學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)占地260畝,建筑面積(ji)5.6萬平方米。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)坐落于人杰地靈、文化(hua)(hua)底蘊雄厚(hou)的(de)周(zhou)村(cun)城區,北(bei)依膠(jiao)濟(ji)鐵路(lu),南鄰309國道(dao),交通(tong)便(bian)利,是山東省首(shou)批規范化(hua)(hua)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。在實施(shi)新課程改(gai)革的(de)過程中,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)充分認識(shi)到教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)建設對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)改(gai)革和質量(liang)提升的(de)重要促進(jin)作用,引進(jin)了同方知好(hao)樂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)研(yan)究院、北(bei)大(da)方正、浙(zhe)大(da)網絡(luo)公司的(de)高端教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)產(chan)品,積(ji)極開展網絡(luo)化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)實驗,為學(xue)生(sheng)創造(zao)了與名校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)公平共(gong)享優(you)質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)資(zi)源的(de)良(liang)好(hao)條件(jian),初步實現了教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)和學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)理的(de)信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)、現代化(hua)(hua)。

學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)非常重視(shi)心理健康教(jiao)育(yu),成立心理健康教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)心,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長任(ren)中(zhong)(zhong)心主任(ren),分(fen)管書(shu)記靠(kao)上抓(zhua)。近幾(ji)年(nian)投入幾(ji)十(shi)萬(wan)元,建起了(le)(le)高(gao)標準的心理活(huo)動室、心理咨詢(xun)室、購(gou)買了(le)(le)幾(ji)千元的心理教(jiao)育(yu)書(shu)籍和測量(liang)軟件,選派了(le)(le)五名(ming)(ming)(ming)干部教(jiao)師參加心理培訓班,有八名(ming)(ming)(ming)教(jiao)師考取了(le)(le)心理咨詢(xun)師證書(shu)(四名(ming)(ming)(ming)二級(ji),四名(ming)(ming)(ming)三級(ji)),培訓了(le)(le)大批(pi)兼(jian)職教(jiao)師。心理教(jiao)育(yu)在(zai)我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)走上了(le)(le)常規發展之路。
學校(xiao)通過對師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)心(xin)理培(pei)訓(xun)、校(xiao)報(bao)、心(xin)理簡報(bao)、宣(xuan)傳櫥窗、學生(sheng)會(hui)議、報(bao)告會(hui)、專(zhuan)題講(jiang)座等形(xing)式使(shi)學生(sheng)對積極(ji)心(xin)理教(jiao)育有感性的(de)(de)(de)認(ren)識;學校(xiao)組建了積極(ji)心(xin)理健(jian)康教(jiao)育宣(xuan)傳隊,在校(xiao)報(bao)上(shang)設(she)心(xin)理教(jiao)育專(zhuan)欄,使(shi)更多的(de)(de)(de)學生(sheng)認(ren)識積極(ji)心(xin)理健(jian)康教(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)重大意義。各班(ban)(ban)設(she)立心(xin)理委員,舉辦了陽光使(shi)者(zhe)培(pei)訓(xun)班(ban)(ban),心(xin)理委員就(jiu)像一(yi)(yi)顆火種播撒在各個班(ban)(ban)級(ji),像一(yi)(yi)個信使(shi)在學生(sheng)和心(xin)理教(jiao)師之間傳遞(di)信息(xi)。
實施教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)心(xin)(xin)理(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),打造(zao)陽光團隊,提出了(le)“與(yu)人(ren)為(wei)善、相互欣(xin)賞、精(jing)誠合作(zuo)、追求卓越”為(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)追求。堅持運用心(xin)(xin)理(li)預防方法,積極關注教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)心(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)康狀(zhuang)況(kuang),定期(qi)請(qing)心(xin)(xin)理(li)專(zhuan)家作(zuo)報告,先后聘(pin)請(qing)上海(hai)七室中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)楊敏毅老師(shi)、濟南城市建(jian)設學(xue)(xue)院劉梅教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、清(qing)華大(da)學(xue)(xue)育(yu)英勵志教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)發展中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)主任(ren)、學(xue)(xue)者王軍(jun)、清(qing)華大(da)學(xue)(xue)博(bo)士(shi)宋立濱來校作(zuo)報告。07年聘(pin)請(qing)青島心(xin)(xin)理(li)學(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)家石卉博(bo)士(shi)對全體(ti)(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)進行(xing)為(wei)期(qi)2天的(de)心(xin)(xin)理(li)培(pei)訓,08和09年,聘(pin)請(qing)劉梅教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)舉(ju)行(xing)“我(wo)陽光、我(wo)快樂(le),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)心(xin)(xin)靈(ling)成長工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)坊。對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)培(pei)訓,不再是每(mei)年一至兩次的(de)專(zhuan)家培(pei)訓,每(mei)周(zhou)一次的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)(gong)“欣(xin)悅俱(ju)樂(le)部”活動,讓教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)心(xin)(xin)理(li)培(pei)訓常態化、生(sheng)活化。老師(shi)在互動體(ti)(ti)驗中(zhong)得(de)到心(xin)(xin)靈(ling)的(de)凈化和感悟(wu)。
通過五個渠道加強學生心理教育即:課堂教學為陣地,開展心理咨詢與輔導,開展心理活動訓練,成立心理劇社,課題研究,加強學生的心理教育,取得了很好的成效。2005年(nian)(nian)承辦(ban)了全(quan)(quan)省(sheng)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)年(nian)(nian)會,06年(nian)(nian)被評為山東省(sheng)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)先(xian)進(jin)學(xue)校(xiao),是淄(zi)博(bo)市心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)首批示(shi)范(fan)校(xiao),08年(nian)(nian)被評為先(xian)進(jin)單位。省(sheng)級課題(ti):心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)里健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)與德育(yu)與人的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)發展(zhan)(zhan)于(yu)07年(nian)(nian)順(shun)利通(tong)過了專家組的(de)(de)(de)鑒(jian)定(ding),09年(nian)(nian)成(cheng)為“積極心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)”課題(ti)實(shi)驗(yan)學(xue)校(xiao),2010年(nian)(nian)國(guo)家基(ji)礎(chu)教(jiao)育(yu)實(shi)驗(yan)中心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)重點課題(ti)《中國(guo)學(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)行動(dong)研究(jiu)》子課題(ti)《學(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)情緒情感培養(yang)的(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)》已結(jie)題(ti),2011年(nian)(nian)學(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)咨詢(xun)室(shi)被授予“三星(xing)級心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)咨詢(xun)室(shi)”稱號(hao)。學(xue)校(xiao)高度(du)重視學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),將其作(zuo)為素質教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)重要內容,貫穿(chuan)于(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)身心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)(quan)過程(cheng),滲(shen)透在教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)(quan)方位;自1999年(nian)(nian)為積極心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)示(shi)范(fan)校(xiao)以來,心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)取得(de)了快速發展(zhan)(zhan)。
