鄭(zheng)(zheng)州市(shi)(shi)第(di)(di)三十一(yi)?一(yi)〇三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)前身(shen)為鄭(zheng)(zheng)州市(shi)(shi)第(di)(di)三十一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)鄭(zheng)(zheng)州市(shi)(shi)第(di)(di)一(yi)〇三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),二者同為鄭(zheng)(zheng)州市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育局(ju)直(zhi)屬(shu)完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),鄭(zheng)(zheng)州市(shi)(shi)示范性高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),校(xiao)園僅一(yi)墻(qiang)之隔(ge),分別(bie)位(wei)于(yu)鄭(zheng)(zheng)州市(shi)(shi)群英(ying)路15號(hao)(鄭(zheng)(zheng)州31中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong))及17號(hao)(鄭(zheng)(zheng)州103中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong))。2011年4月,市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育局(ju)對(dui)兩校(xiao)實施(shi)整(zheng)合,2015年兩校(xiao)區整(zheng)合初步完成(cheng)。現(xian)兩校(xiao)區共占地64.93畝,初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(鄭(zheng)(zheng)州103中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong))教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班44個,高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(鄭(zheng)(zheng)州31中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong))教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班30個,共72個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班,在校(xiao)生(sheng)4200余(yu)名。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工280余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)高級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)60余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),一(yi)級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)100余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren);碩士研究(jiu)生(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷20人(ren)(ren)(ren),本科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷270人(ren)(ren)(ren)。黨員99人(ren)(ren)(ren)(離退休黨員23人(ren)(ren)(ren))。
兩(liang)校的(de)整(zheng)合,促進(jin)了校區間(jian)優勢互補,一線學科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)配(pei)置更加(jia)(jia)合理,梯(ti)級骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)培養成效顯著(zhu),鄭(zheng)州市骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)、河南(nan)省骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)、鄭(zheng)州市名師(shi)(shi)、鄭(zheng)州市杰出教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)數量愈加(jia)(jia)壯(zhuang)大。

在(zai)課(ke)程改革方面,推行(xing)“三三四”多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)課(ke)程文(wen)化形(xing)態建設,內(nei)容(rong)主要(yao)包(bao)括(kuo)“多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)課(ke)堂(tang)”和(he)“三三四多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)教(jiao)學(xue)模(mo)式(shi)”兩(liang)個層(ceng)面。“多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)課(ke)堂(tang)”容(rong)納“多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)目標(biao)、多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)課(ke)程、多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化、多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)評價(jia)、多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)教(jiao)學(xue)模(mo)式(shi)、多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)學(xue)科教(jiao)學(xue)形(xing)態、多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)課(ke)型模(mo)式(shi)、多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)作業設計等內(nei)容(rong),旨在(zai)實(shi)現學(xue)生成(cheng)長(chang)與發(fa)展的(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)、和(he)諧、全面、可持續。“三三四多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)教(jiao)學(xue)模(mo)式(shi)”是我校(xiao)在(zai)教(jiao)學(xue)實(shi)踐(jian)的(de)(de)過程中逐步積淀提升而(er)形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)一(yi)種課(ke)堂(tang)形(xing)態,其基本(ben)內(nei)容(rong)是教(jiao)學(xue)全程三強調(diao):即課(ke)前的(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)設計,課(ke)堂(tang)上(shang)的(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)實(shi)施,課(ke)后(hou)的(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)評價(jia);目標(biao)落(luo)實(shi)三要(yao)求(qiu):有(you)具(ju)體可操(cao)作可檢(jian)測的(de)(de)學(xue)習目標(biao),有(you)明確具(ju)體切實(shi)可行(xing)的(de)(de)實(shi)施步驟,有(you)科學(xue)規范(fan)簡明高效的(de)(de)檢(jian)測反饋;“四”即“摸探展測四步教(jiao)學(xue)法(學(xue)習法)”。其基本(ben)抓手(shou)是“雙維度學(xue)案教(jiao)學(xue)”;其基本(ben)支撐(cheng)是“合(he)作學(xue)習小組建設”;其基本(ben)目的(de)(de)是形(xing)成(cheng)學(xue)校(xiao)特色多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)課(ke)堂(tang)文(wen)化,促(cu)進(jin)教(jiao)師專(zhuan)業成(cheng)長(chang),促(cu)進(jin)學(xue)生多(duo)(duo)(duo)元(yuan)發(fa)展。
在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)評價方面(mian),注重增值(zhi)評價體(ti)系的建設,以學(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)原有基礎上實(shi)現的增值(zhi)成長為評價教(jiao)(jiao)師、學(xue)生(sheng)的依(yi)據,使學(xue)生(sheng)從中考到高考實(shi)現層次的提升,高考本科上線率達80%,連續(xu)17年教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)目標(biao)超額完成,被(bei)評為鄭州市教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)先(xian)進(jin)單位。
