學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)簡介我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創辦(ban)于1940年2月。 1978年4月,被福建(jian)省教(jiao)育廳(ting)確定為(wei)(wei)全省17所重點(dian)中(zhong)學(xue)之(zhi)一(yi)(yi),并(bing)定名為(wei)(wei)“福建(jian)省寧德第一(yi)(yi)中(zhong)學(xue)”。 2006年4月被評為(wei)(wei)省“一(yi)(yi)級達標學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”。1999年秋開始向獨(du)立高中(zhong)設置(zhi)過渡,2001年秋轉(zhuan)制為(wei)(wei)高級中(zhong)學(xue)。2016年,我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)被評為(wei)(wei)福建(jian)省普通高中(zhong)課程改革(ge)基地(di)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。

我校(xiao)(xiao)秉(bing)持“一切(qie)為了學(xue)生(sheng)發(fa)展,一切(qie)為了學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)展”的辦學(xue)理念,培(pei)育和(he)踐行社會主義核心價值觀,創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)平安和(he)諧校(xiao)(xiao)園。全體教職(zhi)員(yuan)工發(fa)揚“講團結、講奉獻(xian)、講拼(pin)搏”的寧德一中精(jing)神,齊(qi)心協力(li)(li),為把我校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)成“功能齊(qi)全,設(she)施好,管(guan)理科學(xue),師資精(jing)良,質量上乘的示范性(xing)高(gao)級中學(xue)”而努力(li)(li)奮(fen)斗。

學校發(fa)展(zhan),需要具備扎扎實(shi)實(shi)的(de)(de)物質基礎和良好的(de)(de)外部條(tiao)件(jian),但(dan)真正(zheng)決(jue)定(ding)學校發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)是正(zheng)確(que)的(de)(de)辦(ban)學思(si)想和先(xian)進的(de)(de)辦(ban)學理念。
面向21世紀,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)提出(chu)了(le)要(yao)(yao)把寧德一(yi)中建成一(yi)所(suo)“功(gong)能齊全(quan)(quan)、設施(shi)(shi)好、管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、師(shi)資精良(liang)(liang)、質(zhi)量上(shang)乘(cheng)的(de)示(shi)范(fan)性(xing)高(gao)級中學(xue)(xue)(xue)”的(de)奮(fen)斗目標。為(wei)早日實(shi)現(xian)(xian)這一(yi)目標,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)確定了(le)“以(yi)人為(wei)本(ben)(ben)(ben)、以(yi)校(xiao)為(wei)本(ben)(ben)(ben)、關愛生命、關注發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)”的(de)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)(li)念,明確了(le)“以(yi)德立校(xiao)、依法治校(xiao)、科(ke)(ke)研(yan)興校(xiao)、形成特色、爭創名校(xiao)”的(de)治校(xiao)方略(lve)和(he)(he)“封閉式(shi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、開放式(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、立體(ti)化育(yu)人”的(de)工(gong)作思(si)(si)路,以(yi)“德智雙(shuang)全(quan)(quan)、文理(li)(li)兼通、學(xue)(xue)(xue)創俱能、身心兩健”為(wei)育(yu)人目標,形成良(liang)(liang)好的(de)校(xiao)風、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)風和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)風,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)工(gong)作屢創佳績(ji)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)制(zhi)定了(le)一(yi)系列(lie)深化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)改革(ge)、實(shi)施(shi)(shi)素(su)(su)(su)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)措施(shi)(shi),組織全(quan)(quan)體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)思(si)(si)想、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理(li)(li)論(lun)和(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)法規(gui)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習,進(jin)一(yi)步提高(gao)了(le)全(quan)(quan)體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)對推進(jin)素(su)(su)(su)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)再認識(shi),促進(jin)了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改活動的(de)深入開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),使學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量穩(wen)步提高(gao),素(su)(su)(su)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)碩果累累。為(wei)了(le)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)目標,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)(ben)著“向管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)要(yao)(yao)秩(zhi)序,向管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)要(yao)(yao)效(xiao)率,向管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)要(yao)(yao)質(zhi)量”的(de)基本(ben)(ben)(ben)思(si)(si)路,初步形成了(le)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)化、規(gui)范(fan)化、制(zhi)度化和(he)(he)現(xian)(xian)代化的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系,基本(ben)(ben)(ben)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)了(le)從粗放型管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)向精細化管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)轉(zhuan)變,從傳統經驗(yan)型管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)向科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)民主型管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)轉(zhuan)變。

德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)是(shi)學校(xiao)(xiao)工作的(de)(de)的(de)(de)生命線,是(shi)治校(xiao)(xiao)之本(ben)、強(qiang)校(xiao)(xiao)之基。我校(xiao)(xiao)堅持(chi)育(yu)(yu)人為本(ben),德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)首(shou)位,德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)工作既扎扎實(shi)實(shi),又與時俱進(jin),不斷創新,形成了學校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)工作良性循環(huan)的(de)(de)基本(ben)局面(mian),并(bing)摸(mo)索(suo)出“一、二、 三、四(si)”的(de)(de)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)工作基本(ben)思路。
