始建(jian)于1951年,歷史悠久(jiu),文化底蘊(yun)深厚。2010年8月(yue),按照(zhao)山(shan)(shan)東莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)委政府統(tong)一(yi)部(bu)署,山(shan)(shan)東莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)二中(zhong)由原駐(zhu)地(di)山(shan)(shan)東莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)朝城(cheng)鎮遷至山(shan)(shan)東莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)城(cheng),學校現(xian)位于山(shan)(shan)東省聊城(cheng)市莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)振興(xing)街88號(山(shan)(shan)東莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)教育(yu)局對過(guo)),地(di)處山(shan)(shan)東莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)城(cheng)中(zhong)心地(di)帶(dai),毗鄰山(shan)(shan)東省燕(yan)塔廣場。
“以一流(liu)設施,一流(liu)師資,一流(liu)管(guan)理,育(yu)一流(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)” 是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)想, “不放棄每名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),讓所(suo)(suo)有(you)(you)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)功” 是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理念。遷校(xiao)(xiao)后,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)致(zhi)力于教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)改革(ge)和校(xiao)(xiao)園文化(hua)建設:推行的(de)“全(quan)員(yuan)育(yu)人導師制”,將(jiang)所(suo)(suo)有(you)(you)教(jiao)師對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)關愛落(luo)到實處;創建的(de)“一五三”課堂教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模式(shi)使所(suo)(suo)有(you)(you)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)(ri)有(you)(you)所(suo)(suo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),日(ri)(ri)有(you)(you)所(suo)(suo)進,贏得了(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長和到校(xiao)(xiao)考察的(de)各(ge)級專家領導的(de)好評(ping);學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)重視校(xiao)(xiao)園文化(hua)建設,山(shan)東全(quan)省的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)電視臺,內(nei)容豐富(fu)富(fu)有(you)(you)教(jiao)育(yu)意義(yi)的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)園文化(hua)長廊,校(xiao)(xiao)《晨風(feng)報》等,為促使學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)全(quan)面均衡發展發揮(hui)了(le)積極作用,得到了(le)家長、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)高(gao)度(du)認可和社會(hui)(hui)的(de)普遍(bian)贊譽。成(cheng)立了(le)全(quan)省首(shou)家“教(jiao)育(yu)咨詢委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)(hui)”, 聘(pin)請(qing)社會(hui)(hui)賢(xian)達和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長擔任委(wei)員(yuan),搭建了(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)、家庭、社會(hui)(hui)聯(lian)合辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和民主辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)平臺。
山東莘縣(xian)二中的學(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)校每天都(dou)有一(yi)個(ge)30分鐘的“快樂(le)大課(ke)間”。活(huo)動前(qian),由主(zhu)任導師(shi)(班主(zhu)任)與(yu)導師(shi)提前(qian)制定(ding)好一(yi)周的活(huo)動計(ji)劃(hua),所有的導師(shi)都(dou)要帶(dai)領本小組(zu)的學(xue)生(sheng)從(cong)事諸如(ru)長跑、跳(tiao)繩、踢毽子(zi)或(huo)(huo)玩各(ge)種球類的各(ge)種活(huo)動,或(huo)(huo)者與(yu)自己的學(xue)生(sheng)做游戲、聊天、交(jiao)流。運動使師(shi)生(sheng)鍛煉身體的同(tong)時,又把快樂(le)和歡笑帶(dai)給了彼(bi)此(ci);而溝通交(jiao)流則(ze)使導師(shi)及時了解到了學(xue)生(sheng)的思想動態(tai)或(huo)(huo)存在(zai)的問(wen)題,以(yi)便于及時化解,幫助學(xue)生(sheng)走出困惑,更(geng)好地進步。
除了(le)“一五三”課堂教學模式和“全員育(yu)人導師制”,莘縣二中還通過(guo)成立學生社(she)團組織,學生通過(guo)社(she)團活動(dong)可以充分施展個人所長,體(ti)驗到成功的快(kuai)樂。另外,校(xiao)學生電(dian)視(shi)臺、校(xiao)《晨風報》等(deng)也(ye)給(gei)喜歡播音(yin)、主持、表演、寫作(zuo)的學生提供(gong)了(le)展示(shi)個人才華(hua)的良好舞臺!
1951年(nian)2月創建,時名(ming)“平原(yuan)省(sheng)朝(chao)城初級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。1952年(nian),平原(yuan)省(sheng)建制(zhi)撤銷(xiao),更名(ming)為“山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)朝(chao)城初級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。1953年(nian)8月,改名(ming)為“山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)觀朝(chao)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)第一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。1956年(nian)4月始稱“山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)莘縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)第二中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。1958年(nian),莘縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)建制(zhi)撤銷(xiao),劃(hua)歸范縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),學(xue)校更名(ming)為“山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)范縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)朝(chao)城中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。1961年(nian)莘縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)建制(zhi)恢復,學(xue)校更名(ming)為“莘縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)第二中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”至今。
山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)莘(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)曾(ceng)于2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)被(bei)評(ping)定為(wei)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)聊(liao)城(cheng)(cheng)市規范化學(xue)(xue)校(xiao),2005年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)又順利通過山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)省(sheng)級規范化學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)驗(yan)收,成(cheng)為(wei)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)莘(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)三(san)處“山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)省(sheng)規”高中(zhong)(zhong)之一(yi)(yi),2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)聊(liao)城(cheng)(cheng)八縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)市一(yi)(yi)處高中(zhong)(zhong)和(he)諧高效課堂(tang)實(shi)驗(yan)基地。2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)由(you)原駐地莘(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)朝城(cheng)(cheng)鎮遷至莘(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)城(cheng)(cheng)辦學(xue)(xue)。2011年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue),山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)莘(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)成(cheng)為(wei)“十一(yi)(yi)五”國家級重點課題“勵志教(jiao)育(yu)暨(ji)全員育(yu)人(ren)(ren)導(dao)師(shi)制”山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)聊(liao)城(cheng)(cheng)市一(yi)(yi)家實(shi)驗(yan)校(xiao)。2012年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue),山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)莘(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)成(cheng)功加入(ru)“課改中(zhong)(zhong)國行·國家高中(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)育(yu)綠色共同體”。2012年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue),山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生電視(shi)臺榮獲(huo)“全國百(bai)(bai)佳(jia)校(xiao)園電視(shi)臺”稱號(hao),學(xue)(xue)生錄制的節目《山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生的一(yi)(yi)天》被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)園影視(shi)金獎節目。2011年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)4月(yue)(yue)(yue)與2013年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue),“一(yi)(yi)五三(san)”課堂(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)模式研(yan)討會(hui)與構建和(he)諧師(shi)生關系(xi)現(xian)場會(hui)在山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)召開(kai),與會(hui)人(ren)(ren)員包括(kuo)省(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)廳、市縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)教(jiao)育(yu)局(ju)領(ling)導(dao)及全縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)各級各類學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)校(xiao)領(ling)導(dao)等數百(bai)(bai)人(ren)(ren)。2013年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue),周西政校(xiao)長主持的山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)省(sheng)級課題——“?一(yi)(yi)五三(san)?課堂(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)模式研(yan)究(jiu)”,榮獲(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)優秀成(cheng)果一(yi)(yi)等獎。
