為(wei)了(le)進一步深(shen)化課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)改革,優化課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模式,提(ti)高課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)效(xiao)性,2012年(nian)4月,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)成(cheng)立了(le)以校(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)(chang)為(wei)組長(chang)(chang)的(de)“實(shi)效(xiao)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研究”領導小組,設立了(le)“實(shi)效(xiao)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研究”辦公室,各學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)成(cheng)立了(le) “實(shi)效(xiao)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研究”攻關(guan)小組,組織(zhi)骨(gu)干(gan)教師開展(zhan)研究,積極探索符合(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)際(ji)的(de)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)新模式。邀(yao)(yao)(yao)請(qing)(qing)(qing)區教研室教研員針對(dui)“課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)效(xiao)性” “提(ti)高高三(san)年(nian)級復習(xi)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)效(xiao)率”等(deng)問題進行(xing)多次教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)診斷活動。2012年(nian)三(san)月,教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)副校(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)(chang)、教導副主(zhu)任先(xian)后(hou)去山東(dong)、江蘇參加全國課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程改革研討(tao)會,到(dao)杜郎口、昌樂二中、楊思(si)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)等(deng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)改名校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)地觀摩學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi),四月,邀(yao)(yao)(yao)請(qing)(qing)(qing)遠東(dong)二中教研室主(zhu)任劉鵬作《實(shi)效(xiao)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂,有效(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)》專題報(bao)(bao)告,五月,董文利校(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)(chang)帶隊,二十三(san)名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)骨(gu)干(gan)教師到(dao)宜(yi)川(chuan)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)地考(kao)察。十月份,邀(yao)(yao)(yao)請(qing)(qing)(qing)臺灣國立交通大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)黃振順教授(shou)給教師作《運用信息技術促進有效(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)》報(bao)(bao)告。

學(xue)校堅持德(de)育(yu)為(wei)首(shou),確立“以德(de)立校,全面(mian)育(yu)人”的德(de)育(yu)指導(dao)思想,積極(ji)樹立“立人先(xian)立德(de)”的管理方針,將德(de)育(yu)工作擺在學(xue)校各項管理工作的首(shou)位,不斷拓寬德(de)育(yu)渠道,形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)學(xue)校、家庭、社會三位一體(ti)的德(de)育(yu)教育(yu)網絡。
