學校簡介

學(xue)校精心培(pei)養新教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)和青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi),始終按照(zhao)“政治(zhi)上愛護,工作上扶持(chi),生(sheng)活上關心”和“教(jiao)(jiao)育與管理(li)并行,培(pei)養與使(shi)用兼顧”的工作思路,推行《煙臺(tai)三中青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培(pei)養工作實(shi)施方案》。學(xue)校通(tong)過聽課(ke)、評課(ke)、觀摩教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)、輔導講(jiang)座等(deng)形式,采取與老教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)結對子、兩(liang)筆字考評、總(zong)結表彰等(deng)措施,提(ti)高他們的業(ye)務能(neng)力和教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)水平。同時,對于師(shi)德(de)好、業(ye)務精的青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)大膽使(shi)用,通(tong)過安排其擔任教(jiao)(jiao)研組長、班(ban)主任和獨立承擔優質課(ke)、教(jiao)(jiao)改實(shi)驗(yan)課(ke)題等(deng),促使(shi)其自我(wo)加(jia)壓,盡快成(cheng)長成(cheng)熟。

歷史沿革

煙(yan)臺第三中(zhong)學正式命(ming)名于1952年9月12日。原(yuan)校址(zhi)在(zai)煙(yan)臺山(shan)東側海岸路(lu)26號(現煙(yan)臺山(shan)賓館院內)。

1954年(nian),為發展中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)教育,煙(yan)(yan)臺(tai)市人(ren)民政府決(jue)定擴(kuo)建(jian)三中(zhong)校(xiao)(xiao)舍(she),在大(da)海陽河西邊建(jian)立了煙(yan)(yan)臺(tai)三中(zhong)新校(xiao)(xiao)舍(she)。三中(zhong)由(you)煙(yan)(yan)臺(tai)山遷(qian)入新校(xiao)(xiao)舍(she)。由(you)此(ci),三中(zhong)成為一所完全中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)。 多年(nian)來(lai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)制定了整體發展目(mu)標(biao)和各職(zhi)能部門(men)的質(zhi)量目(mu)標(biao),以目(mu)標(biao)管理來(lai)調(diao)動教職(zhi)員工各項工作的積極性。同年(nian),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)制定了“三五”規(gui)劃(hua),即用(yong)三個(ge)(ge)五年(nian)時間,躋身于區、市、省一流(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的行列。在第一個(ge)(ge)五年(nian)規(gui)劃(hua)期(qi)間,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實現了創(chuang)全區一流(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的整體目(mu)標(biao)。

1993年4月,學校(xiao)被山東省(sheng)教育廳(ting)命名為首批省(sheng)級(ji)規范化學校(xiao),基本上(shang)實現了省(sheng)、市、區一(yi)流學校(xiao)的目標。

1994年(nian)12月(yue),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)把創辦(ban)現代化(hua)的(de)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)當(dang)作頭(tou)等(deng)(deng)大事來(lai)抓。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)集資50萬,在全市率先(xian)為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)高(gao)中班建(jian)成(cheng)一(yi)套(tao)現代化(hua)的(de)雙向閉路電(dian)視系(xi)統(tong),每個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)配有一(yi)部(bu)彩電(dian),一(yi)部(bu)攝像(xiang)機(ji),為現代化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)奠定了基礎。之后學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)又相繼興建(jian)了新(xin)的(de)辦(ban)公(gong)樓(lou)(lou)、實驗(yan)(yan)樓(lou)(lou)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)樓(lou)(lou)、圖書科技樓(lou)(lou)、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)公(gong)寓、市內體育(yu)館、塑膠田徑(jing)操(cao)場(chang)等(deng)(deng),這(zhe)以后又建(jian)起了微機(ji)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、語(yu)音室(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)備課室(shi)(shi)(shi)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長辦(ban)公(gong)自動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)。同(tong)年(nian)3月(yue)我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)被國家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)評為2000年(nian)現代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)技術實驗(yan)(yan)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。隨著教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)形式的(de)發展,我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)又投入大量資金創辦(ban)了校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園網絡中心、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園網站、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園電(dian)視演播(bo)室(shi)(shi)(shi)。

2001年 2001年,學校(xiao)在(zai)原(yuan)四職專校(xiao)址設立(li)分校(xiao)。實行全(quan)(quan)日(ri)制寄宿式封(feng)閉管(guan)理,教師與學生“同吃、同住、同學習、同生活”。至此,三中已成為(wei)全(quan)(quan)市(shi)一流、設施先(xian)進、環(huan)境優(you)美、管(guan)理完善(shan)的完全(quan)(quan)中學。

2012年,學(xue)校成功舉辦60年校慶,在社會上引(yin)起強烈反(fan)響。

2015年,搬遷至(zhi)新校區。
