南京市(shi)(shi)瑯(lang)琊(ya)路小學(xue)(xue)創(chuang)建于1934年,1982年起為(wei)江蘇省(sheng)實驗(yan)小學(xue)(xue)。現有42個教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)班,學(xue)(xue)生2721余名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming),教(jiao)職(zhi)工121名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming),其中南京市(shi)(shi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)校長1名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming),省(sheng)特級教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)4名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming),市(shi)(shi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)師(shi)(shi)(shi)2名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming),市(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)科帶頭人2名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming),中學(xue)(xue)高級教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)7名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming),市(shi)(shi)級以上骨干教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)38名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)等(deng)。
多年(nian)來(lai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)堅持以(yi)科研為(wei)(wei)先導,以(yi)培養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)做“集體的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)(ren),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)(ren),生(sheng)活的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)(ren)”為(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育目標,實踐(jian)愉快教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育思想,培育自主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)創(chuang)新的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)(ren)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)從1982年(nian)以(yi)來(lai)積極探(tan)索(suo)小(xiao)(xiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)(ren)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育,不斷豐(feng)富小(xiao)(xiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)(ren)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育內(nei)涵(han),進行了“課(ke)內(nei)外教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)一(yi)體化”、“構建(jian)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)創(chuang)新性學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育模(mo)式”和“培養小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)創(chuang)新性學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)品質(zhi)”這三輪實驗,在實驗中(zhong)(zhong),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)在課(ke)程設置、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)方式、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)開發建(jian)設、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)評價(jia)與考試(shi)改革(ge)以(yi)及綜合實踐(jian)活動等(deng)方面進行了積極的(de)改革(ge)與探(tan)索(suo),取(qu)得(de)了突出的(de)成(cheng)績。如今學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)正以(yi)小(xiao)(xiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)姿態活躍在校(xiao)(xiao)園內(nei)外,個性和創(chuang)造精神得(de)到(dao)了充分的(de)發展,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)走出了一(yi)條具有鮮明特色的(de)“小(xiao)(xiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)(ren)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育”之路。中(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)央政(zheng)治局(ju)常委(wei)、國務院(yuan)副總(zong)理(li)李嵐清來(lai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)視(shi)察,對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)“小(xiao)(xiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)(ren)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育”為(wei)(wei)目標的(de)素(su)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育給予充分肯定。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)先后獲得(de)“全(quan)國現代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育技術實驗學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”、“全(quan)國影視(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育優(you)秀(xiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”、“江(jiang)蘇(su)省模(mo)范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”、“江(jiang)蘇(su)省文明單位(wei)標兵”、“江(jiang)蘇(su)省文明單位(wei)標兵”、“江(jiang)蘇(su)省教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育科研先進集體”等(deng)多項殊榮。
