通過全(quan)校(xiao)老師(shi)的(de)共同努力,學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)教學(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)得以(yi)提高(gao),2000年高(gao)考(kao)(kao)錄取率從(cong)全(quan)縣完(wan)中之(zhi)末躍居(ju)第(di)二(er),中考(kao)(kao)實現了零(ling)的(de)突破。從(cong)此學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)中、高(gao)考(kao)(kao)升(sheng)學(xue)率穩步上(shang)升(sheng),高(gao)考(kao)(kao)上(shang)線(xian)率連續八(ba)年居(ju)全(quan)縣完(wan)中前列(lie),有些班級的(de)語、數(shu)、外、文(wen)綜(zong)(zong)、理綜(zong)(zong)等學(xue)科(ke)均分超過了省均分;2010年大(da)方三中的(de)高(gao)考(kao)(kao)升(sheng)學(xue)率名列(lie)全(quan)地區第(di)十一位(wei),張琪同學(xue)以(yi)629分的(de)優(you)異成(cheng)績考(kao)(kao)入(ru)南京大(da)學(xue)。

學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)已發展(zhan)成為(wei)占(zhan)地面(mian)積近5萬(wan)平(ping)米(mi)的學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),現有(you)校(xiao)(xiao)舍建筑(zhu)面(mian)積10119平(ping)米(mi),其中普通教室(shi)4348平(ping)米(mi),實驗(yan)室(shi)174平(ping)米(mi),圖書室(shi)96平(ping)米(mi),微(wei)機室(shi)155平(ping)米(mi),行政辦公用房(fang)1410平(ping)米(mi),生活(huo)用房(fang)3780平(ping)米(mi)。配置(zhi)圖書28925冊,配有(you)2350套新(xin)購置(zhi)的課桌凳(deng)和歷年來(lai)購置(zhi)的老課桌,另(ling)外,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)還配置(zhi)有(you)理化生實驗(yan)室(shi)各2個,計(ji)算機教室(shi)2個,圖書室(shi)、閱覽室(shi)各一個,學(xue)生的體育活(huo)動場所有(you)足球場1個,籃(lan)球場2個,排球場1個,乒乓球臺10個;音體美器材已按上級規定標(biao)準進行配置(zhi)。新(xin)的教學(xue)樓、綜合實驗(yan)樓、圖書館、學(xue)生公寓將拔地而起,綠樹(shu)成蔭,花香四(si)溢,一所花園式的學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)即將建成。
大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)三中的前身是原貴州省大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣教師(shi)進修學(xue)校(簡(jian)稱大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)進校),1958年(nian)9月,為培(pei)養(yang)小學(xue)教育迅速發展所急需的小學(xue)教師(shi),經(jing)省、地規劃(hua)和(he)(he)批(pi)準,大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)簡(jian)易師(shi)范(fan)學(xue)校(簡(jian)稱大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)簡(jian)師(shi))在大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)中學(xue)(現大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)二中)校址(zhi)正式建立。之(zhi)后遷(qian)至大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣城東門外,現大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)一中后面,1961年(nian)5月因國家財政經(jing)濟困難(nan)而停辦。大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)簡(jian)易師(shi)范(fan)學(xue)校存在的4年(nian)間(1958-1961)為大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)教育事業培(pei)養(yang)出(chu)309名小學(xue)教師(shi)(2屆初師(shi)和(he)(he)中師(shi)畢(bi)業生(sheng))。
1971年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),根據國家關于(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)學(xue)(xue)校展至每(mei)縣一(yi)校的(de)規劃(hua)建(jian)(jian)校,在(zai)(zai)籌建(jian)(jian)期間,地(di)區(qu)撥(bo)基建(jian)(jian)款、縣負責(ze)修建(jian)(jian)校址(zhi)于(yu)大(da)方(fang)(fang)縣城南郊余(yu)家塘,1972年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)8月10日,經畢節地(di)區(qu)革(ge)命委員會批準(zhun)(zhun),大(da)方(fang)(fang)縣師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)學(xue)(xue)校正式成建(jian)(jian)立,屬中(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)專業學(xue)(xue)校,招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)收(shou)普通中(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),承(cheng)擔以培(pei)養小學(xue)(xue)合格師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資為目標的(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)教(jiao)(jiao)育任(ren)(ren)務。1980年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)12月,全國師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)教(jiao)(jiao)育工作會議(yi)對師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)學(xue)(xue)校進行調整,根據會議(yi)精神,畢節地(di)區(qu)行署報(bao)經貴(gui)州(zhou)省人(ren)民政(zheng)府批準(zhun)(zhun),于(yu)1982年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)將大(da)方(fang)(fang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)學(xue)(xue)校更名為大(da)方(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)進修學(xue)(xue)校,招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)收(shou)在(zai)(zai)職(zhi)的(de)小學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),承(cheng)擔以培(pei)養小學(xue)(xue)在(zai)(zai)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為目標的(de)培(pei)訓任(ren)(ren)務,但按地(di)區(qu)規劃(hua)還繼續承(cheng)擔師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)教(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)任(ren)(ren)務,每(mei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(1984年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)未招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng))仍繼續招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)收(shou)普通中(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)至1988年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)停(ting)止(zhi),1986年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),在(zai)(zai)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)收(shou)普通中(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)同時,招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)收(shou)成人(ren)中(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(至1991年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)停(ting)止(zhi))。
1972-1990年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)19年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),共招普(pu)(pu)通中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)、成人(ren)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)18屆(其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)普(pu)(pu)通中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)15屆,成人(ren)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)3屆)計1520名(ming),在此期間,招收數(shu)百名(ming)在職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校長、小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)語文、數(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、英(ying)語、美術、體(ti)育、音樂、幼兒教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育等(deng)(deng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)進行短期培訓,還為(wei)大方的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“普(pu)(pu)九(jiu)”任務(wu)招收2個(ge)初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)班和(he)2個(ge)高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)班,1985年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)起,又承擔貴州省(sheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)廣播函(han)授學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(簡稱中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)函(han))學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)員的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輔導任務(wu)以(yi)及小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)各種專業合格考試的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輔導等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)規(gui)模,1972年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)1個(ge)班50名(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)11名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)發展到1988由(you)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)11個(ge)班520名(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)員(其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有6個(ge)班270名(ming)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng))名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)。1988年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)首次評聘教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)稱的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)29名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong):中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專高(gao)(gao)級講師(shi)(shi)4名(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專講師(shi)(shi)5名(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)一(yi)級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)3名(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專助理講師(shi)(shi)12名(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)員5名(ming),當時的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)師(shi)(shi)資力量是雄厚的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。
1991年停招(zhao)成(cheng)(cheng)人(ren)中師(shi)生改(gai)招(zhao)初中學(xue)生6個班,1992年7月第三屆成(cheng)(cheng)人(ren)中師(shi)班畢業,大方進校完成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)師(shi)范教育的歷(li)史任務(wu),從此,除(chu)繼(ji)續承擔(dan)培(pei)訓小(xiao)學(xue)教師(shi)任務(wu)外還承擔(dan)大方的“普九(jiu)”任務(wu)。
1994年6月大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣(xian)第(di)三中學(xue)(xue)(簡(jian)稱大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)三中)在此基礎上建立,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實(shi)行“兩塊牌子”(大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣(xian)第(di)三中學(xue)(xue)和大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)教(jiao)師(shi)進修學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)并存)、“一(yi)個攤子”(師(shi)資及設(she)備全(quan)一(yi))的辦學(xue)(xue)體制(zhi)。
