學(xue)(xue)(xue)校現(xian)有(you)33個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)班,1600多(duo)(duo)名(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,105名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)附(fu)(fu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有(you)33個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)班,900余(yu)名(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生;附(fu)(fu)小(xiao)有(you)15個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)班,近(jin)700名(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生:附(fu)(fu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)每級有(you)6個班,每班54個人(ren)。在(zai)校專(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)特級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)2名(ming),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)高級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)20人(ren),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)一級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)22人(ren);小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)高級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)30人(ren)。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷全(quan)部達(da)標。多(duo)(duo)名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)職攻讀碩士研究生。近(jin)幾年(nian)來,有(you)1名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)被評(ping)為全(quan)國優(you)(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi),1名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)被評(ping)為山(shan)東省優(you)(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi),3名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)受到(dao)省級表彰獎勵,2名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)被評(ping)為市級優(you)(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi),多(duo)(duo)人(ren)被評(ping)為區(qu)(qu)、大學(xue)(xue)(xue)的優(you)(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)。濟南市實施教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)素質工程以來,先后(hou)有(you)6名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)獲“區(qu)(qu)百佳教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)”稱號。有(you)20多(duo)(duo)名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)全(quan)國、省、市、區(qu)(qu)級優(you)(you)質課比賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獲獎。在(zai)歷下區(qu)(qu)舉行的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)基本功大賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),我(wo)校榮獲團(tuan)體一等獎。
幾年來,學校硬件(jian)條件(jian)不斷(duan)改善,教(jiao)學設備(bei)先進齊全。先后建起了較(jiao)高檔的(de)(de)(de)(de)多(duo)媒體教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)8個(ge)(ge)、可(ke)(ke)視語(yu)音室(shi)(shi)1個(ge)(ge)、微機室(shi)(shi)1個(ge)(ge)。理、化、生等實驗室(shi)(shi)各1個(ge)(ge),儀器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)配備(bei)基本上達到國家頒布的(de)(de)(de)(de)一類標準(zhun)。各教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)均配有(you)高亮度的(de)(de)(de)(de)投影(ying)器(qi)、29寸彩電。學校建有(you)地面衛星接收天線(xian)、演播(bo)(bo)室(shi)(shi)、閉(bi)路電視雙向控制系統,可(ke)(ke)同時播(bo)(bo)放(fang)10套不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)節目,實現了“有(you)線(xian)廣播(bo)(bo)網(wang)”、“閉(bi)路電視網(wang)”、“計算機校園(yuan)網(wang)”。購買了非線(xian)性(xing)編輯系統、光盤刻錄機、數碼攝像機,可(ke)(ke)制作模擬(ni)、數字影(ying)視資料和多(duo)種教(jiao)學軟件(jian)。為師(shi)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作、學習(xi)創造(zao)了良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)條件(jian)。
山(shan)大二附中坐落在山(shan)東大學千(qian)佛山(shan)校區內,環(huan)境優雅,而且學生放學出(chu)行(xing)非常安全。
從(cong)山(shan)東(dong)大學(xue)南門進去,經過焦耳路,就可以到達(da)山(shan)大二(er)附中,山(shan)大二(er)附中小學(xue)部和中學(xue)部都在這個校區內,山(shan)大二(er)附中有三個教(jiao)學(xue)樓和一個綜合樓,操場比較小。

新(xin)世紀賦予我們新(xin)的(de)使(shi)命(ming),全校(xiao)(xiao)教職工愛崗敬業、團結協作,把“校(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)(yi)育人為(wei)本,師以(yi)(yi)敬業為(wei)樂,生以(yi)(yi)成才為(wei)志”做為(wei)辦學(xue)宗旨,教育學(xue)生“志不求易、事不避難”。為(wei)把學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)辦成“管理高(gao)(gao)起點,教學(xue)高(gao)(gao)水平,隊(dui)伍(wu)高(gao)(gao)素質,教育高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)”的(de)現代(dai)名校(xiao)(xiao)而(er)努力。
1、加強了(le)對電教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)設(she)備、各功能教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室的管理,安排專人負(fu)責,鼓(gu)勵教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師使用(yong)(yong)現代化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學手段(duan)輔助教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學,充分發揮現有電教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)設(she)備的作用(yong)(yong),提(ti)高了(le)使用(yong)(yong)率。積極開展(zhan)對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的現代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育技術(shu)培訓活(huo)動,積極研制和(he)開發教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學軟件和(he)校本(ben)課程《中國(guo)民(min)俗探微(wei)》、《微(wei)型機(ji)床》等(deng)資料,充實(shi)了(le)山大(da)二附中教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師博客群組(zu),收到了(le)較(jiao)好的宣(xuan)傳、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育效果。
2、進一步(bu)完(wan)善了校(xiao)園網(wang)絡系統,充分發(fa)揮(hui)校(xiao)園網(wang)的(de)優(you)勢,挖掘(jue)各種教(jiao)育(yu)資源,在辦(ban)公(gong)和教(jiao)學信息化、自(zi)動(dong)化方面(mian),邁出了一大步(bu)。重新設(she)計了學校(xiao)網(wang)站(zhan)的(de)版面(mian),增加了部分欄目,充實了許多內(nei)容,加大了宣(xuan)傳的(de)力度。現在學校(xiao)教(jiao)師每人(ren)一臺計算(suan)機(ji),學生約10人(ren)一臺。
3、積極(ji)參加課題(ti)研(yan)究(jiu)工作。《現代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育技術條件下初(chu)中課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)的(de)策(ce)略研(yan)究(jiu)》經山東省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育技術研(yan)究(jiu)規(gui)劃工作領導小組辦公(gong)室批準為(wei)山東省(sheng)“十(shi)一(yi)五(wu)”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育技術研(yan)究(jiu)重點課題(ti)。青年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)每(mei)人(ren)一(yi)節(jie)匯(hui)報課、全體老(lao)師(shi)每(mei)人(ren)一(yi)節(jie)研(yan)究(jiu)課,推(tui)出11名(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)給全體教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)上(shang)了(le)(le)展示(shi)課3名(ming)(ming)老(lao)師(shi)的(de)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)錄像(xiang)課獲得了(le)(le)省(sheng)市的(de)獎勵。學(xue)校的(de)全體教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)都能使用電化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育手(shou)段和計算機(ji)輔(fu)助教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue),在(zai)探索利用現代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育手(shou)段進行(xing)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)的(de)新路子,取得了(le)(le)優(you)異的(de)成(cheng)績。
學(xue)校投入現代教育技術(shu)的(de)經費(fei)約10萬元。主要用于微機室(shi)的(de)維修(xiu)、、各多媒(mei)體教室(shi)投影儀燈泡的(de)更換、掃描(miao)儀、打印機、閱卷機、計算(suan)機各種(zhong)配件的(de)購置、新任教師計算(suan)機的(de)配備等。
1959年(nian)(nian),建校(xiao)(xiao)伊始,只有(you)(you)由(you)幼兒園附(fu)(fu)設的(de)(de)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)一年(nian)(nian)級(ji)兩個(ge)(ge)(ge)班,2名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師。1960年(nian)(nian)9月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),正式成立(li)“山東工(gong)(gong)(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院附(fu)(fu)小”,從屬(shu)(shu)于校(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui),共(gong)有(you)(you)4個(ge)(ge)(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班,8名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師。1971年(nian)(nian)2月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),成立(li)“山東工(gong)(gong)(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院子弟學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”,增設2個(ge)(ge)(ge)初中(zhong)(zhong)班,共(gong)有(you)(you)9個(ge)(ge)(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班。1984年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),新(xin)建2900平方米的(de)(de)四(si)層教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓(lou),北(bei)樓(lou)投(tou)入(ru)使用。1985年(nian)(nian),校(xiao)(xiao)名(ming)改(gai)為(wei)山東工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)子弟學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。1985年(nian)(nian),被濟南市(shi)體委確定為(wei)體育(yu)(yu)傳統項目學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。1990年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),新(xin)蓋中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓(lou)投(tou)入(ru)使用,面積2100平方米,共(gong)六層。1991年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),校(xiao)(xiao)名(ming)改(gai)為(wei)“山東工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)附(fu)(fu)中(zhong)(zhong)”、“山東工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)附(fu)(fu)小”。1992年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)由(you)原來的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)務處(chu)代(dai)管改(gai)為(wei)獨(du)立(li)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)。直(zhi)屬(shu)(shu)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),為(wei)副處(chu)級(ji)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)。1996年(nian)(nian)4月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)升(sheng)格(ge)為(wei)正處(chu)級(ji)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)。2000年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),新(xin)山大(da)(da)成立(li)后,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)改(gai)名(ming)為(wei)“山東大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)第(di)二附(fu)(fu)屬(shu)(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”、“山東大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)第(di)二附(fu)(fu)屬(shu)(shu)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”。 新(xin)山大(da)(da)、新(xin)世紀、新(xin)機遇,使我校(xiao)(xiao)煥發了第(di)二次青春。在(zai)山東大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)各級(ji)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)正確領(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)和(he)幫助之下(xia),在(zai)歷下(xia)區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局(ju)各級(ji)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)直(zhi)接指導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之下(xia),山大(da)(da)二附(fu)(fu)中(zhong)(zhong)又(you)有(you)(you)了長足的(de)(de)發展,全體教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)團(tuan)結向上,精(jing)品意識深(shen)入(ru)人心,校(xiao)(xiao)容校(xiao)(xiao)貌日(ri)新(xin)月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)異,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)規模不斷(duan)壯大(da)(da),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)質(zhi)量蒸(zheng)蒸(zheng)日(ri)上,社會(hui)影(ying)響(xiang)逐(zhu)年(nian)(nian)擴大(da)(da)。迄今為(wei)止,山大(da)(da)二附(fu)(fu)中(zhong)(zhong)有(you)(you)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班16個(ge)(ge)(ge),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)62人,在(zai)校(xiao)(xiao)生800余人。下(xia)轄的(de)(de)兩所(suo)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),山大(da)(da)一附(fu)(fu)小和(he)山大(da)(da)二附(fu)(fu)小有(you)(you)25個(ge)(ge)(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)63人,在(zai)校(xiao)(xiao)生1300余人。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)始終認真貫徹黨(dang)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)方針,堅持(chi)“德育(yu)(yu)放首位(wei),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科研為(wei)先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),五育(yu)(yu)并(bing)舉育(yu)(yu)人才”的(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)指導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)思(si)想,勵精(jing)圖治、開拓(tuo)創新(xin),以良(liang)(liang)好的(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)風(feng)、嚴謹的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)風(feng)、優良(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)風(feng),贏得了社會(hui)各界的(de)(de)贊譽,為(wei)高一級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)輸(shu)送了一批又(you)一批優秀人才。
