現有教(jiao)職工(gong)450人(ren)(ren),其中正高級(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)1人(ren)(ren),高級(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)136人(ren)(ren),研(yan)(yan)究生(sheng)以上學(xue)歷30余人(ren)(ren),教(jiao)師(shi)學(xue)歷達標(biao)率(lv)100%。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)加強(qiang)師(shi)資(zi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理,堅持從嚴治教(jiao),做到(dao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理規范。堅持推行教(jiao)職工(gong)考(kao)(kao)核(he)、考(kao)(kao)勤等(deng)各(ge)(ge)項規章制度(du)。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)加強(qiang)計(ji)劃(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理,以處、室、教(jiao)研(yan)(yan)組(zu)為(wei)單(dan)位,圍繞(rao)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)總(zong)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua),結合各(ge)(ge)單(dan)位實(shi)際,做出(chu)工(gong)作(zuo)打算,存入教(jiao)師(shi)個人(ren)(ren)檔案。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)將總(zong)體目標(biao)進行分解,使各(ge)(ge)處室、各(ge)(ge)教(jiao)研(yan)(yan)組(zu)、各(ge)(ge)年級(ji)明確自己的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)指(zhi)標(biao),并組(zu)織實(shi)施。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)加強(qiang)定期(qi)和不定期(qi)的(de)(de)信息管(guan)(guan)(guan)理。定期(qi)信息管(guan)(guan)(guan)理包括各(ge)(ge)處室、教(jiao)研(yan)(yan)組(zu)每月(yue)的(de)(de)考(kao)(kao)勤,各(ge)(ge)學(xue)科(ke)期(qi)中、期(qi)末考(kao)(kao)試等(deng);不定期(qi)信息管(guan)(guan)(guan)理包括各(ge)(ge)分管(guan)(guan)(guan)領導的(de)(de)聽課評課、教(jiao)案檢查,各(ge)(ge)年級(ji)的(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)、家長(chang)問卷調(diao)查等(deng)。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)加強(qiang)成果(guo)評價,本(ben)著以精神激勵(li)為(wei)主、物質(zhi)獎(jiang)勵(li)為(wei)輔的(de)(de)原則,推行針對每一個教(jiao)師(shi)方方面(mian)(mian)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)成果(guo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理辦法(fa),包括教(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)量、教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)論文、班級(ji)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理考(kao)(kao)核(he)、各(ge)(ge)類競(jing)賽、考(kao)(kao)勤等(deng)多(duo)項考(kao)(kao)評和獎(jiang)勵(li)措施。

學校精(jing)心(xin)培養新教師(shi)和青(qing)(qing)年教師(shi),始終按照“政治上(shang)(shang)愛護,工作(zuo)上(shang)(shang)扶(fu)持,生活上(shang)(shang)關心(xin)”和“教育與管理(li)并(bing)行(xing),培養與使(shi)用(yong)兼顧”的(de)工作(zuo)思路,推行(xing)《煙臺三中(zhong)青(qing)(qing)年教師(shi)培養工作(zuo)實(shi)施方案(an)》。學校通過(guo)聽課(ke)(ke)、評(ping)課(ke)(ke)、觀摩(mo)教學、輔導講座(zuo)等形式,采取與老教師(shi)結對子、兩筆(bi)字考評(ping)、總結表彰等措施,提高他們(men)的(de)業(ye)務(wu)能力(li)和教學水平。同時,對于師(shi)德好、業(ye)務(wu)精(jing)的(de)青(qing)(qing)年教師(shi)大膽(dan)使(shi)用(yong),通過(guo)安排其擔任教研組長(chang)(chang)、班主任和獨立(li)承擔優質課(ke)(ke)、教改實(shi)驗課(ke)(ke)題等,促使(shi)其自我加(jia)壓,盡快成(cheng)長(chang)(chang)成(cheng)熟。

歷史沿革

煙(yan)(yan)臺第三中學正式(shi)命名于1952年9月12日。原校址在煙(yan)(yan)臺山東(dong)側(ce)海岸路26號(現煙(yan)(yan)臺山賓(bin)館院內(nei))。

1954年,為(wei)發展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),煙臺市人民(min)政府決定(ding)(ding)擴建(jian)三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)(xiao)舍,在大海陽河西(xi)邊建(jian)立(li)了(le)煙臺三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新(xin)校(xiao)(xiao)舍。三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)由煙臺山遷入(ru)新(xin)校(xiao)(xiao)舍。由此,三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)成為(wei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)所完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學。 多年來,學校(xiao)(xiao)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)了(le)整(zheng)體發展目(mu)(mu)標和各職能部門的(de)(de)質(zhi)量(liang)目(mu)(mu)標,以(yi)目(mu)(mu)標管理來調(diao)動教(jiao)(jiao)職員工各項(xiang)工作的(de)(de)積極性。同年,學校(xiao)(xiao)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)了(le)“三(san)五”規劃,即用三(san)個(ge)五年時間,躋(ji)身于(yu)區(qu)、市、省一(yi)(yi)(yi)流學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)行列。在第一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)五年規劃期間,學校(xiao)(xiao)實現了(le)創全區(qu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)流學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)整(zheng)體目(mu)(mu)標。

1993年(nian)4月(yue),學(xue)校(xiao)被山東省教育廳(ting)命(ming)名為首批省級(ji)規范(fan)化學(xue)校(xiao),基本上實現了省、市、區一流學(xue)校(xiao)的目標。

1994年12月(yue),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)把創辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)現(xian)(xian)代化(hua)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)當(dang)作頭等大事來抓。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)集(ji)資(zi)50萬,在全市率先為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)高(gao)中班建(jian)成一(yi)套現(xian)(xian)代化(hua)的(de)雙向閉路(lu)電(dian)視(shi)系統,每個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)配有一(yi)部彩電(dian),一(yi)部攝像機(ji),為現(xian)(xian)代化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)奠定了基礎。之后學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)又相繼(ji)興建(jian)了新的(de)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)公(gong)樓(lou)(lou)、實(shi)驗(yan)樓(lou)(lou)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)樓(lou)(lou)、圖書科(ke)技樓(lou)(lou)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生公(gong)寓、市內體育館、塑膠田徑操場等,這(zhe)以(yi)后又建(jian)起了微機(ji)室(shi)、語音室(shi)、電(dian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)、電(dian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)備課室(shi)、校(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)公(gong)自動化(hua)系統。同年3月(yue)我校(xiao)(xiao)被國家教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部評為2000年現(xian)(xian)代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育技術實(shi)驗(yan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。隨(sui)著教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育形式的(de)發展(zhan),我校(xiao)(xiao)又投入大量資(zi)金創辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)了校(xiao)(xiao)園網絡中心、校(xiao)(xiao)園網站、校(xiao)(xiao)園電(dian)視(shi)演播室(shi)。

2001年 2001年,學校在原(yuan)四職專(zhuan)校址設立分校。實行全日制寄宿(su)式封閉管理,教師與學生“同吃、同住、同學習(xi)、同生活”。至(zhi)此,三中(zhong)(zhong)已成(cheng)為全市一流、設施先(xian)進、環境(jing)優美、管理完善的完全中(zhong)(zhong)學。

2012年(nian),學(xue)校(xiao)成功舉辦60年(nian)校(xiao)慶(qing),在(zai)社會(hui)上(shang)引起強烈反(fan)響。

2015年,搬(ban)遷至新校區。
