學(xue)校精(jing)心培養(yang)新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)和青(qing)(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi),始終(zhong)按照“政治上愛護(hu),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)上扶(fu)持,生活上關心”和“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育與管理并行,培養(yang)與使用(yong)兼顧(gu)”的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)思(si)路,推(tui)行《煙臺(tai)三中青(qing)(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培養(yang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)施(shi)方案》。學(xue)校通過(guo)(guo)聽(ting)課(ke)、評課(ke)、觀(guan)摩(mo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)、輔導講座等(deng)形(xing)式,采取(qu)與老教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)結對(dui)子、兩筆字考(kao)評、總結表彰(zhang)等(deng)措施(shi),提高他們的業務能(neng)力和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)水平(ping)。同時,對(dui)于師(shi)德好、業務精(jing)的青(qing)(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)大膽使用(yong),通過(guo)(guo)安排其擔(dan)任教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研組長、班主任和獨立(li)承擔(dan)優質(zhi)課(ke)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改實(shi)驗課(ke)題等(deng),促使其自我加壓,盡快成(cheng)長成(cheng)熟。

歷史沿革

煙臺第三(san)中學正式(shi)命名于1952年(nian)9月12日。原校址在煙臺山(shan)東側(ce)海(hai)岸路26號(現煙臺山(shan)賓館院內)。

1954年(nian),為發(fa)展中(zhong)學(xue)教(jiao)育,煙臺(tai)市(shi)(shi)人民政府決定(ding)(ding)擴建(jian)三(san)(san)中(zhong)校舍(she)(she),在大(da)海陽河西(xi)邊建(jian)立了煙臺(tai)三(san)(san)中(zhong)新校舍(she)(she)。三(san)(san)中(zhong)由煙臺(tai)山遷(qian)入新校舍(she)(she)。由此,三(san)(san)中(zhong)成為一(yi)(yi)(yi)所完全(quan)中(zhong)學(xue)。 多年(nian)來,學(xue)校制定(ding)(ding)了整體(ti)發(fa)展目標(biao)和(he)各職能部門的質(zhi)量目標(biao),以(yi)目標(biao)管理來調動教(jiao)職員(yuan)工各項(xiang)工作的積極性。同年(nian),學(xue)校制定(ding)(ding)了“三(san)(san)五(wu)(wu)”規劃,即(ji)用(yong)三(san)(san)個五(wu)(wu)年(nian)時間,躋身于區、市(shi)(shi)、省一(yi)(yi)(yi)流學(xue)校的行列。在第一(yi)(yi)(yi)個五(wu)(wu)年(nian)規劃期(qi)間,學(xue)校實現(xian)了創全(quan)區一(yi)(yi)(yi)流學(xue)校的整體(ti)目標(biao)。

1993年(nian)4月(yue),學校(xiao)被山(shan)東省(sheng)教育廳命(ming)名為(wei)首批(pi)省(sheng)級規范化學校(xiao),基本(ben)上實現(xian)了省(sheng)、市、區一流學校(xiao)的目標(biao)。

1994年(nian)12月,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)把創辦(ban)現代化的學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)當作頭等大事來(lai)抓。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)集(ji)資50萬,在(zai)全市率先為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的高中(zhong)班建成一(yi)套現代化的雙向閉路電視系統,每個教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)配有一(yi)部(bu)彩電,一(yi)部(bu)攝像機(ji)(ji),為現代化教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)奠定了基礎。之(zhi)后學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)又(you)相繼(ji)興建了新的辦(ban)公樓(lou)(lou)、實驗樓(lou)(lou)、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)樓(lou)(lou)、圖書科技樓(lou)(lou)、學(xue)(xue)生公寓(yu)、市內體育(yu)館、塑膠田徑操(cao)場等,這以后又(you)建起了微機(ji)(ji)室(shi)、語音室(shi)、電教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)、電教(jiao)(jiao)備課室(shi)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長辦(ban)公自(zi)動化系統。同年(nian)3月我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)被國家教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)評為2000年(nian)現代教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)技術實驗學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。隨著教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)形式的發展,我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)又(you)投入(ru)大量資金創辦(ban)了校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)網(wang)絡(luo)中(zhong)心、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)網(wang)站(zhan)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)電視演播室(shi)。

2001年(nian)(nian) 2001年(nian)(nian),學(xue)校(xiao)在原四(si)職(zhi)專校(xiao)址設立分(fen)校(xiao)。實行全日(ri)制(zhi)寄宿式封閉管理,教師(shi)與學(xue)生“同(tong)吃、同(tong)住、同(tong)學(xue)習、同(tong)生活(huo)”。至此,三(san)中已成(cheng)為全市(shi)一(yi)流、設施先進、環境優美、管理完(wan)善的完(wan)全中學(xue)。

2012年(nian),學校成功(gong)舉辦(ban)60年(nian)校慶,在社會上(shang)引起強烈反響。

2015年(nian),搬遷至新校區(qu)。
