海口(kou)中(zhong)(zhong)學是以九年義務教(jiao)育、高中(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)育為(wei)主(zhu)體,并(bing)輔以幼兒教(jiao)育的(de)全日寄宿與走讀雙軌并(bing)行、“全優(you)(you)化(hua)”管(guan)理形式的(de)學校。學校前(qian)身為(wei)海口(kou)雙島學園(yuan),創(chuang)辦于1999年;2007年曾與湖南(nan)師(shi)大(da)附屬中(zhong)(zhong)學合作創(chuang)辦優(you)(you)質高中(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)育;2015年8月(yue),經(jing)市政(zheng)府教(jiao)育行政(zheng)和民政(zheng)部(bu)門(men)批準正(zheng)式更名(ming)為(wei)“海口(kou)中(zhong)(zhong)學”。
學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)地(di)處海口市龍華區濱海大道中(zhong)(zhong)段(duan),依(yi)傍美麗的海口灣(wan)畔,與萬綠園為鄰。校(xiao)(xiao)園占地(di)80000㎡,建筑(zhu)面積100000㎡。目前中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)和幼兒教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育共(gong)有(you)學(xue)(xue)生近8000人,其中(zhong)(zhong)屬港澳臺和外國(guo)籍學(xue)(xue)生93人。生活輔(fu)(fu)導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)、行政、后勤等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)輔(fu)(fu)人員(yuan)301人。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)專任教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)碩士(shi)研究(jiu)生學(xue)(xue)歷(li)59名(ming)(ming)(ming),國(guo)際中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生學(xue)(xue)科奧賽金牌教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)練3名(ming)(ming)(ming),特聘(pin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授級(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)科研究(jiu)員(yuan)1人,特級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)6名(ming)(ming)(ming),省級(ji)(ji)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)7名(ming)(ming)(ming),市級(ji)(ji)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)9名(ming)(ming)(ming),市級(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)科帶頭人7名(ming)(ming)(ming)。高級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)33名(ming)(ming)(ming),一級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)78名(ming)(ming)(ming),二、三級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)215名(ming)(ming)(ming)。
學校(xiao)(xiao)自2006年4月董事會重(zhong)組(zu)以來,累計投入(ru)建設資金(jin)達6億元,不僅使校(xiao)(xiao)園硬(ying)件(jian)基礎設施達到海南省普(pu)通中小(xiao)學民基教育示(shi)范校(xiao)(xiao)的標準,同時還完成了學校(xiao)(xiao)“一五”期間(jian)的規范化基本創建。
學校(xiao)全(quan)面啟(qi)動數字化(hua)校(xiao)園建設工(gong)程,全(quan)力打造海(hai)南領先、全(quan)國(guo)有(you)特色(se)的(de)集網絡化(hua)、數字化(hua)、智(zhi)能化(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)為一體的(de)數字化(hua)校(xiao)園,并在現代教(jiao)育(yu)硬件基礎設施和可(ke)持續發(fa)展軟環境建設上,已成為海(hai)南國(guo)際旅游島城市智(zhi)能化(hua)教(jiao)育(yu)辦學的(de)成功典范和名(ming)片(pian)。
九年的(de)教(jiao)育實踐(jian)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新形成了穩(wen)定、鮮明的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)特色,主要體(ti)現(xian)在實施素(su)質教(jiao)育、課程建(jian)設、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)方(fang)法、培養途徑、信(xin)息技術、音美(mei)教(jiao)育、健康教(jiao)育、體(ti)育活動、綜(zong)合實踐(jian)、學(xue)(xue)校管理(li)、校園文(wen)化諸方(fang)面(mian),其標志集中在“四個創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新”:一是體(ti)制創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新,加快了學(xue)(xue)校的(de)發展步伐。二(er)是德育創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新,豐(feng)富了學(xue)(xue)校的(de)文(wen)化內涵。三是教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新,提高了學(xue)(xue)生的(de)綜(zong)合素(su)質。四是管理(li)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新,鑄就(jiu)了學(xue)(xue)校的(de)優質品牌。

——深化教(jiao)研(yan)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan),特色強(qiang)校。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校系中央教(jiao)科(ke)所確定(ding)的(de)“實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校”,系海南省教(jiao)育(yu)廳確定(ding)的(de)“實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)基(ji)地(di)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校”,承(cheng)擔(dan)了(le)3項(xiang)(xiang)國(guo)(guo)家級、7項(xiang)(xiang)省市級實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)研(yan)究課題,21項(xiang)(xiang)個人省市級實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)研(yan)究課題,取得(de)了(le)系列研(yan)究成(cheng)果。近年教(jiao)師學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)競賽(sai)獲國(guo)(guo)家、省、市級獎勵116人次,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)競賽(sai)獲國(guo)(guo)家、省、市級獎勵723人次。
