現有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)450人(ren),其中(zhong)正(zheng)高(gao)(gao)級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師1人(ren),高(gao)(gao)級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師136人(ren),研究生以(yi)上(shang)學(xue)(xue)歷30余人(ren),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師學(xue)(xue)歷達標(biao)(biao)率100%。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)加強師資管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),堅持從(cong)嚴治(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),做到管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)規范。堅持推(tui)行教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)考核、考勤(qin)等(deng)各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)規章制度。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)加強計劃(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),以(yi)處(chu)、室(shi)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研組(zu)為(wei)單位,圍繞學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)總的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作計劃(hua),結合(he)各(ge)單位實際,做出工(gong)作打(da)算,存入教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師個人(ren)檔(dang)案。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)將總體目(mu)標(biao)(biao)進(jin)行分(fen)解(jie),使各(ge)處(chu)室(shi)、各(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研組(zu)、各(ge)年級明確自己的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作指(zhi)標(biao)(biao),并組(zu)織實施。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)加強定(ding)期(qi)(qi)和不定(ding)期(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)信息管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)。定(ding)期(qi)(qi)信息管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)包括(kuo)(kuo)各(ge)處(chu)室(shi)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研組(zu)每月(yue)的(de)(de)(de)考勤(qin),各(ge)學(xue)(xue)科期(qi)(qi)中(zhong)、期(qi)(qi)末(mo)考試(shi)等(deng);不定(ding)期(qi)(qi)信息管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)包括(kuo)(kuo)各(ge)分(fen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)領導的(de)(de)(de)聽課評(ping)(ping)課、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)案檢查,各(ge)年級的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生、家(jia)長問卷(juan)調(diao)查等(deng)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)加強成果評(ping)(ping)價,本著(zhu)以(yi)精神(shen)激(ji)勵為(wei)主、物質獎勵為(wei)輔的(de)(de)(de)原則,推(tui)行針對(dui)每一(yi)個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師方(fang)方(fang)面面的(de)(de)(de)成果管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)辦法(fa),包括(kuo)(kuo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)論文(wen)、班級管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)考核、各(ge)類競賽(sai)、考勤(qin)等(deng)多(duo)項(xiang)(xiang)考評(ping)(ping)和獎勵措施。

學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)精(jing)(jing)心(xin)培養新教(jiao)師(shi)和(he)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)師(shi),始終按(an)照“政治(zhi)上(shang)愛護,工(gong)作(zuo)上(shang)扶持,生活上(shang)關心(xin)”和(he)“教(jiao)育與管(guan)理并(bing)行,培養與使(shi)用兼顧”的工(gong)作(zuo)思路,推行《煙(yan)臺三中青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)師(shi)培養工(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)方(fang)案》。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)通過聽課(ke)、評課(ke)、觀摩(mo)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、輔導講座等形式,采取與老教(jiao)師(shi)結(jie)對子(zi)、兩筆字考(kao)評、總結(jie)表彰(zhang)等措施(shi)(shi),提高(gao)他(ta)們的業(ye)務能力和(he)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)水平。同時,對于師(shi)德好、業(ye)務精(jing)(jing)的青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)師(shi)大(da)膽使(shi)用,通過安排其擔任教(jiao)研組長、班主任和(he)獨立承擔優質課(ke)、教(jiao)改實(shi)驗課(ke)題等,促使(shi)其自我加壓,盡快成(cheng)(cheng)長成(cheng)(cheng)熟(shu)。

在郭宏成校(xiao)長多年的正(zheng)確(que)領導下,復色陽光教(jiao)育蒸蒸日上(shang),德智體(ti)全(quan)面發(fa)展(zhan)已(yi)經成為全(quan)校(xiao)師生的發(fa)展(zhan)方向,我校(xiao)越(yue)來越(yue)重視同學思(si)想(xiang)覺悟(wu)和優勢(shi)的發(fa)揚,并有孫(sun)洪財,常春燕,吳愛清(qing),黃孔娥,李立秋(qiu)等一(yi)大(da)批優秀(xiu)教(jiao)師的帶(dai)領,學生思(si)想(xiang)覺悟(wu)及道德素養(yang)都在較高的水平(ping)。

歷史沿革

煙臺(tai)第三(san)中(zhong)學正式(shi)命名(ming)于1952年9月12日。原(yuan)校(xiao)址在煙臺(tai)山(shan)東側海岸路26號(現煙臺(tai)山(shan)賓館院內)。

1954年(nian)(nian)(nian),為(wei)發展中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育,煙(yan)(yan)臺市人(ren)民政府決定擴建(jian)三(san)中(zhong)校(xiao)舍(she)(she),在大海陽(yang)河西邊建(jian)立了煙(yan)(yan)臺三(san)中(zhong)新(xin)校(xiao)舍(she)(she)。三(san)中(zhong)由煙(yan)(yan)臺山遷(qian)入新(xin)校(xiao)舍(she)(she)。由此,三(san)中(zhong)成為(wei)一所完全中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)。 多年(nian)(nian)(nian)來,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)制(zhi)定了整體發展目標和(he)各職能部門的(de)質量目標,以目標管理來調動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)職員工各項工作的(de)積極(ji)性。同年(nian)(nian)(nian),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)制(zhi)定了“三(san)五(wu)”規劃(hua)(hua),即用(yong)三(san)個(ge)五(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)時間,躋身于(yu)區(qu)、市、省(sheng)一流學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)行列。在第一個(ge)五(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)規劃(hua)(hua)期間,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實現了創全區(qu)一流學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)整體目標。

1993年(nian)4月,學(xue)校被(bei)山東省(sheng)教育(yu)廳命名為首批(pi)省(sheng)級(ji)規范化學(xue)校,基本上實現了省(sheng)、市、區一流學(xue)校的(de)目(mu)標。

1994年(nian)12月(yue),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)把創辦(ban)現(xian)(xian)代化(hua)(hua)的學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)當作(zuo)頭等(deng)(deng)大(da)事來(lai)抓。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)集資50萬(wan),在全市率先為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的高中班(ban)建(jian)成一(yi)套(tao)現(xian)(xian)代化(hua)(hua)的雙向閉路電(dian)(dian)視(shi)系統(tong)(tong),每(mei)個教(jiao)(jiao)室配(pei)有一(yi)部(bu)彩電(dian)(dian),一(yi)部(bu)攝像(xiang)機,為現(xian)(xian)代化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)奠定了基礎。之后(hou)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)又相繼興建(jian)了新的辦(ban)公樓、實驗樓、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)樓、圖書科技樓、學(xue)(xue)生公寓、市內體育(yu)(yu)館、塑膠田徑操(cao)場等(deng)(deng),這以后(hou)又建(jian)起了微(wei)機室、語音室、電(dian)(dian)教(jiao)(jiao)室、電(dian)(dian)教(jiao)(jiao)備課室、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)辦(ban)公自動化(hua)(hua)系統(tong)(tong)。同年(nian)3月(yue)我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)被國家教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部(bu)評(ping)為2000年(nian)現(xian)(xian)代教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)技術實驗學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。隨(sui)著(zhu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)形式的發展,我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)又投入大(da)量(liang)資金創辦(ban)了校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園網(wang)絡(luo)中心、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園網(wang)站、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園電(dian)(dian)視(shi)演播室。

2001年 2001年,學校(xiao)在原四職專(zhuan)校(xiao)址設立分校(xiao)。實行全日制寄(ji)宿式封閉(bi)管(guan)理(li),教(jiao)師與學生“同(tong)吃、同(tong)住(zhu)、同(tong)學習、同(tong)生活”。至此(ci),三中(zhong)(zhong)已(yi)成為全市一流、設施先進、環境(jing)優(you)美(mei)、管(guan)理(li)完善的完全中(zhong)(zhong)學。

2012年,學校成功舉辦(ban)60年校慶(qing),在(zai)社會上引起強(qiang)烈反響(xiang)。

2015年,搬遷(qian)至新校區(qu)。
