ran)地(di)(di)(di)勢(shi)(shi)為(wei)北(bei)(bei)(bei)高(gao)(gao)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)底,東(dong)西(xi)按風水學的(de)(de)說法,堆(dui)“青龍”“白虎”二山,萬壽宮(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)群(qun)的(de)(de)單(dan)體(ti)及其(qi)周邊廣場就是在(zai)總(zong)體(ti)把(ba)握坡(po)(po)度(du)及現有位置的(de)(de)情況下(xia)就勢(shi)(shi)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)。中軸線(xian)自(zi)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)向北(bei)(bei)(bei),依次為(wei)宮(gong)門、戲(xi)臺、真君殿(dian)(dian)、玉(yu)皇殿(dian)(dian)、玉(yu)冊(ce)閣,每(mei)個建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)臺明(ming)(ming)因(yin)(yin)(yin)前后(hou)地(di)(di)(di)勢(shi)(shi)變化而(er)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)高(gao)(gao)北(bei)(bei)(bei)低(di);中軸兩(liang)邊的(de)(de)圣母殿(dian)(dian)、斗姆殿(dian)(dian)分(fen)別由東(dong)、由西(xi)朝中軸坐向,并(bing)按兩(liang)山之間現有寬度(du),向外移出6m坐落,其(qi)臺明(ming)(ming)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)高(gao)(gao)北(bei)(bei)(bei)低(di);外圍(wei)(wei)廊也因(yin)(yin)(yin)此在(zai)每(mei)個單(dan)體(ti)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)旁設(she)(she)(she)立(li)臺級(ji)和(he)(he)(he)拐(guai)折,其(qi)屋面(mian)(mian)高(gao)(gao)高(gao)(gao)低(di)低(di)、錯落迂回,豐富了(le)整個建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)群(qun)的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)布(bu)(bu)局(ju)和(he)(he)(he)空間層次。受地(di)(di)(di)形(xing)(xing)限制及景觀上的(de)(de)考慮,景區內的(de)(de)所有管理用(yong)(yong)房(fang)和(he)(he)(he)經營用(yong)(yong)房(fang)都是利用(yong)(yong)地(di)(di)(di)勢(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)低(di)落差而(er)設(she)(she)(she)置的(de)(de),因(yin)(yin)(yin)勢(shi)(shi)而(er)建(jian)節(jie)省用(yong)(yong)地(di)(di)(di)和(he)(he)(he)造價(jia),又(you)不破壞自(zi)然(ran)景色,極為(wei)適用(yong)(yong)而(er)美(mei)觀。

萬壽塔
萬壽(shou)塔(ta)(ta)位于象(xiang)湖(hu)風(feng)景區西南角妙濟山(shan)(shan)上(shang),設(she)(she)計為8角9層(ceng)(明(ming)5暗4)、4出門的(de)(de)宋代仿古(gu)建筑,塔(ta)(ta)身凈高36米(mi),塔(ta)(ta)剎10米(mi),底層(ceng)建在15米(mi)高的(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)脈上(shang),塔(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)實(shi)際高度為61米(mi)。萬壽(shou)塔(ta)(ta)主體(ti)占地面(mian)積為380平方米(mi),塔(ta)(ta)內(nei)設(she)(she)有(you)(you)出自古(gu)今(jin)名人(ren)的(de)(de)匾額(e)、楹聯、壁畫,并有(you)(you)9999個字體(ti)各異的(de)(de)“壽(shou)”字圖,塔(ta)(ta)身還設(she)(she)置9999只(zhi)輪廓燈(deng),真正達到“白天是景點,晚(wan)上(shang)是亮點”的(de)(de)景觀效果(guo)。 萬壽(shou)塔(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)地宮內(nei)珍藏有(you)(you)識之(zhi)士的(de)(de)經典(dian)信(xin)物(wu)、當代名優產(chan)品等,定期(qi)向(xiang)游客展示(shi),不僅(jin)有(you)(you)珍藏價值,而且有(you)(you)觀賞價值。使象(xiang)湖(hu)風(feng)景區形(xing)成一條山(shan)(shan)上(shang)有(you)(you)殿堂(萬壽(shou)宮)、空中(zhong)顯靈光(guang)(萬壽(shou)塔(ta)(ta))、湖(hu)面(mian)有(you)(you)橋梁(liang)(萬壽(shou)橋)的(de)(de)立體(ti)風(feng)光(guang)帶。
