溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)市(shi)南渡高(gao)(gao)級(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位于(yu)溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)市(shi)南渡鎮(zhen)。創建于(yu)1946年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),起初(chu)(chu)(chu)為(wei)溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)私立(li)農業初(chu)(chu)(chu)級(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),1947年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校更名為(wei)溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)私立(li)金(jin)淵初(chu)(chu)(chu)級(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),1956年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)改為(wei)公(gong)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校,并更名為(wei)溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)縣南渡初(chu)(chu)(chu)級(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”,1958年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),增設高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),成為(wei)完全(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。1998年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校啟(qi)動初(chu)(chu)(chu)、高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)設工程,同年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)6月6日高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)開(kai)(kai)始易地興(xing)建,2000年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)9月建成,初(chu)(chu)(chu)、高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)開(kai)(kai)始分(fen)設,2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)完全(quan)分(fen)設,各自(zi)獨立(li),高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)正式(shi)改名為(wei)“溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)市(shi)南渡高(gao)(gao)級(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”。2000年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校順利通過江蘇(su)省(sheng)重點中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)評估驗收,2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)5月,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校成為(wei)江蘇(su)省(sheng)重點高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)轉(zhuan)評為(wei)江蘇(su)省(sheng)三星級(ji)(ji)高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)轉(zhuan)評為(wei)江蘇(su)省(sheng)四星級(ji)(ji)高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校先后(hou)榮(rong)獲“溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)市(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)讀書活動示范基地”、“溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)市(shi)繼續教育培訓基地先進(jin)單位”、“溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)市(shi)現(xian)代(dai)教育技(ji)術(shu)先進(jin)單位”、“溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)市(shi)科(ke)普特色學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校”、“溧(li)(li)(li)陽(yang)市(shi)科(ke)普示范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校”、“常(chang)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)文明單位”、“常(chang)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)電化教育實驗學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校”、 “常(chang)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)信息技(ji)術(shu)特色學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校”、“常(chang)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)財產管理先進(jin)單位”、“常(chang)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)示范圖書館”。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校現有教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban)36個,在讀學(xue)(xue)(xue)生總數2058人(ren),教(jiao)職工160人(ren),專任教(jiao)師(shi)146人(ren),專任教(jiao)師(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷達標100%,中、高級職稱教(jiao)師(shi)人(ren)數占62.3%,8人(ren)具有教(jiao)育碩(shuo)士學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷,另有52名教(jiao)師(shi)在讀在職研究生。我校現有特級教(jiao)師(shi)1人(ren),常州市、溧陽市“四(si)類(lei)”優秀教(jiao)師(shi)25人(ren)。

學(xue)校十分重(zhong)視師(shi)(shi)德建(jian)設(she)和業務培(pei)訓,形成了一支(zhi)師(shi)(shi)德高尚、業務較強的(de)師(shi)(shi)資(zi)隊伍,一大批青(qing)年教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)正茁壯(zhuang)成長,在(zai)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)中(zhong)嶄露頭角,成為學(xue)校教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)中(zhong)堅(jian)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校積極進行教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)改革,開展教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)科研(yan),努(nu)力探索教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)以及管理新的(de)模(mo)式(shi)。形成國(guo)家(jia)、省、市(shi)以及校級課題(ti)研(yan)究體系,成為(wei)兩個國(guo)家(jia)級科研(yan)課題(ti)的(de)實驗學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師每年(nian)有(you)近百(bai)篇教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)論(lun)文發表和(he)(he)獲獎,成為(wei)常州(zhou)市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科研(yan)基地(di)和(he)(he)全(quan)國(guo)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)實驗基地(di)。在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實踐中(zhong),全(quan)體教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師努(nu)力探索多樣化的(de)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模(mo)式(shi),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量穩居全(quan)市(shi)農村中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)第一,歷年(nian)來(lai)高考(kao)上線人(ren)數在(zai)同類(lei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校中(zhong)遙(yao)遙(yao)領(ling)先。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校重視現(xian)代(dai)化和信息化建(jian)設,努(nu)力為師生發(fa)展搭建(jian)平(ping)臺。建(jian)有省(sheng)“一(yi)(yi)級圖書館(guan)”和省(sheng)“標準化實驗(yan)室”,現(xian)代(dai)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)手(shou)段在教育(yu)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)及管(guan)理中得到充分利用,成為全(quan)市(shi)第(di)一(yi)(yi)批“江蘇(su)省(sheng)電化教育(yu)實驗(yan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校”。
創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)于1946年(nian),起初為溧(li)陽(yang)(yang)私立(li)農業(ye)初級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),1947年(nian),學(xue)校更(geng)名為溧(li)陽(yang)(yang)私立(li)金(jin)淵初級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),1956年(nian)改(gai)為公辦學(xue)校,并更(geng)名為溧(li)陽(yang)(yang)縣南(nan)渡(du)初級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”,1958年(nian),增(zeng)設高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),成(cheng)為完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。1998年(nian)學(xue)校啟動初、高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分設工程,同(tong)年(nian)6月6日(ri)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)開始易(yi)地興建(jian)(jian),2000年(nian)9月建(jian)(jian)成(cheng),初、高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)開始分設,2001年(nian)完全分設,各自獨立(li),高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)正(zheng)式改(gai)名為“溧(li)陽(yang)(yang)市南(nan)渡(du)高(gao)級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。
