始建(jian)于1951年,歷史(shi)悠久,文化(hua)底(di)蘊深厚。2010年8月,按照山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)委(wei)政府統一部(bu)署(shu),山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)二中由原駐地山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)朝城(cheng)(cheng)鎮遷至山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)城(cheng)(cheng),學校現位于山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)聊城(cheng)(cheng)市莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)振興街88號(山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)教育局對過(guo)),地處山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)城(cheng)(cheng)中心地帶(dai),毗鄰山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)燕塔廣場。
“以一(yi)流(liu)(liu)設施(shi),一(yi)流(liu)(liu)師資,一(yi)流(liu)(liu)管理,育(yu)一(yi)流(liu)(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生” 是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)思想, “不放棄每名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生,讓所(suo)有學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生成(cheng)功” 是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理念。遷(qian)校(xiao)(xiao)后,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)致力于教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)改(gai)革和校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文化建(jian)設:推行的(de)(de)(de)“全(quan)員育(yu)人(ren)導師制”,將所(suo)有教(jiao)師對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)關愛落到實(shi)處;創建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)“一(yi)五三”課堂(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模式使(shi)所(suo)有學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生日(ri)(ri)有所(suo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),日(ri)(ri)有所(suo)進,贏得(de)了(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生家長(chang)和到校(xiao)(xiao)考察的(de)(de)(de)各級專家領導的(de)(de)(de)好評(ping);學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)重視校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文化建(jian)設,山東全(quan)省(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生電(dian)視臺,內(nei)容豐(feng)富富有教(jiao)育(yu)意義的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文化長(chang)廊(lang),校(xiao)(xiao)《晨風報》等(deng),為促使(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生全(quan)面均衡發展發揮了(le)積極(ji)作用,得(de)到了(le)家長(chang)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)高度認可和社(she)會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)普遍贊譽。成(cheng)立了(le)全(quan)省(sheng)首(shou)家“教(jiao)育(yu)咨詢委員會(hui)”, 聘請社(she)會(hui)賢(xian)達和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生家長(chang)擔任委員,搭建(jian)了(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)、家庭、社(she)會(hui)聯合辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和民主辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)平臺。
山東莘縣二中(zhong)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在校每天都有一(yi)個30分鐘的(de)(de)“快(kuai)(kuai)樂大課間”。活(huo)動(dong)前,由主任導(dao)師(shi)(班(ban)主任)與導(dao)師(shi)提前制定(ding)好一(yi)周的(de)(de)活(huo)動(dong)計劃,所有的(de)(de)導(dao)師(shi)都要(yao)帶(dai)領本小組(zu)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)從事諸(zhu)如(ru)長(chang)跑、跳繩、踢毽子或玩(wan)各種球類的(de)(de)各種活(huo)動(dong),或者與自己的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)做游戲、聊天、交流。運動(dong)使師(shi)生(sheng)鍛煉(lian)身體的(de)(de)同時,又把快(kuai)(kuai)樂和歡(huan)笑帶(dai)給了(le)(le)彼此;而溝通交流則使導(dao)師(shi)及(ji)時了(le)(le)解到了(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)思想動(dong)態或存在的(de)(de)問題,以(yi)便(bian)于及(ji)時化(hua)解,幫助學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)走出(chu)困惑,更(geng)好地進步。
除了“一五三”課堂(tang)教學模式和“全員育人導師制”,莘(xin)縣二(er)中還通(tong)過成立學生社(she)團組織,學生通(tong)過社(she)團活動可以充分施展個人所長,體(ti)驗到(dao)成功的(de)(de)快樂(le)。另外,校學生電視臺、校《晨風報(bao)》等(deng)也(ye)給喜歡播音、主(zhu)持、表演、寫作的(de)(de)學生提供了展示個人才華的(de)(de)良好舞臺!
1951年(nian)(nian)2月(yue)(yue)創建,時名“平(ping)原省(sheng)朝城初級中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”。1952年(nian)(nian),平(ping)原省(sheng)建制撤(che)(che)銷,更(geng)名為“山(shan)東省(sheng)朝城初級中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”。1953年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue),改名為“山(shan)東省(sheng)觀朝縣第一中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”。1956年(nian)(nian)4月(yue)(yue)始(shi)稱“山(shan)東省(sheng)莘(xin)縣第二中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”。1958年(nian)(nian),莘(xin)縣建制撤(che)(che)銷,劃(hua)歸(gui)范(fan)(fan)縣,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)更(geng)名為“山(shan)東省(sheng)范(fan)(fan)縣朝城中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”。1961年(nian)(nian)莘(xin)縣建制恢復,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)更(geng)名為“莘(xin)縣第二中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”至(zhi)今。
山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)二(er)(er)中(zhong)曾于(yu)2003年(nian)被評定為(wei)山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)聊城市規范化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校,2005年(nian)又順(shun)利通(tong)過山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)規范化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校驗(yan)收,成為(wei)山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)三處(chu)“山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)規”高(gao)中(zhong)之一(yi)(yi),2009年(nian)被評為(wei)山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)聊城八縣(xian)(xian)(xian)市一(yi)(yi)處(chu)高(gao)中(zhong)和諧高(gao)效課(ke)堂實驗(yan)基地。2010年(nian)8月,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校由原駐地莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)朝城鎮遷至莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)城辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。2011年(nian)3月,山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)二(er)(er)中(zhong)成為(wei)“十(shi)一(yi)(yi)五”國(guo)(guo)家級(ji)重(zhong)點課(ke)題“勵志(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)暨全(quan)員育(yu)人導師制(zhi)”山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)聊城市一(yi)(yi)家實驗(yan)校。2012年(nian)8月,山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)莘(xin)(xin)(xin)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)二(er)(er)中(zhong)成功加入“課(ke)改(gai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)行(xing)·國(guo)(guo)家高(gao)中(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)綠色共(gong)同體”。2012年(nian)10月,山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)二(er)(er)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生電視(shi)臺榮獲(huo)(huo)“全(quan)國(guo)(guo)百佳校園電視(shi)臺”稱號,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生錄制(zhi)的(de)節(jie)目(mu)《山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)二(er)(er)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)一(yi)(yi)天(tian)》被評為(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校園影視(shi)金獎(jiang)節(jie)目(mu)。2011年(nian)4月與2013年(nian)3月,“一(yi)(yi)五三”課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模(mo)式(shi)研討會(hui)與構建和諧師生關系現(xian)場(chang)會(hui)在山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)二(er)(er)中(zhong)召開,與會(hui)人員包(bao)括省(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)廳、市縣(xian)(xian)(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局領(ling)導及全(quan)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)各(ge)級(ji)各(ge)類學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校校領(ling)導等(deng)(deng)數(shu)百人。2013年(nian)5月,周西政(zheng)校長主持的(de)山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)課(ke)題——“?一(yi)(yi)五三?課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模(mo)式(shi)研究”,榮獲(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研究優秀成果一(yi)(yi)等(deng)(deng)獎(jiang)。
