武漢市第十五中學創建于1885年,坐落于歷史悠久、人文薈萃、經濟發達、交通便捷的華中重鎮——武漢市武昌區。學校占地面積70余畝,建筑面積30922.69平方米。集教(jiao)室理化勞音美計算機(ji)設備一應俱全。優(you)雅的圖(tu)書(shu)樓,新修的400米(mi)塑膠(jiao)跑道標準運動(dong)場,為學(xue)校(xiao)辦(ban)學(xue)增添了活力。

重新放出光芒,如“博(bo)文(wen)(wen)(wen)古井(jing)”和(he)“中(zhong)山坡”已成為歷屆學(xue)子引(yin)以為豪的(de)(de)(de)古跡。在(zai)(zai)(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)樓(lou)走廊懸(xuan)掛著(zhu)孫中(zhong)山、陳(chen)(chen)獨秀、董必(bi)武、劉仁靜、陳(chen)(chen)立、張(zhang)國藩、吳醒夫、涂長望、楊弘(hong)遠、李德(de)華等(deng)10位與我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)相關的(de)(de)(de)歷史(shi)(shi)人(ren)物和(he)當代科學(xue)家的(de)(de)(de)畫像及(ji)名言,以他們的(de)(de)(de)精神思想(xiang)來激勵(li)全體師(shi)生。我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)還建立了“十五(wu)中(zhong)校(xiao)(xiao)史(shi)(shi)陳(chen)(chen)列館(guan)”,將學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)歷史(shi)(shi)演(yan)變、育(yu)人(ren)業績、辦學(xue)經驗、科研成果、名師(shi)名生都濃(nong)縮在(zai)(zai)(zai)一館(guan)之中(zhong),成為全校(xiao)(xiao)師(shi)生的(de)(de)(de)“人(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)”天地。在(zai)(zai)(zai)繼承傳統校(xiao)(xiao)訓(xun)精髓的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,結(jie)合學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)新時(shi)期教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際需要,在(zai)(zai)(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)樓(lou)正面懸(xuan)掛著(zhu)催人(ren)奮(fen)進的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)訓(xun):“誠信(xin)、明(ming)禮、勵(li)志(zhi)、博(bo)文(wen)(wen)(wen)”。我(wo)們挖(wa)掘歷史(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),還注意順(shun)應“人(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化”發展的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)代要求(qiu),發揮(hui)我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)英(ying)語優勢,在(zai)(zai)(zai)學(xue)生活(huo)動比較(jiao)集中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)場(chang)所用(yong)符合國家標準的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)英(ying)文(wen)(wen)(wen)書寫橫幅、警(jing)示語。這(zhe)些富有年級(ji)和(he)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)“人(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)”特色(se)的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化展示,既醒目美觀,又(you)生動親切,形成高品位的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化氛圍(wei)。
一是科學規化(hua)校園,布局合理(li),充分體現以人為(wei)本、為(wei)學生(sheng)發展服務(wu)的人文思想。校園建筑設(she)計新穎,主體(ti)突出,既有東方古代文化(hua)的典雅,又有西(xi)歐現代科技的風韻,堅固實用,符(fu)合(he)(he)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學和學生成(cheng)(cheng)長的需要。學校新建19000平(ping)方米哥(ge)特式綜合(he)(he)教(jiao)學大(da)樓,分(fen)為教(jiao)學區、辦(ban)公(gong)區、實驗區,集(ji)教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)、辦(ban)公(gong)室(shi)(shi)、實驗室(shi)(shi)、微機(ji)室(shi)(shi)、語(yu)音(yin)室(shi)(shi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)子備課室(shi)(shi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)子閱覽室(shi)(shi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)網絡(luo)監控室(shi)(shi)、音(yin)樂室(shi)(shi)、美術室(shi)(shi)、舞蹈(dao)練功房(fang)、學術報告廳等于一體(ti),分(fen)布(bu)合(he)(he)理,形成(cheng)(cheng)一體(ti)三區的綜合(he)(he)格局(ju)。
供教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)的(de)辦公樓內配有(you)中(zhong)央空調(diao);教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)樓內各(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)室裝有(you)環保空調(diao)及優質(zhi)礦泉水機(ji);實(shi)驗(yan)樓內,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)按(an)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)部(bu)頒一(yi)類標準,配置了理、化、生(sheng)、勞、微機(ji)等專用教(jiao)(jiao)室;另外,獨立的(de)圖書(shu)樓面(mian)積(ji)達1200平(ping)方米。當前,各(ge)學(xue)(xue)科實(shi)驗(yan)室,功能教(jiao)(jiao)室設施齊全,配置標準。全校(xiao)(xiao)共有(you)七個(ge)(ge)多媒體教(jiao)(jiao)室,四個(ge)(ge)物理實(shi)驗(yan)室,四個(ge)(ge)化學(xue)(xue)實(shi)驗(yan)室,四個(ge)(ge)生(sheng)物實(shi)驗(yan)室,四個(ge)(ge)計算機(ji)室,三個(ge)(ge)美術室,二(er)個(ge)(ge)音(yin)樂教(jiao)(jiao)室,二(er)個(ge)(ge)勞技室,一(yi)個(ge)(ge)形體舞蹈房。每個(ge)(ge)實(shi)驗(yan)室均配備了兩名(ming)實(shi)驗(yan)員(yuan),功能教(jiao)(jiao)室有(you)專人負責,滿(man)足了各(ge)學(xue)(xue)科的(de)實(shi)驗(yan)需要。
圖書館整潔的藏書室有10余萬冊圖書,幽靜的閱覽室配有 近四百個座位,給莘莘學子創(chuang)造了(le)一個汲取豐富精神食(shi)糧的(de)理(li)想場所,也為教(jiao)師教(jiao)學、科研創(chuang)造了(le)開拓(tuo)視(shi)野的(de)有利條(tiao)件(jian)。在各(ge)樓(lou)層、各(ge)班都配備有滿足學生需要的(de)生活及(ji)飲用水。學校醫務室藥品(pin)、器械(xie)完全按(an)照國家(jia)級(ji)標準配備,三(san)名專職醫生隨時處理(li)師生中突(tu)發的(de)疾(ji)病等相關事件(jian)。
二是新(xin)建的(de)運(yun)動場(chang)(chang)(chang)為學生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)課(ke)外生(sheng)(sheng)活提供(gong)了(le)場(chang)(chang)(chang)所。“中山坡”下擴建的(de)綠茵操場(chang)(chang)(chang)和400米標準(zhun)塑膠(jiao)跑道已經竣工并投入使用;嶄(zhan)新(xin)的(de)足球場(chang)(chang)(chang)、籃(lan)球場(chang)(chang)(chang)、排球場(chang)(chang)(chang)、羽毛(mao)球場(chang)(chang)(chang)、乒乓球場(chang)(chang)(chang)以及(ji)按國家規(gui)定的(de)標準(zhun)設置(zhi)的(de)體(ti)育運(yun)動器(qi)材極大地滿足了(le)學生(sheng)(sheng)體(ti)育鍛(duan)煉(lian)和課(ke)間活動的(de)需(xu)要,保證了(le)體(ti)育教學和課(ke)外活動的(de)開(kai)展,為全校師生(sheng)(sheng)提供(gong)了(le)充分的(de)活動場(chang)(chang)(chang)所。
三是加強校(xiao)園綠化(hua)建設(she),根據我(wo)校(xiao)的(de)建筑布(bu)局,重新植樹(shu)種花(hua),整修草坪(ping)(ping),購置鮮花(hua)幼苗,綠化(hua)校(xiao)園。如今學校(xiao)綠樹(shu)、紅(hong)花(hua)掩(yan)映,草坪(ping)(ping)、通道相宜(yi),無外露塵土,成為莘莘學子(zi)溫(wen)馨的(de)精神家園。
四是營造校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)氛圍(wei)。我校(xiao)圍(wei)繞(rao)“人文(wen)校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)”的(de)(de)主題(ti),挖掘豐(feng)厚的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)底蘊,跟隨新時代的(de)(de)腳步,豐(feng)富(fu)“實踐教(jiao)育”的(de)(de)內(nei)容,拓寬“實踐教(jiao)育”的(de)(de)渠道(dao),力(li)圖(tu)使學校(xiao)的(de)(de)環(huan)境(jing)“人文(wen)”化(hua),與學校(xiao)的(de)(de)辦學理念協(xie)調一致。首先,我們注重保(bao)存富(fu)有歷史意義的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)遺跡,使這些歷史積淀(dian)

2001年(nian)(nian)秋,武(wu)(wu)昌區(qu)政府及武(wu)(wu)昌區(qu)教育局對高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)資源(yuan)實行優(you)化組合(he),把原(yuan)(yuan)武(wu)(wu)漢市(shi)第十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、武(wu)(wu)漢市(shi)第三(san)(san)十(shi)(shi)(shi)三(san)(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、武(wu)(wu)漢市(shi)第二(er)十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)三(san)(san)個(ge)“完中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”的(de)高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部整合(he)為一(yi)所單設高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),校(xiao)址選(xuan)在面(mian)積(ji)較大的(de)十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),校(xiao)名定(ding)為“武(wu)(wu)漢市(shi)第十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學”。整合(he)前的(de)十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、三(san)(san)十(shi)(shi)(shi)三(san)(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、二(er)十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是三(san)(san)所知(zhi)名百年(nian)(nian)老(lao)校(xiao),具有深厚的(de)文化積(ji)淀,在長期的(de)辦學過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)均(jun)形成(cheng)了(le)自己的(de)辦學優(you)勢(shi)和辦學特色(se)。原(yuan)(yuan)十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)以教科(ke)研見長,原(yuan)(yuan)三(san)(san)十(shi)(shi)(shi)三(san)(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)以文科(ke)優(you)勢(shi)和外(wai)語特色(se)而知(zhi)名,原(yuan)(yuan)二(er)十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)理科(ke)和體育特色(se)較為突(tu)出(chu)。在整合(he)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),集三(san)(san)校(xiao)之(zhi)(zhi)長,擷廣(guang)博之(zhi)(zhi)文采,展文明之(zhi)(zhi)華章(zhang),追科(ke)理之(zhi)(zhi)騰達,做大做強新十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),逐(zhu)漸形成(cheng)了(le)新十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)強大的(de)優(you)勢(shi)和特色(se)。2003年(nian)(nian)7月,整合(he)后(hou)的(de)十(shi)(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)僅用兩年(nian)(nian)的(de)時(shi)間,不僅實現(xian)了(le)平穩(wen)過渡(du),而且成(cheng)功地創建(jian)了(le)市(shi)級示范學校(xiao)。
2005年11月27日十五中(zhong)通過(guo)(guo)了省級辦學(xue)水平綜合督導評(ping)估,2006年4月順利通過(guo)(guo)省評(ping)估回訪組考察,成(cheng)為(wei)省級示范(fan)學(xue)校。
