至2010年,大(da)方三中共有教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)210人(ren)(ren)(ren),其(qi)中中學(xue)特級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)1人(ren)(ren)(ren),高級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)35人(ren)(ren)(ren),一級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)101人(ren)(ren)(ren),省級(ji)(ji)名師(shi)培訓對象(xiang)1人(ren)(ren)(ren),地級(ji)(ji)名師(shi)1人(ren)(ren)(ren),省級(ji)(ji)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)2人(ren)(ren)(ren),地級(ji)(ji)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)4人(ren)(ren)(ren);具有研究生(sheng)學(xue)歷的(de)5人(ren)(ren)(ren),本科學(xue)歷的(de)115人(ren)(ren)(ren);初(chu)中教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)學(xue)歷合格(ge)率為(wei)100%,高中教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)合格(ge)率為(wei)85%。學(xue)校現(xian)有教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)班66個,學(xue)生(sheng)4752人(ren)(ren)(ren),是全(quan)縣(xian)學(xue)生(sheng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數最多的(de)學(xue)校。

通過全(quan)(quan)校(xiao)老(lao)師(shi)的(de)(de)共同(tong)努力(li),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量得以提(ti)高(gao),2000年(nian)高(gao)考(kao)(kao)錄(lu)取率從全(quan)(quan)縣完中(zhong)(zhong)之末躍居(ju)第二,中(zhong)(zhong)考(kao)(kao)實現了零的(de)(de)突破。從此學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)、高(gao)考(kao)(kao)升學(xue)(xue)率穩(wen)步上升,高(gao)考(kao)(kao)上線率連續八年(nian)居(ju)全(quan)(quan)縣完中(zhong)(zhong)前列(lie),有些班級的(de)(de)語、數、外、文綜、理綜等學(xue)(xue)科均(jun)分超過了省均(jun)分;2010年(nian)大方三中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)高(gao)考(kao)(kao)升學(xue)(xue)率名(ming)列(lie)全(quan)(quan)地區第十一(yi)位,張琪同(tong)學(xue)(xue)以629分的(de)(de)優異成績(ji)考(kao)(kao)入南(nan)京大學(xue)(xue)。

大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)三中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)前身是(shi)原貴州省大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)縣(xian)教師(shi)(shi)進修學(xue)(xue)校(簡稱(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)進校),1958年(nian)9月(yue),為培養(yang)(yang)小學(xue)(xue)教育迅速發展所急需的(de)小學(xue)(xue)教師(shi)(shi),經省、地(di)規劃和批準,大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)簡易師(shi)(shi)范學(xue)(xue)校(簡稱(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)簡師(shi)(shi))在(zai)(zai)大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(現(xian)大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)二中(zhong)(zhong))校址正式建立(li)。之后(hou)遷至(zhi)大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)縣(xian)城東門外,現(xian)大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)一中(zhong)(zhong)后(hou)面(mian),1961年(nian)5月(yue)因國家(jia)財(cai)政經濟困難而停辦。大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)簡易師(shi)(shi)范學(xue)(xue)校存在(zai)(zai)的(de)4年(nian)間(1958-1961)為大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)教育事業培養(yang)(yang)出309名小學(xue)(xue)教師(shi)(shi)(2屆初師(shi)(shi)和中(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)畢(bi)業生(sheng))。
1971年(nian),根(gen)據國(guo)家關于師(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)展至每(mei)縣(xian)(xian)一(yi)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)規劃建校(xiao)(xiao),在(zai)籌建期(qi)間,地(di)區撥基建款、縣(xian)(xian)負責修建校(xiao)(xiao)址(zhi)于大(da)方(fang)(fang)縣(xian)(xian)城南郊余家塘,1972年(nian)8月(yue)10日,經(jing)畢(bi)節地(di)區革(ge)命委員(yuan)會(hui)批(pi)準(zhun)(zhun),大(da)方(fang)(fang)縣(xian)(xian)師(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)正式成(cheng)建立,屬中等專業(ye)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),招(zhao)收(shou)(shou)(shou)普通中等師(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),承擔以培養小(xiao)學(xue)合格師(shi)(shi)(shi)資為(wei)(wei)目標的(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)任務(wu)。1980年(nian)12月(yue),全國(guo)師(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作會(hui)議對師(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)進行(xing)調整,根(gen)據會(hui)議精神,畢(bi)節地(di)區行(xing)署報經(jing)貴州省人民政府批(pi)準(zhun)(zhun),于1982年(nian)將大(da)方(fang)(fang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)更名為(wei)(wei)大(da)方(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)進修學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),招(zhao)收(shou)(shou)(shou)在(zai)職(zhi)的(de)小(xiao)學(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi),承擔以培養小(xiao)學(xue)在(zai)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)目標的(de)培訓(xun)任務(wu),但按地(di)區規劃還繼(ji)續(xu)承擔師(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)任務(wu),每(mei)年(nian)(1984年(nian)未招(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng))仍繼(ji)續(xu)招(zhao)收(shou)(shou)(shou)普通中師(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)至1988年(nian)停止,1986年(nian),在(zai)招(zhao)收(shou)(shou)(shou)普通中師(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)同(tong)時,招(zhao)收(shou)(shou)(shou)成(cheng)人中師(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(至1991年(nian)停止)。
1972-1990年的(de)(de)19年中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),共招(zhao)普(pu)(pu)通中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、成(cheng)人中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)18屆(jie)(其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)普(pu)(pu)通中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)15屆(jie),成(cheng)人中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)3屆(jie))計1520名(ming)(ming),在(zai)此(ci)期間,招(zhao)收數百名(ming)(ming)在(zai)職(zhi)的(de)(de)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)長(chang)、小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)語文、數學(xue)(xue)(xue)、英語、美術、體育、音樂、幼兒(er)教(jiao)(jiao)育等學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)的(de)(de)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)進行(xing)短期培訓(xun),還為大方的(de)(de)“普(pu)(pu)九”任(ren)務招(zhao)收2個(ge)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)班(ban)(ban)和2個(ge)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)班(ban)(ban),1985年起(qi),又承擔貴州省中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)廣播函(han)授學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(簡稱中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)函(han))學(xue)(xue)(xue)員(yuan)的(de)(de)輔導(dao)任(ren)務以(yi)及小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)各種專(zhuan)業合(he)格考(kao)試的(de)(de)輔導(dao)等等。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)規(gui)模(mo),1972年的(de)(de)1個(ge)班(ban)(ban)50名(ming)(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)11名(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工發展到1988由年的(de)(de)11個(ge)班(ban)(ban)520名(ming)(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)員(yuan)(其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有6個(ge)班(ban)(ban)270名(ming)(ming)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng))名(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工。1988年首次評(ping)聘教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)職(zhi)稱的(de)(de)29名(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong):中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)高級講師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)4名(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)講師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)5名(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)一(yi)級教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)3名(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)助理講師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)12名(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)教(jiao)(jiao)員(yuan)5名(ming)(ming),當時的(de)(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資力量是雄厚的(de)(de)。
1991年(nian)停招(zhao)成人(ren)中師(shi)生改招(zhao)初中學(xue)生6個班,1992年(nian)7月第(di)三(san)屆成人(ren)中師(shi)班畢(bi)業,大(da)方(fang)進校完成了師(shi)范教育的歷史任務,從此,除繼續承(cheng)擔培訓(xun)小(xiao)學(xue)教師(shi)任務外還承(cheng)擔大(da)方(fang)的“普九”任務。
1994年6月大方縣第三(san)中學(簡稱(cheng)大方三(san)中)在此(ci)基礎(chu)上建立,學校(xiao)實行“兩塊牌子”(大方縣第三(san)中學和大方教師(shi)進(jin)修學校(xiao)并(bing)存)、“一個攤(tan)子”(師(shi)資及設備(bei)全一)的辦學體制。
