威(wei)(wei)海(hai)市(shi)第四中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)始(shi)建于1960年,原名文(wen)登(deng)市(shi)第十一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。2008年秋,根據(ju)威(wei)(wei)海(hai)市(shi)政(zheng)府(fu)區(qu)域規劃(hua),文(wen)登(deng)十一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)由文(wen)登(deng)教育局上劃(hua)為威(wei)(wei)海(hai)教育局管理。2009年3月(yue),文(wen)登(deng)市(shi)第十一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)正式更(geng)名為威(wei)(wei)海(hai)市(shi)第四中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(掛齊魯師范學(xue)院威(wei)(wei)海(hai)附屬高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)牌(pai)子),2011年9月(yue)遷入(ru)臨港(gang)經濟技術(shu)開(kai)發(fa)區(qu)臺州路275號。威(wei)(wei)海(hai)四中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是一(yi)所現(xian)代化、高標準、寄宿(su)制(zhi)的(de)公(gong)(gong)立高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。學(xue)校(xiao)占(zhan)地136畝,建筑面積5.7萬平方米,有綜合辦公(gong)(gong)樓(lou)、實(shi)驗(yan)樓(lou)、教學(xue)樓(lou)、學(xue)生公(gong)(gong)寓(yu)(yu)、多功能餐廳、體育館(guan)、教師公(gong)(gong)寓(yu)(yu)樓(lou);設(she)有語音、微機、儀(yi)器(qi)器(qi)材(cai)等專用(yong)教室28個(ge),學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)實(shi)驗(yan)儀(yi)器(qi)、各種器(qi)材(cai)配備均達到(dao)國家一(yi)類標準;圖(tu)書(shu)室藏書(shu)量達7萬余冊。2016年將原來的(de)商店改(gai)成了新華書(shu)店。
在市委、市政府(fu)的(de)關(guan)心支(zhi)持(chi)下,在市教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)局黨組(zu)的(de)正確領導(dao)下,我校深入落實(shi)立德樹人根本任(ren)(ren)務,著眼每個孩(hai)子一生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)幸(xing)(xing)福(fu)(fu)成(cheng)長(chang),牢牢秉(bing)持(chi)“做有生(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)溫度的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)幸(xing)(xing)福(fu)(fu)人生(sheng)(sheng)奠基”的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)理念,著力打造幸(xing)(xing)福(fu)(fu)四中,創建(jian)幸(xing)(xing)福(fu)(fu)舒(shu)心教(jiao)師、幸(xing)(xing)福(fu)(fu)放心家(jia)長(chang)、幸(xing)(xing)福(fu)(fu)開(kai)心學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校。孩(hai)子們(men)綻放出(chu)旺盛(sheng)的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)狀態,高(gao)考本科上(shang)線率逐年攀升,家(jia)長(chang)們(men)從不信任(ren)(ren)變(bian)成(cheng)高(gao)度配合支(zhi)持(chi),許多(duo)孩(hai)子的(de)本科之夢由(you)升學(xue)(xue)(xue)之初的(de)不敢想變(bian)成(cheng)了高(gao)考后活生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)現實(shi)。

學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)始終堅持“威海(hai)四(si)中是孩(hai)子(zi)們的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),涉及(ji)孩(hai)子(zi)利益的(de)事情(qing)由家長(chang)和孩(hai)子(zi)一起說了(le)算,威海(hai)四(si)中也是全體(ti)教師的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),涉及(ji)教師利益的(de)事情(qing)由全體(ti)教職工一起說了(le)算”的(de)工作思路,充(chong)分發(fa)揚(yang)民(min)主,發(fa)揮(hui)每一位(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、家長(chang)、教師的(de)力量,群策(ce)(ce)群力治理學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。實(shi)行(xing)違紀(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)聽證會(hui)制(zhi)度(du)(du),由學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)代(dai)(dai)表、家長(chang)代(dai)(dai)表、教師代(dai)(dai)表共同決定(ding);實(shi)行(xing)教職工代(dai)(dai)表大會(hui)制(zhi)度(du)(du),每年(nian)至少召(zhao)開一次,對學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)重大事務(wu)進行(xing)表決,逐步構建(jian)完善的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)規(gui)章(zhang)制(zhi)度(du)(du)體(ti)系(xi)。定(ding)期召(zhao)開校(xiao)長(chang)辦(ban)公會(hui)、行(xing)政(zheng)辦(ban)公會(hui)和校(xiao)務(wu)委員會(hui),實(shi)現科學(xue)(xue)(xue)民(min)主決策(ce)(ce)。各部門成立智(zhi)(zhi)囊團,充(chong)分發(fa)掘校(xiao)內優秀教師參(can)與各項方案制(zhi)定(ding)和活動策(ce)(ce)劃組織,提高政(zheng)策(ce)(ce)實(shi)施(shi)質量。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現有智(zhi)(zhi)囊團隊10個,涉及(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)發(fa)展、教師發(fa)展、級部管理、后勤(qin)保障等各類(lei)事務(wu)。
注重家(jia)(jia)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)教育(yu)(yu)方(fang)法的培訓(xun),新生(sheng)(sheng)入校后,校長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)要(yao)進行4次家(jia)(jia)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)講堂。樹立(li)“問題就是發展機遇”意識,向全體家(jia)(jia)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)公(gong)開(kai)了(le)校長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)電話和(he)郵箱,聽(ting)取民聲、吸納民智,及(ji)時解決問題、化解矛盾。動員家(jia)(jia)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)樹立(li)主(zhu)人翁意識,積極參與管理、參與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活動,每天都有(you)家(jia)(jia)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)走(zou)進食堂監督(du)、晚自習(xi)到(dao)校陪讀。組建了(le)家(jia)(jia)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)講堂講師團隊和(he)家(jia)(jia)庭教育(yu)(yu)研究室(shi),更好地指導家(jia)(jia)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)更新家(jia)(jia)庭教育(yu)(yu)內容,轉變(bian)家(jia)(jia)庭教育(yu)(yu)觀念,幫助(zhu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)迎(ying)接高中新挑戰。
