吉林省(sheng)(sheng)第二實驗(yan)學(xue)校坐落于(yu)長(chang)春(chun)市風光秀麗的南(nan)湖之濱(bin),始建于(yu)1984年(nian),隸屬于(yu)吉林省(sheng)(sheng)教育(yu)廳,是(shi)省(sheng)(sheng)首批辦好(hao)的中小學(xue)一(yi)(yi)體的九年(nian)一(yi)(yi)貫制義務教育(yu)實驗(yan)學(xue)校,最初(chu)是(shi)為了解決居住在(zai)南(nan)湖新村的省(sheng)(sheng)委、省(sheng)(sheng)政府子弟入(ru)學(xue)問(wen)題創建的。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)占地面積29495平方米,建(jian)筑面積22244平方米。分為中、小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)兩(liang)部。現(xian)有(you)71個教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班,3565名(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有(you)338位教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong),323位專(zhuan)任(ren)教(jiao)師(shi),其中,小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)部133人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),含正高(gao)級2人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),高(gao)級教(jiao)師(shi)14人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),一級教(jiao)師(shi)55人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),碩士研究生25人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),研究生課程(cheng)班85人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),大專(zhuan)以(yi)上學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)124人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren);中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)部199人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),含高(gao)級教(jiao)師(shi)64人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),一級教(jiao)師(shi)61人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),本科以(yi)上學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)186人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。

近年來(lai),為(wei)了豐富拓展中、小學生(sheng)校園學習生(sheng)活,學校積極(ji)創造條件,努力搭建社(she)團活動(dong)(dong)平臺,指導開展了足球、籃(lan)球、排球、羽(yu)毛球等(deng)百余(yu)個社(she)團活動(dong)(dong),各有千秋,蓬勃發展,實現了活動(dong)(dong)無盲區、活動(dong)(dong)常態化、活動(dong)(dong)接地氣、活動(dong)(dong)課程(cheng)化、人人有擔(dan)當(dang)。學生(sheng)的成長在各種社(she)團活動(dong)(dong)中得以綜合發展、特(te)長發展、精(jing)英發展。
