鄭州市(shi)(shi)第九十九中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(原鄭州市(shi)(shi)工(gong)讀(du)(du)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao))創辦于1980年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),是(shi)(shi)(shi)一所隸屬于鄭州市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局的(de)(de)公辦初(chu)級中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),是(shi)(shi)(shi)受家長以(yi)及普校(xiao)委托(tuo),對品行偏常、學(xue)(xue)習困難的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生進(jin)行教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、感(gan)化、挽救,并協(xie)助其完成九年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)義務教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)專門學(xue)(xue)校(xiao),是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國工(gong)讀(du)(du)學(xue)(xue)會(hui)(hui)常務理事學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。在市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局的(de)(de)領導(dao)和(he)社會(hui)(hui)各界(jie)的(de)(de)大力支(zhi)持(chi)下,經過30多(duo)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)不(bu)懈努力,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)連(lian)續多(duo)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)被評為鄭州市(shi)(shi)德育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作先進(jin)單(dan)(dan)位,是(shi)(shi)(shi)全國青(qing)少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)維權先進(jin)單(dan)(dan)位、河南省青(qing)少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)維權先進(jin)單(dan)(dan)位、全國工(gong)讀(du)(du)系(xi)統教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)改革紅旗(qi)單(dan)(dan)位、鄭州市(shi)(shi)文明單(dan)(dan)位等(deng)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校師(shi)(shi)資力(li)量(liang)精干,共(gong)有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)職工31人(ren),其中省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)專家1人(ren)、省(sheng)優(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)1人(ren)、市(shi)(shi)優(you)秀黨(dang)員6人(ren)、市(shi)(shi)專業技術(shu)(shu)(shu)拔(ba)尖人(ren)才1人(ren)、市(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)(shu)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)帶(dai)頭人(ren)3人(ren)、市(shi)(shi)優(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)10人(ren)、市(shi)(shi)優(you)秀班主任13人(ren)、市(shi)(shi)骨干教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)5人(ren)。2014年以來,承(cheng)接省(sheng)市(shi)(shi)級重點課題3項,優(you)質課大(da)賽獲(huo)市(shi)(shi)級以上獎勵近10項,多次在全(quan)國專門學(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)(shu)會議(yi)進行經驗介紹和(he)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)展示(shi)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)規模為(wei)初中(zhong)(zhong)3個年級、6個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban),每年在(zai)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生共約120人,開(kai)(kai)展小(xiao)班(ban)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),每班(ban)不超過(guo)20人。注重活(huo)動(dong)育人,根據孩子(zi)(zi)(zi)身心(xin)特點,組(zu)織開(kai)(kai)展系列(lie)趣味(wei)濃、實(shi)效(xiao)強的(de)活(huo)動(dong),培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)孩子(zi)(zi)(zi)良(liang)好行為(wei)習慣、心(xin)理(li)品(pin)質、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習能力、生存本領,在(zai)活(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)讓孩子(zi)(zi)(zi)們(men)(men)不斷得(de)到提(ti)升(sheng)發展;強調嚴(yan)格管理(li),嚴(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)有(you)愛,嚴(yan)愛有(you)度,實(shi)施寄宿制(zhi)、半軍事化(hua)管理(li),隔絕外界的(de)不良(liang)誘惑和(he)刺激,幫助(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)良(liang)好習慣;課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)開(kai)(kai)設(she)上,在(zai)開(kai)(kai)足(zu)開(kai)(kai)齊國家課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)基礎(chu)上,突出心(xin)理(li)、法制(zhi)等校(xiao)本特色課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng);課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)方面,課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)標準符合(he)中(zhong)(zhong)招要(yao)求,緊扣學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生認知情況(kuang)和(he)興趣點,采取(qu)低起點、小(xiao)步(bu)子(zi)(zi)(zi)、多賞識、重實(shi)效(xiao)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)要(yao)求,優化(hua)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)設(she)計,富(fu)有(you)生機和(he)活(huo)力的(de)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)深受學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)子(zi)(zi)(zi)擁戴,使孩子(zi)(zi)(zi)們(men)(men)的(de)文化(hua)課(ke)(ke)成績在(zai)原(yuan)有(you)的(de)基礎(chu)上得(de)到了很(hen)大的(de)提(ti)升(sheng)。孩子(zi)(zi)(zi)們(men)(men)走出校(xiao)門(men),我們(men)(men)還繼(ji)續跟進(jin),輔助(zhu)(zhu)做好相應的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育幫扶工作。
