基本要(yao)求。“內(nei)精修治,外(wai)樹形(xing)威,把五中(zhong)辦成漳州人民可以信賴(lai)的學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)”,“勤(qin)(qin)業敬業,服(fu)務(wu)教學(xue)(xue)”,管理(li)就是服(fu)務(wu)。為全校(xiao)師生創造良好的素質教育環境,努力實現(xian)教育手段(duan)現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)。后勤(qin)(qin)部門(men)要(yao)確保教學(xue)(xue)及辦公設(she)施現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)。
工作中心。加強校(xiao)風建(jian)設,依法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)治校(xiao),全(quan)面提高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質量。加大"依法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)治校(xiao)"力(li)度,宣傳和貫徹(che)《教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)》、《教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)》、《義務教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)》、《未成年人保護(hu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)》和《預防(fang)未成年人犯(fan)罪法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)》,維(wei)護(hu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)和學(xue)生的權(quan)益。同時及時檢(jian)查(cha)、發現(xian)和制止并處理與法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)規(gui)不符的行為(wei),確保素質教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)在法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)的軌道上運行。
1、機構設置
學(xue)(xue)校現設(she)有(you)以下(xia)職能部(bu)門(men):①學(xue)(xue)校辦公(gong)室。整(zheng)體協調學(xue)(xue)校各部(bu)門(men)開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),學(xue)(xue)校管理(li)(li)常規工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),教(jiao)師(shi)管理(li)(li)、教(jiao)師(shi)考評,做好檔(dang)案(an)管理(li)(li),外事(shi)接待等。②政治處。學(xue)(xue)生思想政治工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的執(zhi)行者(zhe),肩(jian)負(fu)學(xue)(xue)生管理(li)(li)和校園文(wen)明建(jian)設(she)的任務。③教(jiao)務處。全面管理(li)(li)學(xue)(xue)校教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)改革,課程安(an)排、學(xue)(xue)生檔(dang)案(an)管理(li)(li)等。④總務處。校園硬件設(she)施管理(li)(li),為(wei)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)提供后(hou)勤保障。工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)、團委會(hui)在校黨總支部(bu)直(zhi)接領導下(xia)開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),團委會(hui)指導學(xue)(xue)生會(hui)、少先隊(dui)開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。
2、健全規章制度,實施民主(zhu)管理。

(2)實行校務(wu)公(gong)開和公(gong)示制度(du)
校(xiao)(xiao)黨總(zong)支部組(zu)織教職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)認(ren)真學習有關文件(jian)精神,制定(ding)《漳(zhang)州五中校(xiao)(xiao)務(wu)(wu)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)制度和實施細則》,學校(xiao)(xiao)民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)建設之風(feng)濃厚。為(wei)確(que)保(bao)校(xiao)(xiao)務(wu)(wu)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的順利(li)進行(xing)(xing),分別(bie)成立(li)了以書記為(wei)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)的校(xiao)(xiao)務(wu)(wu)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)領導小(xiao)組(zu)、以校(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)(chang)為(wei)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)小(xiao)組(zu)以及以監(jian)察委員(yuan)為(wei)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)包括教代會(hui)(hui)代表(biao)、行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)人員(yuan)參加的"校(xiao)(xiao)務(wu)(wu)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)監(jian)督小(xiao)組(zu)",定(ding)期召開(kai)(kai)(kai)會(hui)(hui)議,各部門及時向社會(hui)(hui)和師生公(gong)(gong)布黨務(wu)(wu)、政(zheng)務(wu)(wu)、財務(wu)(wu)等(deng)情況,設立(li)"公(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)欄"、"校(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)(chang)信箱",建立(li)校(xiao)(xiao)務(wu)(wu)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)檔案。校(xiao)(xiao)務(wu)(wu)監(jian)督組(zu)負(fu)責(ze)監(jian)督校(xiao)(xiao)務(wu)(wu)會(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)匯(hui)報(bao),確(que)保(bao)校(xiao)(xiao)務(wu)(wu)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)健康有序地(di)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展。
(3)堅持黨政工共建"教工之家"
多(duo)年來(lai),學(xue)校黨(dang)總(zong)支部始終加強(qiang)對共(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)領導(dao),大(da)力支持共(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),提供共(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)經費和(he)場所,確保共(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)計劃的(de)全面實施。另一(yi)方面,基層工(gong)會(hui)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)發揮職(zhi)能作用(yong),積極(ji)開展以推進(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)師職(zhi)業道德建(jian)(jian)設和(he)提高教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)質量為目的(de)的(de)形式活(huo)(huo)潑、內容充(chong)(chong)實的(de)建(jian)(jian)家活(huo)(huo)動(dong),為學(xue)校多(duo)方面工(gong)作建(jian)(jian)言獻策,突出維護(hu)職(zhi)工(gong)權(quan)益的(de)職(zhi)能,為教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)排憂(you)解難(nan)。建(jian)(jian)立教(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)場所,經常開展文體活(huo)(huo)動(dong),豐富了教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)業余活(huo)(huo)動(dong),受到廣大(da)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)好評,校教(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)之家被評為市“先進(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)之家”。
一(yi)九(jiu)九(jiu)八年以(yi)來,在漳州市(shi)委市(shi)府的(de)(de)關懷支(zhi)持下,五中校(xiao)(xiao)貌煥然(ran)一(yi)新。現校(xiao)(xiao)園占地面積14500平(ping)(ping)方米,一(yi)座建(jian)筑面積8150平(ping)(ping)方米的(de)(de)綜合教學(xue)大(da)樓和一(yi)座建(jian)筑面積640平(ping)(ping)方米的(de)(de)科學(xue)樓先后落成。至(zhi)2002年底,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)共有規范教室(shi)(shi)42間(jian)(jian),生(sheng)理化實驗室(shi)(shi)9間(jian)(jian),辦公室(shi)(shi)20間(jian)(jian),師生(sheng)閱(yue)覽室(shi)(shi)、圖書室(shi)(shi)5間(jian)(jian),電教室(shi)(shi)6間(jian)(jian),并(bing)裝備(bei)(bei)了健身房、活動室(shi)(shi)。如今學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)各項設(she)施較(jiao)完(wan)備(bei)(bei)、功能較(jiao)齊全(quan)。
