學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)堅持(chi)德(de)(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)為首,確立(li)“以德(de)(de)(de)立(li)校(xiao)(xiao),全(quan)面育(yu)(yu)人”的(de)(de)德(de)(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)指導思想,積極樹立(li)“立(li)人先立(li)德(de)(de)(de)”的(de)(de)管理方(fang)針,將德(de)(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作擺在學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)各項(xiang)管理工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)首位(wei),不斷拓寬(kuan)德(de)(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)渠(qu)道(dao),形成了學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)、家庭、社會三位(wei)一體的(de)(de)德(de)(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)教育(yu)(yu)網(wang)絡(luo)。
學校(xiao)建立了德育(yu)領導機構(gou),成立了以(yi)校(xiao)長(chang)為(wei)組(zu)長(chang)的德育(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)領導小組(zu)。明(ming)確分工,落實(shi)責任(ren),強化管(guan)理(li),定(ding)期召開德育(yu)會(hui)(hui),探討工作(zuo)(zuo)方法,研究(jiu)工作(zuo)(zuo)策略(lve),落實(shi)計劃(hua),匯報工作(zuo)(zuo)。加強班(ban)主任(ren)隊伍建設(she),提高班(ban)主任(ren)工作(zuo)(zuo)責任(ren)心和管(guan)理(li)藝(yi)術(shu),定(ding)期舉(ju)行(xing)(xing)班(ban)主任(ren)例會(hui)(hui),有計劃(hua)、有重點地進行(xing)(xing)培(pei)訓,舉(ju)行(xing)(xing)班(ban)主任(ren)能力大賽,推進教育(yu)不斷創新。重視班(ban)團干部(bu)的培(pei)養(yang),培(pei)養(yang)了一(yi)批以(yi)身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)則(ze)、樂(le)于奉獻(xian)、精干得力的團員干部(bu)和學生會(hui)(hui)干部(bu)。
學校依據(ju)德育課(ke)程(cheng)標準,積極開(kai)發德育校本課(ke)程(cheng),在上(shang)級專(zhuan)家指(zhi)導下(xia),結合(he)學校及周邊(bian)實際(ji),積極開(kai)展德育校本課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)(de)開(kai)發,目(mu)前已經編(bian)印了《走進長安》《引鎮擷萃(cui)》《入學教(jiao)育教(jiao)材(cai)(cai)》《法制教(jiao)育教(jiao)材(cai)(cai)》《安全教(jiao)育教(jiao)材(cai)(cai)》《中學生文明禮儀教(jiao)材(cai)(cai)》《課(ke)本劇(ju)劇(ju)本匯編(bian)》《國學基本教(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(論語上(shang))》等校本教(jiao)材(cai)(cai),并投入使用。學校配備(bei)適合(he)學生閱讀的(de)(de)德育圖(tu)書及音響(xiang)材(cai)(cai)料,有利于學生身心(xin)健康的(de)(de)娛(yu)樂設(she)備(bei)、設(she)施,積極組(zu)織(zhi)社會實踐活(huo)(huo)動。確立“韋兆春雷苗圃(pu)”和“引鎮成(cheng)套儀器(qi)廠”為(wei)學校德育實踐基地,經常(chang)組(zu)織(zhi)學生到(dao)基地參加社會實踐活(huo)(huo)動,增強學生的(de)(de)實踐能力。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以“禮(li)儀教育”為(wei)先(xian)導,以養(yang)成(cheng)教育為(wei)抓手,引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習文(wen)(wen)(wen)明禮(li)儀,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)會以禮(li)待人,積極促進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明禮(li)貌習慣的養(yang)成(cheng)。利(li)用國(guo)旗下講話(hua)、祭(ji)掃烈(lie)士(shi)陵園(yuan)、愛國(guo)詩朗誦、觀看愛國(guo)影片等,有計劃(hua)地(di)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)進(jin)行愛國(guo)教育、行為(wei)習慣培養(yang)、審美(mei)情(qing)操熏陶(tao)。書畫(hua)展(zhan),師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)演講比賽(sai)、征文(wen)(wen)(wen)競(jing)賽(sai)、手抄報(bao)比賽(sai)、師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)籃球賽(sai)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)乒乓球比賽(sai)、拔河賽(sai)、校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)藝術節、元旦(dan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)藝匯(hui)演等系(xi)列活動,豐富校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)活,為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的終身發展(zhan)打下堅實的基礎(chu)。
為了豐富校園生(sheng)活,切實(shi)減(jian)輕學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)負擔,提高學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)綜合(he)素(su)質,學(xue)(xue)校充分挖掘、整合(he)校內資源(yuan),加(jia)強學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)社(she)團(tuan)建設,成立了中華書道(dao)、環保協(xie)會、跆拳道(dao)隊(dui)、足球(qiu)隊(dui)、籃(lan)球(qiu)隊(dui)、象棋社(she)、舞蹈團(tuan)、陶藝社(she)、剪紙社(she)、街舞團(tuan)、合(he)唱(chang)團(tuan)、健美操隊(dui)、急救(jiu)隊(dui)、春雷文(wen)學(xue)(xue)社(she)、紫藤文(wen)學(xue)(xue)社(she)等二十多個(ge)社(she)團(tuan)。
