一個(ge)時期以來,由于各種原因,辦(ban)(ban)學效益不盡如(ru)人意,被社會視為(wei)薄弱學校(xiao)(xiao)。一九九六年(nian)(nian)底至九七年(nian)(nian)春,碑林區(qu)委先后派李三(san)(san)杰擔任(ren)書記,凌(ling)群祥擔任(ren)校(xiao)(xiao)長,組(zu)成學校(xiao)(xiao)新一屆領導班(ban)子。一年(nian)(nian)來學校(xiao)(xiao)領導班(ban)子確定了“一、二、三(san)(san)、三(san)(san)加改(gai)革”的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)規(gui)劃。一是(shi)一年(nian)(nian)內(nei)建(jian)成區(qu)級文明單位(wei);二是(shi)落實好(hao)(hao)市教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)委《教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學管(guan)理(li)常(chang)規(gui)》和(he)《學校(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)理(li)常(chang)規(gui)》;三(san)(san)是(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)三(san)(san)個(ge)建(jian)設,即抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)學校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)政領導班(ban)子建(jian)設,抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)以團隊組(zu)織班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)為(wei)主(zhu)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)德育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)網絡建(jian)設,加強(qiang)(qiang)以中青年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)主(zhu)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資隊伍建(jian)設;四是(shi)突(tu)(tu)出(chu)三(san)(san)個(ge)重點,即:突(tu)(tu)出(chu)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學質量(liang),力(li)爭(zheng)在(zai)質量(liang)上(shang)一兩(liang)年(nian)(nian)內(nei)改(gai)變落后的(de)(de)(de)現狀,突(tu)(tu)出(chu)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)校(xiao)(xiao)園經濟,為(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學改(gai)革及職工(gong)(gong)(gong)福利待(dai)遇提供物質保障,突(tu)(tu)出(chu)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)住宅建(jian)設,使(shi)廣大教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)居(ju)樂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao);在(zai)改(gai)革方面主(zhu)要抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)了初中段與市三(san)(san)中的(de)(de)(de)聯合辦(ban)(ban)學,尋求(qiu)自我(wo)發展。下氣力(li)規(gui)范(fan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學常(chang)規(gui)要求(qiu),嚴格(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)紀律(lv),端(duan)正教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)風,加強(qiang)(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)培訓進修,制訂了師(shi)(shi)(shi)訓工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計劃。鼓勵(li)青年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)不影響正常(chang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學的(de)(de)(de)情況下,積(ji)極在(zai)職進修。
兩年來進(jin)修(xiu)取得本科學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷的(de)有(you)5人,現在正由(you)大專向本科進(jin)修(xiu)的(de)有(you)9人。對進(jin)修(xiu)取得文憑的(de)教(jiao)師給予獎(jiang)勵,87年區教(jiao)育局組(zu)織有(you)經驗(yan)特長的(de)教(jiao)師進(jin)行輔導,我校(xiao)有(you)51人參加(jia),經考核 驗(yan)收100%合格,優秀面達(da)63%。教(jiao)師整(zheng)體素(su)質有(you)明顯(xian)提高(gao),整(zheng)個學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)中已形成(cheng)比、學(xue)(xue)(xue)、趕、幫(bang)的(de)良好風氣。通過聯合辦學(xue)(xue)(xue),有(you)效(xiao)改變了學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)生(sheng)源狀(zhuang)況。初(chu)中新(xin)生(sheng)由(you)原(yuan)來的(de)四個班(ban),增加(jia)到六個班(ban)。高(gao)中生(sheng)源也有(you)明顯(xian)好轉(zhuan),生(sheng)源基礎(chu)得到鞏(gong)固,兩年來學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)鞏(gong)固率由(you)原(yuan)來的(de)70%提高(gao)到95%。
經(jing)過近(jin)兩年(nian)(nian)(nian)來的不懈努(nu)力(li),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)工作出現明(ming)(ming)顯(xian)起色,為了(le)盡快改(gai)變學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的形象,班子研究決定:緊縮開支,多方籌(chou)措資金(jin)(jin),利(li)用97年(nian)(nian)(nian)暑(shu)假,突擊(ji)進行校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建設,平整(zheng)內遷操場1600平方米,粉刷教室內外(wai)墻壁,噴涂了(le)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)全(quan)部舊房墻壁,經(jing)過努(nu)力(li),教職(zhi)工辦(ban)公(gong)條件明(ming)(ming)顯(xian)改(gai)觀,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)課桌凳全(quan)部更換一(yi)新(xin)(xin),在(zai)教育局支持下近(jin)1000平方米的辦(ban)公(gong)綜合樓(lou)及水廁已破土動工,新(xin)(xin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)年(nian)(nian)(nian)伊始,將投入(ru)使(shi)用。購(gou)買了(le)種植花草(cao)樹(shu)木,又平整(zheng)鋪設了(le)各處道(dao)(dao)路(lu)及地(di)面等,致使(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)綠樹(shu)成蔭,花木有致,房舍翻新(xin)(xin),標語醒目,道(dao)(dao)路(lu)平整(zheng),場地(di)美觀,一(yi)改(gai)往(wang)日的舊顏,校(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)校(xiao)(xiao)貌發(fa)生(sheng)深刻(ke)變化,校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)環境優(you)美,富有文化氣息。九七年(nian)(nian)(nian)通過市(shi)上統一(yi)驗收,并被區上授予(yu)“十(shi)有”“十(shi)無”文明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)及區級文明(ming)(ming)單位,校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)經(jing)濟得(de)到較快發(fa)展。教職(zhi)工獎(jiang)金(jin)(jin)福(fu)利(li)待遇有了(le)明(ming)(ming)顯(xian)提高。
