牡市第一高(gao)級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)始(shi)建于1945年(nian)9月,1962年(nian)被(bei)(bei)確定為(wei)省(sheng)首(shou)批重點(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),2002年(nian)被(bei)(bei)命名為(wei)省(sheng)級首(shou)批示范性普(pu)通(tong)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),2009年(nian)被(bei)(bei)確定為(wei)全(quan)國(guo)百所普(pu)通(tong)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)特(te)色(se)項目建設學(xue)校,2011年(nian)被(bei)(bei)確定為(wei)省(sheng)理科特(te)色(se)類高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)試(shi)點(dian)學(xue)校。學(xue)校2007年(nian)遷(qian)入新址(zhi),占地面(mian)積21.8萬(wan)平方米,建筑面(mian)積9.3萬(wan)平方米。學(xue)校現有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工382人(ren),具(ju)有(you)碩士研究(jiu)生學(xue)歷的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)173人(ren),高(gao)級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)161人(ren),正高(gao)級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)6人(ren),特(te)級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)5人(ren),國(guo)家、省(sheng)、市級學(xue)科帶頭人(ren)和骨干教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)128人(ren),在校生4300余人(ren)。
學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)高度重(zhong)視(shi)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)建設,引(yin)導(dao)廣大(da)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)德(de)(de)立(li)身、以(yi)德(de)(de)立(li)學(xue)(xue)、以(yi)德(de)(de)施教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)、以(yi)德(de)(de)育(yu)德(de)(de)。在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)中倡(chang)導(dao)敬業(ye)(ye)、愛業(ye)(ye)、樂(le)業(ye)(ye)、勤業(ye)(ye)、創業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)“五業(ye)(ye)”精(jing)神。建立(li)人(ren)(ren)文化(hua)、動(dong)態(tai)化(hua)、科學(xue)(xue)化(hua)激(ji)勵機(ji)制,全(quan)力支(zhi)持(chi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)專業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)。采(cai)取專家引(yin)領(ling)、同(tong)伴互(hu)助、個人(ren)(ren)反思、行為(wei)跟(gen)(gen)進等方式分層次開展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)訓。通過(guo)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)徒結對、研(yan)討教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)風(feng)格(ge)、梳理教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)經驗等方式發揮名優(you)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)老(lao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)示范引(yin)領(ling)、層級帶動(dong)作(zuo)用;通過(guo)參加高水(shui)平的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)討活(huo)動(dong),促進中年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)高位(wei)發展(zhan);通過(guo)名師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)引(yin)領(ling)、自我實(shi)踐和(he)經驗分享等方式,夯實(shi)青年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)基本功。建立(li)首席(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、拔尖教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、勝任教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、合格(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)校(xiao)內職級制。實(shi)施以(yi)班主任為(wei)核心,班科任共同(tong)負(fu)責,一生一策,跟(gen)(gen)蹤(zong)問效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)班科任聯席(xi)制。工作(zuo)滿20年(nian)、15年(nian)和(he)10年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)班主任分別授予(yu)“功勛(xun)型(xing)”“導(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)型(xing)”“園丁型(xing)”班主任稱號。
學(xue)校涌現出(chu)以(yi)全國師德先(xian)進(jin)個人(ren)梁(liang)玉俊為代(dai)表的一大(da)批師德典型,有489人(ren)次分別獲(huo)省市(shi)(shi)優秀教(jiao)師、師德先(xian)進(jin)個人(ren)、先(xian)進(jin)德育工作者榮(rong)譽(yu)稱(cheng)號(hao)。學(xue)校4次榮(rong)獲(huo)省市(shi)(shi)師德先(xian)進(jin)集體稱(cheng)號(hao)。有100余名(ming)教(jiao)師獲(huo)國家、省級優秀科研成(cheng)果獎及班主任技能競(jing)賽(sai)獎勵。在(zai)國家、省核心刊物中(zhong)發(fa)表文章300余篇(pian),出(chu)版專著20余部。

教育教學成(cheng)果豐(feng)碩。近十年(nian)(nian)(nian)高(gao)考(kao)有4人(ren)(ren)獲得省文(wen)科(ke)(ke)(ke)第(di)(di)一(yi)名(ming)(ming)。2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)以來(lai),有201人(ren)(ren)考(kao)取北大、清華和香港著名(ming)(ming)大學,“985工程”院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)上(shang)線(xian)5067人(ren)(ren),有10618人(ren)(ren)達到重點本科(ke)(ke)(ke)錄取分(fen)數(shu)線(xian)。2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)高(gao)考(kao),全(quan)省文(wen)科(ke)(ke)(ke)前十名(ming)(ming)我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)占5人(ren)(ren),分(fen)列(lie)全(quan)省第(di)(di)1名(ming)(ming)、第(di)(di)4名(ming)(ming)、第(di)(di)8名(ming)(ming)、并(bing)列(lie)第(di)(di)9名(ming)(ming),理(li)(li)科(ke)(ke)(ke)名(ming)(ming)列(lie)全(quan)省第(di)(di)8名(ming)(ming),文(wen)理(li)(li)科(ke)(ke)(ke)一(yi)本上(shang)線(xian)共計1399人(ren)(ren),“985工程”院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)上(shang)線(xian)763人(ren)(ren)。
