貴州(zhou)(zhou)省(sheng)大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣(xian)(xian)第三(san)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)坐落于大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣(xian)(xian)城南郊奎峰塔旁,是大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣(xian)(xian)內的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)所優質學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。于1994年建(jian)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),現有占地面積近10萬平方(fang)米。大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣(xian)(xian)第三(san)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)是1994年經畢節(jie)地區行署行文,在(zai)大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣(xian)(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)師進(jin)(jin)修學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)原(yuan)址上增設的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)所縣(xian)(xian)直普通高(gao)(gao)(gao)中。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)秉(bing)承“立德(de)樹人,圓夢(meng)興國(guo)”的(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)思想,堅(jian)持全面貫(guan)徹(che)黨(dang)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育方(fang)針,走“教(jiao)(jiao)風正(zheng)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)風濃(nong)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)風好(hao)、質量高(gao)(gao)(gao)、有特色”的(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)道路,在(zai)全校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)員工的(de)(de)共同努力下(xia),23年來(lai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先后被評(ping)(ping)為(wei)“國(guo)家德(de)育科研先進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、貴州(zhou)(zhou)省(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)滲透法制教(jiao)(jiao)育“省(sheng)級(ji)(ji)示范校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、貴州(zhou)(zhou)省(sheng)“詩(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)先進(jin)(jin)單位”、畢節(jie)地區普通高(gao)(gao)(gao)中教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量評(ping)(ping)價“三(san)類學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、畢節(jie)地區教(jiao)(jiao)育系統“先進(jin)(jin)集體”、畢節(jie)市(shi)“詩(shi)詞校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園”、畢節(jie)市(shi)首(shou)批“市(shi)級(ji)(ji)示范性普通高(gao)(gao)(gao)中”、大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣(xian)(xian)首(shou)批“名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”等。2015年榮(rong)獲大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)縣(xian)(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)育目標(biao)考核(he)一(yi)(yi)等獎,2016年順利通過貴州(zhou)(zhou)省(sheng)省(sheng)級(ji)(ji)示范性普通高(gao)(gao)(gao)級(ji)(ji)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專家第一(yi)(yi)次評(ping)(ping)估(gu)驗收。
至2010年(nian),大方(fang)三中共有教(jiao)師(shi)210人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),其中中學(xue)(xue)(xue)特級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)1人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),高級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)35人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),一級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)101人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),省(sheng)級(ji)(ji)名師(shi)培訓對象1人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),地(di)級(ji)(ji)名師(shi)1人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),省(sheng)級(ji)(ji)骨干(gan)教(jiao)師(shi)2人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),地(di)級(ji)(ji)骨干(gan)教(jiao)師(shi)4人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren);具(ju)有研究生學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷的(de)(de)5人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),本(ben)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷的(de)(de)115人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren);初中教(jiao)師(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷合(he)格率為100%,高中教(jiao)師(shi)合(he)格率為85%。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校現(xian)有教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)班66個,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生4752人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),是全縣學(xue)(xue)(xue)生人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數最多的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校。
為(wei)了(le)全(quan)力構建合(he)作、學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)型學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),全(quan)面提(ti)高教(jiao)(jiao)師的綜合(he)素質,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)后(hou)派老(lao)師到重慶、浙江、深(shen)圳(zhen)、成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)等地(di)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)先(xian)進的教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)方法。并(bing)與(yu)(yu)深(shen)圳(zhen)市西鄉中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)(jie)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)友(you)好學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),開展廣泛的校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)際交流活動;與(yu)(yu)深(shen)圳(zhen)市高級中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)達(da)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師資培(pei)訓、貧困(kun)生(sheng)(sheng)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)的牽手學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),讓100多(duo)名貧困(kun)生(sheng)(sheng)重返校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園;與(yu)(yu)深(shen)圳(zhen)梅山中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)(jie)為(wei)友(you)誼學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),讓老(lao)師們(men)懂得了(le)新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)改、新(xin)理(li)念,形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了(le)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)師努力學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)探討教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念,大(da)膽創新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)方法,充分(fen)調動學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)自(zi)主學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)積極性的科研(yan)氛圍(wei);與(yu)(yu)“文友(you)”基(ji)金(jin)會達(da)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)、牽手兄弟單位,讓我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)近兩百名貧困(kun)生(sheng)(sheng)得到了(le)資助;還與(yu)(yu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)七中(zhong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功聯辦了(le)網校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)班。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)派老(lao)師到這幾所學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)培(pei)訓學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)已(yi)達(da)64人次。
通(tong)過(guo)全校(xiao)老師的共同(tong)(tong)努力(li),學(xue)校(xiao)的教學(xue)質(zhi)量得(de)以提高(gao),2000年(nian)高(gao)考錄取率(lv)(lv)從全縣完(wan)中(zhong)(zhong)之末躍居第二,中(zhong)(zhong)考實現了零的突破。從此學(xue)校(xiao)的中(zhong)(zhong)、高(gao)考升(sheng)學(xue)率(lv)(lv)穩(wen)步上(shang)升(sheng),高(gao)考上(shang)線率(lv)(lv)連續八年(nian)居全縣完(wan)中(zhong)(zhong)前列,有些班級的語、數(shu)、外、文綜、理(li)綜等學(xue)科均分超過(guo)了省均分;2010年(nian)大(da)方三中(zhong)(zhong)的高(gao)考升(sheng)學(xue)率(lv)(lv)名列全地區第十一位,張琪同(tong)(tong)學(xue)以629分的優異成績考入南(nan)京大(da)學(xue)。
年輕的大方三中生機勃勃充(chong)滿希望(wang),面(mian)對21世紀的機遇和挑戰(zhan),學校(xiao)將與進俱進,堅(jian)持(chi)以(yi)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)本(ben),堅(jian)持(chi)科學發(fa)展觀,全面(mian)推(tui)進以(yi)可持(chi)續發(fa)展為(wei)核心的素質教育(yu)(yu),積極(ji)投入新課程改革,努力(li)探索科研興校(xiao)之路,繼續加大“三制管(guan)(guan)理”力(li)度(du),真正做到教書育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren),管(guan)(guan)理育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren),服務育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren),環境育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren);力(li)爭(zheng)把學校(xiao)建設成為(wei)環境花(hua)園式、發(fa)展階梯式,管(guan)(guan)理規范化、人(ren)(ren)文化的學校(xiao)。
學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)已發展成為占地面積(ji)(ji)近5萬平(ping)(ping)米的(de)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),現有(you)(you)校(xiao)(xiao)舍建(jian)(jian)筑面積(ji)(ji)10119平(ping)(ping)米,其(qi)中普通教室(shi)4348平(ping)(ping)米,實(shi)驗室(shi)174平(ping)(ping)米,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)室(shi)96平(ping)(ping)米,微(wei)機(ji)室(shi)155平(ping)(ping)米,行(xing)政辦公用(yong)房(fang)1410平(ping)(ping)米,生活用(yong)房(fang)3780平(ping)(ping)米。配(pei)(pei)置圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)28925冊,配(pei)(pei)有(you)(you)2350套(tao)新購(gou)置的(de)課桌凳和歷年(nian)來購(gou)置的(de)老課桌,另(ling)外,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)還配(pei)(pei)置有(you)(you)理(li)化生實(shi)驗室(shi)各2個(ge),計(ji)算機(ji)教室(shi)2個(ge),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)室(shi)、閱覽室(shi)各一個(ge),學(xue)生的(de)體育活動(dong)場所(suo)有(you)(you)足球場1個(ge),籃(lan)球場2個(ge),排球場1個(ge),乒乓球臺(tai)10個(ge);音體美器材已按上級(ji)規(gui)定標(biao)準進行(xing)配(pei)(pei)置。新的(de)教學(xue)樓(lou)、綜(zong)合實(shi)驗樓(lou)、圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館、學(xue)生公寓將拔地而(er)起(qi),綠樹成蔭(yin),花(hua)香四溢,一所(suo)花(hua)園(yuan)式的(de)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)即將建(jian)(jian)成。
大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)三中(zhong)的前身是原貴州省大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)進修學(xue)校(簡稱(cheng)大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)進校),1958年(nian)9月,為培(pei)養小學(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育迅速發展所急需的小學(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi),經省、地規劃(hua)和批(pi)準,大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)簡易(yi)師(shi)范學(xue)校(簡稱(cheng)大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)簡師(shi))在(zai)大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)中(zhong)學(xue)(現(xian)大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)二中(zhong))校址正式建(jian)立。之后遷至大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣(xian)城東門外(wai),現(xian)大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)一中(zhong)后面,1961年(nian)5月因國家(jia)財政(zheng)經濟困難而停辦。大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)簡易(yi)師(shi)范學(xue)校存在(zai)的4年(nian)間(1958-1961)為大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育事業培(pei)養出309名小學(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(2屆(jie)初師(shi)和中(zhong)師(shi)畢業生)。
1971年(nian)(nian),根據(ju)國(guo)家關(guan)于師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)展至(zhi)(zhi)每縣一校(xiao)的(de)規(gui)劃(hua)建(jian)(jian)校(xiao),在籌建(jian)(jian)期間(jian),地(di)區撥基建(jian)(jian)款、縣負責修建(jian)(jian)校(xiao)址于大(da)(da)方(fang)縣城(cheng)南郊余家塘,1972年(nian)(nian)8月10日(ri),經畢節地(di)區革命委員會(hui)批(pi)(pi)準,大(da)(da)方(fang)縣師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)正式成建(jian)(jian)立,屬中(zhong)(zhong)等專(zhuan)業學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),招(zhao)收(shou)普通中(zhong)(zhong)等師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),承(cheng)擔以培養小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)合格師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資為(wei)(wei)目標的(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)教(jiao)育任務。1980年(nian)(nian)12月,全國(guo)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)教(jiao)育工作會(hui)議對師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)進行調整,根據(ju)會(hui)議精神,畢節地(di)區行署報經貴(gui)州(zhou)省人(ren)民政(zheng)府批(pi)(pi)準,于1982年(nian)(nian)將(jiang)大(da)(da)方(fang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)更名為(wei)(wei)大(da)(da)方(fang)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)進修學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),招(zhao)收(shou)在職(zhi)的(de)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),承(cheng)擔以培養小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)在職(zhi)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)目標的(de)培訓任務,但(dan)按地(di)區規(gui)劃(hua)還繼續承(cheng)擔師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)教(jiao)育的(de)任務,每年(nian)(nian)(1984年(nian)(nian)未招(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng))仍繼續招(zhao)收(shou)普通中(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)至(zhi)(zhi)1988年(nian)(nian)停止,1986年(nian)(nian),在招(zhao)收(shou)普通中(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)同時(shi),招(zhao)收(shou)成人(ren)中(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(至(zhi)(zhi)1991年(nian)(nian)停止)。
1972-1990年(nian)的(de)19年(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),共招普(pu)通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師、成人中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)18屆(其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)普(pu)通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師15屆,成人中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師3屆)計(ji)1520名(ming)(ming)(ming),在此期(qi)間(jian),招收(shou)數百名(ming)(ming)(ming)在職的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)校長、小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)語文、數學(xue)(xue)、英語、美(mei)術、體(ti)育、音(yin)樂、幼兒教(jiao)育等學(xue)(xue)科的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)師進行短期(qi)培訓,還(huan)為大方的(de)“普(pu)九”任(ren)務招收(shou)2個(ge)(ge)初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)班(ban)(ban)和2個(ge)(ge)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)班(ban)(ban),1985年(nian)起,又承擔貴州省中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師廣(guang)播函(han)授學(xue)(xue)校(簡稱中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)函(han))學(xue)(xue)員的(de)輔導任(ren)務以(yi)及小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)師各種專(zhuan)(zhuan)業合(he)格考(kao)試的(de)輔導等等。學(xue)(xue)校辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)規(gui)模,1972年(nian)的(de)1個(ge)(ge)班(ban)(ban)50名(ming)(ming)(ming)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)11名(ming)(ming)(ming)教(jiao)職工發(fa)展到1988由(you)年(nian)的(de)11個(ge)(ge)班(ban)(ban)520名(ming)(ming)(ming)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)和學(xue)(xue)員(其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有(you)6個(ge)(ge)班(ban)(ban)270名(ming)(ming)(ming)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師學(xue)(xue)生(sheng))名(ming)(ming)(ming)教(jiao)職工。1988年(nian)首次評(ping)聘教(jiao)師職稱的(de)29名(ming)(ming)(ming)教(jiao)師中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong):中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)高(gao)級講師4名(ming)(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)講師5名(ming)(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)一(yi)級教(jiao)師3名(ming)(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)助理講師12名(ming)(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)教(jiao)員5名(ming)(ming)(ming),當時的(de)師資力量是(shi)雄厚的(de)。
1991年(nian)停(ting)招成人中師(shi)生改招初中學(xue)生6個班,1992年(nian)7月(yue)第三屆成人中師(shi)班畢業,大(da)方進校完成了師(shi)范教(jiao)育的歷史任務(wu),從(cong)此,除(chu)繼(ji)續(xu)承擔培(pei)訓小(xiao)學(xue)教(jiao)師(shi)任務(wu)外(wai)還(huan)承擔大(da)方的“普九”任務(wu)。
1994年(nian)6月大(da)方(fang)縣第三中學(簡稱(cheng)大(da)方(fang)三中)在此基礎上建立,學校實(shi)行(xing)“兩塊牌子(zi)”(大(da)方(fang)縣第三中學和大(da)方(fang)教師(shi)進(jin)修學校并存)、“一個攤(tan)子(zi)”(師(shi)資及(ji)設備全一)的辦(ban)學體制(zhi)。
