書院自(zi)建成以(yi)(yi)來,堅持(chi)“質量(liang)立校(xiao)(xiao),科研強校(xiao)(xiao),管理(li)治校(xiao)(xiao),服務興校(xiao)(xiao)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念,和“發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)個(ge)(ge)性,形(xing)成特(te)色,提(ti)升品位”的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)思路(lu),經過(guo)十幾年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)努力(li),已初步(bu)形(xing)成以(yi)(yi)“德(de)智并(bing)舉(ju)
