學校(xiao)堅持德(de)(de)(de)(de)育為首(shou),確立(li)“以(yi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)立(li)校(xiao),全面育人”的(de)(de)德(de)(de)(de)(de)育指(zhi)導(dao)思想,積極樹立(li)“立(li)人先立(li)德(de)(de)(de)(de)”的(de)(de)管理方針,將德(de)(de)(de)(de)育工(gong)作擺在學校(xiao)各項管理工(gong)作的(de)(de)首(shou)位,不斷(duan)拓寬德(de)(de)(de)(de)育渠道,形成了學校(xiao)、家庭、社會(hui)三(san)位一(yi)體(ti)的(de)(de)德(de)(de)(de)(de)育教育網絡(luo)。
學(xue)校(xiao)建(jian)立了德(de)育領導機構(gou),成立了以校(xiao)長為組(zu)長的(de)德(de)育工(gong)作(zuo)領導小組(zu)。明確分工(gong),落實(shi)責任,強化管理,定期(qi)召(zhao)開德(de)育會,探討工(gong)作(zuo)方法(fa),研(yan)究工(gong)作(zuo)策略,落實(shi)計劃,匯(hui)報工(gong)作(zuo)。加強班(ban)(ban)主任隊伍(wu)建(jian)設,提高(gao)班(ban)(ban)主任工(gong)作(zuo)責任心(xin)和管理藝術(shu),定期(qi)舉行班(ban)(ban)主任例會,有(you)計劃、有(you)重(zhong)點地進(jin)(jin)行培訓,舉行班(ban)(ban)主任能力大賽,推進(jin)(jin)教育不斷創新。重(zhong)視班(ban)(ban)團干(gan)部(bu)的(de)培養(yang)(yang),培養(yang)(yang)了一批以身(shen)作(zuo)則、樂于(yu)奉獻、精干(gan)得力的(de)團員干(gan)部(bu)和學(xue)生(sheng)會干(gan)部(bu)。
學(xue)校依據德(de)育(yu)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)標(biao)準,積(ji)極開發(fa)德(de)育(yu)校本(ben)(ben)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng),在上級專家指導下,結(jie)合(he)學(xue)校及周邊實(shi)際,積(ji)極開展德(de)育(yu)校本(ben)(ben)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)的(de)開發(fa),目(mu)前已經編印了《走進長安(an)》《引鎮(zhen)(zhen)擷(xie)萃》《入學(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)》《法制教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)》《安(an)全教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)》《中(zhong)學(xue)生(sheng)文明禮儀(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)》《課(ke)(ke)本(ben)(ben)劇劇本(ben)(ben)匯編》《國學(xue)基本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(論語(yu)上)》等校本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai),并(bing)投(tou)入使用。學(xue)校配備(bei)適合(he)學(xue)生(sheng)閱讀的(de)德(de)育(yu)圖書及音響材(cai)(cai)料,有利于學(xue)生(sheng)身心健康的(de)娛(yu)樂設(she)(she)備(bei)、設(she)(she)施(shi),積(ji)極組織(zhi)社(she)會實(shi)踐(jian)活(huo)動(dong)。確立“韋兆春雷苗圃”和“引鎮(zhen)(zhen)成套儀(yi)器廠(chang)”為學(xue)校德(de)育(yu)實(shi)踐(jian)基地,經常組織(zhi)學(xue)生(sheng)到(dao)基地參加社(she)會實(shi)踐(jian)活(huo)動(dong),增強學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)實(shi)踐(jian)能力。
學校(xiao)以(yi)“禮儀(yi)教(jiao)育”為先導(dao),以(yi)養(yang)成教(jiao)育為抓手(shou),引導(dao)學生(sheng)(sheng)學習文(wen)明禮儀(yi),學會以(yi)禮待人,積極促進(jin)(jin)學生(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)明禮貌習慣的(de)養(yang)成。利(li)用國旗下(xia)講話、祭掃烈士陵(ling)園(yuan)(yuan)、愛國詩朗(lang)誦、觀(guan)看愛國影片等,有(you)計(ji)劃地對學生(sheng)(sheng)進(jin)(jin)行愛國教(jiao)育、行為習慣培養(yang)、審美(mei)情操熏陶。書畫展(zhan),師生(sheng)(sheng)演講比賽(sai)、征(zheng)文(wen)競(jing)賽(sai)、手(shou)抄報比賽(sai)、師生(sheng)(sheng)籃球賽(sai)、學生(sheng)(sheng)乒乓(pang)球比賽(sai)、拔河賽(sai)、校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)化藝術節(jie)、元旦文(wen)藝匯演等系列活動(dong),豐(feng)富校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)化生(sheng)(sheng)活,為學生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)終(zhong)身發(fa)展(zhan)打下(xia)堅實的(de)基礎。
