新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)中(zhong)學(xue)位(wei)于(yu)新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)市文廟街27號,歷(li)史(shi)上這里曾(ceng)經是新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)縣文廟、新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)“平陽書院(yuan)”所在地(di),是新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)一中(zhong)老校區(qu)。這個地(di)方辦學(xue)歷(li)史(shi)悠久,文化源(yuan)遠流長,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)人(ren)民(min)心(xin)目中(zhong)的(de)文化圣(sheng)地(di)。
在(zai)(zai)這個校(xiao)(xiao)址(zhi),建設(she)了新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)國成(cheng)(cheng)立后新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)的(de)第一(yi)處中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。1952年秋,泰(tai)(tai)(tai)安地區(qu)專署決定,在(zai)(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)城區(qu)文廟舊址(zhi)上建設(she)一(yi)處中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),命名(ming)為(wei)“山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。1956年,泰(tai)(tai)(tai)安地區(qu)行署決定在(zai)(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)再(zai)建兩處中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)遂更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)“山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)第一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。1991年,新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)順利通過(guo)了山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)政府校(xiao)(xiao)舍改造達標(biao)驗收,并(bing)于1993年成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)規(gui)范化(hua)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。 2007年8月,原新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)三中(zhong)(zhong)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)四中(zhong)(zhong)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)五中(zhong)(zhong)四處學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)合并(bing)成(cheng)(cheng)新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)“新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)”,整體搬遷到青云湖畔(pan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)校(xiao)(xiao)區(qu)辦學(xue)。在(zai)(zai)各級(ji)領導的(de)關心支持和(he)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)師生的(de)共同努(nu)力下,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)后獲得山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)文明單(dan)位(wei)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)規(gui)范化(hua)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)教學(xue)示范校(xiao)(xiao)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)基礎教育先(xian)進單(dan)位(wei)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)先(xian)進基層黨組織、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)衛(wei)生文明單(dan)位(wei)和(he)山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)傳統體育項目學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)等榮譽稱號。
2012年7月(yue),為更好的普(pu)及高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)段教育(yu),滿(man)足廣大群眾對高(gao)質量(liang)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教育(yu)需求,經(jing)泰(tai)(tai)安市編辦泰(tai)(tai)編辦〔2012〕49號文件和新泰(tai)(tai)市機構編制委員會新編發〔2012〕14號文件批復,從新泰(tai)(tai)一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分出一部分教育(yu)教學(xue)資源,新投(tou)資400余萬元,按(an)省級規范(fan)化學(xue)校(xiao)標準配置,在新泰(tai)(tai)一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)老校(xiao)區重新設立新泰(tai)(tai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。
新泰中(zhong)學占地面積(ji)68936.3平(ping)(ping)方米(mi)(mi)(mi),建筑(zhu)面積(ji)46534平(ping)(ping)方米(mi)(mi)(mi),生均建筑(zhu)面積(ji)17.1平(ping)(ping)方米(mi)(mi)(mi)。

1、精細校(xiao)(xiao)園環境管理(li),建設和美校(xiao)(xiao)園。一是(shi)加大(da)校(xiao)(xiao)園衛生(sheng)(sheng)的管理(li)力(li)度(du),制(zhi)(zhi)定衛生(sheng)(sheng)掃除制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),通過學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)會(hui)開(kai)展“彎彎腰”活動(dong),做到(dao)垃圾(ji)不落地、處處無(wu)雜草,做到(dao)各(ge)室(shi)物(wu)品擺放整齊、地面無(wu)任(ren)何(he)灰塵紙屑,校(xiao)(xiao)園無(wu)任(ren)何(he)衛生(sheng)(sheng)死角。二(er)是(shi)開(kai)展校(xiao)(xiao)園育(yu)人文化建設。室(shi)外布置宣(xuan)傳欄、壁報欄,教(jiao)室(shi)內利(li)用后墻黑板報,宣(xuan)傳正確思想和先進人物(wu),使學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念、校(xiao)(xiao)訓、校(xiao)(xiao)風、教(jiao)風、學(xue)(xue)(xue)風深入人心(xin)。辦公樓、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)樓、宿(su)舍(she)樓以及各(ge)功(gong)能(neng)室(shi)都張(zhang)貼(tie)名人名言(yan)或者(zhe)格言(yan)警(jing)句,使學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)時(shi)時(shi)受教(jiao)育(yu)。各(ge)辦公室(shi)、功(gong)能(neng)室(shi)根據各(ge)室(shi)工(gong)作職能(neng),確立相應的室(shi)內標語并(bing)張(zhang)貼(tie)相關的規章制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),將(jiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的管理(li)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、溫(wen)馨提示(shi)等(deng)張(zhang)貼(tie)在相應位置,既(ji)提示(shi)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作學(xue)(xue)(xue)習,又體現人文關懷。三是(shi)加強綠(lv)化工(gong)程,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)是(shi)市(shi)級花園式單位,校(xiao)(xiao)園大(da)樹(shu)參天、綠(lv)色成蔭,古樸典雅。
2、構(gou)建管(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi),實(shi)現(xian)管(guan)理(li)過(guo)程科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)民主。一(yi)是建立(li)(li)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)目標管(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)。根據崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)需求,定(ding)崗(gang),定(ding)人(ren),定(ding)責。各部(bu)門根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)工作目標制定(ding)部(bu)門工作計劃,逐層制定(ding),分層管(guan)理(li),構(gou)成全(quan)(quan)面(mian)的目標管(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi),并圍繞目標展開(kai)一(yi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)列的管(guan)理(li)活動。二是建立(li)(li)全(quan)(quan)程質(zhi)量(liang)管(guan)理(li)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)。對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研、行(xing)政、后勤工作進行(xing)質(zhi)量(liang)控(kong)制,緊(jin)扣教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)這一(yi)中心工作,將(jiang)凡是影(ying)響(xiang)質(zhi)量(liang)的因素都納入管(guan)理(li)的范疇,抓好過(guo)程管(guan)理(li)。三是建立(li)(li)全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)業(ye)績(ji)考核評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)。在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)上,繼續完善(shan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)展性(xing)評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia),引(yin)導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)專(zhuan)業(ye)發(fa)展。通(tong)過(guo)對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)成果、課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、師(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)表現(xian)、考勤情況等(deng)方面(mian)進行(xing)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)的評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia),實(shi)現(xian)評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)內容的多(duo)元(yuan)化和評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)方式的多(duo)樣(yang)化。在學(xue)(xue)(xue)生評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)上,以學(xue)(xue)(xue)生綜合素養評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)為基礎,建立(li)(li)促進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生全(quan)(quan)面(mian)發(fa)展的指標體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)。各年級建立(li)(li)了學(xue)(xue)(xue)生成長(chang)記錄冊,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的發(fa)展性(xing)評(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)。四是構(gou)建全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)育人(ren)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi),實(shi)施(shi)全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)育人(ren)導(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)制。
3、加強課(ke)堂管理,推進課(ke)程改革。實施(shi)學(xue)案(an)導(dao)學(xue),共(gong)(gong)建優質(zhi)高(gao)效(xiao)課(ke)堂遵循教學(xue)規(gui)律,加大集(ji)(ji)體備(bei)課(ke)力(li)(li)(li)(li)度,自學(xue)總結力(li)(li)(li)(li)度,一(yi)(yi)周(zhou)一(yi)(yi)次集(ji)(ji)體備(bei)課(ke),充分發揮教研(yan)組(zu)、學(xue)科教師(shi)的(de)(de)傳幫帶(dai)作(zuo)(zuo)用,共(gong)(gong)同探(tan)究教學(xue)方法。深入挖掘(jue)校(xiao)本(ben)課(ke)程資源,扎實有效(xiao)地(di)開(kai)展活(huo)(huo)動,要求(qiu)每位教師(shi)在教好(hao)(hao)一(yi)(yi)門學(xue)科的(de)(de)基礎上,努(nu)力(li)(li)(li)(li)開(kai)發一(yi)(yi)門校(xiao)本(ben)課(ke)程,指導(dao)好(hao)(hao)一(yi)(yi)個社團。依托社區敬老院、烈士陵園、公園、工廠等社會教育(yu)資源與(yu)平臺,開(kai)展各種(zhong)形(xing)式(shi)的(de)(de)綜(zong)合(he)(he)實踐活(huo)(huo)動,培養學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)協作(zuo)(zuo)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)(li)(li)、組(zu)織能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)(li)(li)、適應能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)(li)(li)和(he)實踐操作(zuo)(zuo)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)(li)(li)。發揮家長(chang)協會、家長(chang)委員會的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用,讓家長(chang)參(can)與(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)管理,構(gou)建家長(chang)參(can)與(yu)的(de)(de)特色課(ke)程,實現家校(xiao)聯合(he)(he)。

5、加強學(xue)(xue)生管理(li),讓學(xue)(xue)生健(jian)康幸福(fu)成(cheng)長。構(gou)建(jian)完善的(de)學(xue)(xue)生教育體系,建(jian)立健(jian)全德育工作(zuo)機構(gou),完善德育工作(zuo)各項流(liu)程。每周堅持升旗儀式,舉行國旗下的(de)演講(jiang)(jiang)活(huo)動。培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)生說普(pu)通話,寫規范(fan)字。開展(zhan)書香校園活(huo)動,組(zu)織讀(du)書報告會、演講(jiang)(jiang)比賽、辯論會等,引導學(xue)(xue)生多讀(du)書、讀(du)好書。

7、加強(qiang)(qiang)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管理,建設平安(an)(an)(an)校園。加強(qiang)(qiang)對學生的(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育(yu),利(li)用校會、主(zhu)題班會及專題講座等形(xing)式,對學生進行防火、防盜(dao)、防溺水、用電、交通(tong)等安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育(yu)。落實安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)責任制(zhi),定(ding)期進行安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)檢查,消(xiao)除安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患。制(zhi)定(ding)各項安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)應急(ji)預案(an),定(ding)期舉行消(xiao)防演練,防震演練,增(zeng)強(qiang)(qiang)了(le)學生的(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)意識和自救、自護能力。
8、加(jia)強(qiang)后勤管理,提供物質保(bao)障。總務處每(mei)天對校舍和教(jiao)學(xue)設施設備進行檢(jian)查,及時維修,及時排除故障,及時補充教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)用品,保(bao)證教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)正常開展。不斷改善師生(sheng)的(de)就(jiu)餐條件,定期(qi)邀(yao)請(qing)疾(ji)病防(fang)控(kong)部門到(dao)學(xue)校指導(dao)工作,保(bao)證飲(yin)食衛(wei)生(sheng)。
